(that I would have wanted someone to tell me when I was going through my hard times)
#1: If happiness feels hard or like it takes a lot of ongoing effort, then chances are you are not doing it correctly.
Most people make a ton of effort to be happy or think positive or talk about their problems to try to get rid of them, but…
It's important to remember that your subconscious mind is running 90-95% of your brain! So these methods are not going to be effective.

And also no.
So it really depends on what you're looking for and what programs you are enrolled in.
