[00:00:00] Hi, I'm Brandy Gillmore and welcome to today's Fast Track Mind Programming Integration and Uplift recording. Now as we dive into today's exercise, you'll want to remember that your goal will be to purposely bring in as many positive uplifting emotions as you possibly can and as you do so to purposely feel them.

[00:00:29] As we discuss letting go of negative emotions, you want to allow yourself to be open to the idea of letting go of hurt and negativity in your life. That said, let's begin. So I want to invite you. Just for a moment to breathe and invite you to close your eyes

[00:00:57] and take in the feeling and the [00:01:00] awareness Your thoughts your emotions your mindset helps create your life And of course, we've talked about patterns where people will have patterns in relationships and it could be patterns of hurt or rejection or abandonment or feeling left out or patterns of abuse or all kinds of things and Noticing our thoughts our emotions our mindset even help create our relationships.

[00:01:37] And when you stop and think about this for a moment, it's profound because the one area that so many people feel disempowered, like they have no power or no ability, or they can't change other people is relationships. All the time people feel like [00:02:00] they can't change relationships that they have no power or if they're hurtful or painful and they just they're at the mercy of others, but we know that our thoughts our emotions our mindset our Emotional patterns create our lives And so I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I want to invite you to remember to remember that you're powerful

[00:02:28] And I ask you to breathe And I want you to think about the awareness that we've talked about the MBS needs, the mind body soul needs, the importance of connection and love,

[00:02:48] and you know that, you know, the importance that we all need love. If an infant doesn't get enough love, they can die, or a senior loses a spouse, [00:03:00] has a much higher rate of death, or, on a positive note,

[00:03:07] people who have a sense of community and connectedness can live longer. Think about the power of connection, the power of connection, and when you stop and think about it for a moment. Loneliness has become an epidemic,

[00:03:28] and I'm going to ask you to think about the awareness

[00:03:33] of connection, the importance of connection.

[00:03:39] And I'm going to ask you to picture yourself feeling a sense of unity, connection

[00:03:49] with people all over the world,

[00:03:55] a sense of oneness, of unity.[00:04:00]

[00:04:02] We're all connected to the universe, source energy, God, divine, whatever you want to call it.

[00:04:12] We're all connected. We're all energetically connected to source energy. We're all in this world together at the same time, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and take in that feeling of connection.

[00:04:36] Bingo. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you to think about what I call patterns. Disconnect. Patterns of disconnect that can be linked to disease. Patterns of disconnect. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want to [00:05:00] bring to your awareness, to notice, do you have patterns of disconnect?

[00:05:10] That could be a story of telling yourself you're unloved or that nobody cares about you. Or that everybody's against you, or everybody's rejecting you, or that you're inferior, or that you're righteous and superior.

[00:05:35] Or even having an internal voice of judgment towards others. Or an internal hater that's jealous and angry towards others and other's success, or critical and fault finding. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I want to invite you to look at this in your life. [00:06:00] If you have. One of these patterns of disconnect that can be linked to dis ease.

[00:06:11] Because as you know, the MBS needs love, connection are so important. And so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And if you have a pattern of disconnect, of feeling disconnected from others, unloved, or telling yourself a story, or not wanting to be around others, or not liking people, or whatever that is, I want you to become conscious.

[00:06:39] of that pattern. And I want to make sure and invite you to be willing to change it. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in. Remembering to remember that our [00:07:00] relationship patterns breed more of the same and more of the same and more of the same. So unfortunately, using the example of rejection, somebody can feel that over and over and over again, or unloved or left out or, you know, or even Jadedness and judgments or distrusting of people or hating people or fear of people and social anxiety any of those patterns Lead to emotional disconnect and you need that energy that love that connection that community Bringing back in the awareness that community connectedness can help longevity

[00:07:42] I'm gonna ask you to breathe

[00:07:48] and Taking that in

[00:07:56] and I'm gonna ask you to be willing to change to be wanting to [00:08:00] change To see the importance of making a real radical change in your life for your happiness, for your health, for love, for connection, for longevity.

[00:08:16] And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I'm gonna ask you to be willing to change, excited to change.

[00:08:30] And I'm going to ask you to see yourself walking around, feeling so good, feeling connected, feeling a sense of connection. And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling of connection to everybody in your neighborhood,

[00:08:54] everybody in your neighborhood, in your community, feeling that feeling that [00:09:00] you're all in the same community, that everybody has feelings. Everybody needs love. Everybody's an energetic being. Everybody's thoughts help create their lives.

[00:09:14] And everybody wants love and acknowledgement and to feel safe and to have a good life.

[00:09:22] And I'm going to ask you to bring in a feeling, a sense of community, thinking about, again, all those people around you, they all want love and connection and to have a good life and to feel safe. And it's a wonderful thing.

[00:09:42] And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:09:52] and take that in

[00:09:57] and feel that. [00:10:00] And I'm going to invite you to feel the feeling of connected connection to all of our friends. And people in Europe,

[00:10:12] and in Australia, and Africa, and South America, just everybody, US, Canada, Mexico, people everywhere around the world. I'm going to ask you to bring in a feeling of connection. What does that feel like?

[00:10:36] And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to bring in that feeling of wishing everybody. A great life, to feel love, to feel happy, to feel safe.

[00:10:52] Feeling that. And I'm going to ask you to bring in a feeling, a feeling that [00:11:00] for you to feel loved and happy and healthy and safe and loving life.

[00:11:15] And I'm going to ask you to breathe and taking in this feeling, this sense of community. We're all here for a reason.

[00:11:29] And I'm gonna ask you to breathe

[00:11:33] and taking that feeling in

[00:11:43] and notice what it feels like to feel a sense of community and connectedness, remembering to remind your mind

[00:11:55] that all change starts from within. So [00:12:00] what if this feeling of community and connectedness As your life, where you're feeling connected to people,

[00:12:12] and in your life, you feel so connected to people. You feel like you have a community, you have friends, you have connection, you have love. Remembering to remember that all change starts from within, so I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:12:32] and taking in the feeling of connection.

[00:12:38] And letting go of any feeling of disconnect, these patterns of disconnect,

[00:12:45] superior, inferior or fear of people,

[00:12:51] not good enough or better than or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever that is for you. And I [00:13:00] want you to notice the shift to feel even more connected,

[00:13:07] even more connected to people. Noticing, reminding your mind, it's good for you, your health, your longevity, not to mention all change starts from within.

[00:13:24] Are you really willing to change? Remembering that loneliness is an epidemic right now because so many people feel disconnected and they feel disconnected for one reason or another or another. These patterns of disconnect

[00:13:43] and I'm going to ask you to breathe and I want you to think about your patterns of disconnect

[00:13:53] and I'm going to ask you to be willing to change. I want to invite you to see the importance. [00:14:00] Of changing this for your health, for your life, for your happiness, for your community, your friends, family, and longevity. What do you want your life

[00:14:15] to be? And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:14:25] And I'm going to ask you to take this feeling in

[00:14:33] seeing yourself walking around. Even in your community, happy and healthy and feeling connected to others, friends, family, feeling the sense of connection, belonging. What does that feel like? Bringing that feeling up. What does that [00:15:00] feel like? Bringing that feeling up inside of you, the feeling of connection, remembering to remember to remember that all change.

[00:15:15] It starts from within

[00:15:21] knowing that all change starts from within. Do you want to carry with you patterns of disconnect,

[00:15:34] feelings of connection, community patterns of connection in positive ways? And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:15:48] and ask you to breathe and seeing yourself walking around and your shoulders are back.

[00:15:59] [00:16:00] Your smile is so big and you feel this sense of community and connectedness. inside of you.

[00:16:11] Bingo. You've let go of any patterns of disconnect,

[00:16:20] feelings of loneliness, or disconnecting from others, or superior, or righteousness, or less than, and inferior, or any of those. You let them go.

[00:16:35] I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And feel the feeling of connectedness inside of you. What does that feel like?

[00:16:50] And again, feeling the feeling of connection.

[00:16:56] People around you in your life. [00:17:00] Good. Good. Great job with your energy. And I'm going to ask you guys to breathe and feeling that feeling of connection. What does it feel like to be connected to others? Feeling of connection, a feeling of community. Inside of you.

[00:17:30] I'm gonna ask you to make this feeling even bigger. Feel it. What does it feel like? This feeling of connection to humanity? Connection to others? Reminding your mind. All change starts from within. And I'm gonna ask you to bring this feeling up and up.[00:18:00]

[00:18:01] I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to feel that.

[00:18:12] And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take in the awareness. There is no loneliness. There's almost 8 billion people on the planet. There's no loneliness. No disconnect, no rejection, no hurt, no unloved,

[00:18:32] no superior or inferior.

[00:18:38] There's connection.

[00:18:42] And I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:18:49] and I'm going to ask you to breathe and take this feeling in.

[00:18:57] Feel that feeling of [00:19:00] connection

[00:19:04] and community.

[00:19:09] Connection and community. Connection and community.

[00:19:18] Notice what it feels like. Isn't it amazing that by feeling a sense of community and connection that people can live longer? Longevity by feeling a sense of connectedness. And I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:19:47] and I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling of connectedness to the people around you.

[00:19:55] And if any part of you saying, I feel lonely, or I don't have people around me, or [00:20:00] any of those voices, remember, all change starts inside of you. And so I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take in the feeling of community around you, feeling the sense of community. Good, good job with your energy and bringing it up

[00:20:27] and bringing in the awareness that we are all in this time and space for a reason. We're all here. We're all connected to God, universe, energy, source. We all want love, connection,

[00:20:48] safety, a good life,

[00:20:56] and I'm going to ask you to breathe [00:21:00] good.

[00:21:04] And I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling and the awareness. Our friends in Europe want love, connection, happiness, safety, a good life. Friends in Australia, our friends in Africa, our friends in South America, all over the world, the US, Canada, everywhere, Iceland, I'm going to ask you to breathe good.

[00:21:31] And taking that feeling of seeing others, of feeling others, of feeling a sense of connection, of brotherhood or sisterhood or community,

[00:21:48] good. Notice how this feels. So good. It's good to your soul[00:22:00]

[00:22:00] and remembering to remember that all change starts from within and I can tell you, I have seen so many people who've gone through, who've changed their patterns in relationships and feel connected, loved for the first time, even in their sixties. 70s. I'm going, Oh my God, I feel like I have people around me who love me, who care about me.

[00:22:20] I have friends. I have community. I have people.

[00:22:28] And it's beautiful. And I want you to think about you and the connection and community and the feeling of connectedness. Around you. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:22:50] And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to think about any old pattern, the pattern of disconnect, any of those patterns of disconnect.[00:23:00]

[00:23:02] And I'm going to ask you and remind your mind that you must get rid of them.

[00:23:12] Any feeling of unloved or rejection or not good enough or blah, blah, blah, or superior or you other people or whatever it is, disconnect, getting rid of it. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:23:29] Bingo. Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:23:40] And I'm going to ask you to picture your life moving forward. This week. Even feeling a sense of community with others. Connection in your house,

[00:23:55] connection with friends,[00:24:00]

[00:24:00] even with family. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe

[00:24:07] and I'm gonna ask you to bring in that feeling, connectedness.

[00:24:18] And again, as you bring in this feeling, I want to remind you, it's healing. It's positive. It's important for your soul, for your being, for your longevity. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And I want you to think about making a real change. In your life to notice for your soul, how good this feeling of connection feels

[00:24:51] to embody transformation, make this real all the way[00:25:00]

[00:25:00] and I'm gonna ask you to breathe

[00:25:05] and taking this feeling in

[00:25:11] bingo. Exactly. Exactly. And again, I want to bring to your awareness that loneliness is an epidemic and that we've heard the phrase before. of a person who feels lonely in a crowded room.

[00:25:32] There are people who feel lonely in their marriage, lonely in their household, lonely in their community. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to think about any feeling, the pattern of disconnect that you have,

[00:25:53] and the importance of getting rid of it. The importance of eradicating it, transforming it. And [00:26:00] I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to see yourself walking around in life where you really feel the sense of connectedness to neighbors, to friends, to family, to people, community,

[00:26:20] and it's so good.

[00:26:28] And I'm going to ask you to breathe, bingo, and take this in.

[00:26:40] And I want to go ahead and invite you to open your eyes whenever you are ready.
