Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I love that you are somebody who is here, who's continuing to expand your mind and your energy and your consciousness and your heart and your healing. I just love it. And I love today's episode. I mean, I'm Our volunteer is just funny and fun and sweet and you're just going to love her.

And today's episode really is transformative if you allow it, if you embrace the changes in it. And it's also very insightful. You know, if you listened to last week's podcast episode with Aline, you'll remember that she had been negating her pain for in her back pain, and so it started showing up in other places in her body and neuropathy in her neck, and she had all kinds of health issues going on.

We'd also been talking about pain in her ankle at a level 8. So there were a lot of things that she had going on, and it was like it was showing up in different areas of the body. The more she was negating it. And by the way, she's not the only one who has been doing this. And I got to tell you, I feel like a mama bear in this space.

You know, just that feeling of wanting to help people and also protect people or educate people. And, you know, what is happening just because I really do see things are going to go in the wrong direction with the mind before they go really in the right direction, and that concerns me, you know, I just think this next wave of mindfulness, where it's going, is that a lot of people are either checking out, you know, and just trying to escape and kind of putting their mind in a different planet, or Or what a lot of other people are doing is that they're looking at the issue and they're learning to negate it.

They're saying, Oh, that's not real in the brain. And I'm seeing that a lot as well. And even people trying to say that, you know, Oh, it's just the body is misfiring. The body's pain signals are just stuck in the on mode. Seems to be a, a recent messaging. And. Like, you don't want to think in that way. I mean, does it really make sense that the body is just doing something where the pain is just stuck in the on mode?

Or do you think there's something else going on? Or is the pain just stuck in the on mode that, you know, our bodies just break down and do things for no reason, you know, and so it's crazy, but that's what people are kind of, there's a, there's a wave of thinking these days that it's like, Oh yeah, you know, there's no physical issue, but the pain is just stuck in the on mode.

The body signaling is just broken. And so that's, it's, it's this new wave of thinking that's going through, but unfortunately what's happening is it's teaching people to negate their way of thinking. And by the way, if you think about it for a moment, let's say five years from now, you're walking around in life and you're just feeling things and thinking things, and you're always negating what you're feeling and thinking.

And you're always negating what you're feeling and thinking. You're going, yes, I'm in pain, but it's not real. And yes, I'm in pain, but it's not real. That's not real. That's not real. When you start to constantly negate your senses, not just your thinking, but your senses, It creates a bit of craziness in the brain, meaning this, it's one thing to have a belief and you go, well, you know what?

That belief isn't true. And you start to work on a different type of belief and creating a different belief and creating a transformation. Now that's great to create different beliefs and be willing to see things in a different way, in a different perspective. That's a good thing. But. When you have physical sensations in the body, and then you start to tell yourself that you can't trust them, you start to create a disconnect between yourself and your own body, or said another way, between your soul and your physical body, and disconnect.

You don't want to do that. You want to create a unity, a soulful connection with your body. So you have unity with your mind body and soul instead of your mind telling your body that what it's experiencing isn't real. And so you definitely don't want to do that. And I got to tell you, like, I see people all of the time who go through psychotic breaks or things that they feel like they chalk them up to like Kundalini experiences because they feel like they're losing their mind and they do lose their mind and And what I see is it's just people working with their mind in a certain way that's just creating that.

And so I love that you are somebody who is here, who's understanding your own mind at a deeper level. And by the way, if you are somebody who has been negating things and pain and whatnot in your physical body, I don't want you to feel like, oh my god, you broke your brain or anything like that. You know, I actually went through a period of time doing that.

Also, and I noticed things started getting worse. I would attract worse things in life, and pain was moving elsewhere, and here and there, and problems, and low neutrophil, white blood cell count, and, uh, different things. And I started, as I got more and more awareness, I started realizing, oh, this is a really bad plan.

So I stopped doing that and started changing the direction I was going. So, point being is that if you have been doing it, it doesn't mean you're bad. screwed or anything like that. It just means change direction. And likely you have some cleanup to do. I know it took me a bit of cleanup to get my mind back in my body and reconnected and all of that.

And of course the beautiful quote unquote side effect from that is not only that I get better in my body. healed and got my life back, but even better. But I also then went on to develop this ability to feel what other people are feeling. And, you know, it's incredible when you think of your whole self and what happens when you empower your mind instead of disempower your mind or negate what's going on.

And so that's where we're going today is radical change. And again, this can be transformative if you step in and just, uh, allow it to be because I just, I love the things that come up with today's volunteer. If you recall again, her name is Aline and we are continuing the session where we left off with last week's episode.

And if you remember on the first part, that was exactly it is that she had been long negating her pain and her pain in her back stopped. The only problem is, is that she ended up with a bunch of health issues everywhere else and had a harder time getting around with a lot of pain and even pain in her ankle and things like that.

And so that's where we're going to pick up is right where we left off. And as a reminder, where we left off is that Aline was talking about having some resistance having an open mind to even doing this work and that her sister is the one that referred her here and, and that resistance came up for her, but she decided to have an open mind.

And so I love that. I love that she shared that she's just this beautiful, transparent being. So that's where we left off. And you'll notice as we dive back in, I say, speaking of your sister. And so that's where we left off. And we're going to go ahead and dive right back in. With beautiful Aline. Here we go.

Bingo. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And I love your ability to embrace change. And I love your ability to have an open mind. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. And by the way, speaking of your sister, if you imagine if she did have something going on and she said, Oh, I have this issue. And instead of ignoring it, ignoring it, and plowing through, I'm gonna notice what's out of alignment and I'm going to look specifically at it and then I'm going to be willing to truly transform that in my life.

How would that look for your sister? It would look very nice. It would be where we would like to be. Exactly. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and what would that look like? If you did that in your life, or so beautiful, so different. Right. Where do you think universe God divine is like, yeah, I just, we, we just created this body that falls apart all the time and it falls apart and that's just the way it is and, uh, and our goal is to ignore it as human beings, like what makes more sense to you that we've noticed things, change them, transform, or that.

God, universe, divine, made these bodies that can't even last. Notice things, change them, and transform, but boy, is it an eye opener to the level of negativity that I could secretly carry. Really, so humbling. Empowering and humbling at the same time, and, whew, there's always another question for you. Do you carry that negativity forever, or If you make it your goal to really feel happy and to let that negativity go, what does your life look like?

pretty quickly happy. Really? Yeah. Free. Life changing. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.

All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I just love her. I love her personality, her sense of humor and her self awareness and her honesty. You know, when she said there's a lot of negativity that she could secretly have. You know, it's so true, and I have so much compassion for that, because I understand that.

And I also love her, her openness, her vulnerability, and her truthfulness about it. And that's something that you'll want to watch for, is exactly that. Is it, all of the time I see people, who have gotten good at negating their pain. And they do the exact same thing with the negativity in their mind. They negate it and negate it.

And you know, when you stop and look at it, what happens is that they just get used to negating it. And unfortunately, it grows. It's like if you neglect the garden or neglect the backyard that's got weeds growing in it, it doesn't get better. It gets out of control. It gets worse. And that's what a lot of people are doing, unfortunately.

And what I love about real change, of course, is that the quote unquote side effect. is real happiness is that you're really taking something that's negative. You're looking at it, you're transforming it. And not only do you feel happier, you also transform your life because you have better positive programming in your life.

Now, is everything just always perfect? No, probably not yet. There's, there can be different patterns that come up for people, but as you look at those and you transform those, and you know how to use your mind, there's That's when everything really radically feels better and happier. And I can tell you that the level of happiness and euphoria that I typically live in is beyond what I would have imagined.

And you may have heard me say, even on past episodes, you know, when you really program your mind, you really feel that feeling of just happy, happy for no reason, happy for every reason. Happiness is a, is a feeling. And that's what you really just experience. automatically, not because you're covering anything up, but just because it feels that way.

And, you know, going back to the very beginning, I mentioned that all the time I'm seeing people now negating things in their mind. And even the other day, I was looking for a lab to do more of my own studies and some more fun things. coming up, but anyways, I was looking for a lab and I happened to run across this thing where it was, you know, like a woman who had been in fear since childhood and she was being guided to just negate her pain and tell herself that the fear wasn't real and She was specifically told, look, you're going to have fears come up all of the time.

And as you do, it's just going to come up all the time, because that's the way your brain is. Your brain is fear based. And so every time a fear comes up, you just have to negate it. And every time a fear comes up, you just have to negate it and tell yourself, it's not real, and it's going to happen all the time, but you just keep doing that.

Now, eek! You don't want that. either. And this is why you want to build a relationship with your mind, body, and soul. You want to create real change. And so if you look at something and you negate the fear in it, in that moment, and then you reprogram your mind at a deeper level, so it's not happening anymore, that is what you want.

So you want real change. change on the inside that changes the neural pathways. And another way to think about it is, let's say you have a projector of a movie that's playing and you don't like that projector, you don't keep negating what's on the screen and say, well, that's not real, that's not real, that's not real.

You change the movie that's playing out, and your neural pathways, your subconscious mind, whatever is programmed in your subconscious mind is what's going to bring up those thoughts. And so if you negate the thoughts and then go, okay, well, let me negate the thoughts for the moment. Let me say, you know what?

I'm not doing this anymore. And you'll see me do that with people as I'm working with them. You know, you don't want to believe in that anymore. But instead, you know, let's look at this. Let's find out. feel differently. Let's program that in. Let's really radically feel differently instead inside and really do things in a different way.

And by the way, you'll notice as we're coming up with Aline, you'll notice there is a radical change in her programming. So it's not just about negating the way she's feeling. It's about really changing your programming. So I want you to notice that coming up and this might be a programming you have as well just because it's a common programming that I'll see in people, but that's what we're gonna do.

We're gonna look at really changing the programming. And again, if you make a point to negate it, you're not serving yourself and it's not gonna help you in the big picture. It's gonna show up somewhere else and that's what this thing that I had seen the other day was exactly that. It was like, you know what?

Yep, you're gonna feel afraid of this, and negate it, just tell yourself it's not real, and you're gonna have another fear pop up, because that's the way your mind works, because you're a fear based person. So he's not only was giving her, he was like literally helping her identify with it. You're just a fear based person and that's the way you grew up.

So you're going to have a lot of fearful thoughts and you just have to learn to negate them all and not buy into it. And I was like, eek, no, like that is not what's going to heal the pain at all. And you can't have this fear in the nervous system and negate it. And it's going to show up somewhere else.

And not only that, but that is never going to be. Okay. a unity, a wholesome being who feels confident, who feels amazing, who feels alive, who's got amazing energy and happiness, who's creating an incredible life. And that's what you want is you want real change. And so that's what we're going to look at coming up is really.

looking at things in a different way and being willing to transform beliefs. And so that's where we're going as we dive back into Aline. And by the way, coming up, what you'll notice is for a second, I talked to her in third person. I'm like, so what about that woman, Aline? So it may sound a little confusing if you're not ready for it, but otherwise it's just, what about that other person?

And what you can do in that place is insert your own name. What about. you and look at that transformation for you that we're going to talk about with her energy. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Aline.

Bingo. And I want you to notice the part of you that's had a pride in hardship, pride in that wounded warrior feeling. Yes. Yes, you nailed it. Yes. Great. So if I told you. That your sister has wounded warrior pride in being the wounded warrior. What are the next 30 years of her life look like? And what manifests from that?

Um, yeah, I wouldn't help her head in that direction. She would be, um, in a completely different place than she is. Yes. It would be very sad to see her. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And what happens if her sister Aline keeps that for the next 30 years? 40 years? That's very sneaky! And Damn it! Yeah, that's good.

Uh, yeah. Ugh, God. It is so weird to negate oneself and not even think that you're doing it, so Jesus! Yeah, I don't want to do it anymore. Bye bye. I'm ready. I see it. I see it. I love it. But on the flip side, what happens if her sister Aline has a feeling of pride in being happy and having a great, successful, fabulous life?

What does that look like?

It looks like endless growth and free and amazing and truly happy. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and I'm going to push a little bit. in a playful way. And I'm going to say, yeah, you go ahead and keep that pride and hardship and wounded warrior. Let me know how that goes for you if you want, or you could let it go completely.

It's up to you. You're the power. You're the power. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. I'm going to say that again, playfully. So you could go ahead and keep all that pride and hardship and let me know how that goes year after year, after year, after year, after year.

Or, you could change it, and be proud of creating a beautiful, spiritful life, and happy, and joyful, and successful, and really feeling that, and be proud of the life that you're creating, and really feel that, and feel like you deserve all your success, and really own that in you, without imposter syndrome, without feeling undeserving, or any of that, but actually own it, and feel good about it, What would that feel like?

Oh, it would feel like picking up creatively where I left off at age 13. Um, yeah, I mean, yes, it feels like something's Like, I'm, I actually am seeing an artistry emerging that was put on hold forever and the sadness of not having that is so complicated. Wait, wait, wait, I'm going to stop. I'm going to ask you to breathe.

Ask you to breathe. Anytime you're going in a little bit of a direction, I don't want you to go, then I just kind of just stop that right there. But all right. So also, if I ask you your level in your ankle right now, what would you say your level in your ankle is? Zero to 10? Let me see. That is a Maybe like, um, a four.

Yeah, notice it's going down two. So a little sneaky, but we started working on that a second ago. Yeah. So, uh, so here we go. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. I'm gonna ask you to bring in the awareness that you're amazing. That you're doing this. And you are amazing. I'm gonna ask you to breathe and if I ask you, are you really, really, really ready to let go of the Wounded Warrior pride and hardship stuff, are you really let ready to let that go?

I'm really ready to embrace this. Okay. I would say that in this moment I'm really ready to let it go. I think I don't trust myself entirely in that, but um, yes. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I love your self-awareness. And, uh, yeah, I think it'd be great to you just go ahead and keep that for another 40, 50, 60 years and let me know how that, uh, goes for you.

Yeah, that's a great way to look at it. You go ahead and let me know how that goes for you. And, uh, and don't, cause I might cringe. So, uh, but, and I'm sure you'll be cringing, uh, but I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And by the way, If you see somebody who has a really, really, really hard life, a lot of problems, this goes wrong, that goes wrong, that goes wrong, that's hard, this is hard, that's hard, do you stand back and go, gosh, I'm so impressed?

Wow, that is amazing.

Well, It depends I have been attracted to helping people like that To one degree or another. Am I impressed with them? I wouldn't say I am any longer Okay, I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.

Okay, so Okay. So, uh, bingo. All right. So, uh, you're familiar with my, are you familiar with my backstory? Oh, yes. Yes. So, okay. So if I was just still injured, would you be like, Oh my God, this is so impressive. Uh, no, no, no. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And if I told you that you have so much potential inside of you, so much, you just needed to align more and more and more with it.

Would you say, nah, I'd rather just. Stay in the hardship. It's really exciting. I'd rather just attract to needing to be needed and just do that instead of tapping into my best self and really changing and really growing and believing in myself.

What do you think would be a good idea to move forward? Hmm. I can now say

that it's so, it's just, it's astounding to me how much I was like, no, she, her story is different. When I first, I was so impressed with you, but I immediately was like, I had such a different thing going on. And all of a sudden I really can feel it inside. What, what, what. And because it is coming from you, this person who has in fact created these changes and somehow are able very quickly to allow another person to feel this within themselves.

I will now say, that is a long answer to, that could be a short answer, yes, I can see myself having that ability to tap into this belief system and this knowledge actually. I do see this. As being able to, that I can create this change. Beautiful. Yeah. I love that. I love that. And I have that to come back to because there's a little part of me that's like, really?

But I have that to come back to. I have you and your story and this moment, your podcast, all of that. He's adding up to this very great timing of holy shit, I think so, I think yes. Exactly, when there's even an A in the sky, right? I know! A huge A in the sky, yes. There we go. Someone asked you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to notice the level in your ankles.

Zero to ten, what's your level? It's now, like, uh, Oh, well, it's funny, the ankle's feeling better, and the foot's acting up, but now I understand that. So, uh, foot, uh, ankle's down to, like, a one. Exactly. Right? Who's doing that? Mm hmm. I am doing it. You are doing that. So how powerful is your thought and your mind?

So powerful. So powerful, right? So I want you to close your eyes.

All right, so let's go ahead and pause it for a few quick insights. I want to talk about the pain moving, also the A in the sky, and the pain Also, she mentioned about negating herself. So let's start with negating herself. And what you may have noticed during this segment is she said something like, you know, you get so used to negating yourself.

You don't even realize you're doing it. And bingo. I mean, just really, really great self awareness. It's so true. And that's what happens. And that's what you want to be aware of is, you know, the example you'll hear me all of the time is You know, if you've ever driven somewhere before and you got to your destination and you thought to yourself, Oh gosh, did I stop at all the stop lights on the way?

You know, it's like you were kind of checked out and on autopilot. Now, the thing of it is that happens all of the time for people. The only real reason people notice it so significantly with driving. is because you're in a different destination. So it's more easy to go, Oh my God, wait a second. People will do that throughout the day where there's like little gaps of time that happen, they don't even realize they're doing it.

And not only that, but subconscious patterns take control all of the time. And so, If you've been negating yourself, you'll really want to become conscious of it and make sure you're not. You want to honor yourself. And as I was just mentioning with Aline, you want to be able to step into your potential, whatever that is for you.

And our brains really are truly amazing. And so you don't want to spend your life negating things in your mind. And you want to become the master. of your mind and your abilities that you know how to reprogram your mind and that you feel good at it and empowered. Because as you get good at it, that's when it becomes even more fun.

You know, if you think about it, anything that you feel good at is more fun. If there's a specific sport that you're really good at, it feels more fun typically because you're good at it. And so the more you get good with your mind, The more fun it will feel like you're having and you're seeing results and creating that change.

So just keep that in mind if you've been negating that you'll want to really pay attention to it, because she just even caught herself and again, just beautiful, beautiful awareness. So I love that. And as far as the A in the sky, just a quick note. If you remember. on last week's episode when we first started.

She mentioned there's a big A in the sky. And so that was what I was referring to just there. So there's that. And as far as her pain changing into her foot, that's what we're going to be working on a bit is exactly that. Because what came up for her, what triggered for her, as you remember, you know, there's been some stubbornness or even some resistance.

Like she has mentioned, she's had some resistance to change. And we've been talking about that even on the last episode. And the way you kind of want to think about her foot and her neck is like this, is that her neck is. with the neuropathy in it has been this extreme feeling of wanting to ignore, ignore, ignore, and not see things.

And so that was the feeling that was connected in her neck. So that very feeling at how much she was doing that was the direct link with her neck, which is now disappearing. There's some resistance to change that's also coming up. So that's what we're going to work on. And kind of the simple way to kind of think about it is that, you know, if you've ever watched the Flintstones as a kid where there was Fred Flintstone, and if you recall, you know, his car for his breaks, uh, where, you know, him putting his feet out, um, you know, in the stone age.

So he's putting his feet as all breaks. And so that pain that I'm seeing in her foot is like that, if you will. It's like this, a lot of energy that's pushing against her foot, kind of just like putting her foot down and kind of all breaks. And so that's what we talk about as far as change, because I really want to see her make a real change.

Transformation and a real shift in her life. And so that's where we go as we step back in with Aline.

So how powerful is your thought and your mind? So powerful, so powerful, right? So I want you to close your eyes. And powerfully wish for the worst in your life, like a hardship. Oh wait, if you want to. If you want to. Or. That's awesome.

Oh my god. Or. That's so good. Yeah. Or. I love that you have a great sense of humor. I love that. You're fun. That's good. That's good to breathe. Or, powerfully believe in yourself, powerfully love yourself, powerfully want positive things in your life, powerfully send your mind towards the positive and really feel that, if you want.

Or, again, you could send a lot of negative energy, a lot of negative hardship, and see how that one goes. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and ask you to breathe,

and I'm gonna ask you to take in the awareness that you don't want to wait till you're 80 to change. We're 90 and feel all that pain and problems and hardship and blah blah blah blah blah and negativity I'm ask you just for a moment to be willing to change today Good good good. Yeah, I'm a good job with your energy beautiful Beautiful.

I'm gonna ask you to breathe bingo. All right, and notice by the way Now that we're looking at this, are you glad that we're looking at this? Or what if you just buried it for another 30 years? Or would you want to look at it? I would say I'm glad and even my foot is feeling better and this is really funny.

I love that and I'm gonna ask you to notice the level in your neck. It's a level in your neck. Way down. Way down, like if I stretch, I can, you know, stretch a little ache there, but um, it's, it's better. Good. One half, maybe. One half? Yeah. That's what I have is? Yeah. Bingo. About a point six. Okay. So, and if I ask you your level in your ankle, what's your level?

Ankle's down to nothing and foot is also improving, so, wow. Awesome. Level in your foot. Zero to ten, what's the level? Two. That's exactly what I have. Bingo. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And by the way, there's a message even in that. And it's this. It's that notice when you mentioned that you got your back pain gone, but then it started showing all these other ailments started showing up.

Right? Yeah. I, you know, there, there are even studies where people put in brain stimulating devices in and then pain shows up in different parts of their body. It's like, well, yay, that pain is gone. And then. People have pain in everywhere, every other, an increase of pain in other areas of the body. And so, all of the time, so that's what you want to note, is that all the time I see people do that, when they go to just negate or mind over matter or it's not real and they use that method, it shows up as pain somewhere else or worse.

serious issues. They'll go, well, I got rid of the pain, but now I have this autoimmune disorder, or now I have this and this, or, so that's why I'm not a big fan of negating at all. Like it, it, the body speaks louder. I'm going to ask you to breathe.

Bingo, bingo, bingo, bingo. All right. I'm going to ask you to level in your foot.

One, if that, point eight. So that was the message is that you noticed, so that's, that's, that was the point of the message is there's a part of you Uh, that wants to put your foot down, that says negating is the way to go, and the way that you did it before is the way that you feel like is the right way, and there's, there's a part of you that's wanting to put your foot down, but it says if you're willing to be open to more things.

Now if you think about it, if we were sitting here talking, like if we look at the big picture, and we sit here and we're talking, and we're just saying negate it, negate it, negate it, it's not real. Okay? It's all in your head. Or, if we're saying, oh. There's this pride and hardship. We're going to want to switch that.

Oh, if you feel good and you feel deserving of a great life, we're going to want to switch that. So you actually feel good and deserving of a great life and that you could actually have ease and, and, and step into that and be willing to see and change things. And your pain's going away. Which one sounds like a, a, a more hopeful, uh, spiritful, um, way of being.

I'm listening here and so I can be aware and clean this stuff out. Have, yeah, be, um, on my side, which I have clearly not been. listening like I would certainly listen to anybody else who's hurting. And um, to, yeah, I, it's just, um, yeah, this is the ticket. It is. This is magical. It's magical. Wait, where's the magic coming from?

It's coming from me. I want to give you a lot of credit, but it's coming from me. Thank you. And I will receive credit for my part in it. And I want you to receive credit for your part in it. You're the power in this, right? Mm-Hmm. You are the power in this. Yeah. And, uh, and yes, I figured out some awesome, awesome, amazing things and we're all, so make it clear.

There's so, there's a clarity now that, um, I think has sort of inescapable, that seems like truths I knew, but certainly wasn't. I just didn't have it piece. So I wanna tell you sometimes what what'll happen, kind of like this. Okay? So have you ever had a dream before where you wake up and the dream is really, really vivid?

Have you ever done that? Yes. Yes. And then if you don't go back and revisit that dream, what happens by five o'clock in the evening time? Do you remember it still clearly or do you forget it? You forget it. Bingo. I forget it. You forget it, right? You totally forget it. And you could have swore you wouldn't forget it because it was so clear, but then all of a sudden it's gone, right?

Okay. That is consciousness. So we actually just changed your consciousness to where you're seeing things in a whole different way. Now, if you don't reinforce this and continue to dig in, you will in this moment where you said oh my God I'm seeing things more like a whole different way, literally by a few days from now, you'll be like what Brenda and I talk about?

What was the epiphany? Yeah, right. You are going to need to really dig in. embody that change. Does that make sense? Yes. Yes. Great. So, which means that, of course, you're going to get this recording and I want you to listen to it and embody these changes, okay? Because you can see that your soul, your being, your body is wanting these changes, right?

Because you see the changes going on. Great. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. 100%.

Bingo. And bingo. Yes. Bingo. And if I ask you, so there's another piece. So even though the, like, okay. So first and foremost, you get again, an A for the way you did with your energy. Awesome. As far as the foot, the ankle, the neck, I mean, impressive. Like you're amazing. Okay. And there's one added bonus piece.

Are you okay? If we add on a little bonus piece? I am okay. Awesome. So if I ask you to look a bit more at this. imposter syndrome. I'm gonna ask you two, what do you see when you look at this imposter syndrome?

I see, um, that in fact it still exists to a certain degree even in the face of emerging unarguable talents and that I can make things harder to do than easier to do and question, question, question. So while that is changing, that still exists in me and has for one degree or another, but now I have really a clear shot at trying this sort of new artistry that I has been with me forever, but never done.

And I can see Um, Oh God, I can see where I'm on like this cliff where it's really joyful, but I am there. There's really something holding me, holding me back. That could be like a part of me saying, really? Really? Really? But other, like a comparison kind of mind that is happening almost in the background because I'm on to it.

So I think I know enough to be aware of this, but in fact, I do believe since you have brought this up that it still is having its messages come through. It, I just wanted, it wanted to give you a gift and um, bingo, bingo. And number one, it says that, watch this. So, let's say. That I have a feeling of pride of hardship and by the way, I'm on track with manifesting a life That's great and easy and wonderful and successful.

Uh oh. That's gonna ruin everything. I'm proud of. Oh That just doesn't go together I'm gonna have to figure out some way to Sabotage it create all kinds of problems around it and and make it hard and a struggle and some type of like antagonist role has to come in where some, I mean, something major has to happen, right?

Yeah, that's absolutely true. Okay. So can you see that as far as your success, the thing that's actually the biggest thing by far or none that is sabotaging your success is that feeling of hardship, wounded warrior, like gladiator type of feel that's a push through. Can you see that? Uh, a hundred percent.

Okay, so what would it look like if you actually stepped into your dream and you were proud of being that? What if you changed what you were proud of and feeling proud of ease, proud of your, I mean, you're a beautiful being, you have a wonderful sense of humor and being proud of that and who you are and who you become and your art and your talent and, and, and all of that.

And if, if that's what you're proud of, or. You know, probably a bit of hardship. God damn it! It would be releasing a ball and chain and, yes, and actually stepping into something that feels like I am putting it on as a fake hope, possibility, but it is actually me, so, uh, you're pretty good at this Brandy. Um, Wow!

Yeah, this hidden, I would, yes, it's, it's What I want. It's time. It seems, um, this is pretty eye opening because I can, I am, there is, um, that word clarity again, um, which I am garbling the word clarity. Yes. This is what the universe says, keep your eyes open because it's asking me to remind you. So can you see the part of you that.

Maybe has a little bit of a stubborn side. No. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Nobody else sees that.

So that part of you, like, in other words, let's say we wrap up and let's say that you go back into the old way of feeling and thinking, then the pain will come back. It absolutely will. But if you said, okay, I'm really willing to change. I'm willing to embody this. I'm really willing to feel differently, to feel proud of, of everything that I am and what I can do and, and really, really embody that.

That's when it stays. Does that make sense? Yes. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Bingo. Bingo. Bingo. And the other thing that it wants me to express to you, so it's fun, because they're, normally after the pain is gone, people are, the message is wrapping up, this one it's saying it wants more information for you, um, and it's fun.

So uh, give me one second, because, um, bingo. Okay, so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, bingo, yes, and if I ask you to notice the part of you that had guilt about the past, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, can you see that? Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you to repeat after me, this is very important.

So I want you to make sure to, uh, like really, if you could sit up straight. And breathe in, and just kind of bring in a feeling of feeling very sophisticated. Thank you. And I want you to notice the feeling of guilt over the past, and I want you to say, Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Heh, heh, heh, heh, heh. In a very sophisticated way.

Heh, heh, heh, heh. Say, actually, blah, blah, blah, blah? Yep! Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay. Um, in a very sophisticated blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. No, you have to say it. Like, no, no, no. With a sophisticated body, it was blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay, you're better with your energy work than you are with your blahs.

I want a blah, blah, blah. I don't know how to do a sophisticated blah. Okay, I'm just messing with you. Alright, so that's going to bring No, it's good. I know you're asking me to do something that means something, but Actually, the actual point was just being ridiculous, so I'm going to ask you to breathe.

You're doing it perfect. Oh, that was helpful then. Okay. Um, the point was actually to laugh and be playful and to enjoy it. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and just bring in the awareness. You can let that go. You don't need to hold on to it forever. That you're free and bringing in that freedom to move forward and really feel deserving is really, really key.

And I'm going to ask you to breathe and take that in. That feeling of feeling free to move forward and deserving a great life and game on. Game on. Mm hmm. Bingo. Bingo. Beautiful. Beautiful job. Ah! That feels so good. It feels so good. You've made the cost really clear of not doing the work moving forward, too.

Right. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful job with your energy. I love that. Beautiful. Yeah. All right. Thank you. And you brought up guilt out of, I mean, that just, you're just really, um, boy, I was grateful to start with and I was right to be grateful. You're really, um, special. So special. Thank you so much. As are you and you're powerful and amazing and powerful thoughts in the right direction is any motions is just going to be awesome and you're beautiful and you're fun and it has been such a pleasure working with you.

All right. So let's go ahead and unpack this even more, because I want to provide you with a few quick exercises that you can do to make this even more transformational and dial it in for yourself. And I have to say again, I love her self awareness and her self honesty and her personality. She's just fun and was making me laugh.

I mean, just a beautiful, beautiful being. And I love even what she said at the end when she said, you know, you've made the cost very clear of not changing and not following through that makes her want to really follow through to change her life. And I have to say, what if she didn't have that wake up call right now?

What if she had that in? Five years from now. or 10 years from now or 15 years from now, instead of right now where she has this feeling where she says, you know, I really want to change now. I mean, what an awesome feeling to have. Now, of course, she's gonna really need to reinforce this because Her brain has been stuck in the negate for so long.

And what happens is that people will have their brain stuck in a place of negating things or checking out that again, time just goes by and they don't even realize it. And they know they're not quite happy and they know they're not really changing their lives. But it's like that motivation to change today or that feeling of really living life to its fullest today today.

And stepping into real change escapes them. And so what happens is years pass by and they don't even realize it. And by the way, you might be somebody who's experiencing just that, who has been on the healing journey for 15, 20 years, who feels like you haven't really gotten the healing results that you want, haven't really created those changes, and still are feeling like you're wanting change every day, Like it's not really happening.

And so ultimately what you want to do is if that's you is to take your mind programming and a really shift it to really radically feel differently. That's when you create that real change. And that's the exercise that I want to leave you with today when it comes to that pattern of hardship is ultimately you could do one of two things or even both.

And the first one is to just simply name one thing that you've done that felt easy and is impressive. Now, that doesn't mean it has to be something that was huge. Let's say even in fifth grade, you did a math test and it was really easy and your parents were really impressed with you or your teacher was really impressed with you and you can take that in.

Or maybe there's something that you do in your work to this day that you're really good at, that everybody's impressed. And you're like, yeah, it's easy for me. And you have that feeling of feeling ease, ease. Kind of like that Michael Jordan, maybe you've heard me use that example in the past before where, you know, he slam dunks the ball and he makes it look so easy.

Or even if you've ever seen figure skating where they're out on the ice and they make it look so easy. and it becomes so much easier to them with practice and getting good at it. But point being is that you want to make sure that you can link up, that you can have ease, and it can be impressive. That hardship doesn't have to be impressive, that ease can be impressive.

Because all too often the mind can skew things and you can see that Hardship gets linked up to impressive. Kind of like, you know, if you think about even working with people with their mind, this work is really amazing. And it's not hard for me to do, to coach people and notice they're doing it with a sense of ease.

Now, of course, again, it's going to take reinforcement, but my point again is linking up impressive with ease and further, what I really want to invite you to do is write down all of the reasons that it would be impressive and wonderful if your life was easy. And write down those reasons and really bring it in and feel that.

And I want to invite you to make sure to follow through with it. Just because so often people at a subconscious level, they do get it linked up, that hardship is really impressive. And so they never reach their full potential because. Their brain is busy attracting all of this hardship and hard problems and this and that and it gets exhausting and draining and then people never really again achieve their Potential of what they could be and by the way, I don't say potential is in a way of money Potential could be anything.

Potential to be an amazing, loving, happy father or mother, or potential to be an amazing, wonderful school teacher who makes it incredible and successful to teach students in a beautiful, wonderful, easeful way and feels good at it, or reaching your potential at whatever sport, or you have, but really fully being able to tap into that with even more ease and joy and love, because ultimately, if we feel like something is impressive, then we feel also that there's a sense of love around it.

And if we feel like it's not very impressive, if you know, if like, you know, Oh, well, hardship is more impressive than we feel like we'll get more love and connection, unfortunately. with hardship. And of course, you don't want to create a ton of that in your life. So again, just really being willing to look at this in a different way and feel genuinely like having a more easeful life that is in flow is impressive.

It's impressive because it means you're aligned with what it is that you're wanting. And it's impressive because it also means you have good energy and it's more in flow with what it is that you're doing again, aligned. And, and so you can write down All of those reasons and really take that in for you.

All right. So that said, it has been such a pleasure connecting with you. And I have to say, it's an interesting theme that's going on. What you may have noticed from past episodes are kind of like, you know, we'll go through a theme where it's kind of like, you know, maybe anger comes up or maybe hurt comes up.

Or we had a, a theme that it was a bit where people had unfortunately lost loved ones, or there were different. Specific challenges or people not being able to see what was going on and kind of negating their emotions and so that was the last few and The next few coming up with volunteer episodes are things that people have been doing with the mind that have actually really majorly linked up to Problems in their life and in their health and so you'll want to make sure you know Obviously if you're here, you're working with your mind and your energy and I would strongly recommend not missing the next few episodes just because these things are so common and Unfortunately as everybody's diving into working with the mind and you see all these people, you know creating apps of Mind programming who've never worked with the mind never really done anything with the mind But they're like I want to create an app and I've worked in technology So I'm gonna do that and the byproduct of that is not so good so it's great that people are getting more and more into mindfulness, but Unfortunately, a lot of people just really don't know what they're doing.

And, you know, they have good intentions, but it's backfiring. And so that is going to be coming up on the next few episodes. Make sure not to miss them. You know, share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, or somebody you don't even know, you know, the more empowered that every single person is in our world.
