  1. View the calendar (below) and select and register for a time that works for you. (You may only
    see one class listed.)     New classes are added each month, so if the available time(s) don't work
    for you, feel free to email us or check back later in the month for additional dates and class
    times.
  2. Check your email—after selecting and registering for your your date on the calendar below,
    you’ll receive a confirmation email with the join link and additional details.
  3. Submit your question—you can submit your question when you register for the call with in the
    calendar below. If you wish to submit your question at a later date a link to submit your question
    is included in the confirmation email. If you prefer to submit it later, you can do so anytime using
    that link.
