Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. Welcome to this week's quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today I want to share with you a few quick, but empowering insights when it comes to manifesting, just because it is so important. Such an important topic that keeps people stuck.

You know, even if you think about the last episode with our beautiful volunteer, Rita, you know, if you recall. Just as her and I had been going to start the session to work with some health issues that she'd been having, right before that, her boyfriend had broken up with her, and by really embracing and transforming herself, she was able to start turning that into a gift and also start manifesting more clients.

in her life for the things that she does, which was really important because as she was breaking up with her boyfriend and all of that, financial security was a major concern for her because she didn't have enough money to support her and her son. So it was just really beautiful because she took the information and started really applying it and bringing in even more confidence and bringing in even more clients.

And she was doing that, you know, with So it was exactly what she needed and it was beautiful and something that she was focusing on and all too often people will have really disempowering ways of looking at manifesting that keeps them stuck. And so that's what I want to share with you is just a quick but powerful awareness and some insights.

On that topic of manifesting. And so the first thing I want to share is just a simple perspective or metaphor or illustration, if you will, for manifesting and the way that you can kind of simplify things and think about it, you know, when it comes to manifesting love in your life or, you know, the relationships that you're wanting or connections or your next level of success or happiness or whatever that is, the way that you can kind of think about it is if you think about a writer.

who has writer's block. You know, it's like they're trying to write something and they just can't think of what it is. They feel completely blocked. from accessing that. Now, a lot of times people will feel that block towards other areas of life. For example, you know, feeling more confidence, or feeling that they can have the partner, or the relationship that they're wanting, or that they could even feel happy and joyous in life, or that they could feel successful, or even feeling good enough.

I mean, just a lot of different things. Types of changes that people are wanting to make all of the time whether it's manifesting something on the physical plane or even just Feeling differently the awareness of having that quote unquote writer's block Really can happen in any area of life. You know, I've worked with many women even in the area of Love and relationships where they've wanted to have a guy who's just nice and loving and kind and in their mind They're completely blocked from that.

They're like all guys are mean or rude or this or that or whatever it is You know, they have a block to seeing something else in life And so that's what you'll want to really take in and all the time by the way as people Really create those changes you start to see things in a different way. You start to have ideas flow in, and if you think about the writer with writers block, so to speak, you know, as the ideas flow in for the writer, the writer is going to want to, of course, grab a computer or a pen and start writing down what's coming through, and After writing down the ideas that are coming in, of course the writer is going to want to, you know, clean it up.

So take the information and shape it and really make it feel good and do some work on it to make it look great. And, of course, after it is all written, they'll want to take some actions on how they want it to appear in the physical world. So, if they want it to be a book, there are certain actions. You know, if they want it to be a film, there are, of course, different actions.

But, point being, is that either way, they're going to want to take action on it and Manifest with that step too, and part of manifesting for that step is, of course, clearing any internal blocks, but also taking the actions, you know, for a lot of writers that might be submitting their manuscripts somewhere or something, but, you know, as they're making those internal changes, They of course want to continue to take action, so they're moving forward and also attracting the right type of people and situations and circumstances.

And so there are a few things that you really want to note from this. You know, first and foremost. Whatever you're wanting in life, whether it is a relationship or different type of relationship or new car or next level of success, whatever it is, chances are your mind has quote unquote writer's block towards it, towards, you know, fully stepping into it where you can't fully see it.

And also just that you're going to need to really align your mind with it to remove any blocks or fears and get in alignment with it. What it is that you're wanting and the more you're able to clear that writer's block, so to speak, the easier it is to manifest what it is that you're wanting. So that's insight number one and number two is also that you'll want to keep in mind that manifesting is typically a combination of internal and external changes or work or whatever you want to call it.

But meaning that physical actions. are typically needed. And the reason that I want to emphasize this is because all too often I see people who are wanting to manifest something and they're just waiting for it to happen. They're just visualizing and picturing it and just waiting and waiting and they're not really taking any action.

And so you'll want to make sure to look at the combination of actions that you may need to manifest what it is that you are wanting. in life. And that also leads to number three, and it is that typically speaking, if it's something that you have not manifested before, there's typically going to be what I call a courage spot, you know, just a place where you're going to need to really be.

step outside of your comfort zone. And, you know, obviously with dating, stepping outside of your comfort zone, that might be the very thing, you know, stepping outside of your comfort zone and dating somebody who is amazing and wonderful. And I can tell you, I have worked with so many people to help them to really manifest the relationship that they're wanting in life and falling in love.

And typically, There has been that place of stepping outside of their comfort zone and saying, wow, he's amazing, or she's really amazing. And I'm opening my heart again to, to love and, and this feels good. And it also feels like expanding and, you know, so that's courage spot. And it's just a beautiful, you know, I have to say, you know, I, I feel really blessed in that, in working with people who, People and watching them transform their health, their life, love.

It just fills my heart in the most beautiful way. And I can't tell you how many people I've seen. Just in a short period of time, even. How many people who have gotten engaged recently, or even had a baby recently, or just, you know, it's just a love feeling. Fest. And it's just, it's so beautiful. It is so beautiful, but of course it required stepping outside of their comfort zone.

And that is also typically true, even when it comes to healing, you know, that there comes a place where somebody really needs to step outside of their comfort zone and be willing to do things differently. Because even when you think about healing itself, you know, transforming the pattern and going from an old pattern that maybe you've been used to for 20 years, 30 years, 50 years, and then transforming it to a different pattern and being really willing to change can take a bit of courage to embrace real change.

And so. thinking about it in that way or even I can tell you all of the time when I work with people even as far as success coaching and even making their next level of money where they go from x amount of dollars to you know a million more than that or whatever else it is you know all of the time people will have this um you know there can be a fear that even comes up with making more money or expanding their business or all kinds of things and so point being here is quite simply Chances are, if you're really making a change in your life, there's probably going to be a place that requires a bit of courage.

And if it does, you'll want to make sure to take action through that and to really be willing to change. So that is key also, and that leads to the fourth and final insight. And this one, actually more than an insight, is actually more of an invite. You know, I want to invite you to To think about what it is that you are wanting in life and ask yourself if there's something that you need to take action on.

or if there are changes that you need to make on the inside to help you open up even more ideas, you know, like in the case of writer's block where a writer can feel extremely blocked, you know, all of the time there are people who are in financial struggle who feel like there's no way to move forward, there's no way to get out of that place and, and not just financial struggle, I mean, I've seen people, of course, in very hard struggle situations where they feel very stuck.

in life, like there is no way out. And if that is you, where you're feeling stuck and there's not really a way out, the way you want to think about it is like this. If you've ever heard the phrase before, stuck between a rock and a hard place, you know, where it's like you're stuck on both sides. It's like you're quote unquote, stuck between a rock and a hard place.

And there's no way out right now, when you stop and think about it, There's no way out. The only way out is up. And so that's exactly the way you want to think about it is lifting yourself and removing those blocks. And, you know, even if you think again, back to the last episode with Rita, I mean, such a beautiful being who chose to do exactly that, who had a very tough situation where she felt hurt and upset and like she was stuck and didn't know what to do.

And she started really following through, creating those changes, and lifting herself. And it was beautiful, and, you know, it just brought me to tears, literally, on the last episode. I mean, just really, really beautiful. And so, that said, I want to invite you to take a piece from this episode, and see if you could start to implement that.
