Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are somebody who is here, who's continuing to expand your mind and your heart and your consciousness and your energy. I just love it. And I just love today's episode and today's volunteer. She's just amazing. And today's topic is just so important and divine timing and it's something that just touches so many people's lives to one degree or another and the topic has to do with feelings of fear or panic or Anxiety and you know, not everybody has fear or panic to the point of panic.
But a lot of people have an underlying fear or even an anxiety in life that keeps them from really enjoying life to its fullest, keeps them from feeling happy or even transforming their health, their life, their energy. And so if that is you, you want to make sure to really Take in the information from today's episode because our goal today is to simplify it and also to really take in the information from today's episode because I want to provide you with a few simple things that you could do to start creating that change in your mind and your nervous system because all the time when people are suffering from things like anxiety or panic or fear or different things like that, a lot of times, It can feel really stuck and You'll see some of the reasons for that on today's episode.
And that's what I love about today's episode because some of it is going to be logical and then there's also a very counterintuitive part where most people will end up stuck. And so that's what we're going to unpack even more today are just both some simple things that you could do. So what it is that you need to do in your life to start getting rid of that fear and also some counterintuitive things that can leave you stuck and in panic and all of that.
And so that's where we're going on today's episode. And if you recall, this is. Part two from last week, you know, last week I was working with that beautiful volunteer, Kyla, who has unfortunately been suffering from extreme panic disorder that she describes as, you know, consuming her life. And so that's unfortunately what she's been suffering from and she's only 18 years old.
And so what I love about this episode is just that it does touch the lives of so many people. I mean, even from last week's episode, so many people were saying, oh my God, this is exactly what I've been dealing with or, Oh my God, this is really important for my children or, you know, people of all ages. So I just love the topic and how powerful it is.
And I love her self awareness. And I love the fact that she's able to release her anxiety and panic. I mean, it's just beautiful. She's the one that's doing that. And by the way, really quick, before we dive in, one last note to remember as we're diving in is the way you want to think about it, and this is the analogy that we used from last week's episode, if you recall, is that, you know, if you want to learn a different language like Mandarin or German or Italian or whatever language that is, then, of course, you'll have to learn it and get it into your subconscious mind.
Now, the same is true. with emotions and happiness and any emotional patterns is that when you really want to create that change, then you've got to make sure to really reprogram your mind. Now, of course, when it comes to emotions, as you'll see, when we dive in, there are some complexities, which makes it a bit different than just learning a language.
So there's an emotional language, if you will, where there's a lot of things that can be counterintuitive. Which, of course, makes it challenging, but when you understand how to work with the brain and really reprogram your mind, everything becomes easier. And that's the reason that I've been able to get these amazing results with people, is because I look at the brain in a different way.
And especially in our spiritual communities, a lot of times, People are thinking, you know, well, just send energy towards this, or just cut a cord towards that, which would be kind of like if somebody said, you know, to learn a new language, all you have to do is glance at it, send some energy towards it, and boom, you're It's programmed in or to learn how to play golf.
All you have to do is send some energy and some white light towards a golf club and boom, you've got it when really, of course, it's a process of getting information into your mind and your nervous system and really making those real changes. And I know that that sounds to some people like, Oh, that's effort.
The reality of it is, is that it's great effort and it feels good. And you'll notice specifically at the end of my session with today's volunteer, she goes, Oh my God, I like doing this or something like that. She says like, you know, I love doing this or, you know, this feels good. And. That's because when you are working with your brain in the right way, it does feel good.
So it doesn't feel laborious or hard or challenging. It really does feel good when you're doing it right and you're getting good at it. And not only does it feel good to do, but of course it also feels relieving, especially if you're having some type of panic and fear and things like that going on. at a subconscious level.
And so that's where we're going with today's beautiful volunteer Kyla as we dive in to the second half of her session. Here we go.
So if I ask you, are you willing to do life differently? Are you also willing to decide to live life to its fullest, to do exactly that? What's that? Thousand percent. What's that? Thousand percent. I'm ready. Thousand percent. I love that. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you, how much?
Thousand. Thousand. Thousand percent. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to take in that mindset. That mindset, that determination. That mindset, that determination. Thousand percent, living life to its fullest. That mindset, that determination, that mindset, that determination, thousand percent, living life to its fullest.
And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take that in. By the way, do you know how many people I've talked to who have said before, gosh, I never even thought I would make it to my thirties. And if I knew that I was going to, I probably would have started done more with my life. Cause people will say, well, you know, I don't know that we're going to live this long or this long or whatever.
And then so people, because like, if you think about, let's say people who were 10 years old when Y2K was going to hit, if they think, or 18 and go like, Oh yeah, it's going to be the end of the earth anyway. Like, I don't want to go to college. I don't want to do this. I don't want to have to start planning a future.
I don't want to blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, because I don't know if we're going to be around. So they didn't. Where do you think they're today? Not in a good place. Mm hmm. Not in a good place, because they think, oh, well, it's just gonna end anyway. Might as well live it up. And not plan a future, right?
All right. So I want to go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I'm using the example of Y2K just cause it's something that feels a bit lighter for the conversation and the session and helping to make that transition. But I do want to take a moment and address the awareness that there are many other situations that have come up throughout history that typically affects.
Every generation. I mean, everything from Vietnam to 9 11 to Afghanistan or the Cold War. And there's always a certain percentage of people who will focus on that feeling of fear and uncertainty. And they'll have that really hard time. running through them and that fear will steal the amount of happiness and joy that a person could otherwise experience.
So, you know, it could be everything from Y2K or the Mayan calendar or whatever that is. And so if you are somebody who is impacted by this, you'll definitely want to make sure to decide how you want to feel and really embody that change. Meaning don't just let your mind wander to where the fear is. And, you know, Let's be honest, you know, if you've been paying attention to what's been going on with Russia and Ukraine and all of that, you're going to want to make sure to again, decide how you want to feel and embody that feeling.
And you know, for me personally, I have so much compassion for them. And I also, of course, am careful with my mind to send compassion, to send positive energy and positive thoughts. And of course, love. to just remind myself that the more that I can lift and maintain my own positive energy, the better it is for collective energy.
And I'll unpack this even more coming up of just some things that you can do to keep your energy high and perspectives that you can really keep to help from going into all of that. So that's where we're going coming up. But I did just want to take a moment and mention that I know that there are a lot of different things that are going on and really mastering your mind and your consciousness is important.
And so that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Kyla.
So if I ask you, If you look at your future, what is something that you want to be doing in your future ahead? I want to be a real estate broker. I want to be selling homes peacefully and happily. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I want you to picture how awesome that is. That you are helping people and families buy a house.
People's first time home for some of them, and it's like their dreams coming true. And some people are like, Oh, I want to get a bigger house because I, we're going to have a baby and we need another room, or they have a king and the prince and they want to have like a place for their dogs, right? And so I'm going to ask you to breathe and think about how cool that'll be to help people's dreams come true, to help them to get into a home and find the right home for them and how cool that is.
And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and take that in and see yourself doing that. And are you wanting to have kids of your own? Um, no. Great. And are you wanting to have a relationship? Yes. I'm currently in one. Great. And, uh, bingo. And could you even see yourself being in a loving relationship? And being in real estate and it's successful and amazing and you're loving life and you have plenty of friends and it's awesome.
Good. I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to notice. Zero to ten, what is your level of anxiety right now? Um, a one. A one. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. And by the way, who's doing that? Me. You are. Right. Now, imagine if I, and if I ask you, by the way, right now, how different are you looking at things than you were previously?
Actually very differently. I'm imagining my life and it feels very good. Uh huh. So it feels very good and your brain is working much differently, right? Yes. And by the way, so we started out talking about if you, a different language like Mandarin or German or whatever. Now if you spoke Mandarin, you can see that your brain would be, your language would be very different, right?
Yes. Okay. So if I told you that your goal is to get your brain consistently thinking in this way, Yes. Okay. To where this is your new perspective and this is the new way you feel. This is the new way you think this is, of course, this is just your new perspective. You have goals, you have, you want to work towards being a real estate agent and you have a vision moving forward and that you're not going to get caught up in all the Y2K, Mayan calendar, COVID, this, blah, blah, blah, that you're not caught up in any of that.
You're going, okay, I'm not going to take part in all of that, but the worry and the chaos and the blah, blah, blah, and all that stuff. And instead. Or like on my case, when the doctor said, look, there's nothing we can do. You're stuck. Blah, blah, blah. And I said, okay, I'm not going to take part in that way of thinking.
I'm going to create my own, right? Yes. So if you just do exactly that, you say, look, I'm going to focus here and this is what I'm going to do. And I'm going to have an amazing life. I'm going to be happy. It's going to be wonderful and I'm going to enjoy it. And you start doing exactly that. And that becomes your new way of thinking.
All of the time. How much anxiety do you think you're going to have? Slim to none. Okay, and how much excitement would you say you're going to have towards the future? A lot. A lot. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And by the way, do you ever plan on getting married? Yes. And uh, when you think about getting married, how exciting does that sound?
Very. Very. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to picture yourself getting married. And I'm going to ask you to just picture that for a moment and take that in. And the feeling of feeling loved. And
And having a wedding song. Do you want a wedding song? Yes. Yeah, you gotta have a wedding song, right? I'm going to ask you to breathe, and that you have a wedding song, and a wedding album, pictures, not necessarily an album, pictures, maybe an album, maybe not, whatever, digital, whatever you choose, but I'm going to ask you to breathe,
and I'm going to ask you just for a moment, to think about how exciting the future is.
And I'm going to ask you just for a moment, if I ask you 0 to 10, how much anxiety do you have? What's your level? One.
All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, she's so amazing. I mean, she is getting the anxiety down and it's awesome. And notice I've been asking her a few things that she's looking forward to. And we are going to talk about that and unpack that more at the end.
And also some simple things that you can do to help you to get a perspective, to stay out of the fear and out of the panic. So we will, of course, talk about that coming up and bring it all together at the end. But I just wanted to mention that there's some positive things to look forward to, and that is going to be one Part of the equation and right now we're actually going to shift gears a bit and talk about some of the Counterintuitive parts that come up with anxiety.
And so that's where we're going as we dive back in with Kyla Bingo, there
we go. Alright, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe And I'm going to ask you, it's going to sound a bit counterintuitive, I'm going to ask you to notice the part of you that has felt in the past like the world was going to end. Can you see that? Yeah. And if I ask you to notice the part of you that kind of likes that thought, because then you kind of feel like you don't have to do much.
Mm hmm. Mm hmm. If I ask you zero to ten, how much there's a part of you that just likes that thought, that feels like, well, it's going to end anyway, so let me just not do much. How much can you find that? I can find that like a three. Mm hmm. So, what if I had said, You know what? I kind of like this idea of being injured and I don't have to do much.
I can just lay around and do nothing. I don't even have to bother walking. I just sit in a chair. People can move me when, you know, or cane. I don't have to walk very far with a cane. I can just, you know, I don't have to do much. How would that have gone for me? Terribly. You're in a much better place now. Mm hmm.
So I want you to notice the part of you that feels like, Yay. I don't have to do much, but I want you to think for a moment. That means, oh yeah, you don't have to get married. No, you don't have to enjoy life, and you don't have to go to the beach, and hang out with friends, and celebrate, and have fun, and enjoy, and go to different countries, and do all these things, and visit, and travel, and do all, a bunch of things that could be really, really fun in life.
Yeah, you wouldn't have to do all that. Or does all that sound actually amazing to do? Amazing. Amazing. So I'm going to ask you to notice the thought of you that's, that's in your mind that, that's like, Oh, well I can do whatever. I don't know. Like, if you think about it, what would you prefer? And you think about all the things in life that you can do that would be amazing and wonderful and fun and, and you could enjoy and have fun and even times in a relationship and, and, and married and honeymoon.
And I mean, there's so many things to look forward to. So many. And I want you to notice the part of you that thought that's like, Oh, then, uh, I won't have to, like, it's good because the world's going to end and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. How much do you want to like that? That old thought? Not at all. Not at all.
Okay. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And by the way, your thoughts help create your life, right? Yes. So you don't want to create a life where your world is going to end and everybody else's continues on. Because imagine for a moment if everybody else is looking forward to things. in life, but you're looking forward to the world ending.
Eek! Eek! So I'm gonna ask you to breathe,
and I'm gonna ask you to take that in for a moment. Bingo. Bingo. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe,
and I want you to notice the part of your mind that's saying, well, the world's gonna end anyway. And how, how often, how long do you want to keep that thought process for? Not at all. Your thoughts help create your life, right? Yes. So how long do you want to keep it? Not at all. No, no, you go ahead and keep that.
Let me know how that goes for you if you want. I wouldn't want it, but you know. How long do you want to keep it? Nope, not in the sinus, not at all. Not at all, not at all. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and instead, I want you to think about getting married and having a honeymoon and being in real estate and traveling and enjoying life and having fun and having friends and connecting and so many things that you could do in this world.
Or just wanting it to end now. What? What? Eek! So I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
Exactly. Alright, so I'm gonna ask you to notice. Level of anxiety. Zero to ten, what's your level? Zero. Zero. Awesome. Awesome. Job. Okay? Now, what I want you to notice, so notice that last part was important. So not only is it important to look forward to things in life and to start seeing yourself and start seeing things in a different way, right?
So really seeing it in a different way, but it's also important that you don't walk around with the attitude that says, Oh, the world's going to end anyway, so I don't have to do anything. Right? Yes. Okay. You don't want that. Like, instead of saying, Oh, the world's going to end anyway, so I don't have to do anything.
Instead, if you said, Hey, like, I want to just take the day off and just enjoy. Okay. Just do that because you just want to enjoy. Not because the world's going to end because you don't want to put that in your head. Because ultimately for some of us, we'll like, for some of us, we'll keep going on like you do.
And you want to be some of us like, come on, life is fun. Join us. It's fun. Especially watch this. All right. So. If you really start to master the awareness that your thoughts help create your life, right? Yes. How much fun do you think you're going to have in this life? A ton. A ton! Do that! I can tell you that I have done things before that I never thought would even be possible for my lifetime.
Fun, wonderful, incredible things, and met incredible people, and gone, and traveled, and just incredible trips that I, I mean just all kinds of things, right? Yes. So, think about it for a moment. If I were you instead, I would be like, alright, whenever, even if you think about it, at the very beginning of our call, I said, I love that you're 18 and you're learning this at this time.
Oh my God, this is going to be a fun life, right? Yes. Okay. So, what you're going to want to do with this is you're going to want to get it in over and over again. So that it becomes your new way of thinking and seeing the world. Does that make sense? Yes. Great. And by the way, if somebody did the alphabet and they just did it once, as a kid, like they're learning the alphabet as a kid, and they just do it once, how much do you think they're just gonna know the alphabet?
Not at all. Not at all, right? So, for you to get this in, you're gonna have to get it in, and get it in, and then you want it to become your new norm. Does that make sense? Yes. Beautiful. Beautiful. So if I asked you if you could listen to this recording, bingo, maybe even twice per day. Is that something you could do?
Yes. Great. And, uh, bingo. Great. So, uh, bingo. And if I asked you if you could also write down some things that you're looking forward to in your future, could you do that? Yes. Like getting married, like honeymoon, like if I ask you, by the way, what's your favorite , if you could, uh, out of any place in the world, what is one place that you wanna see and go travel to Fiji.
Oh, you picked mine.
All right, I'll meet you in Fiji. , right? Yeah. That really, that's, that is a place that I have not yet been, that I'm wanting to go. Like that's, that's one of the top on my, that is literally the top on my list right now. That's awesome. It's right , so I love that. All right, so bingo. All right. So, all right.
Yeah. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
All right, so get your Realtor's License and then celebrate in Fiji. Sound good? Yes. Okay, ah, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
Bingo. And if I ask you to think about two other places that you're wanting to travel.
Santorini. Nice. And I think I want to go back to Hawaii. I love that. Beautiful. Beautiful. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment
to really think about the awareness that there are a lot of things to look forward to, right? Mm hmm. And, uh, bingo. All right, so I'm going to ask you to make that list of just some things that you want to do and enjoy and think about. Obviously, the more you're in this mindset of loving life, the more fun it's gonna be, right?
Yes. Great. And, uh, how long have you been in your current relationship? Um, almost a year. Okay. And if I ask you how often you guys laugh? All the time. And if I ask you what would it look like to just keep laughing and keep enjoying life? It would be awesome. Beautiful. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and if I ask you right now how different your mindset is?
Again than when we first started. How much would you say that is? It's very different. I'm excited. I love that I love that and you're beautiful and great job with your energy. Very very good. Okay, so great job with your energy very impressive and And so you understand that you're gonna need to really listen to this and embody this change So it becomes your new normal way of thinking right?
Yes. You got this? Yes. Yes? 100%? 1, 000%. 1, 000! I love that. You're amazing. You're amazing. I like you. You're just, you're beautiful. Thank you. Absolutely. Honey, it has been such a pleasure connecting with you. You're, you're just wonderful and beautiful inside and out, and, um, so much. You're so welcome. I love doing this.

All right, so let's go ahead and unpack this even more. And you know, first and foremost, I have to say, she is just amazing for only 18 years old. I love that she is expanding her mind and working on herself. I mean, just really beautiful. And there are several things that I want to unpack from this, you know, first and foremost, What I want you to notice is that the brain is very counterintuitive many times.
And that is the reason that working with emotions or the energy of emotions can feel so challenging, whether you're working on changing your relationships or your health or your life or whatever that is, is just because there are mixed emotions and some of them don't make logical sense. And a lot of times people aren't really addressing those emotions.
And then not only that, But they're programmed in. And so you'll want to again, remember that you really have to change that programming, you know, even in her situation, that's why I was emphasizing, he's going to really have to program it in to create a real change because That's how the brain works, you know.
If you want to do something different with your computer, it has to be programmed in, because that's how a computer works. You know, if you walk by a computer and you just say, Hey, computer, program yourself! Uh, that doesn't work. At least, not yet. You know, who knows? Someday it might, but that's not how the computer works.
And for the brain, if you want to experience real change in your health and your life. You've got to make sure that you've changed the actual programming, that you've changed the neural pathways, that it's really aligning, that you've cleared up that counterintuitive stuff. So you really feel differently, you know, so you're programming in Those feelings.
But notice, again, her comment at the very end where she said, I like doing this or whatever that was. This is fun. You know, this feels good. That's the point is that it's not like you have to do something that doesn't feel good and is hard and laborious and not fun. I mean, yes, it takes effort. Yes, it takes follow through, but when you're doing it right, It feels fun.
So the hardest part of it, you know, is of course, figuring out and understanding and learning how the mind works, which of course you're here. So I love that you're getting these insights. So, you know, figuring out and really understanding how to make real change. And then of course the other part beyond the mind.
Learning it and understanding your mind is, of course, making sure to follow through to create real change. And, by the way, when it comes to situations of extreme panic, you know, I have worked with mothers before who have had major things going on with their kids who needed to Calm down to be able to address the situation and really shift their energy or, I mean, even in my own situation, when you feel like you don't have a future and then you feel like your entire life is falling apart and you can't afford anything financially and you have nowhere to go and if you, I mean, it just, you have to really calm down.
Be willing to focus your mind to follow through and get determined to really make that change. Or I've seen people with major life issues where, you know, you've got to focus out of panic so you can really create that shift on the inside and the outside. You know, if there is some type of action in your life, you'll definitely want to take that.
And one example of that is even there was this guy that I worked with who was in an extreme place of panic. I mean, he was literally about to lose everything and owned a large company, was losing a lot of money, and also, was afraid he was going to lose everything with his house and you know all of his belongings and and all of these things and knowing that he has a family to support and a business and employees to support and so he was just in this major state of panic and fear.
because of where his company had been going for a long time. And so, his nervous system was like shot, he had health issues going on, all of these things. And, when I began working with him, even on changing his health, but then also changing his life, one of the things that kept happening is he was focusing on the panic and the fear and all that.
And I said to him, I said, Look, you're going to really need To focus on the solution, to feel it, to bring it in, to start making these changes, you know, of course, changes on the inside first, and then there was some physical action. But as he starts making these changes, you know, he kept going back into the fear.
And I told him, I said, look, you could focus on every single problem and all of the panic and all of those things. And I said, or you can focus on the solution and you can take positive action towards that. And you can picture where you want to go. Take that actions needed to get in that direction. And I got to tell you, he literally turned everything around in a most beautiful way from like a horrible situation to a very, very, very successful situation, both with his business and his relationships.
And he's more in love than he's ever been. And his employees, I mean, it's all really beautiful. And his health is great. I mean, he's just doing beautifully. And he's not the only person that I've worked with. To do this very same thing. Now, what you'll want to notice also is that I mentioned that his mind and his actions, and that's something you'll want to think about, you know, ultimately, like in her situation, what she'd want to do is focus on where she wants to go and then start taking action towards it.
So she mentioned she wants to do real estate. Great. So she'll want to do both. She'll want to get that vision in. And also start taking action because when you focus where you want to go and you also follow it up with that action it can help your mind and your energy really be consumed by your vision and that's exciting.
Like when you have a vision of something that you're looking forward to and your actions are following with it, it feels better, it feels more exciting. You can really immerse yourself into your dream and your vision. And that can help on every level. Now in her situation, if she said, well, I want the anxiety to go away first completely, then I'll start moving forward with my real estate license.
Chances are. Unfortunately, because she's not following it through like a real action and really getting her mind and her being immersed in it, it won't feel real. And so then it'll feel like a, some dream somewhere off, and she'll want it to feel real. And by the way, even with my injury, when I started to notice that I was feeling better, and I was getting rid of my pain, and I was feeling better, and I wasn't 100 percent yet.
But! I was going, wait a second, I am getting better and I can do this. And I was feeling good and excited about the future. Then I got myself to start taking action. So I started taking an online class to help renew my skills for network engineering operations, all of that. So I started immersing my mind in that and it felt more and more real.
And, and so I started moving towards that vision and it was so good for my mind and my energy in that direction, even though I wasn't a hundred percent sure about all of it. I just knew that I needed to start moving forward and being excited about life and excited about something and following through and doing it.
And I did it. And. My life ended up here. So of course everything can continue to unfold in a most beautiful way, but what you want to make sure is that you are really focused on the solution. So just like with Kyla, focusing on the solution, the things that she's wanting, where she wanted to go, or the man I just mentioned with the business issues and the health issues and supporting his family and all of that, spending that time really focused on where he wanted to go.
And taking action towards it and not getting stuck in the negative. And so, on that note, if you are somebody who's caught up in that fear today, let's say even with the Ukraine Russia stuff going on, maybe you look at it and you say, Okay, look, I'm aware of it. I'm gonna have absolute, absolute compassion.
And the only thing that I can really do right now in my life is I'm continue to lift my vibration because the more I lift my vibration, the better it is for the collective. I can be happy. I could just be nice to people, nice to people on social media, nice to people all around in life, and just spread more kindness and more love because kindness and love and being nice to each other, when everybody's in that state, it's a more beautiful thing.
And that of course is where harmony and peace come from. If And on the opposite, if you think about it, let's say everybody's in fear and in angst and uncertainty. What happens? Well, they're shorter with people. They're more pissed off. They're more frustrated. They're more angry. They're not as happy.
They're not as loving and it creates more of that negative energy among people and in our collective. And so point being is that even though there may not be anything we can do overseas right now, the biggest thing that you can do is of course make sure to lift your own energy, spread love, spread kindness, and also make sure to have a picture of where you want to go in life.
And so those are the simple to do's, if you will, is number one is having a vision that you are. Looking forward to even seeing yourself walking around feeling great in your vision being excited about it and purposely bringing in that feeling of Excitement towards it, you know making sure that you have those things to look forward to Then also number two would be taking some action towards those so it feels real and you can immerse yourself and your mind and your energy in the direction that you're wanting to go and And Number three, if you do notice that there's some conflicting mind programming, you'll want to make sure to address it.
And by the way, when it's at this level of anxiety, that's what I call intensely conflicted mind programming, where one part of the mind wants to go one direction and the other part wants to go another direction. And it is resulting in some type of fear or anxiety or something like that. And so what you want to do is notice if you have that in your subconscious mind, and if so, make sure to be willing to change it and really program in a new way of thinking and feeling.
So it's in your nervous system and it's in your being, and it really feels good because the more you have that in your nervous system and in your being, the more positive energy. That is for you, for your energy, for your health, for your life, and for the collective. And so on that note, speaking of the collective, please do make a point to share this episode.
You know, share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, somebody you don't even know, or even somebody who has kids or young adults like this beautiful woman here who are suffering from things like anxiety and all of the time with kids, there can be behavior that shows up that parents don't necessarily realize is linked to this underlying feeling of fear because what can happen is kids feel like they're They don't really have a future, so then they're just acting out, or getting in trouble, or careless about anything, or, you know, or even in a state of depression.
Instead of panic, they're just depressed. They're saying, what's the point? There is no real future anyway, or I might as well just go party all the time, or I might as well do drugs. There's nothing to look forward to anyway, and so they end up having these feelings of loss of ambition towards life, or depression, or in this case, you know, panic and anxiety.
And a lot of times people don't even realize that this underlying fear is contributing in a major way to that problem. And so again, please do just make a point to hit the share button and also make a point to have an incredible day for yourself, really focusing on the positive and things that excite you about life.
