Hello and welcome It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you're somebody who's here, who's continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your heart, your healing, your consciousness, your I just love it and also I really love where we're going on today's podcast with really stepping into your power and being humble at the same time.

And when you do, it's actually light and free and expansive also in a most beautiful way. And so that's where we're going as we continue with our beautiful volunteer from last week who is award winning actress. Bridget Miller. And what I just love is not only just do I absolutely adore how beautiful she is and humble and sweet, and she just has really, really great self awareness and self insight.

So I love that. And I also love that there are some very unique topics coming up because there are some unique things in her energy, but these. Powerful insights just kind of give a different angle to be able to look at the information, which has been very powerful. You know, even from last week's episode where I worked with Bridget and we worked with the first half of the session, there were several people who emailed in and messaged and said how much they love Bridget and that she's so sweet and wonderful.

And they also mentioned that there were some things that were just really helpful as far as being able to see with a different angle. You know, for example, if you recall, when we were working with Bridget on last week's episode, we had been talking about how there was the character that was stuck in her energy.

And by the way, I see this all of the time. When it comes to people who are in acting, is that I see, you know, characters that are like stuck in their energy or their subconscious mind and that some of them will feel like they're bipolar or they have multiple personality because randomly that past character can get triggered and then suddenly they don't feel like themselves and so This is something that's really common.

Now, in Bridget's case, it was just some feelings that were just locked in and connected to that character. But, what this shows and helps illustrate for somebody who's not necessarily in acting, is just that you could see that emotions aren't necessarily stored in the physical body. And that was something that several people wrote in because, you know, on past episodes, you I've mentioned that awareness, you know, that emotions are not stored in the physical body and you don't want to tell yourself that emotions are stored in the physical body because it can create panic feelings, it can create more negative feelings and I'm going to kind of break this down for a moment because imagine for a moment if somebody has pain going on or they have even very acute illness or terminal illness even, and then Somebody tells them that there's emotions stored up in their physical body that are hurting them.

What happens is there's actually a part of them, even though they want to clear those emotions, there can be a part of them that actually just wants to leave their physical body. Meaning, let's say that somebody feels like there's poison on their clothes. Now, they can of course want to clean off their clothes, but another part of them could want to just get their clothes away from them.

And so what I see happen all of the time is some practitioner or somebody will read a book or something where they, where they hear all emotions are stored in the physical body. And. A person who may be working on shifting their emotions or an illness or something like that will then want to partially jump out of their body.

And so it kind of makes people want to not be in the physical world anymore because of that. So just point being on this is very simply, if you've ever had somebody tell you that emotions are stored up in your physical body, you won't want to believe it at all. And even one way to look at it is, you know, as we saw the character.

on last week's episode, so we can see that where, you know, emotions aren't necessarily stored in the physical body. So that was kind of one way to illustrate it, and that was something that came up where people had that epiphany and could see that. So there was that, or another simple way to think about it is this, is that if emotions are stored in the physical body.

And we know that the body is constantly repairing and replacing cells. You know, you have new blood cells, you have new skin cells, even your bones. You know, science estimates that we have a whole new skeleton about every 10 years. You know, the numbers fluctuate a bit from one research study to another, but point being is simply that the body is constantly repairing and replacing cells.

Right? And so if you think about it for a moment, if emotions were stored up in your physical body, and your body is constantly repairing and replacing cells, then somebody's 90 year old grandfather would never be able to tell them childhood stories or even a If you're 70, or 60, or however old, you would not even have any emotions from your childhood.

That would be impossible, because they would be gone. If they were stored up in the body, and the body's constantly repairing and replacing cells, Those emotions would go away, and nobody who's a senior citizen would ever be able to access emotions from their childhood, which, of course, we know is not true.

So you can see, even as you just look at it logically, that emotions are not actually stored in the physical body, which was something that I started looking at, you know, when I was going through my injury, and trying to figure out how to actually make healing work, and I started looking at, okay, There's a lot of things being said, what's real and what's not real, you know, and so kind of breaking it down to figure out how to get things to actually work.

And so anyways, point being from that is it was really helpful for Bridget to have this character, and then we could see how that character brought in other energy as well. And, and that, you know, you can feel those emotions. And by the way, when I say emotions, aren't stored in the physical body, there are exceptions like organs, for example, like if you think about the heart, the heart is also referred to as like the little brain and it has a bunch of neurons in it.

So that's a different topic of where, okay, emotions can store up there in a different way. And so, It's more so when you think about the nervous system and how the nervous system works with the brain and we could go deep into it. But again, just simply point being is that for practical purposes, you won't want to tell yourself that emotions are stored up in your physical body because then if you have negative emotions, there will be part of your subconscious mind that will want to leave Your physical body, especially the more you connect with your spiritual connection.

You'll want to be like, okay, well, let me get away from my physical body that's harboring these negative emotions. But the goal is not getting away from your physical body. The goal is always wholeness, which was something else that we had talked about. Specifically was, you know, disassociating how people are saying, Oh, well, this is my wounded part, or this is my, ego talking, or this is my inner child.

Or, you know, what happens is that people are fragmenting themselves. And as we can see again, from that last episode, you can see how having another character on the inside, It can still impact you, can still, you know, keep you from reaching your level of success and your next level of joy. And I've seen it connect with pain or illness and all those things.

And you know, so fragmenting the self or disassociating with different parts of you is definitely something that you don't want to do. And again, just a really great awareness. And, what I love is today is another eye opener that is really going to help a lot of people because all of the time people think, you know, if you bring in a positive emotion, then it's going to have positive results.

But, you Surprisingly, that is not true when you really look at how the brain works and an example you may have heard me mention on a past episode is even if somebody's bringing in a lot of feelings of gratitude, you know, all the time you hear people say, just bring in gratitude, just bring in gratitude.

But, if a person feels feelings of undeserving of a great life, or guilt, or even feelings of wanting sympathy from others, what will happen is they'll bring in gratitude for a great life and then life will say, uh oh, you don't deserve this, or you need sympathy, or whatever else it is, and so life will want to respond by attracting more problems because And I've seen this backfire for people all of the time and they don't even realize it.

Now, of course, I am not saying that gratitude is a bad thing. Absolutely not. I'm just saying there are certain ways to work with the brain where you want to do it in a certain order. And, you know, even if you think about my TEDx talk, I absolutely ask people to bring in gratitude. That was something, but the first thing I did before that was ask them to bring in a feeling of gratitude.

And so that feeling of feeling confident can actually help to bring in the feeling of deserving in life and also a feeling of not wanting sympathy, but feeling good about self. And so a lot of times the way that I'm working with the brain is always very calculated, even to the order I work with things.

Because then it won't backfire and so that's why, again, even on the TEDx talk, I had a certain order that I introduced things in so it would be beneficial to the energy and so that's what you want to remember is that, yes, gratitude is a wonderful thing. You want to feel blessed in life. You want to feel grateful.

Absolutely. And you want to make sure it's done in the right order so it doesn't backfire. And that leads to where we're going today because even the feeling of humble, I mean, humble is such a great feeling for somebody to feel humble, but When it's done in the kind of wrong way, if you will, it can keep you small.

It can make you small. It can keep you from achieving your goals and having your soul really grow in this life to the level that you want it to be. So, to be clear, you do want to feel humble. Humble is a great thing, but Just like gratitude, there is a certain way that you're going to want to program it in that will help you to expand.

And so, that's what you'll notice even with Bridget, who's beautifully humble. I just, I love that about her energy. It's so sweet and so humble. And, the way that you want to make sure that it's programmed in, powerful and successfully humble and we'll talk about what that looks like and you'll see more clearly so it's a little bit hard to explain just up front but as we dive in you'll see it clearly and then it's something that I'm going to invite you to bring into your own energy because There's a chance that there's a lot of people here who are doing that and I have to say this was something that I had been doing in the past also, so this was something that impacted me personally in the past and so I love this awareness and and really how it It attaches to even subconscious feelings of not feeling good enough.

I mean, there's just a lot of epiphanies and insights from this. And so on that note, let's go ahead and pick up where we left off from last week with the second half of the session with Bridget. Here we go.

All right. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. There's one other, there's one other piece that we're, we're needing. Um, are you, are you good? Are you okay to go a little bit deeper? Yeah, absolutely. Beautiful. All right. Bingo. Bingo. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I want you to notice, uh, there's a feeling of feeling, um, bingo, bingo, a feeling like, what if I'm not good enough or I'm not good enough deeper on the inside?

Can you see that? Mm hmm. If I ask you zero to ten, how much that's there?

Yeah, like, what is that, right? So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I hope you're not believing in that feeling right there. So I'm going to ask you to breathe,

bingo, bingo, give me one second, that, give me one second, that, that, that, that, that, that, bingo, okay. So, what's Good about this and I'll, let me, let me see which way, the best way to break it down. Give me one second. I want to go, let's go this way. All right. So, bingo. Can you see the part of you that, bingo, bingo.

Can you see the part of you that has a strong connection to being humble? Can you see that? Yeah. Mm hmm. And if I ask you zero to 10, how much would you say that is? Five, six, bingo, agreed, bingo. So I'm going to ask you to notice that that's a good thing and it's like, um, bingo. Bingo. There's a feeling of feeling humble.

Okay. So what I want you to do is I want you to find the power in humble, the amazingness in humble, because there's, there's a humble where there's a, a lessening yourself. And then there's a humble where there's an amazing being amazing and not being in a state of bragging or arrogant or, you know, Superior, things like that.

So there's, there's different vibrations to the feeling of humble. Does that make sense to you? Absolutely. Yeah. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to identify and notice the feeling of feeling humble and It's like a humble with a suppressing yourself. Can you see that? Yeah. Okay. And if I ask you how much you can find that feeling of feeling humble and bringing yourself down.

Zero to ten, how much can you find it?

Around six. I'm hearing 6. 5, but I'm not sure. Bingo. You're good. I like that. Yep. Okay. So I want you, so first and foremost, I love that you have this feeling of humble. It's, it's beautiful. It's beautiful. And you're just, you're, you're, you're such a beautiful being. You're such a beautiful being. So I love that.

And can we tweak this humbleness to feeling successfully bright, like brilliantly, amazingly, uh, talented and grounded and, and not, um, what's a good way to put it, um, um, not what would it look like if that humble had amazing attached to it without. Suppressing or down, or pushing it down at all, downplaying yourself at all.

What would that look like? It would be like, I'm shining my light with confidence and grace. Beautiful. Beautiful. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to show me what that feels like. To feel shining your light and humble isn't pushing yourself down. Humble just means that you, you, you feel in your power and you.

Receive that inside of you and you still can see that other people are amazing too. So I'm going to ask you, it's kind of hard to articulate this. That's amazing. That's exactly what I feel. That's amazing. Gosh. Awesome. Yes. So exactly that without. The feeling of suppressing yourself.

All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I have to say, I just love her. Just beautiful self awareness and just beautiful energy. Just really, really, really sweet. And to be very clear, humble is a great thing and I love how humble she is. And what you'll want to note is that if you are pushing yourself down at all, where you're putting yourself down energetically, then your energy won't want to grow.

And so notice here where it's both about feeling good in your energy and humble and expansive, and also note that I mentioned that it's also feeling really good about others as well. So when you have both of those, so feeling good about others and feeling like others are amazing and you're amazing and feeling humbly, powerful and good about yourself, that is the combination that you want.

And if that combination is off, then it can make you feel inferior or see less in yourself and create different changes in your consciousness that don't allow you to see greatness in you, which doesn't allow you to become it. And so that's what you want to really focus on. shift is this subconscious programming will actually control your consciousness.

So you'll see less in yourself and you won't be able to grow to your fullest potential of where you're wanting to go. So you really want to shift these feelings and a few other things. And so that's where we're going as we dive back in with Bridget.

Okay. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment. Can you bring in that feeling even more?

Good. Okay. You're amazing. Great job with your energy. Thank you. Absolutely. So I'm gonna ask you to bring it in even more.

Bingo. Bingo. Okay, if I ask you how much more when you do this, how much more you feel like you're in your power, how much would you say that is? That's an eight or nine. Yeah, it's so much more. You see the difference? So, this is the energy that you need to then continue. It's, so there's the, that, that combination.

So, and watch this. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And if I ask you, zero to ten, how much you can find the feeling of feeling not good enough?

It's very faint now. I'm seeing like something like maybe sort of one or maybe two thereabouts, but it's very faint now. Great self awareness. Great self awareness. So this is what I want you to notice. Is all of the time, bingo, all of the time people will have this feeling of feeling like they're not good enough.

And so they try to bring in the feeling, I am good enough, I am good enough. But there's always a different reason that it's going on in the brain. Does that make sense? So yours is this humble with suppression instead of humble in your power. Does that make sense? Yeah. So what's happening is that if we look at the big picture, there's the, the feeling of forced and there's also the, the, uh, fear of moving forward.

So that's an unsafe. So that's one. And then the other thing is not feeling good enough and it's really attached to the humble, which is a great thing in the right vibration. Yeah. But in the wrong vibration, it's creating a feeling of not good enough that is keeping you from flying. Does that make sense?

Absolutely. Yeah. Beautiful. You're amazing. You're amazing. And so I'm gonna ask you to breathe

and I'm gonna ask you to picture what it would look like moving forward in your career if you're walking around and you're feeling powerfully humble or humbly powerful. And everybody else is amazing too, and you feeling in your power and feeling, not suppressing yourself at all, feeling humbly powerful, humbly freaking amazing.

And that's who you are, and you're also feeling like it is safe to move forward, and you're like, there's no feeling of force to anything. You feel like you're attracting and connecting with the roles that allow you to expand and enjoy and be good. in your talent. What would that look like? Oh, wow. That would feel so at ease and so expansive and light and fluid and flowing.

Beautiful. And great job with your energy as you're saying that. Beautiful. Beautiful. Uh, bingo. So what I'd recommend for you is really making this your new norm. And so what I'd like for you to do is, is even take this recording and, and listen to it over and over again and really bring it into your energy.

Does that make sense? Yeah. Great. And, uh, Bingo. All right. So there's one other piece, um, here. Are you okay? Or if I add another piece, is that? Yeah. Perfect. Let's go for it. Yeah. Great. So there's a piece that's also requesting, um, that for your growth of where you're needing to go, there's also a piece of, um, of financial expansion needed, um, willing to grow more financially.

Um. Yeah. Yeah, can you feel there's some stuckness there? Can you see that? I can feel that totally. Yeah. Mm hmm It's all married together. All of it is married together. Yeah, exactly and the thing of it is so those other pieces that we've already talked about are all factors and there's another piece and it's this feeling of

Bingo, it's like your six year old self the six year old self You The six year old self didn't like wealthy people. It felt like they were a bit stuck up. Can you see that? Yeah. Zero to 10. How clearly can you see that? Five or six. Bingo.

Bingo. That's what I have. It's about a 6. 4. So right in there. So, uh, bingo. So, Bingo.

All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. Now, I want you to notice what I said to herself. I said, I see this in your six year old self. Okay. So I want to talk about a quick note on that. You know, we talked about previously disassociation and I want to be clear that when we talk about the little self, it's not a separate person.

It's not a separate being. You want to have wholeness. You want to feel good. throughout you and throughout your timeline because if you feel good throughout you and your being That is the wholeness that you're wanting and you are gonna want to clean up things that are negative Programming because those get stuck In your subconscious mind, so you will definitely want to clean those up and feel good about them and not Disassociate from them.

And so that's what a lot of people are doing is they're saying, okay We'll develop a relationship with your inner child and what's happening is if you develop a relationship with your inner child, it's a separate being, it's a different person. And they're like, oh, I talk to my inner child as though they're different.

And that's when they end up with multiple characters inside themselves. And again, I can't tell you how many times I've seen people hinder themselves with their health, with their life, and even start to feel like they're bipolar or have multiple personalities. Because They do. Like, it's like they have different triggers that happen that trigger different parts of them.

And so it's like they're creating this inside themselves. And I won't go on and on about this, but just, if you think back to the first half of the session, you kind of can wrap your mind around it even more if this has been an issue for you. And the biggest thing you want to remember is wholeness, is that your goal is to be whole and healthy and harmonious.

inside of you and connected to source energy and have that beautiful harmony within self and not to segment parts of you that's, Oh, this is my ego, or this is my hurt part, or my wounded part, or my wounded child, or my this or my that. That's the opposite direction of what it is that you want. So wholeness, powerfully beautiful and humble, and connected to source energy or God, universe, divine, whatever you want to call it, but also having that connection, of course.

So anyway, just wanted to make that note, just because it feels like a growing theme right now of disassociation, and you want to be super careful and just remember wholeness and oneness. All right, so let's go ahead and dive back in with Bridget.

So I want you to notice that for a moment. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

And I want you to notice any feelings of feeling like wealthy people are stuck up or snobby. Right? I'm gonna ask you to just notice those feelings for a moment. And uh, so, would you say that means that Oprah's pretty stuck up? Nope. Nope. Not at all. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe

and uh, I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I'm gonna ask you to notice the part of you that has had an aversion towards too much money at a subconscious level. Can you see that? Because of the stuck upness. Can you see that? I love your awareness. Beautiful. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. It feels like people who have a lot of money that they like superior and in some form or in some way that I can't even explain to you.

If they feel superior, like better than me, or I'm not sure how to put it above me or something like that. Mm hmm. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to notice that. Bingo. And if I ask you, could you trust yourself with money to be humbly powerful or powerfully humble even with more and more and more money?

Yeah? Yeah. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe,

and I'm going to say that again. Could you trust yourself with more and more money to be powerfully humble or humbly powerful? Can you trust that you can keep all of that as you make even more and more money? Yeah. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe.

And if I ask you right now, how much you feel like wealthy people are superior to you, what's your level? Zero to ten? Um, three, four. Bingo. Bingo. That's what I have. It's about a three point, three point eight, right there. Okay. Bingo. And so, what I want you to notice, do you notice how that's gone down already?

Yeah. Yeah. A lot, right? Yeah. And, uh, bingo. Bingo. Great. Alright. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. So, I want you to think about people, uh, maybe people like Meryl Streep or Oprah or just people, some people in general, maybe even, I don't know, people in, strong women in general, right? Yeah. And I want you to think about some women who have wealth, who are very grounded in it, who are, um, powerfully humble and humbly powerful.

Bingo. And if I ask you, just for a moment, can you see your next version of self? Powerfully humble and humbly powerful. Yeah. Bingo. And abundant without, without the snobbiness, the, the stuck up type of feeling. Can you see that? Yeah. Bingo. Bingo. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And then your body says, Digest, meaning that, um, meaning that, um, bingo, it's a lot of change to digest.

Give me one second. Bingo. That's a circle back. Okay. Bingo. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And, um, and when your energy says circle back, it says circle back to Michelle. Bingo. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to notice how it didn't feel good to you, right? Yeah. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and if I ask you how you feel about that old project or film with Michelle, how do you feel about that film?

Now it's very faint, it doesn't feel like it's important at all, it's just very much faint. Yeah. trunk to like a zero or one. Okay. Beautiful. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

Bingo. Good. Good. Good. And, uh, bingo. Great. And so if I ask you to think about yourself in that role, or even in that film, that project, if I ask you to think about that project, and if I ask you to think about you just being strong, and you being in your power,

and if I ask you even, A year from now, two years from now, you feeling in your power. You feeling in your power. Even today, you feeling in your power.

Good. Good. Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I want you to notice that old story of feeling forced or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's not even, like, taking all the charge out of it, letting that go completely, right? You don't need that at all. Would you agree? Yeah. Yeah, I totally agree. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.

Good. Great. Job with your energy. Beautiful. Beautiful. Good. Good, good. Alright. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And if I ask you to notice how you feel, how do you feel? light and free. I love that. I love that. I love that. So in this, there are multiple things that you really want to embody.

Okay. And so the universe is saying, okay, enough to digest. Um, but ultimately what you're going to want to do is really become the change on these. Does that make sense to you? Yeah. Beautiful. Beautiful. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment. Bingo. If I ask you how much you can find the feeling of feeling good enough, how much can you find that?

eight, nine. Bingo. Great. Now I'm going to ask you to breathe. Good.

And just take that in.

Bingo. You glow. You glow. Just beautiful. Beautiful job with your energy. Beautiful. Thank you. I love that. It feels very free and light and expansive. And that's the energy that you need to make it to the next level. Does that make sense? Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. Beautiful. Um, Your energy feels so good.

Beautiful. It's glowing. It's glowing. All right, Bridget. Amazing job with your energy. Awesome, awesome job. And what you'll want to do is you'll really want to get these in and make it your new norm. Does that make sense? Yeah. Absolutely. Beautiful. Thank you so much. You're so sweet. Thank you. That's amazing. I'm just, I don't know what to say. I'm just, I'm speechless. Thank you so much. My heart receives that. You're beautiful. Thank you. All right, so let's go ahead and unpack this even more and talk about a simple thing that you can do to start integrating this into your life. Now, first and foremost, I have to say, I just love this woman. I want to hug her. I mean, she's just so sweet. And I know a lot of people, even from last session wrote in and just how sweet she is and how much they love her.

And it just really sweet energy, just beautiful. And she did such a great job with her energy and great self awareness. Now, of course, it's just about embodying the change. So I love that. And the second thing that you'll want to notice was my response to her, where I mentioned previously that this was something that was in my energy as well.

And what you'll want to notice, and you know, at the very end, she said, this was the most amazing session that she's ever had. And, and all those things, it was really sweet. And My response to that was, you know what, my heart receives that. Thank you so much. And, you've probably heard me say that before, you know, my heart receives that.

Thank you. And, that was my shift of what I needed to do to start shifting this in my own life. Because, When I first started doing this, and working with people, you know, I wanted to be super humble, and that was my energy, was just wanting to be very humble, and so when people would do this, where they'd have breakthroughs, or they'd release pain, or any of those things, they would say, Thank you, Brandy, and I would say, No, no, you did it, you're the power, you're all of the energy.

And I would completely give away all of the compliment and not receive any of it for myself. And that wasn't great because it was diminishing myself, but when I started to notice what that was doing for my own energy, I had to change it. And what you'll want to notice is that I still acknowledge Everybody's power, you know, even with Bridget.

Powerful, amazing, incredible being. And even with people on past episodes where they're releasing pain. And I say, you know what? You did that. You're amazing. And it's true. They did do that. And, it's also true that I helped them. And so, the shift that I needed to make was absolutely wanting to acknowledge them and also being willing to receive acknowledgement and taking a credit for self as well.

That we can both be powerful and amazing and that's what's true. You know, I'm not powerful over people. But we can both be in our power and acknowledge that and receive credit for it and it's okay and for me That was a big shift in my own energy of being willing to accept that and part of the reason that I also Wanted to do that was not just because of humble.

That was definitely a big part of it But also another part is just that when I was going through my injury, I remember feeling so powerless over my entire life. Like doctors were in control of my whole life and my fate, whether I had a future or not, was in the power of somebody else's hands. Not my own and that's a terrible feeling to feel and it wasn't true But I felt that way at the time and that's when I started taking back my power in that way also and started Really realizing that all change really does start from within so that was a shift during my healing And that's what I want every person to have Is it, that power is inside of all of us.

And we all have our own unique gifts and our own unique things that we can do and be and grow and expand. And just like Bridget, very gifted in her ways and it's beautiful. And so I love that. And point being from that is that you can be humble and also feel powerful and receive acknowledgement or credit and feel good about that and also have it with others as well.

So we can all be amazing. And when you find that balance of energy, it's, it's really, really beautiful. So anyway, anytime you hear me say my heart receives that, thank you. That's because I love you. I needed to program myself to be willing to actually receive acknowledgement as well from this and also, of course, acknowledge other people as well.

And that is a beautiful balance that makes your soul want to come alive even more. And Bridget actually said it really beautifully. If you notice when she was feeling more aligned, she was like, Oh my God, this feels light and free and expansive. And, and she was, I mean, as she was just shifting into that energy, she was glowing and she already was.

How to glow. And so it was just more and more illuminated and just beautiful. And so that's what I want to leave you with from this episode is exactly that, is to start bringing in the feeling of feeling powerfully successful and humble and really embodying that energy. And now, when I say that, part of your brain might think to yourself, But I'm not where I want to be yet, and I'm not that successful yet.

And, if your mind thinks that, remember, that's the point. And so, if you notice your brain saying that to yourself, you'll want to remind your brain that all change does start from within. And so you'll want to take this feeling into the new year of feeling powerfully successful and humble and owning that and receiving that and feeling that within yourself and just embodying that, that you are good enough and feeling those feelings because it's beautiful.

And you know, imagine what it would look like if every person around the world was really feeling. Happy, and successful, and humble, and good, and powerful, and, and also feeling that about others as well, and having that harmony, I mean, our world would just be even more beautiful than it is already.
