Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind and your heart, your energy, and your life. your consciousness, your healing. I just love it. And I just love today's episode. And I know I say that all the time and it really, you know, when it comes to consciousness and really creating change and awareness, as you probably have caught on by now, if you've been listening to past episodes, That it's like different thoughts or different awareness, different insights, perspectives, epiphanies can really help to expand the mind.

And you know, even when I was going through my injury, I remember how I'd have an awareness or even notice any motion that I had in my subconscious mind that I didn't even realize was there or something that I was doing with my mind or my words. that I didn't even consciously realize I was doing. And I remember as it was, you know, figuring things out with my mind and all these things, I remember having this epiphany and just kind of thinking, you know, it's like a necktie.

or a bra or something like that where you've been wearing a certain article of clothing so often. It's like when you first put it on, it feels awkward and uncomfortable. And then after a while, you've been wearing it for so long, you don't even necessarily realize it's there. It's just part of a norm. And in fact, a lot of times what can even happen is like you've been feeling a specific emotion or doing something for so long that once you even go to remove it, and release it.

It can feel awkward or weird or unnatural, you know, just because it's been there so long. And point being is I just love different insights and epiphanies or awareness or twists or turns or information that comes up with each volunteer. You know, it just highlights a unique insight or awareness. So I love that.

And that is very true with today's episode. Our volunteer, her name is Jeanette and she's so beautiful and I love her. She's just, she's fabulous. You can tell she's smart. She's outgoing. And of course, unfortunately also she's experiencing pain in her neck and her jaw, and she's got some ailments that she's got going on where she's been dealing with pain for quite a while.

And so that's where we're going to go on today's episode. And again, I just love the unique. Insights or messages from the universe, however you want to look at them that come with it as we go through each session. And so on that note, let's go ahead and dive in with Jeanette. Here we go.

Hello, Brandy. Hi. It is so wonderful to connect with you. It's wonderful to connect with you too. Well, thank you. Happy, happy, beautiful day. And absolutely. What can I help you with? Uh, well, I've had some longterm pain that, um, you know, I've been going to physical therapy for, and I tried everything, you know, about that and, um, just really can't get a handle on it.

So I'm exploring, you know, what else could be causing it or what else could be holding it. And I, uh, found your podcast and have been listening to so many of them and already have really felt a lot of. things fall away, but um, there's still something there that I just can't really get to. Okay. Okay. And um, uh, bingo.

Let's absolutely take a look at that. So, so I love that. And I, and I love, uh, bingo, bingo. I love that. All right. So, um, Bingo. I love your follow through. So, um, Bingo. Here we go. All right. So if I ask you, by the way, where is your physical pain? Um, so it's mostly recently in my neck and my jaw. Kind of like TMJ.

I get tension, headaches. It's just really, really sore all the time. You know, and I've tried a lot of things and nothing really seems to work. Get at it. Okay, and if I ask you what the current level is right now of pain, what would you say that is? I'd say it's about a five. That's what I would have said about a five, five six somewhere in there.

Okay, so um bingo Yes, all right And if I ask you bingo there bingo, all right Bingo, okay. All right, you ready to dive in? Yes. All right. Beautiful. So, I want to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Bingo. Bingo. Okay. So, the first thing feeling that comes up. Uh, there's a feeling, um, bingo. If I ask you zero to 10, how much you can find the feeling of feeling, uh, pissed off?

Zero to 10.

You know, Oh, seven or eight, especially the last couple of years. Okay. Um, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And um, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I just want you to notice that feeling of feeling pissed off. I'm gonna ask you to breathe and um, bingo. And I want you to think about just for a moment, have you ever done something before where you're trying to do something and you're trying to do something and it just wasn't working and you took a moment and you just like stopped and just gave it a moment to breathe and like you, you went back and you went to go do it and it just worked, it was just easier.

Have you ever done that before? Yeah, yes. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to say, you know, don't do that towards life. It's going to make this all way too easy, right?

You're beautiful. You're beautiful. You're beautiful. And I love your laugh. Um, here we go. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And I want to invite you just for a moment to understand the feeling of feeling pissed off. You get it. You understand. Absolutely. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to invite you just for a moment to be willing to let it go.

Just for a moment to let it go. To say, yeah, I get it. I understand. I hear you. I hear the emotion. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to invite you to be willing to not be stuck in it and stuck to it. But I'm going to ask you just for a moment to free yourself from it, to be willing to think and feel in a different way.

All right, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. Bingo. And if I ask you just for a moment, are you willing to let go of the feeling of feeling pissed off? Yes. 100%? Yes, I'm tired of it. Okay, great. Well, can I invite you to, to think about, so watch this. So notice how you said, I'm tired of it, right? Yeah, and if I ask you how often you've been feeling tired, how much would you say that is?

Oh, for years, a lot, a ton. Yeah, so just for a moment, I don't want you to be tired of it either, okay? So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, okay, and instead, could I, I'm gonna invite you to be smarter than it. Mm hmm. Okay. And if you're just feeling smarter and smarter and smarter, are you okay with that? Yup.

Great. Great. Right? So let me ask you just for a moment to breathe.

All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, all of the time people say exactly that, you know, I'm so tired of this, I'm so tired of that. You've probably heard people say exactly that. And you might even be saying that yourself. And you'll want to notice if you are, because all of the time, I've seen people before who were exhausted.

all of the time. They're so exhausted. And part of their daily mantra is, Oh, I'm so tired of this. I'm so tired of that. And it's like, they're tired. And then also drinking as many energy drinks or coffees and whatever else they can try to amp themselves back up. And so ultimately what you want to do here is if you are doing this, Instead, you'll want to add in something positive.

Now, I got to tell you, for her, I used, I'm so smarter than that. And the only reason that I use that for her is because, you know, you may be able to tell by her vibe, but she's definitely very smart and that just emanates in her energy. And so. I picked that for her because she just, she has that quality where she knows she's smart.

She feels it very strong. And so when I say, you know what, you're so smarter than that. Now, I do want to say for a moment that of course you need to be careful because if somebody says, Oh, you know, well, you're smarter than that. Like that could absolutely sound condescending as well. If it's not said in the right context or.

Even if it's said with somebody who has some insecurity about intelligence or whatnot. So point being is that if you're not feeling And you don't want to say, Oh, you're smarter than that. Because that could actually sound self deprecating or rude to yourself. And you don't want to do that. So again, the only reason that I chose this one is just because it already flowed with her energy.

A feeling like, wait a second, you know what, I'm smarter than that. Let me, let me not do that. You know what, I'm smarter than that. I'm more centered than that. So that's another thing you could say. I'm more centered than that. Um, I'm, I'm not going to go into that, or I know better than that, and, uh, I'm not going to.

So there's plenty of things that you could say to remind yourself. And by the way, there is a bigger epiphany on this topic as well. But I want to wait to the end as we bring. everything together to really unpack it further. So that said, if you want to just kind of keep this in your back pocket right now, we will talk about even more of it coming up, but for now, let's go ahead and dive back in.

Here we go.

And instead of being pissed off, you're smarter than that. to get sucked into it and all of that stuff. You're smarter than that. And you're okay with just being smarter and smarter and smarter. It's a great feeling. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I also want you to notice the part of you.

All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just really quickly. You know, notice she has a wonderful sense of humor. So she's laughing. She's got lightness to her. Juj is just beautiful. And notice as she's going, you know what, smarter than that, like, it's a good feeling to it. She's, she's just beautiful. And she's flowing and she's laughing.

It's just, it's a lightness to it. And so just kind of wanting to take a moment and point that out that again, it's not a condescending, like you're smarter than that, or you're better than that, or, you know, don't beat yourself up. It's really about a gentle, loving, nice, kind, uplifting way. To remind yourself, Hey, don't go into that anymore.

And again, there's more epiphanies on this. So we're going to talk about that. There's a much bigger insight, but this is also very, very important because. All of the time I'll see things like this that are really programmed deep into people's energy and stuck. And so I love that this came up. And again, you know, there's more to this that we're going to unpack even further, kind of, you know, just a bigger level insight from this, but this is definitely something that if you do have this, you want to make sure to change it.

All right. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Janet. Here we go.

Who, bingo, who also at times feels the need to really, uh, be heard about the whole situation. Can you see that? Oh yeah, yeah. So I'm gonna ask, go ahead. Oh 100 percent yes. Okay, and so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And what if your life was just getting better, and better, and better, and better?

What if your life was just getting better, and better, and better, and better? And what if you didn't need to be stuck in all the chaos? What if Bingo. Right? So I'm going to ask you to breathe.

Bingo. You know what's funny is this, is that there will always be these times of chaos and different things like that and what's interesting and even in classes that where I work with people and the video set and just different things when people are coming in and whatnot. It's like this feeling of feeling like okay, well everybody else can be caught in the chaos.

And how can you celebrate life? How can you do something different? Right, right, right. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I want to invite you to be different and do differently than everybody else is doing. I want to invite you to be different and do differently than what everybody else is doing. So I'm going to ask you to just for a moment to breathe.

And I want to invite you to be different and do differently than everybody else.

And I'm going to ask you to breathe,

bingo. I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in inviting you to be different and do different. than everybody else. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. And I'm gonna ask you to be willing to let go of the feelings of pissed off and upset and chaos and yada, right? Yeah. Ask you to breathe. Great.

And if I ask you moving forward, if you see yourself walking around feeling happy and harmonious and beautiful and fabulous and just feeling awesome, just feeling awesome, what would that look like? It would look like walking freely. And when I think about what's happening now, it's like, I'm trying to walk freely, but Other people's choices are grabbing my ankles.

Great, so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you, are they grabbing your ankles or are you letting them grab your ankles? Oh, I'm letting them. Okay. I'm letting them. Great, so I'm going to ask you to just for a moment breathe. And I love your awareness. Love your awareness.

And I want you just for a moment to decide, are they actually grabbing your ankles? Are you letting them? Or are you actually just kind of going and stepping in the muck yourself? Yeah. Okay, great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to picture what it would look like moving forward, to walk freely and beautifully in life.

And instead of going to step in the muck, just breathe. stepping in the better path and continuing to stay your path. I like that better. Beautiful. Someone asked, beautiful. And I want you just for a moment to notice any charge about everybody else's path and let that go. Let that go completely. Let that go completely.

And I'm going to ask you to breathe and be willing to let that go completely. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. All right.

So I want to go ahead and actually pause the session right here, just because there are a lot of really powerful insights that I want to share with you already, and the second half of this session has a lot more insights. And so I love when you can kind of, you know, take a piece of each episode. And look at it in your life or reflect, or, you know, kind of see where something might be showing up for you.

And so, that said, I really want to unpack this. You know, first and foremost, she has just a huge heart. And you can probably sense that from her. But, you know, we were talking about getting kind of pulled in and upset about things that others are on others journey. You know, we're going to talk about this even more next week and unpack it even in a different way.

But right now, what you'll want to notice is this is first and foremost, that if there is a trigger that is coming up, you'll want to notice what that is inside of you. And what I'd encourage you to do is look at where this is shown up for you before, because I want to point out, there's a lot more going on.

Then you may realize here yet and kind of like another piece that I'm wanting to unpack more is Also, you know when she mentioned I'm so tired of this, you know that feeling I'm so tired of that what I'd encourage you to do with that piece is if you are catching yourself saying something like that, Oh, I'm so tired of this, or any type of pattern where you notice yourself saying something, what I'd encourage you to do is not only change what you're saying, but I'd encourage you to look at the pattern underneath that.

You know, why does that keep showing up? And that's the second insight. So the first insight was. First and foremost, another person's journey. If there's a trigger to notice what's going on inside of you, because there's always a reason, if it's triggering you in one way or another, there's always a reason for it.

And, by the way, you may remember on a past episode, where there was a woman who was triggered and upset by the way her friend's boyfriend was treating her friend. And if you remember that episode, basically, the friend's boyfriend wasn't nice to her friend. And if you recall what happened on that episode is I started working with the volunteer and what unfolded was that was the way that her stepdad had treated her mother.

And so that very pattern was there. as a child in her life, now was showing up in her friend's life, and it was triggering her, and she was upset, and she was just trying to fix the friend and help the friend, and what she didn't realize is that was her trigger and her pattern even since childhood of trying to help her mom, trying to help her mom to change with the stepdad, and so So that, number one, again, that is the first insight is exactly that is notice if you're being sucked in by somebody else's journey, if you're upset, if you're annoyed, if you're triggered by it, any of those things that I want to invite you to notice if there's something going on inside of you, because if you are having emotion around it, then there has to be something.

underneath. And it can be an awesome insight to help you to really start shifting more patterns in your life. So that is powerful. And then the second insight, which I started to mention was the, you know, I'm tired of this. I'm tired of that kind of thing. And notice again, if that is something that comes up for you.

And if it is, and you catch yourself saying, Oh, I'm tired of this, or I'm annoyed by this again. Huge insight. That's helpful because. There must be some type of pattern there for it to continue to show up in your life. And so on that note, I want to invite you, of course, to first and foremost, change your languaging around it.

And then secondly, look at what is the underlying pattern that's going on that keeps attracting this. And then. Change that too. So not only are you changing your patterned way of speaking, but you're also changing the pattern underneath. So very, very powerful shifts right here. And the third insight that I want to bring up is specifically to notice if there's anything else that you're saying about your body, meaning this, meaning that, you know, the other day I heard somebody say, Oh, I'm just brain dead right now.

I can't even think like, eek, you don't want to say that, you know, or another person, I heard them say something like, you know, Oh, my brain's shutting down. It's the end of the day. Like eek, don't say that. Okay. Especially if you stop and think about it, there's Alzheimer's, you know, dementia. And it just, when you.

Stop and think about it. You don't want to start saying anything's wrong with your brain. Um, instead, if you're feeling tired, you could say, you know what? I'm ready to rest, you know? So stated in the positive way of really being nice to your body. So I would encourage you to notice that just because, you know, as always.

Every episode is divine timing and literally those examples that I just gave you about somebody saying my brain is shutting down, you know, it's the end of the day and stuff like that. Those were just around me these last couple days and then I just dove into it. Do this podcast episode and the same thing is here.

And that is very much the message that the universe, God, divine, whatever you want to call it, is asking to bring forward from today. And of course, we'll go ahead and continue the second half of this session next week. And I have to say, she just, she has such a big. beautiful heart. And I just, I love the way that it unfolds and also how she releases her pain.

I mean, just a beautiful, beautiful being. So I'm looking forward to that as well. But for now, I'd encourage you to just take a moment and kind of reflect and see if any of these are showing up. in your life. And of course, if they are, then you want to make sure to radically shift them, because the more you can change your subconscious patterns and emotions, the better your life gets.

The better, the happier, the more love, health, happiness, joy, all of it. So, the more empowerment, of course. And by the way, on that note, I'm going to ask you to please do subscribe.
