Hello, and welcome to this week's quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today I want to share with you a very powerful insight, or a few of them, regarding the topic of stepping out on faith. You know, all of the time I'll hear people say those exact words, you know, towards something in their life that they've stepped out on faith and then were disappointed and they're, you know, mad at the universe or God, divine when things don't work out.

And of course, There are times when it absolutely does work out as well. So that's what I want to share a few quick insights on for today's episode. You know, if you think about the last episode where I was working with Mia and I just love her, I mean, such a beautiful volunteer and. If you recall, there's a couple of main things going on with her session.

You know, first and foremost, she's been releasing chronic pain. So that's number one. And number two, if you recall, there's a lot of financial stress going on. And she mentioned, you know, she stepped out on faith and all the time I'll hear this not just towards finances, but in a relationship or in a move or all kinds of things.

I'll hear people say those exact words, but. If you recall from her session, you know, as we were talking, there was also a lot of fear that she had towards money as well. And so ultimately, whether it's money or a relationship or a move or whatever it is, when you step out on faith, you know, you want to feel strong.

You want to feel confident and good about it. And of course, if you don't, then you want to just get yourself there. You know, you want to make a point to shift your emotions, to work with your energy, to feel really good about it, genuinely. And of course, that doesn't mean you don't have ups and downs, but what it does mean is that if things are a bit off, that you make sure to really Get your mind and get your energy really aligned with what it is that you're wanting to do or what you're wanting to accomplish.

And it could also be your actions that help you align as well. And so that's what I want to take a moment and unpack really, is that first and foremost, if you are, quote unquote, stepping out on faith in something and You have that little nudge in the back of your mind where you're having the fear that things aren't going to work out, or the uncertainty and it's kind of growing and it's there, but you kind of keep it at bay.

It's on the side, but you have it there, but it's on the side. What you really want to do is make sure to address it because all of the time what happens is that little nudge on the side is trying to tell you something. It could tell you that, hey, You're going to want to align fully. Like it'll tell you, you know what, you're out of alignment, or it could also tell you that, Hey, there's some type of action that you need to take.

And that's the second insight that I want to talk about is that it can take some action. And so if you're noticing that underlying. offness, if you will, then maybe there's an action that you need to take. For example, you know, I've seen people before who have quote unquote stepped out on faith in something, and yet there was a fear about it.

There was a fear going on about something that they were doing. You know, a fear in their relationship or a fear in the move or a fear in their financial progress or something like that. And I said, okay, let's specifically look at what this growing fear is. And when we unpack it, there really always is something there.

And sometimes people are surprised. That it's an action to take. You know, even in this past week, I can tell you that I have worked with people who had some type of anxiety about something and they're saying, Hey, Brandy, can you help me to shift this anxiety? You know, they said, you know, I just can't get it to shift.

And with, again, multiple people. There was some type of action to take where I said, you know, okay, well, let's look at what's going on. Let's look at there's some action that's needed in your business or there's, you know, action that's needed in something or other, you know, there's action that's needed with this in this company or whatever it is for them.

And these are the two main points that you won't want to overlook. You know, if you recall. On the last episode with Mia, where she was feeling that feeling of stepping out on faith, and yet there was an underlying fear of money. And so with hers, a lot of that had to do with first and foremost aligning with money.

So she wasn't aligned fully with money. And of course, she's working on shifting that now. So we've been talking about that on the other episode, but as far as shifting that, it is key. And point being here, Is that you'll want to notice, like if there is an underlying voice that says, like a fear or uncertainty or things aren't right.

That is something you want to pay attention to. And then, of course, the second note is that a portion of the time there is some type of action needed. Now, this might seem like a simple awareness when you're standing on the outside looking in, but again, I can tell you that all of the time I will have people for a variety of different reasons Have some type of emotional thing going on, and there's some type of action that's needed in their life.

That is so common. And, you know, the analogy that I always use is, you know, if you imagine yourself driving towards a brick wall, and you're driving that direction, and you're saying, well, I have a lot of anxiety, and in that setting, you know, of course, the first thing you're going to want to do is turn the car a bit.

And if you turn in a different direction, of course, the anxiety is going to go down. So again, I know that this may seem to some people like a very simple insight, but if you stop and think about it for a moment, it's really profound. And not just if you say that you're stepping out on faith, but Um, even just in life in general, I mean, all of the time people will take actions, whether it's towards work or a relationship or anything, and there's a nudge in the back of their mind.

And there's this feeling that, Hey, what if rejection happens? What if I fail? What if this, what if that, that nudge in the back of your mind, no matter how small it might be, is important. And it's either trying to tell you to make sure to shift your energy. or shift your actions or both. So that is key. And when you're in that place where you're really, really aligned all of the time, I see things just work out in a most beautiful way, but you want to pay attention and notice.

And so that's today's quick IQ episode, just something to keep in mind. And I want to invite you to ask yourself in whatever you're working on in life, if there is something inside that you're needing to shift. in your energy or even in your actions to help you to manifest what it is that you're wanting in your life.
