Hello and welcome to this week's quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today I wanna share more on the topic of manifesting transformation in your live, just because it is divine timing and also because so many people loved the last episode that I just got a ton of excitement and people really.

Seeing the profound shifts that are needed to manifest real change in your life. And I wanna take that to the next level on today's episode because all too often people are in a state of feeling lonely or stuck in their relationships, or frustrated or hurt or unloved, or experiencing the same patterns [00:02:00] over and over again.

And I wanna talk about transforming that. You know, on last week's episode, we had talked about, a lot of times people believe that the way to manifest something is you just picture what it is that you want and it shows up. But it's really much more complex than that, which is the reason that so many people aren't really getting the results that they want.

Whether it comes to healing or transformational relationships and love and harmony or success. Whatever that is. In most cases, it takes more than just picturing what it is that you want and waiting for it to show up. You know, you really want to be aligned with what it is that you're wanting, and this is very true.

In relationships. And you know, on last week's episode we talked more about the past and changing some past energy to make a point to transform the future energy and what it is that you're manifesting. And so [00:03:00] on today's episode, I wanna talk about the opposite of that, talk even more about manifesting, moving forward and what that looks like.

You know, again, not just having the picture of what it is that you want, but instead. The alignment, and this is what I'm talking about as far as relationships go, is that all of the time people will try to picture their perfect partner and what that looks like and what that feels like. But there are so many things that people are overlooking all of the time when it comes to pure, genuine alignment.

And the one I wanna share with you on today's quick IQ episode is, this is picture just for a moment. There's a person who has a pattern of being passive aggressive in relationships, or being angry and getting upset, or being really defensive or even attacking the other person. Condescending and cutting the other person down.

And so maybe they [00:04:00] have these patterns in relationship and they pretend like they're not there and they just say, well, I want to manifest a wonderful, loving relationship. And it's so sweet and it's harmonious and it's perfect. And likely by now you can probably guess where I'm going with my point. And it.

Exactly that is that your patterns on who you are and how you show up in relationship, they matter. And so what'll happen is people will feel a sense of loneliness or unloved or rejection or hurt or whatever it is, and not only do they have a pattern of feeling rejection or hurt or loneliness, but they have patterns of not treating.

In a great way, which means that partner or relationship or connection that you are really wanting isn't gonna show up because you're not really aligned with it in who you are and how [00:05:00] you show up in relationships. Now, really quickly as I'm saying this, if you notice that this is you, that maybe you do have some patterns that aren't perfect.

You of course, wouldn't wanna start criticizing or judging yourself or berating yourself at this point, because that would also be a pattern that wouldn't align you with your relationship or connections that you are wanting in life. And so make sure not to judge yourself or criticize yourself, but instead, the insight that I want you to take from today's quick IQ episode is just noticing what those patterns.

And being honest with yourself and being genuinely willing to transform them in your life. And so I wanna invite you to do exactly that, to maybe observe a pattern or maybe even a few patterns that you can see inside yourself that you're willing to [00:06:00] genuinely transform in you to manifest the relationships and love and connect.
