Let's begin.
Hello, and welcome to this week's quick IQ episode where we
talk about insights and questions. And today I have a really powerful insight
that can help you to create radical shifts in your life. You know, all of the
time when people ask me how I was able to heal myself, of course, you know,
it's about understanding the mind and creating a real shift.
And so you've probably, I'm sure if you've listened to past
episodes, you've heard me say, Exactly that. And even when I work with
volunteers who are currently experiencing physical pain or having a challenge
in their life and I help them to radically shift it, to get results, there are
specific reasons that I'm able to do that.
And I know, you know, if you listen to past episodes all the
time, I'll say, you know, I make this look easier. Then it, like there's more
than meets the eye that what I'm doing, you know, I make it look very easy. And
on today's IQ episode, I want to break it down even more of some of the
specifics of what I am doing to get these results.
Now there's something that I call the emotion consciousness
cycle. And so it's basically our emotions control our consciousness and there's
an emotion consciousness cycle, if you will, that will keep a person stuck. In
the same consciousness, in the same emotions. And that's what I kind of want to
pull apart.
Is how to start looking at this to create a real radical
shift. And so that's what we're going to talk about. And by the way, another
name you may have heard me, if you've taken a class before, you may have heard
me also call it the five keys to access the power of your mind and unlock your
consciousness.
And the reason for that is because there are five points in
To this cycle that gets stuck. And if you unstick any one of them, it can help
you to break the cycle. Now you need to unstick core specific. Parts of the
cycle and that's what we're going to talk about today. So I know that might
sound a bit confusing but even when I'll have my team do is I'll have my team
actually leave a link to a PDF so you can actually visually see this as well,
but starting with the first thing that you want to note is that number one our
emotions that are in our subconscious mind shape our perspective in what we see
and an easy way to illustrate that is to is, you know, if you have ever been
crazy in love with somebody, you're just so, so in love, what do you see in
them?
Well, you see all the great things. Like even in our
culture, people will call it blinded by love. And it's not necessarily love is
blinding. It's just that when we have a strong emotional state, we, it shapes
our perspective. Because on the opposite end of the spectrum, if you're really
pissed off at somebody, You'll see all the negative in that, you know, it's
like even if you're trying to find something positive It's like well, at least
they didn't screw anything up in the last 10 minutes, you know, but um, it
controls what you see You know, it controls your perspective.
And so that's something that's happening Throughout our
lives and we don't even realize it's happening because it is in your
subconscious or unconscious mind. And so it shapes your reality. You might see
things as being a victim or hurt or rejection. This, that, the other. So it's
constantly shaping your perspective.
Now, of course, on top of that, So that's the second thing
is, is that it's shaping your perspective. So those emotions. So that's key.
Number one is that your unconscious mind is storing all of these emotions and a
lot of people don't necessarily realize that's happening. And likely if you're
here, you know, you know, your unconscious mind is storing all of these old
emotions from your entire life.
And then Key number two is it's shaping your perception and
we need to be consciously aware of this. That your perception is being colored
right now and you want to be consciously aware of that. So that's key number
two. Now, key number three is that people will have patterned responses. And it
happens even before you can think about it.
You know, somebody gets triggered and they suddenly react. And
that happens all of the time. And they come from this emotional place. And what
happens is it perpetuates the problem. Meaning this. A simple way to illustrate
this is if you think about somebody who has gone through, unfortunately, a
pattern of feeling rejection or abandonment.
Now, a lot of times what happens Is then, they have that
perception, and then they see that, and then they, they're concerned about
that. So how do they show up in relationships? A lot of times, they show up
needy and distrusting. And then so the more that they're needy and distrusting
in the relationship, that, of course, then perpetuates the problem even more.
So their actions, and the way that they're responding, those
triggers, recreate the problem, unfortunately. Which isn't a bad thing.
horrible place to be and feel, it's also the reality. So that's key number
three is really looking at that part and being aware that there are triggers,
there are emotional responses, and that your actions can recreate the problem
over and over and over again.
Now key number four then has to do with the awareness that
then of course we continue to attract and manifest on that same energetic
level. So we'll continue to attract people and circumstances and situations
that then continue to feed the problem because there's so many emotions there.
And then it attracts more of the same.
And so then it gets stuck, and so then you have more of
these, and of course, it's still going into the subconscious mind, so then
you're creating more, and it's shaping more of your reality, and it's pattern
triggered responses, and then it's manifesting more and more. Now, the fifth
key then has to do with having an unresourceful mind, meaning this, meaning
that, When somebody has a lot of built up emotion towards anything, it's hard
to see otherwise.
So we could use that same example of feeling so in love,
like it's hard to see otherwise, you know? And even if they do, it doesn't, they
don't really see it. Or another way to think about the unresourceful mind is,
you know, imagine for a moment that There's somebody who walks into the room and
they're feeling really, really, really, really upset.
And it's maybe a partner, spouse, somebody you know, family
member, whatnot. They're feeling really, really, really, really upset. And
imagine for a moment you try to reason with them in that moment. How does it
go? Well, typically not so well because they're feeling all these intense
emotions and they might even get mad at you.
Like, you know, they're frustrated. You just don't
understand or, you know, they're very locked into those emotions. And so what
happens is those emotions. So the more emotional intensity and the more hurt we
have around a particular situation, the more it makes your mind unresourceful
to see otherwise. And, of course, that intense emotion continues into your
unconscious mind, so you can see how there's this whole cycle, if you will, or
it's in your unconscious mind, and then it shapes your perception and your
reality, and then your perception, you're, of course, you have reactions, emotional
reactions and physical reactions.
based on your perception. And then of course, as you have
more emotional and physical reactions, you create more of that energy. It then
manifests even more of the same. Then you also have more intense emotions, and
then it keeps you locked into that perspective. And that's it. It's a cycle.
And this is what I call the emotion consciousness cycle.
So, a lot of times, what I'm doing with people is I'm
helping them to break this emotion consciousness cycle around something in
their lives to see and feel and experience it in a different way so they can
have different reactions and different mind programming and manifesting. In a
different way and of course get different information into their subconscious
mind.
And so this was a powerful breakthrough in my career in
working with people was just taking this and simplify it. Now of course there's
multiple different specific things that I work with in the mind, but to create
change in your life. This is why it can feel so hard to get out of a pattern,
to get unstuck.
And so, again, just seeing it visually, I'll go ahead and
have my team post a link so you can see the emotion consciousness cycle, or
also you'll see at the top of the PDF, it's also called the Five Keys to Access
the Power of Your Mind and Unlock Your Consciousness. But it is a key to
transforming your consciousness.
Now, of course, when somebody's experiencing a physical pain
or physical problem, then I help them to specifically break this cycle to be
able to create a real change. Now, by the way, all of the time people will see
the way that I work and they think Mistakenly, they think that, oh, well, it's
best to work with the childhood self first.
This is another reason why, if you've ever heard me talk about
not working with the childhood self first, this is the very reason why. It's
because what happens is that people are currently, their current self is stuck
in an emotion consciousness cycle already. And then they go to work with their
childhood self and they both are in the same consciousness.
They have not broken the, that cycle of consciousness to
open and elevate their consciousness even more. In which case, that's when
there's so much room for change. Meaning that if your current self. is more
elevated, has a different consciousness, has expanded your consciousness and
changed your emotions, then you work with the little self, the childhood self,
that's when you have exponential room for growth because you have a current
self who's been elevated working with your childhood self.
Now what a lot of people have is they're taking their
current wounded self and then they're trying to work with their child wounded
self And there's not that much room for exponential growth. And of course, you
know, if you've listened to past episodes of my work, you know, that. My goal
is always radical results.
You know, how do you really create real change? And so
that's another reason that you can see that, you know, when I work with people,
there's a lot more than meets the eye to what I'm doing to create the change.
So for a lot of people, it looks like I'm just simply just talking to them and
creating a little shift in emotions and it's good to go.
And it looks very, very, very simple. But there's so much
more that I'm doing than many people are aware of that meets the eye to help
people to create that change. And this is one of those things. And I want to
invite you to look at this in your life and see if you can create radical
change in your life.

just a few days, I actually work with a gentleman in helping him to release his
pain. And I specifically talked to him about shifting his consciousness. So
you'll see it with even more clarity in the next episode as I kind of break it
down even more.
So you'll see it in action if you will. And you'll also notice
as he creates this real shift. He's also able to release his pain that has been
there for years. So it's pretty incredible. Uh, you know, our minds are so, so
incredible when we really understand how to make that change. So on that note,
