Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.

That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
All right, so let’s dive into today’s episode, and this is another archive episode from 2019. And what I love about this episode is so many things. First and foremost, one of the reasons that I grabbed this archive episode is because when I first released my podcast, I really wanted people to see, of course, that we can get results and so I did that in a variety of different ways. On some episodes, I worked with live volunteers and showed on the spot how to get real results to release pain or create all kinds of changes. And on other episodes I wanted to share. Results and interview people who had used my techniques or approach to be able to create a radical shift in their health or life and that is the case for this particular episode, is that this is a woman who was able to create a radical shift. In her health, in her life, and she’s just a beautiful, beautiful being. I just absolutely adore her and have so much respect for her. So that’s one of the reasons. Now, another one of the reasons is just because so often people may see my work where I’m demonstrating mind body healing under medical equipment with chronic pain, and they may assume that mind body healing only works with chronic pain. But I see people heal themselves from all kinds of things, from headaches and migraines to autoimmune conditions, to, tumors, to, just so many different illnesses or pain or problems that they’re experiencing. And what I love about this episode is it highlights something different and also it shows that we really can get fast results even when it’s not pain. And this is what I mean is our beautiful volunteer. She’s working with a tumor that’s in her throat, and I have worked with other people, by the way, who have had some type of tumor that also healed it very fast. Now, I know for a lot of people that can sound impossible, but there’s a few things to note. First and foremost, it does take a real, real, real, real change. So that is number one. It does take a real change. And so if somebody were to start to change and then they go back into the negative, keep in mind. That negativity, it can come back, but we can make changes that most people believe are absolutely impossible.
In fact, during my injury, one of the studies in a medical journal that I found was a woman who was medically blind and she had multiple personality disorder. Ultimately she could see in some personalities, but was blind in other personalities. Or there were even other studies where people with multiple personality disorder could have asthma or allergies or pain or headaches or all different types of things in one personality, but not in another personality, even though it was the same physical body, so that shows you that a person really can create radical physical changes, even though it may, sound absolutely impossible. Now, when it comes to something like tumors or healing the physical body from illness, another important note you want to think about is research that shows that there are people who have been on their deathbed, who were in hospice, who have all of a sudden had a spontaneous remission where their bodies suddenly started healing itself. Now, if you are not familiar with the term spontaneous remission, it’s basically a medical term where a person can heal spontaneously for no logical reason that there was no specific treatment that was applied, and yet suddenly they’re starting to have a remission and heal, and the body’s starting to heal itself. And so my point is, is that it may sound impossible to create radical healing results. I understand because a lot of people aren’t used to that. And yet. The things that I get to witness and observe and see all of the time are absolutely incredible and going back to spontaneous remission, we can even ground this in medical research and see that. The body can do incredible things and has an incredible ability to heal itself. And of course, we can get results a lot faster than most people realize that mind body connection can be really fast. Now if we think about this evidence in a negative way, we could also see that negative emotions can impact the body very fast as well.
For example, a person can be scared to death where something happens and they’re so scared. Their heart stops, or a person can even die of a broken heart where they lose a loved one and unfortunately die in a very short period of time. Now, my point is that mind body connection can happen really fast. Or even on a simple note, if somebody’s embarrassed, their face can turn red, it doesn’t take years or months. It literally is instant. Somebody can feel embarrassed and their face can turn red. That fast, and so we can see the mind body connection. Now, part of the reason that I wanted to share this particular insight that we could get fast results is because I know for me personally, it gave me a second wind, if you will, and more like a 500th wind if you will.
What I mean by that is maybe you’ve heard the term second wind, where it’s like you’re running out of steam and, you just. Get like suddenly energized to keep going. During my injury I had been meditating and trying everything and positive thinking and just all of the things to detoxes and fasts and cleanses and, every single thing that I could think of and every single time I would, get a second wind or a third wind or a fourth wind, so to speak, I would be reinvigorated because I just was excited that it would work. But it didn’t. And then of course I was meditating for years and years and years and years and years and years and years and positive thinking and all of the things and the affirmations and whatnot, and it just seemed like it was taking forever but when I really saw that we could get fast results, it was pivotal. Now that doesn’t mean I was sudden. I still had to figure out how to use it. So it still took me quite a while. But just seeing that it was possible made me really want to just figure it out and do it. it was just like this, okay, let me just, let me just get it done.
Let me figure this out. Please. it was just so much effort towards. Figuring it out. And so my hope is of course it drives you to say, okay, I’m going to change. I’m going to do this. So that’s one thing. Now, another insight that I want to share with you on the topic of change is this, is that so often in our culture and in our world these days, most people don’t really understand change at a deeper level, not in a way that’s really needed. And this is what I mean is a lot of times people manage emotions instead of genuinely transform emotions. In some ways that people will do that is they feel stressed throughout the week and they regularly go get a massage or relax, which of course can be great but it’s not really transforming the mindset. Or another example is this, is that if you think about in our culture, we talk about things like stress management or we talk about anger management. And if you think about an example, imagine somebody who used to get angry and raise their voice or take it out on others, but instead they get angry and go for a walk.
Now, of course if we think about this scenario, their behavior changed, but they didn’t really change their neural pathways. They didn’t change at a deeper, deeper level. And so in my experience, this scenario where somebody goes from getting angry and they raise their voice and they’re frustrated and maybe they change and instead they get angry and they suppress it inside and they just suppress it and they don’t say anything and maybe they go for a walk or something like that. Now, while this is definitely an improvement in my experience. This is not enough to heal the body because the same emotional patterns are there. And so of course it’s more complex than this, but my point is to just contrast what real change looks like and it’s a genuine shift, so you’re not feeling that old way of thinking, feeling, perceiving, like your mind has really, really shifted and in my experience, that’s the level of change that’s really needed to get lasting results. And I know it does. It takes effort, it takes follow through, but wow, it’s pivotal. I have seen people heal themselves from all kinds of things, change their life. It’s absolutely incredible what we’re capable of. So yes, it takes effort.
Yes, it takes follow through. Yes, it takes a genuine change, but wow, it’s worth it and it’s incredible. It does require a real change. So just food for thought on that.
