Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are a beautiful soul who is here, who's expanding your mind and energy and consciousness and healing. I just love it. And I love where we're going on today's podcast, just the insights from it and our volunteers, just beautiful and it has a great sense of humor and a wonderful laugh and smart and just really great insights, great self awareness.

So I love that. And by the way, I have to share really quickly, you know, from the last IQ episode from a couple of days ago, you know, we were talking about venting on that episode and either not to vent or To change the way that you are venting. So it doesn't come out a negative, but instead it transitions into a positive.

And we were talking about, you know, positioning that and, you know, a positive way to do that. And what I love is that several people really started just implementing this. In their lives and one woman who wrote in I wanted to just read her email because I just thought it was so sweet it touched my heart and she wrote in and I thought it was really sweet you know it touched my heart and so I wanted to share it with you because it's both simple and profound and sweet and and just beautiful and so she wrote in and she said hi I experienced venting of a friend she wanted to vent about her husband and what he didn't do for her today.

Which was Valentine's Day, so she wrote this in right after that IQ episode released, and she continues on, and she says, I didn't go into the venting with her. But instead for everything negative, I turned it into a positive. She thanked me because by the end of our conversation, she said she felt a lot better.

Today I was so happy and smiling a lot. And I have to say, I just, I love this when people take simple information from the podcast and they're able to apply it to immediately start even creating positive shifts in their life. So I just, I love this. It touched my heart. It was really, really sweet. And I just wanted to share that sometimes even just taking simple things and implementing them can be so sweet and wonderful.

And so I just, I love that. And I wanted to share that really quickly. And of course, moving on to Today's episode and today's episode is not of course one of the IQ episodes. Today's episode is a volunteer episode and we are working again with Carrie and I mean again, just she is such a beautiful being and if you recall from last week's episode on 123 We were working with her.

That's where we started from last week. And if you recall, she had had this trauma while meditating and basically she had been meditating with a meditation teacher for many years and even gone off to want to live there and, and study and all of that, and ended up in a state of huge anxiety and so much so that she just, she couldn't get out of it.

And if you recall, she mentioned that her. teacher had started mocking her and couldn't help her. And it just ended up spiraling from there. And that was 19 years ago. And she's had anxiety ever since. And then she's been diagnosed with several health issues and MS and different things like that. So she's had a lot of things going on inside of her and What I love is she's doing really great with her energy and really working on shifting it.

And there are some really powerful insights from today's episode that have to do with kind of not meditating. And by the way, I do want to be clear. It's not about. not meditating, if you will. I would say that it really depends on the type of meditation. I like walking meditations or mind programming meditations or things like that, where it really has to do with changing your brain, but not meditations where it's about checking out or reaching states of euphoria outside of the self.

Because What happens is, on a very simple note, you know, if you've heard before that pain pleasure, where the brain likes to go towards pleasure, I mean, this is not a hundred percent true, and it's very oversimplified, so there's a lot more to the brain. But you may have heard before, you know, in different types of study with the mind, that, you know, the brain will go after pleasure.

Pleasure and it will want to avoid pain. So this isn't entirely true again I give it like a level 4 of truth, you know on a scale of 0 to 10 So it there's truth to it, but it's not entirely accurate But point being is, you know, if we use this basic foundational idea of pain and pleasure, you know If somebody is meditating and they're checking out of life, you know, they're they're putting their brain in another altered state and, and doing that continuously, then the brain just kind of wants to start escaping.

And so we had talked about really starting to change that. And that's where we left off is just with that awareness that just because something feels good, doesn't necessarily mean it is. And the example that we kind of wrapped up on was, you know, with the cutter, you know, unfortunately, somebody who can cut themselves and experience feelings of euphoria or relief from cutting themselves, you know, obviously we can see.

that even though they're experiencing relief and euphoria, cutting themselves is not the answer. It's not the optimal way that they want to be. And so just again, point being is that just because something feels good, doesn't mean it is good for us. And that's where we left off. And we're going to go ahead and dive back in with Carrie, because there are some really powerful insights coming up where we're taking this.

To the next level. And so I love that. And again, I love her heart and her sense of humor and she's just, she's beautiful. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Carrie.

So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take in the awareness that just because that feeling of euphoria is there doesn't mean that that's what you want to do all the time. And not only that, but kind of like this, so even using the sex addiction, like obviously connecting with people, being intimate.

That's a good thing in balance, right? And so you also want to enjoy life and, you know, and do other things. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Bingo. And by the way, if I ask you how long it's been since you've talked to this meditation teacher, how long would you say that is?

Probably like 19 years. Okay. And, uh, bingo. And what happened with him? Do you know? Like his life? Or was that? Well, yeah. What happened after you left? Uh, he just continued to teach other people and grow his, uh, organization. And, uh, bingo. Bingo. Bingo. That. That. That. That. Bingo. Bingo. There we go. All right. And, uh, bingo.

Bingo. All right. So let's go this direction. So if I ask you right now your level of anxiety and panic, what's your level? Zero to ten. Okay. It's like a two. Okay. And, uh, bingo. If I ask you, when was the last time you had it down to a two or a zero of panic? When was the last time that occurred? I don't remember.

Long time, right? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So you can see, you don't have to like listen to me per se. You can see what your body's doing, right? Okay. So watch this. So I'm going to ask you to name four things that you love about life or in life. Maybe it's trees, maybe it's birds, maybe it's the sun, the ocean, something, but name a few things that you love about the physical world.

Yeah. Trees is definitely one of them. Food. Good tasting food. Nice.

The train. Yeah, exactly. Sorry. I can hear the train in the background and you're like, right. Yeah, traveling is good. Traveling is definitely something I'd love to do. Lovely. Um, and, uh, let's see, four things. So, yeah, just talking really deeply with someone on a level that we need. share and understand each other.

Great. So traveling and good food and connecting with people and beautiful. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, bingo. And if I ask you to notice your level of panic, panic feeling, what's your level? Zero to 10. It's definitely lower, definitely like a half. I'd say it's a half. So notice for a moment that it went down just thinking about what you like about life.

Yeah. So I wasn't doing it, but I was directing your mind to do, to work in a different way than it has been, which has had all of the reasons why life isn't great and not liking life and wanting to. Exit. Does that make sense? Totally. Yeah. So the reason I want to make sure that you're clear on it is because this is definitely going to take some, some, uh, some, some strong reprogramming, especially because there's So many memories of feeling euphoric about it when you don't want to, um, and, and what you want to do is it's, yeah, you really want to shift these in the opposite direction of all the reasons you love life and falling back in love with life.

Does that make sense? Yeah. Yep. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. All

right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, I have to say first and foremost, I know that there are a lot of people who, you know, the idea of connecting more with earth and the day and feeling good about life is not going to be what they want to hear. Just because I know all too often that people have been checking out, people have been meditating and trying to just reach euphoric states and.

By the way, I did that during my own injury, and it ended up, of course, backfiring, and I had to then, you know, find my mind again, so to speak, and get grounded again to be able to really find myself and reconnect with everything. And, I also needed to do exactly this. I worked on really feeling good. about life again.

And I literally remember the very moment where I said, okay, well, if life is going to feel about me the way that I feel about life, I better radically change this. And I did. And one of the things that I did do is I started listening to the song, It's a Beautiful Day by the band U2. And I would listen to that song and really work on programming my mind and remind my mind.

That it is a beautiful day. And when I first started listening to that song, I did not feel like it was a beautiful day. So I purposely did a variety of different things to reprogram my mind. to start really changing the way that I felt about life. And I can tell you that with effort and with follow through and really creating a whole new perspective and way of feeling about life, it changed in the most beautiful way.

And instead of hating life, I went from hating life to literally being in happy tears of joy about how great life was. And even to this day, I still have happy tears all of the time, just because I feel so good. It's just this beautiful feeling. And it didn't just jump into my head and it didn't get there by meditating and checking out instead, it got there because I really decided.

to change the way that I feel about life. And then I consciously program that into my mind. And so point being is that if you are in a place where you've been meditating a lot, or even if you're in a place where you're just not happy with life, you want to roll up your sleeves, get serious and really change it, you know, really radically feel differently.

You know, that is what is spiritful. You know, if you look at my situation, I mean, I'm very grounded and also, you know, connecting with universe and reading energy and stepping into people's energy and connecting with that and getting information. And so when I say that I'm not big on meditation, a lot of people hear that and they say, Oh my God, it's, that's like anti spiritual.

But it's not. It's actually real spiritual. You know, real spiritual is spiritful to where you are present in life, and you're also connected to spirit. That's the combination that you really want to have. And believe it or not, in a beautiful way, if you connect in a positive way towards life and towards people, it actually increases your spiritual connection in a most beautiful way.

And so a lot of times, unfortunately, what people are doing when they're meditating a lot and they're kind of going to different states in the mind, they're actually decreasing their spirituality because that spiritual connection is wholeness and oneness and connectedness. And so just something to keep in mind about really deep meditation.

being willing to create that change. All right. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Carrie.

And by the way, what sounds more spiritual to you? Checking out of life and getting yourself into a mental state or loving life and the planet and people and everything that is around and the earth and the trees and experiences with people and traveling to see the world? Yeah, definitely. Number two. So it's so funny because a lot of people will say, Oh, it must be so spiritual to meditate.

But then when you stop and you look at it, it's like, okay, so putting your mind in a trance, so it feels really happy, but is escaping the beauty of the world and everything around it and spirit full. And, and, you know, when you think about birds, you've, Obviously, you've heard before, birds fly south for the winter, right?

Yeah. So, there's a spirit that's in everything around. Like, trees have this energy, and this, like, spirit is, is really connect, like, connected to our world, our connectedness, right? Yeah. So, I'm gonna ask you, great. So, I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe,

and I'm gonna ask you to take that in, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment.

To love life and go, okay, well, if you were to start getting good at it, like even the Bible, uh, quote in the Bible, um, Life, uh, bingo, life and death are in the power of the tongue. Those who love life will eat its fruit. So if you love life at a two, it's going to love you back at a two. If you love it at a ten, it's going to love you back at a ten, right?

And how much have you been loving life? Not much. Yeah, and how's life been feeling for you? Not great. Not great. Well, bingo!

So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And I want you to think about what it would look like to start loving life and saying, Not great. I'm gonna love life. I am gonna just start. I am really i'm gonna do this game on You want to talk about mind control you want to talk about what's impressive falling in love with life That's impressive and having life.

Love you back. That's impressive. Anybody can check out they can do drugs They can check out they can like anybody can do that people check out all the time watching tv People check out all the time in their thoughts. People, I mean, checking out. Anybody can do that. But falling in love with life on purpose and purposely transforming that.

ask you just for a moment to breathe and ask you, are you willing to really change? Yeah, it sounds exciting. I love that. I love that. And if I ask you how much you have to feel or want to feel pissed off, how much would you say that is? I don't. I don't want to feel pissed off. Good. Good, good. I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

Great job with your energy. Great job. And I'm gonna ask you again. I'm gonna ask you, so how much do you want to be pissed off? Or him? Or life? Or God? Universe? Divine? Any of it? How much you want to feel pissed off? I don't at all. Bingo. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Bingo. Good.

Good. Good. And if I ask you the level of pain in your stomach, what's your level? Zero to ten? I don't know. It's like a, it's barely even there. It's like a shadow of a soreness. Like a shadow of what? Oh, it's just a little sore, but it's like the, the, the physical, the sharpness is totally gone. Great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And I want to ask you, who's doing that? Me. You are, right? And if I ask you, by the way, how often you meditate, how often would you say that is? Occasionally. Okay. So what I want you to notice is that you're doing something right now that you can see the difference in your body, right? My point is, can you see that you're doing something right?

Yeah. So, in other words, like, just like you said, oh, this meditation teacher and you trusted him and all these things, what, what we want to do is I want you to see from your own experience, not just from what Brandy says, you see in your physical body that something you're doing is thinking in the right way because you can see that things are changing in the right way.

Yeah. Does that make sense? Yes. Great. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe. If you think about some of the changes that we're making here, it's, it's, it's, it's Letting go of feeling upset and mad at life and letting it go completely and instead feeling good about life. Letting go of wanting to escape life and instead falling in love with life and remembering everything that you do love about life and feeling that.

And falling back in love with life and the enjoyment of life. Yes. If I ask you how much of a different way of thinking that has been than for the last 20 plus years. Yeah. Totally different. Right? Radically different. Yeah. Okay. So tomorrow, if you go back into that old way of feeling and thinking, then you're going to go backwards.

Everything that you just undid is going to come back. And so you're really going to need to change this. Does that make sense? Yeah. So you'll have to reinforce it and really create new neural pathways to have this as be, being your new perception, your new awareness, your new way of being. Does that make sense?

Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe,

and if I ask you,

do you feel happier than you did? Yeah. A little bit or a lot more? Oh, I'm a little teary, so it's surprising, but I feel lighter and I feel, um, just more energized, like just more excited about being alive. And it, there's a lot of feelings, but it's, it's, it just feels good. It doesn't feel scary. Great. And you said a key word right there, and I love that.

You feel energized right now, right? Yeah. How energized? I mean, like I was at a zero and now I'm at a six, I'd say. Mm hmm. So, think about this for a moment. If I do something that I feel energized, is my energy aligning in a good way? Yeah. Right? Great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to take in you're doing a great job with your energy.

Thanks. Absolutely. Great. Beautiful. Beautiful job. Bingo. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and if I ask you,

when we do wrap up, how much you're gonna want to blame yourself? How much would you say that is? Um, the feeling in my stomach might come back, and that will, that will kind of make certain thoughts come into my mind. Okay, well, bingo. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe,

And, if I told you that one, in one moment I was looking at something like I hated it, and the next moment I was looking at something like I loved it, how much of a shift is that? Yeah, that's huge. Huge, right? Now, What I would strongly recommend doing is after we wrap up, of course, you're going to want to reinforce this and reinforce this and make this your new way of being and feeling and thinking.

Does that make sense? Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. And, uh, we could wrap up now, or I could push a little bit more to get the little bit of the soreness gone in your, in your tummy, the little bit that's left. What do you, what would you like? That'd be great. Great. Champion. I like that. All right.

So here we go. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm gonna ask you to, again, bring in the awareness. If you said, Bingo. Those who love life will eat its fruit. You love life at a 5, it's gonna love you back at a 5. You love it at a 10, it's gonna love you back at a 10. I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you to take in that awareness.

You're powerful. You're amazing. Now, do you want to be mad at the universe for making you powerful, or do you want to be grateful at the universe for making you powerful? What would you say? Grateful. Great. Grateful. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling of feeling grateful that you are the power.

Good. And again, I'm going to ask you to bring in that feeling of feeling grateful. You are the power and that, you know, you've probably, I don't know how many past episodes, but you probably heard me say before on a past episode that, you know, that if there's the woman with the abusive father who unfortunately she can leave him and finds a, find the abusive boyfriend boss, like that pattern continues, right?

Yeah. And so when we start to wake up to the awareness that our minds are amazing, it's really, really cool. Right? Yeah. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take in the awareness that the fact that you're empowered and that your energy is so amazing is really freaking cool. It's really awesome. It's amazing.

You're amazing. It's amazing. You're amazing. You're powerful. And if I'm going to ask you, do you powerfully want to hate life and see how that goes? And see the repercussions from that? Or do you powerfully want to love life and genuinely fall in love with life and see the fruition from that? That sounds good.

Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And instead of being mad at universe at all, be happy that you're the power, be happy for your awareness, and be happy that you know you can do this. You know you can make a change. Is it going to take effort? Totally. Are you going to have to follow through?

Absolutely. Could you do it? Of course. Absolutely. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe,

and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to bring in the awareness that of course you're good with the, you're good with your energy. When you know what the name of the game is, you're good with it, right? In the past, were you good with your mind? Not great. Not, not great. Did you, did you do a lot of meditation?

I did. Yeah. And did you get good at that? I did. Exactly. So you've been good with the mind, but the name of the game was hate life and check out. Yeah. Yeah. But, so the thing of it is, you've been good with your mind, but the name of the game was backward. Like how to play the game was taught to you in the wrong type of way.

Does that make sense? Absolutely. So now if you know that the name of the game is different, and how to play the game is completely different. Could you get good at it? Yes, absolutely. You could totally get good at this. You did it before, just in a different way now, right? Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, taking the awareness.

You can master this. You were so good at doing it the other way. That's part of the problem because you were really good at it. So other people they're training their brain in the wrong way, but they're not necessarily as you as good at it So you kind of like excelled but the problem is is in a way that made your body want to check out Does that make sense?

Absolutely. So now if you just excel at checking in and Falling in love with life. Well, you've got this you could totally do this. Yeah, great So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe And notice you're, you're amazing. You excel at things. That's who you are. Correct me if I'm wrong. No, you're right.

Okay. So again, you, the game was just positioned to you in the wrong way that wasn't helpful for living a full life and being alive. Yeah. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Okay.

All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I love her self-awareness and her sense of humor, just beautiful. And something that's important to note is that, you know, you might be thinking as you're listening to this, that, you know, this problem with meditation doesn't happen with everybody, and it doesn't.

The people that I see it happened the most with are the. Overachievers, if you will, are the people who get really good at meditation and getting their mind to check out. deeper and deeper and deeper levels, uh, because it just disconnects them from their being in a variety of different ways. And by the way, I cannot tell you how many times that I have had people who meditate a lot, who say, you know, the worst part of meditation has to do with coming back into my body and dealing with reality.

And that's how they feel. And they get that programmed in over and over again. That's not what you want to do. So if you notice that in you, you'll again, want to make sure to be honest with yourself and really, really shift this. And again, to start seeing the energy in this physical world. You know, even if you recall on the last episode, we were talking about the awareness that the physical world is.

energy also. And so it's not like there is the energy world and then there's the physical world. Like the physical world is energy. And not only that, but as you align your energy with what it is that you're wanting, you manifest patterns and circumstances, sometimes negative, sometimes positive. And of course, you'll want to get really good at manifesting a bunch of wonderful things in life instead of.

just feeling frustrated with the physical world or looking down on it. Instead, you'll want to truly create a loving, happy, wonderful, expansive life where you feel connected to people and life and also God, universe, divine, you know, whatever you want to call it. So either way, you know, point being is that I wanted to address that piece on why it has impacted her so much is because, you know, if you remember her story, she moved to go meditate and, you know, was gonna give up her whole life to meditation and did that and was very serious about it and was excelling at it and that is when everything backfired then and went into a ton of anxiety and I cannot tell you how many times I've heard this story in a variety of different ways.

So it's not just her either. And that's why I just want to emphasize this to you. So if you haven't already gone down this journey that you don't, and instead you create that feeling of wholeness and feeling spirit full. All right. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Carrie.

And you don't have to be mad at that person. Everybody's learning. Everybody is in there where they are. And not only that, but on my journey, I started like listening to things and I was like, well, this doesn't make so much sense. And so I had to go, wait a second. That's what you'll even see on, on that meditation one that I mentioned.

A lot of people are doing this. And unfortunately, I think a lot of people are going to wake up exactly where you are and going, Oh my God, what did I do with my mind? Uh oh. And just go in the other direction. Don't need to be mad about it. Don't need to be upset. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

Good. Bingo. And I want you to notice the part of you that used to be, used to be mad at your meditation teacher. Can you see him? Can you see that? Yeah. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and realize he just doesn't have the ability to teach you what you need to know anyway. Yeah. Okay. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

Bingo. I would say that the average person that he's teaching is probably about as good with quote unquote good at meditation as you were About a level three compared to you were about a you were excelling and then that's part of the problem is that you excelled again at At the wrong direction. Does that make sense?

Okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And by the way, how clearly can you see what I'm saying? Yeah, no, it's, it's very clear. It's, it's, it, it, I, and I know also the feeling of what you're talking about, cause I had it at the beginning, but then I kind of let it go. So what you're saying is totally true when I was with him.

And so, yes, uh, I went, I just went the wrong way. I just, uh, and so I'm coming back to loving life and just being happy with. That, like that. Yeah, it's lovely. By the way, as good as you are with your energy and all of that, can you imagine what your life is going to look like as you master this? Watch out world!

Alright, so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And take that in. Good. Level of pain in your stomach, 0 10? Zero. Zero. Awesome. Who did that? Me. You did. You did. You've got this. You've totally got this. And by the way, level of pain in your legs. What's your level? They're still there. About a two.

Okay. So give me one second.

That's why I wanted to go there. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and close your eyes. And there's a part in the back of your mind that says, but the physical world really is lesser than.

Can you see it? Yup.

So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe,

and I'm going to ask you to be willing to let that thought go just for a moment. And what if it's not? What if it's not at all? So just say, what if it's not? What if it's not lesser than at all? What if it's not lesser than at all? What? What if it's not lesser than at all? What if it's really actually more amazing than I ever realized?

Say that. What if it's really actually even more amazing than I've ever realized? Okay, but more energy. I need some more of your energy than that. What if it's even more amazing than I've ever realized? No, no, I need it like, what if it's even more amazing than I ever even realized? What if it's even more amazing than I've ever even realized?

Great. So, by the way, the level of pain in your legs? It's, it's, they're very tingly, but it's a lot lighter. Not as much pain. Zero to ten. Like a one. So that was about a point, about a point four, but you see it going down, right? Yeah. Okay. So notice you saw it going down and they're tingling, right? Yeah. Okay.

So bingo, bingo. So notice that you must've been saying something right for there to be another shift in your energy. Yeah. Okay. So notice the, the, the thought in the back of your mind that, um, bingo, bingo. So if I told you that the very, very, very first thing that you manifest in this world is a physical body, and that you actually achieve something by manifesting a physical body, Are you sure that getting out of the physical world like kind of like if you think about a baby who's miscarried It is a soul who's working on manifesting into the physical world, but doesn't quite make the manifestation all the way Just like if yeah, so so it's it's not manifesting all the way in does that make sense?

Yeah. Yeah So are you a hundred percent sure that this is actually? Less than or actually knowing that everything is made of energy. Is this actually a graduation? Graduation From the non physical watch this somebody's really really really sick. How much is their energy off? Oh, okay. So they're all a lot right?

So would you say this makes sense? Watch this if somebody's Energy is really really really off So they're sick and it's really really often they're sick and it's really really often they're sick and they quote unquote die And that's when they go to the next level Does that make any sense? No, it doesn't at all.

Or, if somebody's really, really, really on. Like, if you've ever, have you ever seen these things before where you, they interview somebody that's a hundred years old or a hundred and ten and they're like, just be positive and be happy and love people and, and they're more loving and kind? Yeah. And what are they, like, they're what, punished then to life?

So if you think about it, notice, notice, it doesn't make any sense that somebody, uh, being like that, dying, that being in the, like the, the non physical, the non physical world isn't more evolved. Does that make sense? It's not. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's not better. No. It's not a place to get a better place to go.

It's not going to make anything. It's just, yeah, yeah, it's no, it would be like, life is the thing exactly. So if somebody was in, like, let's say there was a student who had an F and you're like, Oh, F, you must be ready for graduation.

You wouldn't say that.

Someone asked you to breathe. And realize that people who have a lot of negativity, like the, you know, negativity and whatnot, they can die earlier and have things going on and stress. And like, you know, even if you think about an infant who doesn't get enough love, you've heard that can actually die, right?

Yeah. Okay. Would you be like, Oh my God, not enough love. You get to graduate. Or would you be like, wait a sec, there's a problem here. We need like nurturing into life, right? So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm just going to ask you, what if, like, um, when you start to look at energy and you see that patterns create more of the same and life can be amazing as you create it, and you think about the world being full of energy.

So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to just picture that, that the whole earth is full of amazing energy, right? Amazing. Yeah. Now, when you see the world through that lens,

how cool is the world? It's pretty cool. How inferior would you say it is? It's not at all. Okay, so I want you to just start looking at the world through that lens every day and every day going wait a second Let me be amazed by this world. There's energy everywhere I just haven't been able to see it and hold wait, hold up and our thoughts help create our life You mean we can play here and have fun and play with energy and enjoy the world and manifest and create?

Oh my god, wait a second. This is fun. Like the game just got funner. Does that make sense? You Yeah, great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. Great. And you're leveling your legs. What's your level?

Uh, they're more burning than to that. It's uh, I don't know. It's just it's yeah, they're just burning. It's different. It is. Okay, and uh, Bingo. And if I ask you, so notice it changed, right? And if I ask you the level of burning, what's the level of burning? Like a, a three, two, or three. Okay. So, uh, bingo. Yeah.

Closer to even a three. Right? So, . Mm-Hmm. . So notice it changed. And, uh,

all right, so I wanna pause it just for a really quick moment to point something out. You know, notice that her pain went back up, even though. She was bringing in positive emotions. And the reason that I want you to notice this is because a lot of times people will think what I'm doing when I'm working with somebody is just simply having them bring in positive emotions.

And if somebody just thinks positive, then they can heal and they can get their pain to go away. And all they have to do is think positive. Notice, you can see here that her pain shifted and it went up. And I cannot tell you how many times I've seen people who are working on healing themselves that they're just focused on bringing in gratitude.

They're just going to be grateful for their healing and they're bringing that in over and over and over. And. It's backfiring in a variety of different ways and actually keeping them stuck. Now, of course, I am not saying that gratitude is not a good thing. You should absolutely want to feel grateful and blessed and, you know, just lucky in life.

So absolutely you want to feel gratitude, but you also really want to look at what is going on and specifically address that. You know, when you really. Address what's going on, that's when it becomes health changing, that's when it becomes life changing. You know, when it changes your health and your life by addressing and transforming those specific things in your mind.

And so, that's where we're going as we dive back in with Carrie.

Okay, so this is what it said, it said, but I don't want to have to like life. So, can you see the part of you that hasn't, uh, Hasn't loved your world around you. Yeah, for sure. I need to practice. But if I told you that somebody spent 20 plus years not liking life around them. Uh, what does their world look like?

Not great. What do their relationships look like? Not great. Okay. Can you, so if I ask you, by the way, how you feel about your relationships in life? Not great at all. Okay. Exactly. So, if, okay, so using that stereotype that woman with the abusive father leaves him and finds abusive boyfriend, boss, spouse. You know that pattern, right?

Yeah. And she says, well, the obvious answer is I just meditate and check out. Like why change this pattern when I can check out from it? Yeah. What would you say? It's just, it's. It's escapism. It's escapism. It's going to be fun to have, well, except for the fact that she's going to just have it in another lifetime and another lifetime and another lifetime.

Um, and not only that, but then you lose the ability to escape or whatnot and yada yada, which you're experiencing. Yeah. Okay. You're not really facing it head on. Okay, but that's the thing. Don't face it. I mean, look at it, transform it. Look at it, transform it, right? Look at it, transform it, all change starts from within, right?

Yeah. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. So if I said you don't have to necessarily look at it head on, but there was a more beautiful way to actually work on really transforming on the inside, creating real change on the inside, so even the relationships transformed around you. And by the way, that woman that I met, the stereotype, if she genuinely changed her patterns, Would you say, no, things are still going to stay the same, or would you say, if she really genuinely changed, she'll change her relationships?

Yeah, for sure. Okay, so if she can do that, you can do it, right? Okay, great. So we're just changing the name of the game, right? Okay, great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. So if she can do it, you can do it, right? Yes. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and if I ask you then how much anger you want to have towards your relationships How much would you say that is?

I don't No, you go ahead and keep that anger up and let me know how that goes for you. It feels terrible. I don't want that Say that again. It feels terrible. I don't want that. I don't want that. I love that. Say that again. I don't want that I don't want that. Great. So you're ready to let it go completely?

Yes Great. Level of burning in your legs? It's definitely lessened, but I go one. Bingo. I go one, right? Bingo. That's what I have. And so what we're going to do is we could keep pushing it down. The thing of it is, is that, uh, first and foremost, so we could keep working with it and we could get it there, but this is already a huge change and what I'd rather have you do is just digest it all of the way.

Does that make sense? So, but you can see, so the things that you want to see is, notice, so the burning has to do with the relationships around you. There's a feeling of pissed off about relationships. There's, you can see that, right? Okay. So that's what starts coming up. It's almost like, watch this. If somebody wanted to leave life and that's what they have, and then you say, well, you're going to actually stay here and it's really amazing

And then they're like, dang it. Now I got to deal with these relationships. So part of what's happening is, is that, does that make sense? Yeah. Yep. Definitely. Okay. So, um, so I don't want to overwhelm you with change and. What you're going to want to do is really, really, um, really, really be willing to fall in love with life and create that real change.

Does that make sense? Yeah. Great. Out of curiosity. How do you think you did with your energy? Pretty good. I feel really good. Pretty darn good. Didn't you? You did amazing. Yeah, you did. You did really amazing. Awesome, awesome job. Is it going to take reinforcement? Absolutely. Huge shift. Brilliant. Brilliant.
