[00:00:00] Hello and welcome. I'm Brandy Gillmore and welcome to today's Mind Programming Uplift Integration recording. Now, as we dive into today's exercise, you'll want to remember that your goal will be to purposely bring in as many positive uplifting emotions as you possibly can. And as you do so, to purposely feel them.

[00:00:29] Additionally, as we discuss letting go of negative emotions, you want to allow yourself to be open to the idea of letting go of hurt and negativity in your life. That said, let's begin. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to close your eyes

[00:00:55] and I'm going to invite you to bring in the awareness. Your emotions, your [00:01:00] thoughts, your mindset helps create your life.

[00:01:07] And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe

[00:01:13] and take in that awareness. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and all of the time I'll see people who have been on this healing journey for 10, 20, 30, 40 years, 50 years, and haven't gotten the results they want. And so I want to remind your mind. You've got to do something different. You've got to do something different.

[00:01:46] And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And even just take that in, reminding your mind. You've got to do something different to get a different result.[00:02:00]

[00:02:02] And so whatever you learned up until this point in our world and whatnot, great, and You want to remember one thing above all, you've got to work with your mind in a different way.

[00:02:21] And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take in that awareness. And not only do you need to work with your mind in a different way, but you need to program your mind to work in a different way than it's working right now when you came in.

[00:02:43] And I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take in that awareness.

[00:02:54] Bingo. And I'm going to ask you or [00:03:00] invite you, if you knew that you were really able to change your life, if you knew you could really, really, really, really do this, like today, like faster than you absolutely thought you could do this, you could change your health, you can change your life, that you really can get radical results.

[00:03:24] And I see it all of the time. But. You've got to be willing to change. Would you be willing to change? Like today? Like now? And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And taking that in and reminding your mind, reminding your mind, reminding your mind, and this is the thing

[00:03:51] is that sometimes people will do this thing where they want to follow through, and then they stop, and then they don't, and then they [00:04:00] do, and then they, but remember, your goal is transformation. Which means your goal is to change you, you

[00:04:15] know, all too often people are wanting everything to show up in life for them. They want this, they want that, they want, you know, they want life to change. But you'll want to remember that all change starts from with, and this was something that I did on my journey. I wanted my life to change. I wanted my health to change.

[00:04:40] I just wanted, I wanted like an E for effort from the universe. I wanted some type of something

[00:04:49] when everything changed is when I changed. And so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to think about that awareness for a moment, [00:05:00] bring in that awareness, like very, very acutely aware that you must change.

[00:05:16] And I'm going to ask you to breathe and think about that for a moment. Okay, you can do this. You've got to change, you've got to change and it's got to become a real genuine change, which maybe means that you're genuinely more optimistic. You're genuinely happier, really happier, or you genuinely really shifted out of negativity and you've genuinely let that go

[00:05:48] or whatever that is, but I'm going to ask you to breathe and again, taking in your awareness, real, real, genuine change [00:06:00] that you're here to change you.

[00:06:04] You're here to change you for the better.

[00:06:10] I got to tell you when I had this awareness, because when I was going through my injury and I was trying to change my life and change this and change that and blah, blah, blah. When I really started to take in the consciousness, like the awareness, when I really got it clear as day. that I needed to change.

[00:06:30] I was like, okay, I'll change. What do you want me to change? I'm willing to change. I'm willing to be different. I'm willing to do different. I'm willing to feel different. Whatever it is, universe, God, divine, I'm willing to change me. And I want you to take that in for a moment. You're willing to change you.

[00:06:54] You're excited to change you.[00:07:00]

[00:07:04] Now, if you think about it. This is part of the reason that people fail at real results

[00:07:16] for so many, so many, so many years. And then they come here and they change it. They get real results. It's because of this awareness. It's one of the many reasons.

[00:07:31] And I want you just for a moment to take in that awareness. This was, again, an epiphany that was pivotal

[00:07:43] on my healing journey. I can tell you there were several pivotal moments. This was one.

[00:07:54] And when you stop and think about it, a lot of people, they're just hoping for something. They're hoping for X, [00:08:00] Y, Z to happen. So five times a week, they may wake up and want X, Y, Z to change and they want and they want and they want for something to change. They want their life to change or their circumstance to change.

[00:08:12] But when you really get that you must change and you get committed to that change, it becomes easy. It becomes easy and it feels good. You go, Oh, I must change. I'm committed to this change. Now you just make it a new change part of you. You make it a habit. You make it a new way of being. You stay in it.

[00:08:43] You stay in it. You stay in it. You stay in it and it becomes you.

[00:08:54] And I'm gonna ask you to think about that for a moment.[00:09:00]

[00:09:03] You stay in it, you stay in it, you stay, you, you program your mind, you program your mind, you program your mind, you allow yourself to change, you program your mind, you embrace change, you program your mind, you embrace change, and you're consciously aware that the goal is to change yada,

[00:09:28] yada, yada.

[00:09:38] And they have, they want everybody else to change every other issue or every this or every that, or they want this to change the world to change, blah, blah, blah. The change starts inside of you. You're the power. And I'm going to ask you to breathe as you change everything else around you changes also.[00:10:00]

[00:10:01] And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:10:06] And I want you to take that in and so I'm going to ask you to breathe and I want you to think about another key

[00:10:16] is this is staying determined, staying determined, staying determined. I'm going to ask you to breathe and I want you to think about that because imagine for a moment, somebody wakes up on Monday and they're determined to change. But then on Tuesday, they're like, you know, I'm in my old patterns. I don't really feel like it Wednesday.

[00:10:38] They're kind of like, you know, I'm in my old, but Thursday, they're going, but you know what? I'm determined to follow through. And then Friday, they're not so much. And then Saturday, maybe, but then Sunday, they're like, I'm determined.

[00:10:52] And I want to remind you to remember, to remember, to remember, if you can stay determined, if you [00:11:00] can stay determined, that will help you to be consistent, to get faster results, to remember, to program your mind and program your mind and program your mind and program your mind. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.

[00:11:14] And again, taking in the awareness that you must change

[00:11:25] and it's good to change. Are you kidding? I am a million times like I am a different person than I was during my injury. And all the time I'll see people and even if you look at the people who come through on the other like you make radical life changes and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

[00:11:46] And again, that doesn't mean you have to change your very being. Maybe that means you're genuinely happy, or you genuinely quit a negative emotional pattern, and you're not going there anymore, [00:12:00] or you're genuinely feeling loving for yourself and self love. You genuinely feel that or you genuinely feel confident in life.

[00:12:11] Where you genuinely feel loved in life, but it's real change. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you to take in that feeling, that feeling of determination of saying, okay, I'm willing to change. I'm determined to change. I'm willing to change. I'm excited to change the more I change me, the more I change my life.

[00:12:38] The more I change me the more I change my life. And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:12:49] good. And I'm gonna ask you to take that in.[00:13:00]

[00:13:02] Anger. There's another piece that stops people. All of the time, and it has to do with the any PPS, you know, the negative emotional punishment patterns. This was also a big breakthrough on my journey and helping others. And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and negative emotional punishment patterns your any PPS.

[00:13:32] I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling of what it feels like

[00:13:40] to feel like a good person. And just feel that. What it feels like to know that you are a good person, and you don't need any punishment, no guilt, no shame, no feeling bad, that letting go of any. [00:14:00] Negativity. Any guilt or any feeling that you don't deserve a great life because you do. And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:14:16] good.

[00:14:21] I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:14:26] and I'm going to ask you to take in a feeling that you deserve a great life

[00:14:42] and I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

[00:14:50] And I'm gonna ask you to bring in the feeling that

[00:14:59] [00:15:00] you deserve a great life. Bingo. And I'm gonna ask you to bring that feeling in. You deserve. A great life.

[00:15:13] Good. And I'm going to ask you to bring that feeling in as high as you can. You absolutely deserve a great life.

[00:15:24] How high can you bring that feeling?

[00:15:30] How high can you bring that feeling?

[00:15:42] You deserve a great life and I'm going to ask you to receive that fully. You deserve a great life.

[00:15:57] Beautiful. And I'm going to ask you to take that [00:16:00] in.

[00:16:04] Bingo.

[00:16:07] And I'm going to ask you to picture in the world if every single person who'd ever made a mistake. Or ever did anything wrong, felt guilty, felt shameful, and felt like they didn't deserve a great life. What would our world look like? Every person feels guilty or bad and shameful and feels like they don't deserve a great life.

[00:16:33] What would that look like? Compared to if everybody let it go. Completely. Said, ah, I made a mistake. I'm just not going to make it again. Let me deserve a great life. Let me be happy and healthy. And deserve. A great life. And I'm going to ask you to breathe

[00:16:57] and take that feeling in. [00:17:00] Feeling of guilt? No, of course not. Delete, delete. Zero.

[00:17:08] Feeling of feeling bad about the past or shame? Nope. Zero. None. You? Zero. A feeling that you deserve a great life? A ten. Take that in. Own it. It's true.

[00:17:39] A feeling that you trust yourself? Not to make that mistake again. Bringing that in. Feeling that. Programming your mind. Of course. You don't want to make that again. Of course. You're changing. You're growing. You're changing. You're growing. You're not going to make that mistake again. You're trusting yourself.

[00:17:57] You're building that trust. You know it. You can [00:18:00] let go of the negativity. You can let go of the past and I'm going

[00:18:06] to ask you to breathe. And by the way, all of the time people will have a feeling of feeling guilt that started in childhood that they don't even know why it's there. Don't even do anything, but the feeling is still there. And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and that's the reason I want you to just for a moment bring in the feeling of what it feels like

[00:18:34] with zero guilt. What does that feel like? You're seeing yourself walking around. You're seeing yourself walking around smiling in life. The sky is blue. Life is good. People love you. They love them. People love you. You love them. Like life is just getting better and better and better and better. And it feels good.

[00:18:58] And you're happy and you're [00:19:00] healthy. And this is actually working. Like you're somebody who's really changing and you're changing your life and you're changing and you're changing your life. And you're a good person. You deserve it. You absolutely deserve it. Take that in. Good. And breathe.

[00:19:28] And you're walking around, you're feeling so good. You're really, really doing it. You have committed to real change. In you, you've committed to real change in you and it's working because you're really changing and it's working and you're really changing and it's working. Take that in. You're really changing you and it's working and it makes you more and more excited to change even more, to lift yourself even more, to smile more, to be more [00:20:00] loving.

[00:20:01] And it's awesome. The more you're changing, the more you're just. Embracing happiness and love and connection. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and taking that in the more you're changing to really let go of hurt and negativity or upset or guilt or blah, blah, blah. The negativity you're really, really changing.

[00:20:23] And it's awesome. You're amazing.

[00:20:29] And you see yourself walking around, feeling lighter, feeling happier, smiling more, being more positive. People are impressed with you. You've changed. By the way, I hear that all of the time from people where they say, Oh my God, like my husband or my wife is like, Oh my God, just that you're changing and you're more positive and you're happier and it's lovely and it's wonderful.

[00:20:51] People say that about their friends or people that are around or, Oh my God, so and so is really, really changed. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in, but [00:21:00] that's you. You're really changing. And it's awesome. It's like the best of you. It's coming out negativity or hurt or upset or feeling not good enough or blah, blah, blah.

[00:21:16] You're letting that go and the best of you is showing up and you deserve a great life. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And take that in and feel that because it's true. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take in the feeling, feeling more determined than ever feeling happier, just feeling that staying in the positive, knowing that you do deserve a great life.

[00:21:46] Are you feeling guilt? None. Are you feeling bad about the past or blah, blah, blah. Nope. Delete, delete, none shame or blah, blah, blah. Not feeling that.

[00:21:59] You [00:22:00] deserve a great life. You deserve to be loved. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to be healthy. God, universe, divine, whatever you want to call it, give us this life and I'm gonna ask you to breathe. You deserve

[00:22:27] a great life and I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

[00:22:34] I want you to just for a moment imagine that there's like a five year old kid that you would look at and you look at that five year old kid. You say you're bad. You deserve a terrible life. You deserve to struggle and have hardship and negativity and problems and blah and sick and yada yada. You would never look at a kid and say that.

[00:22:57] Ever.[00:23:00]

[00:23:03] Kids have made mistakes. We all have. I have. So if you've made a mistake, let it go.

[00:23:14] I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to take that in. Bingo. Yes. And I'm going to ask you to see yourself walking around and the best of you is coming out. You're changing. You're committed to being different again. You're not somebody who's just going, I hope my life changed. I hope this change.

[00:23:35] I hope that change. Ah, you are realizing changes in you. You're programming yourself. You're programming your mind. You're remembering to remember, to remember, to remember, to think and feel in a different way. And as you get it in and you get it in and you get it in, you're doing it. And you're amazing. And the best of you, you're amazing yourself.

[00:23:58] And by the way, I have people [00:24:00] all of the time who are amazed at themselves or what they're capable of, how they've changed and you you're committed. You're doing it and you're amazing yourself and you're doing it, but it takes follow through and you are doing it and you should be proud of you and who you are and who you're becoming.

[00:24:20] It's exciting. It's so exciting. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take it in. You deserve it. You're amazing. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And take that in and breathe. You're amazing. Taking that in and you deserve a great life. You're determined. You're following through. You're reprogramming your mind.

[00:24:44] You're reprogramming yourself. You've got this. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in. You're incredible and breathe and open [00:25:00] your eyes whenever you're ready.
