[00:00:00] Hi, I'm Brandy Gillmore and welcome to today's Fast Track Mind Programming Integration and Uplift recording. Now as we dive into today's exercise, you'll want to remember that your goal will be to purposely bring in as many positive uplifting emotions as you possibly can and as you do so to purposely feel them.

[00:00:29] As we discuss letting go of negative emotions, you want to allow yourself to be open to the idea of letting go of hurt and negativity in your life. That said, let's begin. Bingo. I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:00:52] And

[00:00:56] you know that feeling[00:01:00]

[00:01:00] when life starts to change.

[00:01:07] Things are just getting better and it's like, you're following through. Like things are getting better and sunnier and happier and more easeful.

[00:01:21] And, you know, as I was getting better from my injury, it literally, it felt like a new world and it's, it's silly to say, but it's, it's exactly what it felt like. The sky was bluer than blue. It was just like, everything was just, it's so hard to describe. It's just. I mean, I remember driving like driving on the street and just being like, wow, buildings, you know, it was just this feeling of, of coming back to life.

[00:01:50] Like, literally, I was, I was in awe and in awe and not because I was trying to be, but just because I actually [00:02:00] was. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want to invite you to take a moment, what it would look like if you looked at our world

[00:02:19] in a place of awe,

[00:02:25] and I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:02:32] And what does that look like? What does it feel like? What if your life

[00:02:41] was the next level of, ah, like, what would that look like in your life? Like, I want you to just for a moment. And I'm not saying that, that all of a sudden you're like, it just, just, if you [00:03:00] started looking around your life

[00:03:06] and everything felt more sweet and more exciting and more alive,

[00:03:17] I'm going to ask you to breathe. I want you to take in that feeling. That's a good, a good word to describe it. I'm going to ask you to take in that feeling. What if your life felt more alive?

[00:03:31] What would that, what would that feel like?

[00:03:40] And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:03:48] And I'm going to ask you to take in that feeling, that feeling,

[00:03:57] bingo. What would that feel like?[00:04:00]

[00:04:06] Now, when you take this in, like, really, I want you to actually keep your eyes open.

[00:04:14] And what would that feel like if your life felt more alive?

[00:04:23] If it felt even more full of love,

[00:04:30] if it felt even more full of excitement of great, wonderful things,

[00:04:38] what would that feel like?

[00:04:46] What would happen if it felt, if you felt even more passion?

[00:04:56] What would that feel like?[00:05:00]

[00:05:02] And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:05:11] And I want you to notice, really, what would that feel like? You know, thinking about this for a moment, in a very grounded way. I know we're super, super grounded, but that's the point. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And all of the time, I'll have people who will make some type of change. And they're going, you know, Oh my God, like I can't believe this happened and this happened and this is my life and this is my life and, and Oh my God, there's this and Oh my God, I'm better and I'm happy and I'm, and I'm renewing my vows or I'm getting married or I'm, I'm starting that this or that or whatever it is.

[00:05:54] And I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

[00:05:59] And I'm gonna [00:06:00] ask you, do you have a lackluster feeling that says, It's just another day, but it's just Monday, but it's just another week.

[00:06:17] Remembering that your thoughts and emotions help create your life,

[00:06:25] but you didn't notice. Are your thoughts mundane about this week? Are your thoughts habitual? Do you not expect much from this week? Do you have an expectation that says, okay, yep, there's Monday, there's Tuesday, there's Wednesday, there's Thursday. Hopefully we get to just Friday and Saturday. Woo. Okay.

[00:06:53] What if your mindset was radically different?[00:07:00]

[00:07:00] What if you were super excited about this week because amazing things were going to happen?

[00:07:10] What if you were going to be crazy in love even more than you, if even if you already are, you're taking it to the next level, what would that be like?

[00:07:26] I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:07:33] It's crazy to stop and think about it,

[00:07:38] that our day to day emotions hold the key to that door. I'm going to say that again. Our day to day emotions hold the key to that door. Now, of course, [00:08:00] holding your day to day emotions, lifting them, bringing them up, bringing them up higher, bringing them up higher, expanding your mind. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:08:14] And I'm going to ask you what it would feel like to be really excited about your week this week.

[00:08:25] Good. What would that feel like? Like, Oh my God, this week? The squeak is going to be amazing. No, of course I'm not expecting the same this and the same that. Nuh uh. Next level. What does that feel like? What does that feel like to expect more? To be excited for great things to happen? To be excited to expect to feel good?

[00:08:52] To expect to feel healthy and happy?

[00:08:58] What does that feel like?[00:09:00]

[00:09:05] I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you, could you change?

[00:09:16] Could you put more effort to changing even more?

[00:09:27] Could you make a better effort to stay in the positive? Thank you.

[00:09:42] Could you

[00:09:46] love and respect yourself even more?[00:10:00]

[00:10:01] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:10:14] Um, Um, Um, Bingo. Bingo.

[00:10:23] Bingo. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And if you knew,

[00:10:32] I'm going to shift gears a little bit, the universe is asking us to, I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:10:41] And if you knew that you never, ever, ever, ever made not one mistake. in the past.

[00:10:53] How would you feel right now? If you never did anything wrong or bad or guilty or blah, blah, [00:11:00] blah, blah, blah,

[00:11:04] how deserving would you feel

[00:11:09] to have a great life?

[00:11:16] How deserving would you feel?

[00:11:26] I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:11:31] Now, when you think about the MBS needs, so the MBS needs, the deserving need is like the ability to allow like the ebb and flow of energy from life force. Like life force energy. It is your connection to life force energy. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to purposely bring in the [00:12:00] feeling that you do deserve a great life.

[00:12:07] And notice what that feels like. You. Yes, you deserve to have a great life.

[00:12:18] Yep, you deserve to have a great life. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And what if you knew that you deserved to have a really great day? Really, you deserve it. You totally deserve it. Good, good, good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:12:47] and I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And I want you to notice it was easier to feel like you deserve to have a good day than it was for you to feel like you deserve to have a great life. So we're going to [00:13:00] expand that even more. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and I want you to bring in the feeling you deserve to have a wonderful day.

[00:13:07] Of course you deserve to have a great day. You absolutely deserve to have a fantastic day. You deserve to have a fantastic day, and I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:13:25] Good job with your energy, guys. Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:13:34] And taking that in, you absolutely deserve to have a great day today. Of course you do. Take that in. Of course you absolutely deserve to have a fantastic day today. Like, obviously. Of course. And you deserve to be happy and loved, of course, and healthy, of course.[00:14:00]

[00:14:03] Let me ask you to breathe

[00:14:12] and take that feeling in.

[00:14:18] What does it feel like? I want you to feel that feeling as high as you can, just to give you guys an idea. The average level of deserving, feeling deserving is much better right now on the call, but it's about a level four on average. Some people are higher, some people are a lot lower, but this is important.

[00:14:42] Very important for your healing, for your happiness, for health, for ease, for good things in life. It is extremely important. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. [00:15:00] And I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling. That you deserve a great life. You deserve a wonderful day today, and I'm going to ask you to breathe and take in that feeling.

[00:15:30] Bingo.

[00:15:35] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:15:51] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling that you deserve to be loved.[00:16:00]

[00:16:01] What does that feel like?

[00:16:06] You deserve to be loved. Everybody. Good. I want you guys to notice how much you're expanding your energy in a great, great, great way. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And by the way, as far as deserving on the group right now, we have about a level seven, which is so good. So good. And I'm going to ask you guys to breathe.

[00:16:40] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:16:46] And I want you to picture today's Monday, of course. And I want you to picture this week. What happens if great things keep happening? What happens?[00:17:00]

[00:17:00] If you just feel loved, what happens if you're just smiling and feeling good, and you're feeling like, wow, life is in flow.

[00:17:16] What happens if you're feeling loved and you deserve it and a good life and you deserve it?

[00:17:28] And what if you knew this life was just going to keep getting better and better and that you were safe?

[00:17:37] What if you knew this life was just going to keep getting better and better and that you are safe? What does that feeling feel like? To feel safe, to feel safe, to feel empowered, to feel safe, [00:18:00] to feel strong,

[00:18:05] to feel safe, to feel safe. Take that in. What does it feel like to feel safe, to feel confident in life, confident you're going to have a great day, confident that everything's going to be great, confident that things are just going to get better and better and better. What does that feel like?

[00:18:29] Good. I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:18:37] Thank you. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And taking that in,

[00:18:58] bingo, [00:19:00] bingo. And I'm going to ask you to come back to today, that feeling that we talked about in the very beginning, that feeling of life coming more alive,

[00:19:18] that feeling of everything feeling more exciting, that it feels like life is more alive all around you.

[00:19:29] And I'm going to ask you, what would it look like to have life more alive inside of you this week?

[00:19:45] What would that look like to be more lively on purpose, to be more connecting with people on purpose?[00:20:00]

[00:20:01] If you did that and you made it your new norm, how would you like that?

[00:20:15] Great job with your energy guys, and I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:20:22] and I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I want you to take that in for a moment, and I'm going to ask you to breathe, and thinking about yourself, and thinking about this week, and I want you to think about a couple places, and a couple ways that you can purposely be more lively, maybe you're being more fun, maybe you're more outgoing, maybe you're, you laugh a bit more, maybe you're silly a bit more, or playful a bit more, or romantic a bit more, Or smiling a bit more, or spontaneous a bit more, or surprising and giving of love to a [00:21:00] loved one a bit more.

[00:21:07] Bingo. Maybe you're working and you're happier a bit more. What does that look like? And I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:21:21] and I'm going to ask you to see yourself walking around. Your shoulders are back. Your smile is so big. Your smile is so big and you're glowing and you feel more alive.

[00:21:36] Good job with your energy. And I'm going to ask you to notice that feeling of feeling more alive. And I'm going to ask you to take that into your body right now. What if in your body, right now, you're feeling more alive?

[00:21:52] What does that feel like? And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to also take in the feeling that you deserve a fantastic day [00:22:00] today. You really do. That it's going to be a great day, and you deserve to have a great day.

[00:22:11] And of course, Life is also what you make of it.

[00:22:20] Bingo. I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:22:25] Bingo.

[00:22:33] Bingo. That. Bingo. A lot of times when people are wanting to change their health, their life, their happiness, everything,

[00:22:47] even though they quote like they, they, they're waiting for something to suddenly arrive into their life. But I want to remind you that the goal, the [00:23:00] doorway to what's going to arrive in your life starts in your vibration today.

[00:23:10] Are you lifting more? Are you staying lifted?

[00:23:19] Focus on that. And the rest comes.

[00:23:26] Focus on that and the rest comes. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Good. I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:23:40] Bingo. I want you to think about this week and today and being more alive on purpose. More lively

[00:23:56] and more lively in your connections. Maybe it's laughing, maybe [00:24:00] it's playing, maybe it's being silly, whatever that is. I'm going to invite you to change.

[00:24:12] Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to notice in your head what that change looks like.

[00:24:32] And I'm going to ask you to see yourself walking around

[00:24:38] embodying that change.

[00:24:44] I want you to open your eyes, if they're not already open, bingo,

[00:24:53] bingo. And I want you to think, even looking around in your space,[00:25:00]

[00:25:02] and I want you to really ground this awareness,

[00:25:07] purposely being more lifted. Today, on purpose,

[00:25:16] purposely feeling deserving of a great day, today, bingo, that, that, that,

[00:25:27] bingo, bingo. The universe also says, notice how much more you are able to open your deserving and don't take that lightly. So, I want to invite you also to walk around with that feeling. And really feel it.

[00:25:51] Bingo. And here we go. Bingo. We give it just another minute, and then we'll wrap up. Okay? So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to [00:26:00] breathe. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to see yourself walking around, smiling so big. Your shoulders are back, your smile is so big, your shoulders are back, your smile is so big, and you're walking through this week and it's like wonderful things keep happening and wonderful things keep happening and it feels so good,

[00:26:26] and I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:26:31] Bingo. And again, bringing in that feeling of deserving.

[00:26:39] And as we bring in that feeling of deserving, I want you to notice if your brain thinks That feeling is not that important. Because if your brain is thinking that. You want to remind it, it is extremely important,

[00:26:58] one of the most important things you can [00:27:00] do to make things more easeful.

[00:27:05] So I'm going to ask you to breathe and again, bringing in that feeling, a feeling deserving of a great life, deserving of a great day.

[00:27:18] Yes. Good, good, good, good. And I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling of deserving right now into your body.

[00:27:33] And I want to invite you to get used to this feeling. I

[00:27:39] mean, bingo. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And again, I'm going to say that. I want to invite you to get used to this feeling. It may not seem important to you. It may seem like, uh, it's just deserving, but notice your, your energy is more open with it right now. A lot more. [00:28:00] It's extremely important. And rarely will you ever like, it's just, there's, it's just extremely important.

[00:28:10] And I'm going to ask you to breathe
