My name is Brandy Gillmore, and after recovering from my own life changing injury, it's become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire life. Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it. And you're absolutely going to love today's episode. You know, on today's episode, I work with a beautiful volunteer, Joy, Helping her with her mind and multiple health issues.

Now, I do want to warn you ahead of time, she releases her pain very fast. She goes from like a level five of pain to zero in five minutes or so, maybe seven minutes, but a very quick time. And if you're somebody who is new to my work, this may seem impossible to you. So I always want to just show ahead of time.

These are the results that we can see, even under medical equipment, how a person can shift pain or create all kinds of healing results in a very short period of time. So you can watch the session on video. And also right now, I'm actually showing in the video version, um, some images from thermal and medical imaging. So if you haven't seen those and you do want to see them, then you may want to come over to the YouTube version of it so you can watch the video itself.

But either way, the point is we can see radical results using the power of the mind, even under medical equipment. And it's incredible. Now, the example that I always use. is multiple personality disorder where, of course, not saying Joy has multiple personality disorder, but where a person with multiple personalities can have different illnesses.

in different personalities, different pain. They can have neck pain in one personality, but not in another. They can have high blood pressure, or there's even a study of a woman who was medically blind in some personalities, but not in others. So we can see the power of the mind and how much it can change health.

And we can also see that these changes can happen very fast. And so I just want to say that ahead of time because as I step in with today's volunteer, she does a fantastic job. She creates that shift really fast and you'll see that. So that is one thing I just want to point out ahead of time. And you'll also notice, by the way, that emotions are very illogical.

So that's part of what we're going to talk about. The mindset can be a bit tricky. So that's where we're going as well. Now, before we dive in with our beautiful volunteer, I do want to take a moment and just say, I hope that you had a most wonderful holiday weekend and holiday with your time and, you know, with your friends and family connecting.

I know personally for me, um, I, I didn't travel this year just locally. And so I had two Friendsgivings and it was just beautiful. Just one group of family, friends and another. And it just, um, Just sweet, incredible, you know, the times that we get together and celebrate and love and laugh and enjoy. And it's just, it's so sweet.

And of course I do that regularly anyways, but the, the group, the love, the, the sweetness, there's just something that's magical about the holidays. And by the way, If you're somebody who is struggling a lot with your health or pain or whatnot, I know that that can feel a bit disconnecting. I mean, for me personally, I know when I was in my injury, holidays, even though they were lovely, you kind of can feel disconnected or, um, not as fun as they otherwise could be.

And by the way, part of what we're going to talk about is we are going to talk about relationships today and healing relationships as well. So it's, it's going to be a fun mix. So if you're there with the holidays where you maybe felt disconnected, felt not included or like you were missing out or any of those feelings.

I get that. I used to feel that way very much when I was going through my injury. I just, I felt like I couldn't participate at the level that I wanted to. And so wherever you are in the mix, I do hope that you and your family and your friends or whoever you connected with, um, had a most wonderful holiday and that you're just feeling the gratitude, the connection, the love.

I hope that's where you are. And And that's of course where we're going today. Now one last thing before we dive in is that I have another gratitude piece and it is this is that if you've ever heard of Gaia, so likely you maybe have heard of Gaia. They are like the biggest platform on personal development and and mindset shows and spirituality and they're just amazing.

A way to think about them if you're new to them is they're like the Netflix of spirituality and personal development and, and all of that. So, um, mind expansion, if you will, they are like the big Netflix version of that. And they are absolutely incredible. And I feel so grateful and blessed to say that they just, I just, was interviewed with them, and they just released the show, like, yesterday.

So it's, that's brand new, and I feel very, very excited and blessed for that. And I have to say, come watch it. Come watch it. Come join me. Um, it's so fun. They're incredible, and working with them has just been an absolute gift. And in so many ways, you know, my biggest goal since I healed myself was to show others how to do it, how to get real results, which is Part of the reason that I love showing Healing Under Medical Equipment, but also part of the reason that just fuels me, it drives me, because I don't want anybody to have to spend so many years in pain and in injured and hurt and sick and just, you know, all of the things.

And so I'm so grateful to Gaia for this experience. It's been fun. It's been incredible working with them. And their heart and what they do. It's just, just good people. Great, amazing interview and great connecting with them. So come definitely watch it. And it's just, um, it's, it's, it's beautiful. So just wanting to say that as well.

And just so much gratitude and. As far as today's episode, that said, as far as connecting with people and healing and getting results, that's also, of course, part of where we're going today, so bringing in the gratitude and bringing in our beautiful volunteer, Joy. So that's where we're going and let's go ahead and dive in with our beautiful volunteer.

Here we go.

It's wonderful to connect with you, beautiful. How are you? Good, good. Glad to be so happy to, to be meeting you. Likewise, look forward to your, likewise, to your expertise today. I'm excited. Beautiful. I love that. I love that and I love your smile and, uh, and what can I help you with today? Beautiful. Well, I have been having, um, really pain off and on all my life, but it kind of got more into my back, uh, the right side.

I kind of had right side issues for a while, but. It has gone to basically my, when I say that, the right hip, the right back, the right, like, I've got a big right bunion on my toe. So I've done all the Western medicine type of stuff. I've done a lot of Eastern, um, everyone has tried to help me. It says they're going to help me, but it, um, the pain is in my back, especially in my hip.

Has not gone away. I've done, you know, I keep moving, keep believing, keep doing what I can going to, uh, myofascial, you know, where he's massaging me out, things that I mean, I've been told I've been very, very tight. Cause I am an athlete used to be. Much more of one, but haven't been able to because of just the discomfort that I feel when I do more exercise.

Um, so it's been holding me back from just being able to be all that I want to be. But I was I know there's an answer. I know there's answers. Um, I was seeing the G G and M medicine. Um, I don't know if you know, if you're familiar with that, because your teachings are a lot like that, but you go years or a step further.

You really go ask the right questions and can, you know, just get to the more of the bottom of the issue where they just open it up where it's just like, you've got this going on and I can see emotionally you've got this going on, but I've got to work it all out, which I know I still do have to work. My, I believe I am my own best healer.

Um, but listening to your podcast, listening to, you know, you going through things with people. I mean, it touched my heart. Like, a lot of those things are like, they're all me. It's like, oh, gosh, well, they feel like they're all me. Like, I've got all of these things. So, um, yeah. I get it. I get it. I get it. And, uh, and, you know, and, uh, here we go.

Let's, we'll, we'll dive in and we'll see, we'll see where it is. So, uh, bingo. And we'll see what, what comes through. Um, so here we go. So, uh, bingo. Okay. So, uh, if I ask you your current level of pain right now, zero to 10, what's your level right now? Um, well, one thing I did want to bring up to you is that I've been up all morning and I've been just active and my back's been fine.

But as soon as I sit down, It just gets very irritated. So right now, since I've been sitting, it's been right now, maybe it's a five. Okay. That's what I would have said. Five, five, six, somewhere in there. So I hear you. I feel you. I got you. Okay. And, uh, bingo. And if I ask you, bingo, bingo, bingo. So it's kind of like, um, just, uh, okay.

So let me confirm really fast. So it's, Let me make sure I have the right spot. So it's not exactly low, it feels like mid back. Almost, like mid Correct? Correct. Okay, great. Great, great, great. So a lot of times, of course, people low back. And I was like, but yours feels mid back. Okay, so there we go. Alright, so, uh, so give me one second.

Um, alright. So, that, that, bingo. Okay, so there's a feeling of feeling like there's, like, um, somebody in your past that you really want to run from or get away from. Are you familiar with that person? With, with, are you familiar with that feeling? Yes. Great. I love your self awareness. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.

And, uh, and, uh, can you give me the first initial just, I want to make sure we're on the same person. E. Bingo. There we go. Got you. All right. I love your self awareness. I love your self awareness. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now, if I ask you for a moment, that person is not chasing after you, correct?

Right? What? No. What? No. Yeah, we, our connection is not Oh, oh, oh. I didn't, I hear you. No, I hear you. Okay. No, I'm making sure, I'm making sure you hear you. Okay. So, uh, , so I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And not only that, you hear you, but you feel you. So the first time you said like each time, so, so it was just going okay.

No, they're not. That person is not chasing after you, right? No. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. So I'm gonna ask you to take in the feeling, the awareness that you're safe. that you're actually safe, that you actually don't need to run. You don't need to get away from that person at all. In fact, you just need to let it go inside of you.

Now I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now, how does that feel to know that you don't need to run? You just need to be willing to let go of that inside of you. Like done, next, moving on, done. No need to run, no need to hide, no need to stress, no need to blah, blah, blah. Like better things to come. Right. So how does that feel?

Wonderful. Wonderful. Yes. And yes, I got you. I got, well, the connection's good. I'm just making sure you got the feeling. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you also to let go of any, um, feeling critical of self, any guilt and blah, blah, blah. That could be an awfully boring pattern to feel, right?

Yeah. That could be boring to feel guilty or critical or blah, blah, blah, blah, right? Or bad about you. You could be done with that? Be done with that. Yeah, I like that. Great answer. Great answer. So, I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. Bingo. Now, I want you to notice your level of pain right now. Zero to ten.

What's your level?

Zero. Bingo. So, I'm gonna ask you to breathe and notice who did that. I did that. Who did that? You did that. You did that. You did that. So, I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And the great thing is, Is that we don't have to be perfect. Like you said, on past episodes that you could resonate with other things. And yeah, there's still things you're going to want to clear and do and be and all of that, but, but to heal ourselves, we really need to address the specific thing and start thinking and feeling and, and perceiving and being in a different way.

Does that make sense? Great. So, 0 to 10, how incredible are you? And I expect nothing less than an 11.

How incredible am I? That's right. I've been told I've been superwoman. So, there you go. There we go. There we go. Great. Now I have nothing less than 11. I'm perfect. I like it. I like it. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to think about this change, and be willing to genuinely make this change.

Now I'm going to ask you to breathe.

Now, I also want you to notice the part of you that's kind of have a hard time letting it go. Can you see that? In the past, how you've had a bit of a hard time letting it go. Now, do you really need to have a hard time letting it go, or could you decide that you're going to program your mind to really move on?

Yes, program my mind that I will choose to move on past that. It's beautiful, isn't it? Smart, very wise, very wise. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And give me one second. I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now notice the bunion part, right?

All right, so let's go ahead and take just a quick moment to unpack this for a second. You know, first and foremost, I love her heart. I love her self awareness and her self honesty. Just beautiful. Now, another thing I want you to notice is that notice I'm checking into her energy again. So I'm checking in to notice what she's feeling.

And that's why you see me kind of, you know, just taking a moment to to feel into what she's feeling, check the energy and, um, Notice where I'm going. So as we go back in, the pivot may seem very small, but it's crucial. It's so this is what you'll want to notice is so far, we've been talking about a feeling of feeling like she was trying to run away from people, uh, in her past, like that feeling.

And then also we talked about some feelings of guilt about the past and not criticizing herself and beating herself up for it and that she's willing to make a change. Now, that was one piece of it, and notice how fast she got her pain down. She did that. Incredible job. Now, the thing that you'll want to notice is moving forward.

We're moving to a different body part. So I said, well, Bunions, let's go there. So we're moving to a different body part and it's going to feel like we are talking about the same topic. except for the fact that now I'm talking about a feeling of feeling safe around people. And so where it may seem like the same topic, it's a completely different emotion that needs to change.

And so that's the thing that, one insight you'll want to take from this is the awareness that It can all seem the same, but there's an acute difference. And the example that you hear me use all of the time is, you know, if you, if you think about a musician, you know, somebody who's playing a guitar, the difference between a G and a G sharp or a B or a E whatever different notes may seem very, very subtle to the untrained ear, but to a musician, there's a big difference.

And similarly, each of these emotions is very specific. You know, if we think about. The difference between how embarrassment can affect a person. If they feel embarrassed, their face can turn red. Compared to if they feel anxious, that can be panic attack. If they're feeling a lot of anxious or nervousness, they can feel sweaty palms.

Now, if you think about it, feeling embarrassed versus feeling nervous, that could be feeling close to the same thing, but it's different and it affects the body in a different way. So that acute awareness is part of the reason that we can get really fast results is because if we really dial it in to what is the body specifically feeling and what are the ingredients, the combination.

So there's always a combination. And so what is the combination? And how can we change that? So that's one insight that I want you to notice. Now, another insight I'm going to share a little bit early is this, is that part of, one of the things that she's wanting to run away from actually has to do with her mother who has passed.

And so my point is, is exactly that, is that emotions, they don't even necessarily need to make logical sense for them to affect us. Because a person can feel fearful over nothing or they can perceive in a different way and feel that fear or the upset or hurt or guilt, even if it's not true. I mean, we've all heard somebody to say, even the pattern of feeling alone in a crowded room or a person saying, I feel guilty, but I know I shouldn't.

You know, so how we really feel affects our health, whether it's true or not, because that of course shifts our energy. And that affects the mind body connection. And so those are the insights that I want to share with you. And as we dive back in, you'll notice as I'm checking in with her energy, that's where we're going as a feeling of feeling safe around people and going beyond affirmations.

Well, you know, affirmations could be good or not, depending upon what it is and how it is. What we'll see is we really need to reprogram the mind at a deeper level. To create a real change. And so that's where we're going as we step in with our beautiful volunteer, Joy. Here we go.

And I'm going to ask you to notice the part of you that has had a hard time letting this stuff go. Can you see that? Yes. Yes. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now, if you knew for sure, if you knew for absolute sure that life was going to get better and that you would have even better and better and better and better and better relationships, Moving forward, if you knew that for sure, 100 percent sure, how much easier would it be to let the old stuff go?

100 percent easier. 100 percent easier, right? 100 percent easier. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And by the way, if you don't feel like you're actually going to have that, if you don't feel like you're actually going to have better and better and better relationships, how easy do you think it is to let go of the old?

Not as easy probably, right? It's kind of, it's a lot like spring cleaning in your closet. If you know you have a bunch of new clothes coming in, it is very easy to let things go. But if you don't know when the next time you're going to go shopping is or getting new clothes, you're like, well, let me hold on to these until I don't need them anymore, right?

Exactly. Yep. Exactly. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Now, if I ask you, is there any part of you tells yourself you're not going to have better and better and better relationships moving forward? Sometimes, if I'm honest with myself, sometimes there's something back there that answers me. I'll have that, those mottos and affirmations, and then sometimes in the back it's like, um, you know, um, like.

Yeah, now if I interpret that, what I would say is this, sometimes in the subconscious mind you hear what's really in your subconscious mind underneath those affirmations of what's really there. And so, now notice sometimes if you've ever told yourself you're too old or this, that, the other world, um, what?

Yes, I've worked hard, worked, done a lot of inner work to get rid of that. Exactly. So I'm going to ask you to breathe

and notice that you're going to want to go beyond the affirmations into the awareness, Superwoman,

that You're absolutely going to have better and better and better relationships. Of course, your thoughts help create your life. And I know that this world is limited to only 8 billion something people. And so it seems very, very unlikely that you could find one. In such a small number. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.

Now notice for a moment, of course, I'm making you laugh and I'm being just playful, because we want to be playful and notice you're looking at it in another way. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now imagine if somebody was looking for a house. And they said there's only one in eight billion, is there, do you think there's one out of eight billion that could be a big, uh, a perfect fit?

And you're like, mmm, there's only eight billion houses? Probably one that's not gonna be a good fit. I only have eight billion to choose from? If there was more of a selection, maybe. But with such small numbers!

So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and notice the playfulness. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and take in the feeling, the awareness. You can of course change this at a deeper level. That it's not just affirmations, it's changing the way you feel. It's laughing at a deeper level, it's loving at a deeper level, it's opening up at a deeper level, it's really genuinely feeling in a different way.

Does that make sense? Yes. Yes. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. All right. So what I'm going to ask you or invite you on this note is this, is that I want you to go deeper and really get that feeling in, not just the affirmation. We have to go so far beyond affirmations because if I ask you, by the way, honestly, how long have you been doing the affirmations on this topic?

A long time. Long time. Give me, give me an amount of time. Would you guess? Yes. Yes. Uh, well, I started my business 12 years ago, so I would have to say that's probably right about 12 years ago. Okay. Great. I love your awareness. And, okay, so game on next level to where you're really feeling in a deep, feeling in a deeper way of feeling like, of course you can have a better relationship.

Of course you can have better and better and better and better relationships moving forward. Of course, obviously. Obviously, right? Of course, obviously, yes. I love that. Of course, obviously, right? Of course. Of course. Of course. Of course. Great. So, bingo. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And so, when you think about it, and you think about of course,

of course you can do this, and of course it's possible, and if it's possible, Then of course, but you would need to change. You would need to be willing to. Now, I want you to also notice the moment for a moment. Bingo! That feels like connecting with people or having relationships or being too close with people is not safe.

Can you feel that? Yes. Yes. So now imagine if I told you that I want to manifest a relationship or a connection, but by the way, I feel like it's not safe. You can see that there's some mixed feelings there, right? Yes. Okay. And so, so really changing. So then when we say we've got to really change at a deeper level, that again, is why we'd have to go so far beyond affirmations to the deep work of saying, okay, we've really got to feel good about it.

So I'm going to ask you to breathe and what type of relationships are you picturing that they're not safe? It's kind of like this is if I said, picture a dog, you got a picture of a dog in your mind. Okay. Now, how scary is that dog in your mind? Not scary. Oh. My dog. She's not scary. She's not scary. So how much love do you see in that picture of the dog?

A lot of it. Oh. So you didn't picture Cujo? No. Now, by the way, are there dogs that are not so safe? Yes. Okay, but you didn't picture one of those. You pictured the one that you've manifested in your own life who's safe and wonderful and beautiful, right? Yes. So then for you to think that relationships aren't safe, do you think you're picturing Cujo or Lassie?

Like, the safe dog or the unsafe dog? Right, right. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And notice that I also want you to picture your sub, change your subconscious picture of what relationships are. Notice with a dog, you can manifest a dog that is beautiful and wonderful and incredible. Now let's be honest, have you ever heard of somebody having a dog that's biting them and is ferocious and vicious and they don't know what to do with it because the dog is not nice?

Yes. But that's not your dog, right? No. Ah, so you manifested a great dog? Yes. Well, beautiful manifesting there. I like that. Wise.

All right, so I want to go ahead and actually pause the session right here, just because this insight is very profound. And notice, by the way, you notice all of the time when I work with somebody, I make it feel very simple, because that's what we want. We want to expand consciousness. We want to keep it simple.

But when we're looking at things in a new way, to get real results. You know, that's what we want. And when you stop and think about it, the way that she's been working with her mind, where she says, you know, she's been working on affirmations for 12 years and not creating the change that she's wanted to create.

And I see people do doing that all the time. Now imagine for a moment, if somebody was looking at a picture, Or a dog. And the scary dog, using the example, a scary dog and saying, it's safe, it's safe, or a picture that they don't love. And they say, I love this picture, I love this picture, I love this picture, but they're looking at things in the same way.

It doesn't create a real change. And that's the reason that you hear me say all of the time that to create a real change, to get real healing results, we have to create a real change. And so often I'll see people who are doing that very thing where they're, you know, doing affirmations over and over and over and over again and wanting to change.

And yet. The picture in their mind hasn't changed or they're doing, you know, meditation over and over and over. And again, there can be good meditations or not good meditations, but that it's not creating the real shift in their mind. They need to be able to do that. Notice she's been working with her mind for 12 years with the affirmations, the meditations, the positive thinking, all of those things.

And notice how fast she was able to release her own pain. And so that's the point is that when we could just identify what it is and then change it, that is key. Now, basically what I'm going to do is this, is I'm going to pause the session, breaking it in half wanting to give you a moment to think about your vision and your relationships in life and get a vision for what you want that to look like.

Now, an example, by the way, is, When we start to see people in a different way, we start to attract in a different way. And a way to think about it is like this, is that, um, we've maybe heard before the example of, you know, a woman who's been through a hard period of time, relationships, alcohol, abusive, alcoholic men, et cetera, who maybe has a feeling that says all men are abusive alcoholics or all men cheat.

Now, of course, neither one of those are true. But that's how she can feel. And so we start to develop ways of thinking and feeling about people that can affect your health, your life, your healing, your relationships, everything. And so that's what I want to do is give you a moment to really think about that in your own life and reflect on how you want to see your relationships and start getting a vision for people to create that change in your own life.

And. on the next part of this episode. So the next part of this session, we'll go deeper into creating the change and some deeper things within her mind. So that's where we're going to go. And I want to give you a moment to just take this in to reflect on it before we go there. So that's where we're going.
