[00:00:00] Hi, I'm Brandy Gillmore and welcome to today's Fast Track Mind Programming Integration and Uplift recording. Now as we dive into today's exercise, you'll want to remember that your goal will be to purposely bring in as many positive uplifting emotions as you possibly can. And as you do so to purposely feel them.

[00:00:28] Additionally, as we discuss letting go of negative emotions, you want to allow yourself to be open to the idea of letting go of hurt and negativity in your life. That said, let's begin. I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe,

[00:00:52] and I'm gonna invite you to close your eyes. And relax, and take in the [00:01:00] feeling, your mind, your thoughts, your emotions, your emotions, your emotions are your energy. So powerful.

[00:01:13] And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And

[00:01:20] I'm going to ask you to take that in, your emotions, your energy, so powerful.

[00:01:30] And I'm going to ask you just for a moment, bingo, to notice if you've had any fear in your subconscious mind, in your emotions, in your energy. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want to invite you

[00:01:56] to change any fear, to [00:02:00] genuinely transform it. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:02:07] And I want you to think about for a moment what it would look like walking around. In life,

[00:02:16] feeling safe, feeling confident, feeling loved.

[00:02:26] And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and take in that feeling. You're seeing yourself walking around in your life, in your house, in your world. Feeling safe, feeling so safe,

[00:02:46] feeling loved,

[00:02:52] feeling confident, feeling good. What does that look like? And I'm gonna ask you to [00:03:00] breathe and even thinking about life.

[00:03:07] And even thinking about a beautiful bird, just flying through the sky, just soaring,

[00:03:19] the blue sky,

[00:03:25] the beauty in our world. And I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:03:40] bingo, and take that in. And I'm going to ask you, bingo, what it feels like inside of you to feel the safety from the world,

[00:03:59] to [00:04:00] feel a sense of safety in your life. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take in that feeling

[00:04:12] take in that feeling,

[00:04:17] feeling safety feeling safety in your neighborhood feeling safety in your life

[00:04:28] feeling safety in your future.

[00:04:34] And I'm going to say that again feeling safety in your neighborhood,

[00:04:41] in your life, feeling safe.

[00:04:48] And safety in your future.

[00:04:57] Now I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Thank you so[00:05:00]

[00:05:03] Bingo.

[00:05:07] And on this topic of changing, transforming, making sure that you're embodying safety, it is so important for healing, for transforming, the MBS needs.

[00:05:24] And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:05:30] Bingo. Yes. Yes. And I'm going to ask you to take in the awareness

[00:05:40] that a lot of fear comes from also from lack of integrity. For example, I can't tell you how many times I've worked with people in a relationship who were passive aggressive [00:06:00] or manipulative in their relationship and they had so much insecurity, so much fear, fear of losing the other person, a ton of fear.

[00:06:12] In the relationship, fear of the other person leaving or abandoning them or rejecting them.

[00:06:23] But when we change the integrity piece, the passive aggressiveness, it changed.

[00:06:34] And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:06:42] And I want you to think about also the feeling of feeling guilt or bad or blah blah blah blah blah from the past. Because that too is a major place where fear comes. Fear is different than people think it is. So different.[00:07:00]

[00:07:07] Bingo. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and I want you to notice if there's a part of you who feels a sense of guilt or punishment from the past.

[00:07:24] Oddly, that will keep your nervous system in fear. If you feel a sense of deserving punishment or guilt from the past, your brain will want to think and worry, so to speak, about all of the negative things that could happen as a form of punishment. Oh, this bad thing. Oh, this bad thing. Oh, this bad thing.

[00:07:51] And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe,

[00:07:57] and I'm going to ask you to bring in the [00:08:00] feeling that you do deserve. A great life that you can let go of the past, blah, blah, blah stuff. What does it feel like

[00:08:18] to bring in the feeling that you deserve a great life? What does that feel like? Bingo.

[00:08:31] Bingo. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. And I want you to picture just for a moment, the awareness that every single person has made a mistake. Everybody has. And so if every person in the world was walking around feeling guilty or bad or punishing themselves And feeling like they didn't deserve a great life because of a mistake they made in the past.

[00:08:58] What would our world look like?[00:09:00]

[00:09:02] It would look horrible. Every person not deserving a great life and beating themselves up and criticizing themselves and feel bad and guilty, that would look horrible. That would not be high vibration energy. But if every single person who'd ever made a mistake just said, I'm not going to make the mistake again.

[00:09:22] I'm just going to stay in integrity. And we looked around our world and everybody's just in integrity, treating each other well, respecting each other in great integrity, deserving a great life. What would our world look like if people are not ridden by guilt at all, but they feel deserving of a great life and they're just in great integrity with heaven on earth.

[00:09:49] Beautiful. And not only that, so aligned, it becomes easy to stay happy. It becomes easy to manifest. It becomes easy to heal. And so I'm going to ask you [00:10:00] just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling that you do deserve a great life. That you are a good person. And respecting others and feeling that and embodying that one million percent.

[00:10:19] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And seeing yourself walking around.

[00:10:30] You're walking around. How much guilt do you have? None. None. How much do you feel bad about the past? Zero. Do you feel bad about past mistakes? No. You've let them all go completely. All of them. Anything. There's no need to hide it or feel bad or blah blah blah blah blah letting that go.[00:11:00]

[00:11:01] How loved do you feel? Very.

[00:11:11] Bingo. I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:11:19] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to take in that feeling. What does it feel like? What does it really feel like? Bingo, to feel like a good person, who deserves a good life. I'm going to ask you to bring that feeling in. You're a good person, a great person, who deserves a great life. And I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:11:54] and I'm going to ask you to bring that feeling in. Really, really, really strong.[00:12:00]

[00:12:00] Even stronger. I'm feeling your energy. Even stronger. You're a good person. You're a great person. You're a great person. a great life. Bring that up even more.

[00:12:15] Good. Better. Bring it up even more. Good. From the group, I have about a level six, seven. I'd love to get it closer to a nine, 10. I'm going to bring it up even more that you're a great person and you deserve. A great life. You're a great person committed to integrity to treating people with respect to treating yourself with respect to being a good person.

[00:12:46] You're a good person taking that in and you deserve a great life. Bring it up even more.

[00:12:56] You deserve a great life.[00:13:00]

[00:13:02] And you to breathe. And if you have judgments towards others or punishing towards others, and I see this all the time where people are like, this person should be punished and I want this person and this person's bad, blah, blah, blah. And they will have a punishing mind for others. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:13:17] And if you have a bunch of judgments or punishments for others, I want to invite you to let that go. Dissolve that. Dissolve that and I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:13:32] dissolve that, let that go completely. You don't need it. It's not helping you. It doesn't make you righteous. It doesn't make you a better person, delete, delete, delete, let go of any feeling of wanting to punish your husband or wife or parents or blah, blah, blah, or whoever, or judge this person and that person and blah, blah, blah, letting it go completely.[00:14:00]

[00:14:00] And I'm going to ask you to breathe and letting that go completely and again bringing in the feeling you're a great person and you deserve a great life. Bring it up as high as you can. You're a great person and you deserve a great life. Bring it up. Good. Better, better. Think about it. Eight and a half for the group.

[00:14:27] And anytime I give a number for a group, you might be higher, you might be lower, but I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:14:36] And taking that feeling in, noticing what this feels like, and even seeing yourself walking around your house today, feeling like, you know what, you are a great person. It's true. You're a great person. You're great to other people. You're not hurting people or harming people or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

[00:14:57] And taking that feeling in. [00:15:00] You're a great person, and you deserve a great life. Bringing that feeling in.

[00:15:08] Deserving. Deserving. Deserving. Bring it up. Deserving. You deserve a great life. Bring it up please. As high as you can. You. You deserve a great life. Own it. Own it. Feel it. Own it. You deserve to be happy and healthy and have a great life and loved. Good. Good. Job with your energy. Bring it up even more. You deserve it.

[00:15:41] And I ask you to breathe. And take in that feeling.

[00:15:52] And feeling that. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And by the way, thinking [00:16:00] about the MBS needs, the Deserving Gateway was a big breakthrough in my work. So when we're bringing in the feeling of deserving, it is important. Was a big pivotal breakthrough and it's important for healing, for happiness, for transformation.

[00:16:15] So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:16:23] Bingo. And I want you to take in that feeling, deserving. You deserve a great life.

[00:16:33] How high can you get it? Guilt free. No guilt, no feeling bad.

[00:16:43] Good. Good, good, good, good job with your energy, guys. Bring it up even more. If it feels like I'm pushing you a little bit, I am. I am. I am. I'm going to ask you to breathe and take in that [00:17:00] feeling. You deserve a great life. Bringing it up as high as you possibly can, please. You deserve a great life. Guilt free, no guilt, no feeling bad, no feeling like it's wrong to have a bad life.

[00:17:19] Or that people won't like you, or they'll be jealous, or blah, blah, blah, letting that go. Good. Bingo.

[00:17:33] And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to say that again. Bringing this up. I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:17:55] And feel that.[00:18:00]

[00:18:00] You deserve a great life. No feeling bad, not feeling guilty, not feeling undeserving, or like you're on punishment, or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Delete all of that. Not feeling like people will be jealous, or envious, blah, blah, blah. No. People will be happy for you. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe,

[00:18:26] and seeing yourself walking around. Feeling happy and healthy and having a fantastic life. And it's safe, good, good. And walking around happy and healthy and feeling good and life is good and things are good and you are loved and it's impressive and wonderful and people love you and it's safe.

[00:18:54] Good, and I'm going to ask you to breathe.[00:19:00]

[00:19:00] And again, here we go, seeing yourself walking around, feeling, deserving of a great life. It feels really good. You know you deserve a great life. We're all spiritual beings who are here in these physical bodies, we all deserve a great life. Great people and great integrity, and we deserve a great life. We deserve to be happy and healthy.

[00:19:30] Take that in. Happy, and healthy, and loved, and have a wonderful, abundant life.

[00:19:40] And people aren't jealous, or angry, or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, because… You're nice. You're kind. You're loving.

[00:19:57] And I'm going to ask you to breathe [00:20:00] and take in that feeling in. You're nice. You're kind. You're loving. You're good to people. You're in great integrity, respecting people,

[00:20:11] respecting people, being kind to people, being loving to people. It's just who you are. You're a great person

[00:20:22] and people are loving you back and being kind and loving and sweet and it's beautiful. And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:20:33] and bring in the feeling in. You're seeing yourself walking around this week. Feeling like, you know, I do deserve a great life. You're feeling it strong. You're feeling that in a beautiful way, in a self love type of way where you're loving yourself to know. You're loving yourself enough to know that you do deserve a great life

[00:20:59] and you [00:21:00] see you're a great person and great integrity and so it's just easy. It's easy to know that. It's easy to feel it.

[00:21:12] Good, good, good, good, good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. and take in the feeling

[00:21:24] and notice this feeling really, really strong. Bring it up as high as you can. You're a great person. You deserve a great life. You deserve to be happy and healthy and loved

[00:21:39] and you're loving towards others and you're kind to others and you're filled with kindness and with love.

[00:21:50] and great integrity and it's beautiful. Bingo. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and taking [00:22:00] that in and feeling that

[00:22:08] and I'm gonna ask you to breathe

[00:22:19] and I want you to picture just for a moment, this entire month, you're walking around with this new feeling inside of you, feeling like you deserve a great life.

[00:22:35] And it's a wonderful thing. You're a great person and you're not thinking, Oh, that person deserves punishment and that person and that person and that person, because that energy will mess it up. So you don't want to do that with your mind.

[00:22:52] Instead, you're just feeling like a great person in great integrity, loving, wonderful, happy, and healthy. And you [00:23:00] deserve it. And it's so good.

[00:23:05] It's so good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:23:11] Great job with your energy, guys. Beautiful. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And taking in the feeling. Any negative energy or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah from the past, you've let that go. Any negative energy connected to a health issue. Ew, you let those go completely. You don't want that, any of that negative energy, or hurt, or upset, or guilt, or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

[00:23:38] You let that go completely. Any of those negative patterns that are connected to a health issue, delete, delete, delete. Ew. Letting those go completely. You don't want them. You don't need them. They're not serving you.

[00:23:55] Instead, you're full of feelings of love, kindness. [00:24:00] Harmony, goodness, and a feeling that you deserve a great life, as you do, as you do, and taking that feeling in, deserving to be happy, and healthy, and loved, and successful, and enjoying life, and playful,

[00:24:21] and I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and deserving a long, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful life.

[00:24:29] Good, and I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and take that in, and I want to invite you to open your beautiful eyes whenever you are ready.
