Welcome to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. My name is Brandy Gillmore, and after recovering from my own life-changing injury, it's become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire. Our minds are truly incredible. The placebo is proof of this. Each week I will take this simple awareness to a whole new level.
I will even coach live callers to free themselves of physical pain using only their mind, and then I'll provide you with a combination of practical and spiritual insights that you can use to master your mind, your emotions, and your. To help you heal your health yourself and your life.
Let's begin.
Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you're somebody who is here. Who's continuing to expand your mind, and your energy, and your consciousness, and your healing. I just love it. And, you know, each episode is such divine timing, and the same is true with today's episode.
It's just beautiful timing, and our volunteer is amazing. She's so beautiful. She's just so sweet and precious. And the message from today's episode, there's actually several of them. Some of them have to do with feeling of feeling safe in life. Some of them have to do with anti aging beliefs and. really feeling good about age at every age and, and embracing youth and, and feeling young.
And so there's that as well, and just several different messages that come up, even about people influencing your way of thinking. So there's just interesting insights from this, you know, each episode, each volunteer is different and has that unique feel to it. And that's what I love about today's episode is just exactly that is, is the uniqueness of it, the different perspective.
And, you know, I remember when I was going through my injury and I got to this point where, as I was, you know, working on releasing different emotions and trying to create positive And what I started to realize was that some of the emotions that I was experiencing were so close to me, I couldn't see them.
It's kind of like, um, you know, if you've got some type of piece of clothing on and you're so used to it, you forget you're wearing it. And like, or, you know, for example, a watch is a great example. If you haven't worn a watch for a long period of time, it's like you put one on and it feels awkward, it's like, what is this thing on my wrist, you know?
But. If you are used to wearing one and you go around without it, you know, suddenly you feel like you're missing something or even a wedding ring can feel the same way. You feel like you're missing something, you know, we get so used to having something. And that's what I love about the different awarenesses that come up in each episode is that they can kind of bring to light something that you weren't necessarily aware that you were wearing at the time.
You know, you're like, Oh, I didn't realize I had this emotion going on. Yeah. And, and that's such an incredible thing. And also when you kind of see things from the outside, it can help you make that shift in your own life as well. So I love that. And on that note, let's dive in with our beautiful volunteer.
Ashley, here we go.
Hello, Ashley? Yes, I'm here. Yes, it's wonderful to connect with you. Yes, thank you, likewise. Why, thank you. It's wonderful, wonderful to connect. And, um, I know that you filled out a form to come on here, and I have not read it. So, uh, well, what can I assist you with today? Um, yeah, I guess my main thing is just that I've like suffered a lot with like acid reflux and pain.
Um, and then it's gotten better over time, but I still kind of struggle with it. Um, and I feel like it kind of started like a year or two after my sister passed away, but I don't know if it's connected to that because it's also. After I turned 30, so I always chalked it off to older age . Um, all right. It's getting staticky on here.
I'm not sure I can hear you. Its, it, it sounded like you just said you were over 30 and you got old age. Is that, is that, did I, did I hear you correct? Oh, yes. Saying I was like. Oh, okay. Okay. I can hear you just fine.
Um, but let's not chalk up 30 years old with older age. Yeah, that's true. All right. And, uh, bingo. All right. So, uh, bingo. All right. So give me just one second. All right. So if I ask you, um, as far as acid reflex, do you feel it right now at all? Um, Not right now, but I always have kind of like a little bit of pain in my throat, like a tightness kind of, or like a raw feeling.
Okay. And if I ask you zero to ten, how much you can find that? How much would you say that is? Mm.
Like a five or six. Bingo. Six. That's what I would said. I would've, I would've said probably closer to a seven. But I'm with you. I, I feel you. . I got you. and, uh, bingo. All right, so I'm with you. All right. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Mm-Hmm. . And I promise not to give you a hard time about saying 30 is old age.
Okay? Okay.
I'm playing. I'm playing. All right. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, but. In all, in all honesty, I do, of course, want to help you expand that. Um, so we, we take you just a little bit further and we can start saying that by the time you get 89, then I'm, I feel like you're going to start hitting old age then.
Yeah, I guess I shouldn't say old age. It's more just like people say things start happening once you are 30, like. That's when it starts, I guess. Yeah, you've been listening way too much to people who don't have good ears. Yes, that's very true. If that's what your people say, then don't listen to those people.
Okay, so the people also said I wasn't supposed to get better, so we just don't listen to those people. And, I mean, I have seen people who are, I mean, physically fit in their late 80s, 90s. I mean, it's just, uh, yeah. So, uh, youth. Bringing in youth. Don't, don't, don't do what other people do. So, uh, there you go.
Alright, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Alright,
so let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. You know, first and foremost, now that we've established that 30s is not old, let's unpack this even more. But, you know, honestly, she's, she's so beautiful and so wonderful. And what I want to take a moment and highlight is it's a perfect moment to really look at this is you can see how much People around you influence your beliefs.
And by the way, you might be somebody who has believed or heard that getting over 30, you start falling apart. And of course, some people hear that after 50 or after retirement or after this age or that, or that age, or even if you think about the last volunteer episode, where we were talking about beliefs she had about money, and there were so many beliefs that she had because of the people around her.
Around her and her family. And so money wasn't safe. But what happens is all of the time, people influence your beliefs that you have, and this is such a perfect example here because there's a certain percentage of people listening right now that are like, well, of course 30 isn't old and you don't start falling apart after 30.
And so you can see that that. That's a belief that you've probably passed, and you're like, but I didn't start falling apart at 30. And I have to say, you know, I don't recommend adding falling apart to any age. You know, when you stop and think about it, there are people who are 60 years old, and they're old.
And there are people who are 80 years old, and they're outgoing, and they're vibrant. And I literally remember, even as I was Getting better, um, from my injury and my neighbor Rita, I mean, she just, I love her so much and we would talk and connect and she would go to the tennis club and play tennis and there were certain times when she would come home and she was in her 70s and she would come home and she'd be like, that 93 year old beat me again, so, which is funny, I mean, watching these women out playing tennis, I mean, Good at tennis and playing and active and there I was younger than them, yet they were all in better shape.
And so of course, point being, you don't want to put age on a, you know, you start falling apart at any age. So you don't want to do that. But the point also from this is even if age isn't a quote unquote thing for you, you'll also want to think about as you're working with other beliefs. Making sure to not get stuck in just believing what people believe around you.
And so again, going back to the conversation about money from the last episode or, or age or different things like that. Making sure to not pick up on that and even right now there's people who are living in fear and then they put fear in other people and all of that. So you want to make sure that you're not Getting stuck in those beliefs and we're gonna unpack fear even more just because There's been a rising tone of fear people feeling fear around them And so we are gonna unpack that even more coming up.
And so that said Let's go ahead and dive back in with Ashley. Here we go
Bingo. You are right that when I start to check into it, I do see, um, I do see, uh, as far as your sister goes. Now, what happened with your sister? She got like a rare autoimmune disease and got very sick over like eight months and then passed. So it's kind of like a shock. And Yeah. It kind of like broke my family apart after that and I moved away and I feel like I was kind of just like stunned by it and then I didn't process it till much later.
Mm hmm. And uh, and how long ago was that? That was about five years ago. Okay, and uh, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe
and I'm gonna give you a piece of advice that I want you to remember. Don't do that. Okay. Stay living. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe
and just breathe and relax.
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. You know, I know that right after I said that some people might say, you know, how can you say don't do that? Or be playful when she just mentioned about her sister and You'll see why that is coming up because that was an important piece.
And you'll see again, why my response was that way. And we will be circling back to the topic in a different way, but not right here. And again, you'll see. why that is. So I just wanted to speak to that just for a moment. And again, you'll see it unfold as we dive back in with Ashley. Here we go.
And I want you to notice there's a feeling. And so that's, that is what the exact feeling is. And I know I'm being playful, uh, because that we want to keep a lightness and we will also want to shift it. So we're going to keep a lightness and we also want to really shift it. And there's a strong feeling of feeling.
Um, it is, it's like a shock and feeling like, I could go any day, like it could all change and be like any day. Can you feel that? Yeah. I feel like I've felt that way my whole life. And then it just got worse because of what happened to her. I've always had like health anxiety. Mm hmm. Yeah, great awareness.
Great awareness. Uh, yeah, I wouldn't recommend doing that but Yeah, great awareness great awareness, all right, so i'm gonna ask you to breathe And I see it actually since about age Four. So it's been a long time, right? Yeah, since I was very little. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.
Bingo. And if I ask you, do you know why it's been there? No, I don't know where it came from and I wish I could find out because maybe that would help me. I would write a letter to my parents saying, cause I thought I was going to die and leave it in the laundry so my mom would find it when I was a little kid.
I did weird things like that and I don't, I don't know where it came from. So, uh, so I'm going to ask you to breathe.
All right, so let's go ahead and unpack this just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I love her self awareness and I love her self honesty. And also, as you can see, this pattern has been tormenting her, her entire life. And by the way, notice when I mentioned earlier, That I didn't want to say anything.
I didn't want to comment on her sister because It was it wouldn't be helpful and that's exactly why if I said something like oh I'm so sorry to hear that or anything then it would have fed and ingrained Like it would have fed energy to the problem and which depending upon how she took it which in most cases It would have just made it worse or reinforced the pattern even more, which has been reinforced throughout her life.
And so the last thing that I would want to do is do exactly that. So that's why when it came to the comment on her sister, that I just, you know, responded in the way that I did, where it's like, don't do that, you know, because, I didn't want to reinforce this pattern, and so that's the reason for that, and of course, you can see how deeply ingrained this is.
Now, we are going to be talking about fear a bit more and whatnot and releasing that, but part of releasing it is also, of course, you know, getting perspective. And, and of course, there's, there's multiple things for her specific situation. But, you know, could you imagine living your life in fear? That you're going to die so much.
So even as a child, you're leaving notes in the laundry. I mean, that's an intense feeling. And point being is that a lot of people are living their lives in fear for one reason or another, and really creating that transformation, that change. in your life. If you are experiencing fear in your life, really making that a top priority to change, of course, is going to be key for health, for life, for happiness, for love, for everything.
Because it's hard to live your best life and be truly happy if you're living in fear. in fear. And so just food for thought, and we're going to go ahead and unpack this even more, but just food for thought on making sure that you're really transforming fear in your life if you're experiencing that. All right.
So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Ashley. Here we go.
Bingo. Can you give me your mom's initial please? Yeah. Uh, P. Okay. Can you give me your dad's initial? S. Bingo.
Bingo. So, like, P. S. Don't do that.
Alright, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Okay. And if I ask you, growing up, bingo. So there's this feeling of feeling like, bingo, uh, feeling like you were bad. Can you find that feeling? Yeah. Yeah, I've always felt like I was wrong. Okay, and uh, why? Do you know? I'm not sure. The only thing I can think of now, because I've done some therapy, is because my mom was very religious, so just like the whole religious teachings of being inherently wrong in like the evangelical church, or just because I was like a middle child, so I felt kind of ignored.
So that's the only thing I could think of, why I felt that way. And if I ask you, bingo, do you remember the feeling of feeling like you were bad and gonna go to hell? Yes. Yeah? Yeah. Like, don't go there, . Bad plan. All right. We are getting like your vacation plans changed, , GS don't go to hell. like, yeah. Who got plans to make here and change?
Change? All right, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and if I ask you, do you remember what age you felt like you. We're gonna go to hell. Probably like, since I can remember, like, four. Yeah. Yeah. Like, there is this feeling like you are so bad that you're gonna go to hell and you don't deserve to live and all of these things.
Like, yeah, cause I mean, when I see most four year olds, I think, oh, you're just a bad, evil kid. How often, by the way, have you ever looked at a four year old and think, yep, they deserve to go to hell? Never. I mean who says that? But like I was taught that people are inherently like evil kind of thing. Bingo.
So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Yeah. And I want you to, I want to show you something real quick. Okay, so I want you to notice the part of you that has a fear towards health. Okay, so much so that it's bringing some water to your eyes, right? Yeah. Okay, now if I ask you a zero to ten, how much you can find that feeling of fear towards your health?
Twenty nine. Mm hmm. Yeah. It's almost old. Yeah. It's almost thirty. Yeah. All right, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe. You have a fun sense of humor, honey. Thank you. All right. I like the playfulness. All right, so here we go. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. You And I want you to notice how four year olds are just bad.
I give her just look at a four year old and be like, Oh, you're bad. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and notice that four year olds are so sweet and wonderful. And are they, are they going to make a mistake? Sure. But just for the moment, can you notice that? And I'm going to ask you to bring that in and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to realize.
Yeah, I'm checking into your energy and I just don't see the evil that you think you're talking about. Yeah. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And what if you realized you're actually not meant to go to hell and you're actually not so evil? Have you made some mistakes? Sure. Everybody has.
Yeah. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. I'm going to ask you
to breathe. I'm gonna ask you to just for a moment take in the feeling. You're not actually such a bad person. Yeah. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Mm hmm. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. If I check your energy, yep, not seeing hell. Sorry. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Gosh, don't we need to change your vacation plans?
Alright, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I'm gonna delete. That's not even a vacation. And, uh, of course, uh, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.
Okay, I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And you to bring in the feeling, uh, and the awareness that you're a great person and that you, yep, you've made some mistakes, yep, but you deserve a great life. And I'm going to ask you to breathe,
bingo, exactly, exactly, and I'm going to ask you to breathe.
How you feeling? Feels good. It feels like I've been doing a lot of work to logically know I'm not going to hell and I know that, but I never thought about the feeling that is still so attached to me. Yeah, that makes sense. I hear you. Absolutely. I hear you my whole life. So it's like, I don't know how to remove it from my body, I guess, is what I'm realizing right now.
So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, again, I just love her self awareness and her self honesty, just beautiful. And Also, this pattern of feeling bad, like a bad person, as tricky as it may sound, is part of the reason that the fear is going on in her mind at such a strong level.
And that's the reason why we started working on that, is a lot of times, you know, people will think, Oh, well, fear, just get rid of fear, or, you know, if fear is false, people Or fear is, you know, what's that acronym? That false evidence that appears real. Um, or things like that. You know, people always just want to negate fear, but a lot of times how your mind works, there's actually a reason for it when it's running in your mind.
And sometimes it could be exactly this. It could be. Um, where there's also a punishment pattern going on, and so where she feels like she's a bad person and she feels like she, you know, it has all this, you know, just feeling like a bad person. So that's one reason, or, you know, there are multiple other reasons, sometimes fear comes up because somebody's, you know, Needs to take some action in their life, but they're not taking it.
It's kind of like if you feel like you're driving towards a cliff and you kind of need to do something different. So fear can come up for that reason as well. Or there are a couple other reasons, things that get linked up in the subconscious mind that can make somebody feel like they don't deserve to live or that it would be better to die.
And, and so there's a variety of different things that can get linked up in the subconscious mind that then makes the mind go in the wrong direction that generates all of that fear. And so, rewiring it is, of course, extremely important. And, not only that, but making sure to focus on and really feel in love with life.
Because the more you're feeling in love with life, you know, not only does it help bring in more positive energy, And more positive experiences, but it also helps your subconscious mind want to live even more and want to enjoy life even more. And so that said, let's go ahead and continue with this next piece with Ashley, and then we'll unpack it even more.
So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in,
and I'm gonna ask you to bring in the awareness that it sounds ridiculous for a 4-year-old to be. evil and going to hell. Doesn't it? Yeah, it's ridiculous. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.
I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
And the first part of releasing it from your body is releasing it from your mind, okay? Releasing it from your mind completely. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And by the way, if I ask you to notice, zero to ten, how much fear you have towards health issues right now? What would you say?
Still ten, I guess. Okay, so about a ten, okay? So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Yeah.
Bingo, bingo. And I want you to notice the part of you, bingo, I want you to notice the part of you that misses your sister. Can you see it? Yeah, a lot. Mm hmm. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Okay, and uh, bingo. And if I ask you,
bingo, what it would feel like to create stronger and stronger and stronger relationships with friends that felt like sisters, what would that feel like? It would feel really comforting, yeah. I definitely feel like I need more sisters in my life, yeah. Totally. think the same way I, not think the same, you know what I mean, but our lives.
I get you. Yeah. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
And, and I got to ask you. If you connected with more people that were aligned with you and your beliefs and stuff like that, would you connect over positive things or would you connect over negative things? Would you connect and talk about traumas? Because that's what I'm obsessed with learning right now.
Exactly. So this is the, one of the reasons that people who get into like, you can't connect all the time with negative things and trauma, this and trauma that it ends up, I can't tell you how many times I've seen people who started to become aware of stuff and then they go the wrong direction. So this is the thing out of curiosity.
Imagine for a moment, if somebody who is Christian says, I can only, only connect with only Christian people. And then they don't know any. Yeah. Okay. So. What are some fun things that you love to do? I don't know. I feel like that's a big problem because I never did fun things. Okay, honey. You've got to change all of this.
Okay, so how are you going to fall in love with life if you don't do fun things?
I don't know. That's a good question. Thank you. I thought of it myself.
So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and if I ask you what would be some fun things that you could do, would you like to go to the beach sometime? Would you like to like travel sometime? Do you like to play game or a sport or a, like what's fun going for walks, going for hikes, going for yoga, going to listen to music.
Yeah, going to learn how to do a new type of dance or sing or what? What's fun? Yeah, I mean, I've always liked walking in nature. I'm not really a sporty person. I do like yoga and I've always wanted to Um, take like dance classes and I've thought about it, but I haven't done it yet. Cause I didn't really tell anybody that you said dance isn't a sport.
Well, you know what I mean? I didn't mean to connect those two. I just meant like, I was never athletic as a kid. I get it. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and uh, bingo. And out of curiosity, would you like to commit to, to adding something fun into your life? Yeah, definitely. Great. And by the way, let's be honest.
If you had a bunch of people that were also connected in awareness with energy and all this stuff, how much do you think you'd talk about problems? Traumas, negativity, all of that? Probably a lot right now, because I like dissecting problems.
Okay. Even though I know I'm not supposed to. So, what if you like, okay, so what would your life look like if you liked investigating fun?
What would that look like? It seems too good to be true, I guess, because I've never seen that. Okay. I don't know how. Well, that's because you've been too busy dissecting problems. I know, I know. I don't know how to start. Okay, and uh, great. So what would happen if you signed up for a yoga class, or found a group that does walking in nature, and nature walks and stuff like that, and you started doing something like that.
How would that feel to you? Um, I guess like invigorating. Invigorating. Great. So, um, Bingo. If I ask you, zero to ten, how much would you say you had a happy childhood?
Like a five? I don't know, like some parts were good, but right now I've been focused on thinking about the negative because I never did before, so. Okay, so, bingo. Okay. So, if I would have asked you ten years ago how much you had a happy childhood, what would you have said? Like a 10. Exactly. So notice for a moment, you're doing mind work and you're feeling worse about your life.
What are you doing? That's the wrong direction. Change it. You're supposed to do mind work and feel better about your life. Yeah, that's true.
Wrong direction. That's exactly what I see. That's, it's like, as you've been doing mind work, your energy is going down instead of up. Yeah. Okay, U turn, change direction, like Mayday. Wrong way. Someone asked you just for a moment to breathe, and by the way, that is the reason why this is silly and ridiculous and playful today, is because that's exactly what your energy is needing, is something playful and light, and, and to remember to have fun, and wait a sec, oh that's right, there can be fun.
Yeah. Yeah. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Bingo. All right, so I want you to notice for a moment the level in your throat. What's the level? Zero to ten? Like a five, I guess, right now. Okay, and uh, Bingo. And what if you were gonna live a long happy life? Would you be okay with that? No, I want it to be better.
You want it to what? I want it to be better, definitely. Yeah. Okay, so what if you were going to live a very long and happy life? I've thought about a long life, but never a long happy one. Okay, but your thoughts help create your life, right? Don't you think you should put happy in there? Yeah, that's true.
That's going to be helpful. It's going to make the whole thing a lot better.
So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.
All right, so let's go ahead and unpack this. And I have to say, I just, I love her. She's just so precious. I just want to hug her. She's, she's beautiful and precious. And you know, I want to hug every single person that comes on. I just love people. And I get the best volunteers. I think you can agree, like the best.
We just have the best people who come on and she's beautiful and I love her sense of humor and also her self awareness and I want to unpack this even more because there are really so many important pieces from this episode that I know that a lot of people can relate to to an extent, maybe not to the extreme of it, which I think is a good awareness.
You know, there are so many people who do have underlying fear, and maybe that's you, and if you do You'll want to definitely make sure to change that. You know, when we're living in fear, it's, it robs us of literally of having the joy and the happiness and the love and the experience that we could otherwise have, you know, and so really changing that is so important.
Now, if you think about it, that's one piece of this episode so far. Another piece of this episode was also about listening to people around you. Oh, you're going to fall apart at age 30. Oh, you're going to fall apart at age 40. You know, and not, again, not just an age thing, but There are always, uh, you know, people saying things that can create fear in you.
And of course, you don't want to live in fear. There's no benefit to living in fear. And instead, making sure that you have a vision of where you want your life to go and, and picturing where you want it to go and stepping into your strength and, and knowing that you have it inside of you, you know, you living in your power, knowing that you have that ability to take your life.
in that direction and embodying that power and living that way. That is so important. And the other insight from this is not feeling like a bad person or living in guilt or, or, you know, things like that, because a lot of people will do that as well. And a lot of times, it can just be a pattern of, you know, of not really doing anything wrong.
And then, of course, there are some people who have a pattern of doing things that aren't quite in integrity, but justifying them and doing things that aren't. And of course, I've seen that too, and if that is you, then you'll just want to change it. You know, just not beating yourself up, not criticizing yourself, but being honest with yourself and just changing it.
Because that also can add more power. and more problems to your life and to your health. And so on that note, you know, there are so many pieces to unpack and of course the one we were just talking about, which was making sure to look at fun in life and making sure that you're linking up fun in life. And so for that reason, I'm actually going to go ahead and pause the session right here.
So we'll continue the other half of this session with Ashley. On next week's episode, but first, because there are so many different insights before we shift gears into that second half, I wanted to really invite you to look at this in your own life. You know, have you made time for fun? Have you scheduled fun?
Are you excited about life? Are you purposely adding in fun along the way? And making sure that you enjoy it because that is so important for your happiness, for your health, for your life. And not only that, but sometimes people go, why just have too many things to do? I can't have fun. However, it's important to note that research has even shown that employees who are happy are more productive.
And so when you stop and think about that, if you've had that train of thought, this is what I have to get things done, or I have to do this. And. You've been so much focused on that that you're not having fun. You're not lifted. You're not happy. Then you're actually less productive. And so bringing in the happiness is good for your health.
It's good for your energy. Taking time to do that to lift yourself. It's great for what you're manifesting and bringing in. So I want to invite you to make a point To bring that in as well. And so that said, there are several different insights from this, you know, so everybody is something for everybody here, maybe even more than one.
And so on that note, I want to invite you to look at something that you can apply in your life. And I want to invite you to do exactly that, to integrate it, to make that change. And on next week's episode, we are going to take it to the next level. I look forward to seeing you there. Have an incredible rest of your day.

As more and more people become empowered, it really will change our world for the better. That is the point and the power of these demonstrations is to create a radical shift in our world consciousness by showing everyone what we are all capable of. And of course, each volunteer will really need to follow through to reinforce their programming, to maintain their results.
But the point. For you to see that you really can create rapid results in your health and your life if you really understand how to use your mind. You are incredible. And I do wanna be clear though, that most people will not get results this fast on their own. I make it look very easy because of the discoveries that I made.
You'll wanna remember that there's so much more going on in our minds at a deeper level than people. That said, if you wanna send me any questions or comments, come visit me on my website brandygilmore.com/podcast. And if you're currently experiencing physical pain and would like to be a volunteer on the show, you can sign up there as well.
Lastly, Please remember, if you do have any health issues, you won't want to avoid your doctors. Instead, you'll wanna continue seeing them and make it your goal to blow their minds with what you are capable of with your mind. Thank you.
