Welcome to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. My name is Brandy Gillmore, and after recovering from my own life-changing injury, it's become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire. Our minds are truly incredible. The placebo is proof of this. Each week I will take this simple awareness to a whole new level.
I will even coach live callers to free themselves of physical pain using only their mind, and then I'll provide you with a combination of practical and spiritual insights that you can use to master your mind, your emotions, and your. To help you heal your health yourself and your life.
Let's begin.
Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it. And I just love today's topic. Today's volunteer, just so on point and so needed. And when I say topic, technically, there's a few of them that are really powerful insights, but part of what we're talking about is valuing yourself and really feeling that and how that can impact your health, your life, everything around you.
And not only that, but our volunteer today, just a beautiful, beautiful being. Her name is Gabby, and she's got a few patterns going on that are. impacting her health, her happiness, her kids, her life, her self esteem, just so many things. And what I love is just the way that she moves through this, her self awareness, her self insight, just beautiful.
So I love that. And one of the things that I also love is, You know, let's be honest. If you've been injured for a long period of time, you can lose your feeling of valuing yourself, of self confidence, of feeling good about you. And I know that going through my injury, there were a lot of things, you know, prior to my injury that I did that made me feel good about myself, like working and accomplishing things and being outgoing and being physically fit and being active and connecting with people and all of these things.
And once I was injured. It was like I lost everything that I valued about myself. So I didn't feel good about myself at all. It felt like here I am injured and on disability and all of these things. It just did not feel good. And I, of course, had to get to a point where I stopped all that negative stuff of feeling less about myself.
And instead, started genuinely valuing myself, who I am, as a being, as a spiritual being. Not for doing anything, but just simply for being me. And that was a shift that was on my healing journey. And so, point being, is it, no matter where you are, this can be very helpful to help you to shift. And of course, as you'll notice, With today's volunteer, one of the things she says is she says, I never learned to value myself.
So I don't even know what that is like. And she wisely mentioned, you know, she's been doing all these things about self care for herself, trying to do this for herself and do that for herself for quote unquote self care, but she's not really feeling. The feeling of value of self. And so again, just so many key insights.
That is one of them that just touched my heart and her awareness and also some frustrations and being a mother and feeling some challenges and all of those things, just beautiful, her self awareness and the transformation that she goes through when you watch and notice her emotions and love for her kids and just some challenges and starting to look at them and feel about them.
in a different way. So I just love this. So that said, let's go ahead and dive in with our beautiful volunteer, Gabby. Here we go.
Hi. Hello. It's wonderful to connect with you. You too. Thank you so much for having me. Absolutely. And I know you have to fill out a form to come on and I have not even viewed it. I like to just come in fresh. So, uh, what can I help you with today? Well, I yeah, I've, I've been pretty sick for about two months.
Um, I have nephrotic syndrome and it's basically where my kidney is not able to hold protein. So it's, uh, flushing all of that out, which is, is causing my body a lot of other issues. Like my cholesterol has been at 600, my thyroid's off, everything's really off. Um, I got pretty sick. So I think something kind of just pushed that into full blown existence.
Just weird things that I couldn't explain just being, uh, violent attacks of throwing up and IBS, um, rash, um, excessive thirst, just different kinds of things. And, um, My syndrome is typically found in children or elderly. You don't appear to be either one. Yeah. So, um, I feel like this was supposed to happen to me.
I feel like my guides kind of allowed this to happen. I was engaged and I broke that off about a month ago. Um, I don't have a job. I'm two kids. I'm single. And so, Okay. All right. So, uh, give me one second. All right. So if I ask you, if you're experiencing any current physical discomfort, what would you say?
Uh, yes, I am. I'm pretty shaky. Okay. And how often do you experience the shakiness? Um, I'm experiencing it daily right now. Okay, and if I ask you your level of shakiness right now, zero to ten, what would you say? I'm at a six. About a six right now. That's what I would say about a six, six, seven. I feel you.
All right, so give me one second. I see. So I see what it is, but give me one second because I want to see the direction to go with your mind. So, um, give me one second. All right. So I guess we're just going to dive in right here. All right. Okay. Here we go. So if we think about protein for a moment. Protein supports your body.
It supports growth and muscles and all of that. And what it tells me is there's a direction that your body is trying to grow into, like where you're trying to grow in life is not, it's not sticking. It's not being supported. And so what's happening is it's like, feels like things are flushed, like falling apart, falling down, so to speak.
And so it feels like there's a goal that you've had for about the last seven months that you've been pretty determined towards. Do you know what that goal is by chance? Um, maybe freedom autonomy. Okay. It feels so maybe it feels kind of, um, career oriented. Do you know what that is? I, I was pretty stressed out with work.
Okay. And how long have you been off of work? Since I got sick. Yeah, I quit, uh, right before I got sick. Okay. And even before you quit, was there a side direction that you were trying to go with work? Um, no, I've, I've actually really struggled with my, like, What I'm supposed to bring to, you know, this world and my, like, kind of my value, like, I'm really not sure, you know, like what I'm bringing besides my amazing kids.
So I've kind of questioned, you know, What, what am I here for as far as, you know, work and providing, um, something of value to the world. Okay. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice that that's a tall order. So notice the part of you that's saying I'm supposed to bring something of value to the world.
Right. If I ask you right now, how much you feel like, like, okay, so let's go a different direction. If I ask you, as far as your job, what were you doing in your job? Marketing. Okay. And as soon as I ask you about your job, notice there's tears coming up. Okay. And if I ask you why? I haven't felt valued. Okay.
And so, can you give me the first, can you give me the first letter of your, uh, boss that you had at the job? First letter of their name. Uh, S. Okay. And actually, Um, I would just want you to think about the name of the company or project or whatever it is. And just give me a first initial there. It's a J.
Okay. All right. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to notice that exact feeling of feeling like you don't provide value and you have no value. Can you see that? Mm hmm. So if I ask you just for a moment to breathe, and by the way, in the relationship that you just had, that you just, if I ask you zero to 10, you can find a feeling of feeling like you weren't valued there.
Um, I, yeah, I didn't feel lifted up and encouraged often. So I think that that had me feeling like I was on eggshells a bit. And so it didn't ultimately make me feel very valued in his eyes. And if I ask you at your job how much you also felt like you were on eggshells, what would you say? Um, I felt that way actually through many jobs over the years.
That's exactly where we're going. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and then notice right now, you're asking yourself the very question, what do I have to bring to the world? Where is my value? Um, how often do you connect with your kid's father? Um, as little as possible. And if I ask you how much you feel like you need to walk on eggshells there, what would you say?
All the time, all the time. Are you noticing where we're going by chance? So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I just love her self awareness and what you want to notice is that she went to a deep emotional place of hurt. And so notice her brain went though to the past in something that she couldn't change. Now, if you notice.
When I started talking to her about something more current that she could change, notice there was a big shift in emotions. Now, the reason that I want to point this out is because if you're like most people, you probably would have then stuck into the negative of the past of, okay, this is the issue and it stays buried there.
And, and so the problem is, Is that, if I would have just gone deeper into that, and asked her, oh, let's unpack this problem, obviously I, you know, I wouldn't be doing her any favors for her health. We wouldn't be going towards health at all, and what we want to do, is we want to move towards what can you do now, and what change can you make, what shift?
So even if you notice, there was a good shift in her emotions, and as you'll see, her nervous system, where she's been shaky and all of that, you'll notice, it starts getting better. as she's creating these shifts. So that's a key part that you'll want to take into your life is if you notice yourself going into problems that you can't change, instead, start working on what you can change.
And creating the shift there, and you'll see better results. All right. So that said, let's go ahead and step back in with Gabby. Here we go.
Great. And if I ask you zero to 10, how much you could see the importance of changing this today, what would you say? Uh, 10. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I want you to notice the part of you that inside it's like you, you're this beautiful, beautiful being, and you have a very strong, when you feel upset, you have an attack reaction that can happen, an assertive reaction.
Can you see that? Not, I'm not physically attacking them at all, to be clear, but there is an assertive upset. Okay. You can see that, right? Yes, I've had to really, really work on that. Um, I've distanced myself from some of my family members because they're react, they react that way. Um, Okay, so you breathe and I'm going to ask you to think about your power and who you are, and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to notice the feeling of feeling like you need to defend yourself at a deep level or protect yourself.
Like there is a protective survival defensive type trigger inside of you that goes off like a survival type feeling. Can you find that feeling real quick? Okay, great awareness. You got it. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take in the feeling. What if you're actually a hundred percent safe?
What if this feeling isn't serving you? And I know your conscious mind says, well, of course it's not, but I'm going to ask you to breathe and just taking in the awareness. What if it's not serving you? What if you're actually safe? What if you're actually safe? And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.
What if you were actually safe and supported? And I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now, there's also a strong feeling inside of you, a feeling like you need to stand up for yourself. Can you find that feeling? Mm hmm. Mm hmm. Now, I love your awareness now, part of what's happening is though, when I calmed your nervous system down, I could see that's, that's what I could see what that's being triggered is there.
So imagine for a moment. If somebody is programmed at an age of like six that says, you need to stand up for yourself. If you don't, you're weak. You need to stand up for yourself. You need to stand up for yourself. And it becomes part of something you feel like you need to do and be. And then so immediately when you're triggered or you're not being supported or not having this or not having that, that that immediately triggers.
And it's like, it goes into this upset anger mode. Does that make sense? So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to first and foremost acknowledge your self awareness. Okay, let's do this. Uh, your older daughter, does she still wear diapers by chance? You said she's a teenager, right?
Right, yeah. Yeah, so she probably doesn't wear diapers anymore. Right. But, but diapers were a good idea at some point, right? Yeah. Yes. Would have not gone so well had you not had them at some point, right? Right. So, if a five year old or a seven year old is standing up for themselves, how does that look? Like, of a five year old, seven year old?
Third graders standing up and speaking for themselves. How does that look? Uh, yeah, they're going to stomp their feet. They're going to cry. They might tug and pull. There's all kinds of reactions. So notice your immediate knee jerk response to standing up for yourself was a reaction. They're going to stomp.
They're going to be upset. By the way, somebody else I could say, can you stand up for yourself? They would say, yeah, well, I can speak up. I can say something. So notice what was programmed in your mind automatically. Yes. Yeah. Okay. So notice the react that no, like, okay. And I got to tell you, the first thing that comes to my mind when somebody says as a kid standing up for themselves, it's learning to have a voice.
It's learning to speak. It's learning to say, Hey, you know what? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever that is for them. Right. So notice your knee jerk subconscious programming. Does that make sense? Okay. And I want to invite you just for a moment to change that of what it looks like. Now, I want you to picture again, maybe a third grader who's standing up for themselves in a way where they're just speaking up.
They're saying what they want. They're willing to voice what it is that they like, and that's what they're doing. What does that look like? It looks empowering. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take that in. So I'm going to say that again.
If a third grader is standing up for themselves, what that looks like, what that looks like, if they're standing up for themselves, just speaking, speaking up for themselves, having a voice, that's empowering, right? So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And now I want you to picture a third grader who's standing up for themselves, they're stomping their feet, they're getting upset, they're kicking, they're screaming, they're upset, blah, blah, blah.
How does that look? Um, ridiculous. Immature. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to take that in. Great. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to picture that even if you do feel the need to speak up for yourself at some point. Okay? Great. That you can do that in a way that feels like you're empowered, that feels like you're cool, calm, collected, you're, you're thoughtful, you're insightful, it's, it feels good.
So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to notice the level of shaking in your body right now, zero to ten, what's the level? Um, uh, three. At about a three, right? So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and I'm going to ask you to picture moving forward that what happens if you really go, you really look at these patterns and you say, okay, I know how this game works about our thoughts help create our lives.
Okay. I'm going to, I'm going to create some different patterns instead of being upset, I'm really going to look at what it feels like to be supported. I'm really going to feel that to value myself first. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Would you be willing to stop beating yourself up and to start valuing yourself?
Yes. Absolutely. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to notice, by the way, part of also what is triggering yourself is notice there's a part of you who's looking into the world, who's saying, what is my value? What is my purpose? What is my value? And you haven't come up with a clear idea, right?
Now you're telling yourself another way to tell yourself that you're not valuable. Does that make sense? I see. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to bring in the feeling that you're very valuable, and that even when you said, well, it's, there's got to be more than, you know, yes, bringing in kids, but And, and instead of saying, well, that's like dim, like diminishing that, I mean, let's be honest.
It's easy to be a mom, right?
You're laughing at me.
So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now that you've done that easy and insignificant thing, all right, let's, it's important.
And just for a moment, I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling and the awareness that is significant. Let's be honest. It is significant to be a mom. Yeah. All right. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and taking in that feeling. It is significant to be a mom. It is significant to raise kids.
And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling that you are valuable and to not diminish Who you are so far to instead to take it in the more you value yourself and find the value in you the more You'll attract it the more you'll see it the more you'll connect with it the more you'll feel it But from a place of diminishing your own Value, you're not gonna see it, right?
Yeah, if I ask you by the way zero to ten how much you've been valuing yourself. What would you say? Remember, I can see. Um, I, I wasn't taught how to value myself, so I have a hard time feeling that. Um, there, I feel like I do a lot to show that I, I value myself, um, with self care and, and just things that I say to myself, but actually feeling that and understanding it is, um, something that I don't.
Do very well, very wise, very wise, very true. And I see that. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. All
right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, again, the topic of valuing yourself. So, so important and making sure to own that on the inside. Now there's a few complexities and it's this, it's, you know, if you feel like you're not showing up for life, or what you're doing is unimportant, and you deem it as being unimportant and insignificant, then it's a It's going to be hard to really show up and feel valuable if you're telling yourself what you're doing is not valuable.
And you know, in our world, let's be honest, raising kids is a valuable thing. That is raising the next generation. It is so important and it is so valuable. And I hope that every mother in the world really starts to take in how valuable it is. And I think a lot of people would say, well, our society doesn't really value it much.
And I would have to agree that it is undervalued, but I would also have to say that all change does start from within. And on that note, I hope that every single mother really does start valuing being a mother, raising kids, like valuing it more. Because I think that, you know, as this time where women have been more empowered and been in the workplace and doing all these things, which is incredible, that we also need to make sure to include being a mother is amazing.
It is significant. It is wonderful. And not just being a mother, being a parent, whether you're a father or mother, raising kids. is significant and that I think we need to make sure to value that. And I don't want to blame that on society because as we know, all change starts from within. And so instead of blaming it on society, I'd rather see parents everywhere, moms, dad, anybody really value and feel that value.
And own that because that's when we create that social shift. So if you're a parent, please do feel the sense of importance, of purpose, that it is a significant thing to do to be a parent and take that in and own it. Please. So, all right, that is one thing. Now, Second thing that I want to say is this, is that on the note of not blaming others, you know, notice something that she mentioned where she said, well, I wasn't raised with the feeling of valuing self.
And you know, a lot of people weren't, a lot of us were not raised in that way. And it's because, you know, emotional awareness is increasing. And also let's be honest. Being a parent involves a lot of roles. And so it's not always something that is taught. Sometimes it's something that's overlooked and sometimes it's something that's hard to teach somebody how to feel emotions, even if you're trying to show them a feeling of valuing themselves, it doesn't always show up.
with kids, you know, it, it depends. And so either way, my point being is that you also won't want to blame society as far as the parenting thing, and you won't want to blame your past or your upbringing because the reality of it is, it's not going to be helpful. Instead, creating that shift and just saying, okay, what now?
How do you move it forward? to make it life changing, because that's, what's most important is genuinely creating that shift and living this life to its fullest. All right. So that said on the note of moving it forward, let's go ahead and step back in with beautiful Gabby. Here we go. And what
would it feel like just to start valuing you for you? Now I want you to think by the way, how many exact people are here who are exactly like you. I mean, what do we got? Like thousands? What do you think? There's only one me. Okay. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice just for a moment that the universe screwed up and accidentally put you here.
Does that make any sense? Does that make any sense at all? No. No. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to just value you. to just learn to value yourself. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in and feel that feeling of valuing, valuing yourself.
And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm also going to ask you to take in the feeling that if you need to stand up for yourself, so to speak, it's just speaking up, but in a way that feels respectful of yourself, of them, of how you are, just voicing what it is that you need or voicing what you want to say and doing so from a place of feeling good about you and feeling harmonious.
And I want you to notice the level of shakiness in your body, zero to ten. What's your level? Um, two. That's about as, I've got about a, bingo, right in there, right under a two. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you just for a moment. what it would look like moving forward.
If you feel like you're not getting upset, you're really, really changing towards them and really finding yourself showing up in a different way. And you're proud of yourself for doing that. What would that look like? Um, you know, peaceful, peaceful. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And I want you to think about a third grader standing up for themselves and they're kicking and screaming and stomping their feet and blah, blah, blah, and all that stuff.
And how does that look? Um, ridiculous. Ridiculous. And I'm going to ask your nervous system to take in the feeling of any anger, any upset, any blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Any of that feeling in you, not to say that you were doing that or whatnot, but just any of the feeling of upset. And instead, you have this whole different feeling about what it means to stand up for self.
When you're standing up for self, you're speaking in a way that expresses clearly what you're wanting to communicate. You're asking for what it is that you want in a kind, loving way. You're speaking harmoniously and you're feeling supported. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Good job with your energy.
And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to notice your level in your body. Zero to ten. What's your level? Um, one. One. Great. And by the way, who's doing that? Me. You. Because you're kind of amazing, right? Yeah. Right? Yeah. Take that in. Right? So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And notice also, how much stronger is your body feeling right now?
Good job. Yeah, it's definitely a little bit stronger. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and moving forward. If you ever need to stand up for yourself at all, there is such a charismatic or sophisticated or beautiful or elegant or classy way that you do it. That's true. Good. And I'm going to ask you to breathe.
And I'm going to ask you to see yourself exactly in that, exactly in that, because that's really who you are. Yeah, that's true. It is, isn't it? It is, yes, very much. It vibrates with your beingness, and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And of course, that is who you are, and I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.
And I want you to notice your level of shakiness in your body. Zero to 10. What's your level? It's a zero. Zero. Right. Great, great, great job. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And by the way, I'm going to ask you to purposely, just for a moment, bring in the feeling of feeling value, valuing yourself.
I'm going to ask you to bring that feeling in. What does it even feel like? It feels like a lack of desperation where I have a knowing within myself and I, I don't have to make people understand. I, you know. Wait a second, can we interrupt? Yeah. Right. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to say, don't think.
Don't think. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take in the feeling that you are valuable. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in. And the thing of it is, is that in different stages of our lives, we have different purposes. Like if I said right now, your kids have no purpose at all.
Is that true? I would say you are crazy. And you would be right. You would be very right. So notice right now they have a purpose. Now, I'm going to assume that whatever they're doing now isn't their purpose. They're going to be doing when they're 60, but they have a purpose right now. And when you were a kid, you had a certain purpose.
And when I was injured, I had a purpose at that time. And when I, when we were in high school, we have a certain purpose. So we have a lot of purposes throughout life. And it's not that you're not on purpose. You are on purpose right now. You're on purpose. You have a purpose right now. And it is important.
And the best way that we evolve to the next purpose is to show up a hundred percent for our current purpose. So a simple way to put it is if you think about, let's say that there is a, we'll just say there's a, a store, a department store. And let's say there is an employee who's a, we'll say a regular employee who says, gosh, I want to be manager one day.
Right. I think I just want to be manager. I just want to be manager. And they're kind of showing up for their job. Kind of not kind of like, you know, are they in a place to be promoted to manager? No, no. Right. Now let's say they're showing up every day with their a game, a hundred percent, they're showing up and that's how they're showing up every day.
Now are they in a place to show up as men or to be promoted to manager? Absolutely great. So the best way to get a universal growth and transformation is to show up 100 percent where you are. And this is the crazy thing is a lot of people will go. I just want to be here. I just want to be there. So they're trying so hard to be somewhere else.
Meanwhile, they're showing up at their current self at a two or three or four or six. And then they go, but I just want to be manager. I just want to be manager. And they don't realize why they're not expanding. Does that make sense? Okay. Yeah. So in other words, showing up and transforming your patterns genuinely all the way.
So practicing what we talked about, embodying that showing up a hundred percent and valuing yourself from that place, you'll see with more clarity, the next level to expand. Does that make sense? It does. Yeah, absolutely. Amazing job with your energy. Wonderful, wonderful job. And, um, absolutely. Give me one second.
So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, actually. And one more thing, if I could, I'm going to ask you to breathe and close your eyes. And I'm going to ask you or invite you to take in the feeling of valuing yourself. What does it feel like? Don't think. It feels steady. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Don't think. Don't think. Just feel. Just feel valued. Just feel like you're valuable because you are. I feel light and I feel loved and I feel like I could just be dancing in a field of flowers and, and just my bubbly self. I feel safe. I love that. You're beautiful. You're absolutely beautiful. So I'm going to ask you to make sure to bring that in every day as well.
And in really listen to this, follow through and embody the changes. Does that sound good to you? Yeah. Sounds amazing. Beautiful. Beautiful job with your energy, beautiful shift, and it has been so lovely connecting with you. Thank you. So, so, so much. Thank you. Appreciate you. Absolutely. Blessings. Bye.
All right. So let's go ahead and unpack this even more. And, you know, first and foremost, acknowledging Gabby, I mean, just great job with her energy, great job getting her shakiness in her nervous system all the way down to a zero. Great, great job. Now, there are so many insights from this episode and the thing I want to really boil it down to, if I said that there's one powerful takeaway of something that you can do, it would be this.
You know, noticing that it can be easy to get caught in a spiral where you don't feel valued and you don't feel supported because you're not being valued. And then you're frustrated and then you're feeling guilty because then you're taking it out on kids or this, that, the other, and then you're feeling angry and then you're feeling like you've got to stand up for self.
So notice how all of these patterns, when there's so many different things going on, how each pattern can trigger the other and keep you in this spiral with one triggering the other triggering the other, and it can feel overwhelming. It can feel like a lot. And so from that, one thing that you could do would be this, is that if there's a pattern that you see showing up all of the time that you don't like in yourself, instead of criticizing yourself or berating yourself or being mean to yourself, instead, What you want to do is decide moving forward how you want to change it, because as you can see with Gabby, I mean, just such a beautiful being, great heart, wanting to be the perfect mom, great intentions, wanting to be great, feel great, have value, all of these things, and yet beating herself up and feeling frustrated and stuck about things that have happened in the past.
And so moving it forward, genuinely creating that change, deciding how you want to feel And embodying that. And one last note that I want to say is this, if you are a mom, I want to invite you to please do make a point to bring in a feeling of value for yourself, just for being you. And also of course, for being a parent.
To value that, to really feel it. And of course, if you're a dad also. Make sure to feel that as well. So if you're a parent, but if you're somebody who is taking care of kids and raising kids and shaping kids, then please take in a feeling of significance that that is a significant role. It is amazing. And thank you for doing what you're doing and raising the next generation.
It's beautiful because. You know, as you hear me say on every episode, the more amazing and empowered that every single person is in our world, the better this world is for all of us. And that of course includes our kids, kids, the next generation, you know, just so, so important. And so on that note, please value yourself.
And also on that note, please do make a point to hit the share button on this episode, you know, share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, or somebody you don't even know, because truly. The more empowered and valued and happy and healthy that every single person is in our world, the better this world is for all of us.
And so please do hit the share button and please do make a point to value yourself today just for being you. All right, so I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode and I wish you a most wonderful, incredible rest of your day.

As more and more people become empowered, it really will change our world for the better. That is the point and the power of these demonstrations is to create a radical shift in our world consciousness by showing everyone what we are all capable of. And of course, each volunteer will really need to follow through to reinforce their programming, to maintain their results.
But the point. For you to see that you really can create rapid results in your health and your life if you really understand how to use your mind. You are incredible. And I do wanna be clear though, that most people will not get results this fast on their own. I make it look very easy because of the discoveries that I made.
You'll wanna remember that there's so much more going on in our minds at a deeper level than people. That said, if you wanna send me any questions or comments, come visit me on my website brandygilmore.com/podcast. And if you're cu
