[00:00:00] Hi, I'm Brandy Gillmore and welcome to today's fast track mind programming, integration and uplift recording. Now as we dive into today's exercise, you'll want to remember that your goal will be to purposely bring in as many positive uplifting emotions as you possibly can. And as you do so to purposely feel them.

[00:00:29] As we discuss letting go of negative emotions, you want to allow yourself to be open to the idea of letting go of hurt and negativity in your life. That said, let's begin. So I'm going to ask you guys just for a moment, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to close your eyes.

[00:00:54] And I'm going to ask you and invite you to take a nice deep breath[00:01:00]

[00:01:01] and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to see yourself walking around feeling so good, like the sky is blue, the just your smile is so big

[00:01:18] and I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to bring in the awareness that your emotions control your thoughts. Your emotions control your thoughts. It's like if you're feeling a feeling of love, you can't stop thinking about the person. If you've fallen in love before and you're going, Oh, my God, you just can't stop thinking about them or talking about it.

[00:01:50] It's just an amazing feeling where something amazing happens or you're, you're, you're like, just feeling this feeling. It's so good. Then the contrast. [00:02:00] You had like an argument or you're pissed off or this or that or the other. It's like, okay, well, I'm just going to think about something else and you or you're fearful or this that the other and it keeps coming into your mind and it keeps coming into your mind.

[00:02:14] And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe

[00:02:19] and I'm going to invite you just for a moment to not think. Don't think, just feel, just feel. And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling. I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling that life is so amazing. That life is so amazing, and purposely bring that feeling up.

[00:02:46] My God, life is so amazing. Bring that feeling up. Now if you think about it. As I was injured in extreme pain with everything in my [00:03:00] life falling apart and had fallen apart, not knowing if I had a future and, and, you know, I mean, any type of real future, uh, so much pain and, and all of this stuff. And there I am laying in bed in extreme pain going, Oh my God, life is amazing.

[00:03:17] Life is amazing. It's so, it's such a beautiful day. It's so wonderful. Yeah. How crazy is that? But remember, most people don't get better from what I got, what I had, because I did it differently. And if you're going to make the changes in your life, you've got to do it differently. Then what everybody else is doing.

[00:03:44] And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling that, Oh my God, life is good. Life is good. Life is so good. And bring that feeling up, [00:04:00] bring that feeling up today. Oh my God, today is so amazing.

[00:04:07] And as you probably know, most people, everybody it's going like, well, as soon as life gets better, then I'll feel better about life, but I'll change starts from on the inside and the inside. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and take in that feeling change starts in the inside. Okay. Life is so amazing today.

[00:04:35] Next week. Oh my God. Life is amazing. And you bring that feeling up, feel it, feel it, feel it, feel it, feel it. The more you feel it, the

[00:04:52] more you feel that change inside of you.[00:05:00]

[00:05:03] Do you want to hold on the feelings of hurt feelings of upset? Or are you willing to let them go? Genuinely. Most people would say, I'll let them go when I have something better.

[00:05:24] But I want to remind you that you have to let them go to be able to have something better.

[00:05:35] And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take that awareness in. You know, even if you think about it, even in the Bible, thousands of years ago, says those who love life. We'll eat its fruit, and it's not just the bio, it's literally every religious, you know, we can do metaphysics, quantum physics, you know, our energy, how we feel about life, will [00:06:00] reflect, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe,

[00:06:08] and I'm gonna ask you and invite you to take that in,

[00:06:14] that a lot of people think, I'll hold on to hurt until I have something better,

[00:06:24] but remember,

[00:06:28] If you hold on to hurt, it will create more of the same.

[00:06:34] And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:06:39] and take that awareness in. If you hold on to hurt, problems, negativity, it will attract more of the same. Even if we think about it on a very grounded level with psychology, attraction theory, well known in psychology, and the unconscious mind and all of these things. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe [00:07:00] and building on that in this new way.

[00:07:05] And this awareness about your health also. And again, most people will say, I will let go of the hurt, of the upset, of the stress when things are better.

[00:07:24] But remember, you want to let go of the hurt, the upset, and the stress so things can get better.

[00:07:37] And I'm going to ask you to breathe. Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to see yourself walking around. Feeling good. Feeling so good. You're smiling. You're smiling and it feels amazing. You're smiling. You're smiling and it feels [00:08:00] so good.

[00:08:03] And I'm going to ask you to feel that feeling of your smile. And your glow. Inside of you just smiling, glowing, happy, smiling, bingo, glowing, happy.

[00:08:21] And I'm gonna ask you to bring in the feeling that you are a good person.

[00:08:30] You are a good person and you love being in great integrity. You love being in great integrity. You love it. You know how important it is for your health, for your life. Integrity, integrity, integrity, so important. And you love it. It feels good. It feels really good. It doesn't feel limiting. It feels expanding.

[00:08:57] And it is. It so [00:09:00] is.

[00:09:03] And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in. Integrity feels so good. It doesn't feel limiting. It feels expansive. Because it is. It really is. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe

[00:09:23] and take that in. That being a good person feels amazing. Feels so good. Being in integrity. It feels so good. And by the way, some people go, Oh, I'm limited by integrity. They don't see the energy and understand how it works because integrity is so expensive for your health, for your life, for everything.

[00:09:44] And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe

[00:09:50] and take in that feeling

[00:09:56] good. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and seeing yourself walking [00:10:00] around.

[00:10:03] Your shoulders are back. Your smile is so big. Your shoulders are back. Your smile is so big. Feels good.

[00:10:18] And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:10:23] And feeling your smile. Feeling the smile on your face right now. Feeling your smile on your face right now. And feeling that smile throughout your body. Feel it. Feel it. It's a good day. It's a good day. It's a great, amazing, wonderful day and seeing life just getting better and better. You know, the awareness that people are waking up and feeling empowered and it's awesome.

[00:10:48] And the awareness we're incredible beings and happiness is important. And imagine looking around the world when there's more and more people wake up to happiness, being important and integrity and feeling good [00:11:00] and. The thoughts and healing and all of that. I mean, it's incredible. Our future is going to be amazing.

[00:11:06] It's just getting better and better and better. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe

[00:11:14] and take that in the awareness. It's, it's exciting.

[00:11:22] And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and feel this feeling. All change starts from within. You're ready to change. You're ready to feel it, feel it. Oh my God. Life, life is so amazing. And taking that in and feeling that. Bring it up as high as you can. Let me feel that from you. Good. Good. Feeling it high as you can.

[00:11:51] Good. For the group, I have about a level 8. You might be higher, you might be lower, personally. But, awesome job in bringing it up even more. Feel it, [00:12:00] feel it, feel it. Bring it up as high as you can.

[00:12:05] Good. Good. Perfect. Good. Notice just how it feels. Remember, we're doing things differently than anybody else because that's how we get results. So feeling this feeling, doing exactly this, bring it up even more, feel it, feel it, feel it. Good job with your energy guys, feel it, feel it, feel it. Bring it up even more.

[00:12:40] Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:12:45] Good. Good. Feel it, feel it first. And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:12:55] and take this feeling in.[00:13:00]

[00:13:00] Bingo. Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and see yourself, by the way, walking around the rest of today. And it's like, you had this feeling, this feeling, it feels so good. And you're walking around today. And I'm asking you really seeing yourself. Even walking around your house and you're like purposely happy and it feels good.

[00:13:20] You're not thinking a lot about all you're just purposely feeling

[00:13:28] good, good, and taking that in.

[00:13:36] And even this next week, you're purposely you're walking around. You're just feeling this giddiness. You're walking around, you're feeling this giddiness. You're walking around, you're feeling this giddiness you're feeling. And it's awesome. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take up this feeling. Feel it, feel it, feel it.

[00:13:56] Good. Good. [00:14:00] And I'm going to ask you to breathe. Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take in this feeling.

[00:14:13] Good. And feel it. And seeing yourself walking around. Just purposely. Feeling lifted.

[00:14:28] And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:14:34] and feel it. Feel it. And take this feeling in.

[00:14:47] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and notice this feeling. And I want to remind you to remember to remember this is [00:15:00] key. And this is a key thing. There's several key things that I did differently from everybody else. And this is one of them that you really got to lift and feel it. It's not all about the thinking first.

[00:15:12] It's the feelings first. And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:15:20] and notice this feeling

[00:15:26] and breathe and take this in and feel it,

[00:15:33] feel it.

[00:15:37] And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:15:43] and feel the feeling of glow throughout your body and your smile on your face. Just feel it. Feel. Feel. Good.

[00:15:56] Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.[00:16:00]

[00:16:03] It feels so good. Feel it. Feel it. Feel it. Good. Show up with your energy. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And take this in.

[00:16:22] Good.

[00:16:27] And I'm going to ask your mind to remember to remember that this feeling feels so good. And that this is something I'm going to invite you to purposely bring up throughout the day throughout the day today throughout the day tomorrow to purposely lift and purposely lift beautiful and I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

[00:16:56] And take this feeling in[00:17:00]

[00:17:06] remember to remember

[00:17:11] this is so key. And if you're somebody who's going through the video set, remember lifting first, if you remember lifting first, and then there's also arc accessing resourceful consciousness. So, where the more you lift. The more your mind expands, the more you lift, but the more your mind expands, the more resourceful your brain is and accessing resourceful consciousness.

[00:17:33] So I'm going to ask you to breathe and remember that lifting your energy, even if you think about it on a grounded level, the more you lift, the more you have more ideas, more thoughts. So if we, we can think about this in a metaphysical way where you lift your energy and you attract more great things.

[00:17:50] And that's one way to think about it. Another way to think about it as you lift, like if we think about somebody who's stressed and they're in a negative or they're angry and they're upset and you [00:18:00] try to reason with them, how does it go? Well, not so well. They're stuck. They're frustrated. They're this, that, the other.

[00:18:08] But if they calm down, you can reason with them. And now we're taking that to the next level. When you're lifted and you're excited, you have, you're able to access resourceful consciousness. So it's next level of the mind. And so whether you want to think about this in a metaphysical way, or in a very grounded neuroscientific way, where like we're looking at our psychology, where we're looking at, you know, how the mind works, staying lifted.

[00:18:41] So I want to invite you to remember, to remember, to remember feeling this feeling in your day, feeling this first, you access more of your genius, more of your best self, a better life, better health. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. [00:19:00] And take this in. You've got this. Feel it. Feel it.

[00:19:03] Feel it. Feel it. Bring it up. The glow inside of you. The smile inside of you.

[00:19:12] Bring it in.

[00:19:16] And breathe. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to invite you to go ahead and open your eyes whenever you are ready.
