[00:00:00] Hi, I'm Brandy Gillmore and welcome to today's Fast Track Mind Programming Integration and Uplift recording. Now as we dive into today's exercise, you'll want to remember that your goal will be to purposely bring in as many positive uplifting emotions as you possibly can and as you do so to purposely feel them.

[00:00:29] As we discuss letting go of negative emotions, you want to allow yourself to be open to the idea of letting go of hurt and negativity in your life. That said, let's begin. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe

[00:00:51] and I'm going to ask you or invite you to close your eyes

[00:00:58] and I'm going to invite [00:01:00] you to bring in the feeling of acknowledging yourself. Acknowledging yourself and I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:01:17] and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to notice what that feels like to acknowledge yourself, your progress, your change, your growth.

[00:01:32] And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:01:39] And what does that really feel like? Feel like? To feel like self. Like great, great job self.

[00:01:59] And by the way, [00:02:00] as with every call, I always check in as to what the energy, what the universe wants to deliver. And this is the specific message from today. And so I don't want you to overlook it as being something that is less important, but something that is very important, that is a message. How are you at acknowledging yourself?

[00:02:34] How are you at acknowledging your progress? Like, honestly,

[00:02:44] and I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:02:51] and I'm going to ask you to take that in, acknowledging yourself. What does that feel like? [00:03:00] And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I can tell you that as I'm checking into everybody's energy, there's about a level of 0. 2 of self acknowledgement. So I am going to push a bit in a most loving way, and I'm going to ask you to breathe,

[00:03:26] And I want you to think about what it feels like. To take that in. So I'm going to bring in the feeling we're going to do in first person. Here we go. A feeling like, wow, you know what? I really am changing. Wow. I really, really, really am changing. I'm proud of myself. Take that in

[00:03:56] and breathe. [00:04:00] Wow. I really, really am changing. I'm really changing. I'm changing me. I'm changing. I'm growing. I'm being different. I'm doing in a different way. I'm proud. I really am transforming me. I'm doing it. I'm going to ask you to breathe. Take that in

[00:04:29] and I'm going to ask you to breathe. And just so you know, acknowledging self. Energy right now is about a level four on the call, which means you might be higher, you might be lower, either way, great, it's coming up. Acknowledge that too. Acknowledge that too, that you're bringing up your energy, the feeling of it.

[00:04:55] So I'm going to ask you to breathe and we're going to go back to first person and take this in. [00:05:00] Wow, I really am changing. I'm really growing. I'm really. Changing patterns. I'm really feeling differently. I'm really following through. I'm really changing. I'm really changing. I'm proud of myself. Take that in.

[00:05:29] I'm going to ask you to breathe and feel that.

[00:05:36] I really am changing.

[00:05:40] I really am growing.

[00:05:49] I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:05:55] And take that in. And again, first person. I'm really proud of [00:06:00] myself. I'm really proud of myself. I'm following through. I'm changing. I'm feeling different. I really am letting go of the negative. I really am changing my habits. I really am following through. I really am feeling differently. I really am stepping even, to even more positivity.

[00:06:20] I'm really doing that. And take that in.

[00:06:29] Acknowledge. You're changing. And it's great.

[00:06:39] And thinking about this for a moment, when you acknowledge your brain for changing, you know, do you want to know what it wants to do more of? Change. Grow. It's a great thing. And so I'm going to ask you to breathe and feeling [00:07:00] proud of you.

[00:07:04] And you feeling proud of you, so we're going to go back to first person and take this in. I'm so proud of myself. I'm really changing. I'm so, so, so proud of me. I'm really doing it. I'm really following through. I'm really changing. I know that a lot of people, they don't make real change. I know that a lot of people still hold on to the old wounded stories or the, this or the, that, or the negativity.

[00:07:36] I know a lot of people do that. I'm actually really, really changing, changing my life, changing the way I feel, changing me. I'm doing it. Take that in. You're doing it. Acknowledge yourself.[00:08:00]

[00:08:01] And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:08:08] and take that in and feel that.

[00:08:25] And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:08:35] and take that in and feel that. What does it feel like

[00:08:46] to acknowledge you?

[00:08:52] And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to acknowledge yourself. Awesome. You're changing. You're growing. [00:09:00] You're doing it. You're changing. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And seeing yourself walking around with a smile on your face. You're changing. And it's beautiful.

[00:09:13] And look at who you are. You see yourself walking around.

[00:09:21] Look at who you are. And who you've become. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:09:32] And I'm gonna ask you to take that in and feel that, and even seeing yourself walking around, your shoulders are back, your smile is so big, your shoulders are back, your smile is so big, and you're proud of you, who you are, how you are, you're amazing,

[00:09:52] and you're smiling, and you've changed, and it's so good.[00:10:00]

[00:10:01] Taking that feeling in you have changed and it's so good

[00:10:10] taking that in and even feeling that first person taking that in. Oh my gosh, I've really, really, really changed and I love who I am and who I've become and the changes that I've made. I love that I'm happy. I love that I'm positive and happy and healthy. It's awesome.

[00:10:34] And take that in

[00:10:40] and seeing yourself walking around, smiling, glowing, your shoulders are back. You feel proud of who you are. You're happy. You're healthy. You've changed. And that's awesome. You're incredible. And I'm going to ask you to [00:11:00] breathe.

[00:11:03] And taking that feeling in,

[00:11:08] taking it in first person. I'm so proud of who I've become. Even seeing yourself walking around next week. Feeling good about you. You're amazing. You're glowing. You're smiling. You're changing. And it's freaking awesome.

[00:11:31] You're amazing. It's like you're changing and it's wonderful and look who you're becoming and I'm gonna ask you to breathe

[00:11:46] and taking that feeling in look who you're becoming and feel that and I'm gonna ask you to breathe and even seeing yourself walking around.

[00:11:59] In the room that [00:12:00] you're in right now, seeing yourself walking around, you're smiling and your shoulders are back, your smile is so big and you've changed. As you're watching yourself walk around and your shoulders are back, your smile is big, it's like you're more successful, you're happy. You're healthy.

[00:12:24] People love you. You've changed. And it's beautiful. And I'm going to ask you to feel that inside of you,

[00:12:35] even as you're there right now, feeling that in your arms right now, and in your body right now, and in your legs right now, and in your smile right now. You've changed. And it's like the best of you just keeps showing up and keeps showing up and it's beautiful and happy and positive and amazing. And you let the negativity go completely.

[00:12:58] Instead, you're in positive energy [00:13:00] and it's so good because life just keeps getting better. You feel great. You feel amazing. Life keeps getting better. Love keeps getting better relationships and just keeps getting better. And you're proud of you as you should be. It's great. Look at who you are. Look at who you've become.

[00:13:17] You're amazing. Taking that in, feeling that, feeling that in your shoulders, in your chest, in your legs, in your smile, in your head, in your arms, in your hands. You've just been transforming and changing, and you're just so beautiful and wonderful inside and out.

[00:13:45] And I'm going to ask you to breathe and feel that. And again, first person, taking that in, I'm so proud of the changes that I'm making. I'm so proud of who I've become. I'm so proud of [00:14:00] being happy and healing myself and changing my life. I'm proud of the person that I've become, and it just keeps getting better.

[00:14:08] And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:14:13] And taking that in,

[00:14:17] feeling that you're amazing and breathe

[00:14:30] and feeling that. And I want you to bring in this feeling and feeling proud of you. You've been changing. You're doing it. You're really doing it. Real change. And even in this moment.

[00:14:48] You think about making sure you've let go of all negativity, upset, blah, blah, blah. You've let it go. You don't even want it.[00:15:00]

[00:15:02] Any health issue, blah, blah, blah. You've let that go. You don't want that. You want the negative energy of a health issue. You don't want that at all. You've changed that.

[00:15:17] And instead, you just emanate positive energy.

[00:15:23] Great person. You are.

[00:15:29] And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And take in that feeling of just loving who you are. You're loving, and kind, loving, and kind,

[00:15:52] and good, and spiritful, and aware, [00:16:00] and smart, and wonderful.

[00:16:08] And take that in,

[00:16:15] and even tonight. As you go to close your eyes to go to bed, when you do, you have this feeling of just loving who you are and who you've become. And even in the mornings when you wake up, you're aware that you've changed in the most beautiful way.

[00:16:41] You feel good about you.

[00:16:47] And I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

[00:16:53] And take that in and I'm going to ask you to bring in this feeling[00:17:00]

[00:17:00] in your smile. You've changed and into your torso and your body and your arms. You've changed. You've transformed. It's like you hold on to happiness and positivity and you emanate it and you let go of the negativity and the negative pattern, the blah, blah, blah, the negative energy to health issues and yada, yada negativity.

[00:17:22] Let it go completely. You don't want that. Instead, you're glowing.

[00:17:34] And you even see yourself walking around in life. Glowing. And it's so attractive. It's so magnetic. The positive energy just attracts more positive things. It feels safe. It feels good. It feels wonderful. People love that. I love connecting with you. You're positive. It's beautiful.

[00:17:59] You love [00:18:00] connecting with them. You're just loving and kind from your heart. It's just who you are. It's who you become.

[00:18:12] And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:18:17] and take that in and feel it

[00:18:26] and breathe.

[00:18:33] And I'm going to invite you to open your eyes whenever you are ready.
