Hello, and welcome to this week's quick IQ episode. where we talk about insights and questions. And today I want to share with you an insight regarding the feelings of not feeling good enough, just because all of the time I'll see people who've spent their whole lives struggling with these emotions. And trying to get rid of them.

And so I want to provide you with a few quick insights to help you to be able to look at the situation in a different way and look at how you can begin to truly transform this in your life. So what I want to share with you today are three powerful insights to help you to look at this in a different way and think about.

this pattern in a different way. All right. So starting with number one, which is the first and most basic foundational information, and it's this, is that every single thing that your brain does or feels it does so for a reason, every emotional pattern, everything, it's all programmed in. And so ultimately to get rid of this pattern, you'll want to make sure to shift your mind programming.

Because all too often what people will try to do is they just try to counteract it. They try to say, okay, well, I'm just going to bring in the feeling of confidence. And while that's great to bring in new positive patterns, the thing you want to keep in mind is that we can have mixed emotions. We have mixed emotions all of the time.

You know, for example, you could love somebody and also be mad at them at the exact same time, or part of you can really want to go out to dinner. And another part of you can want to stay home and you can have both of those emotions simultaneously. And so point being is that you can experience feelings of not feeling good enough and also feeling good enough at the exact same time simultaneously.

And so when you really look at the emotions of feeling not good enough, a lot of times to, to shift this, to really get it at its core, you will need to look at what is going on at a deeper level. And many times, of course, that can be feelings from the past of getting it programmed in, even at a young age of feeling not good enough.

Now, there are also very counterintuitive reasons, which leads us to the second insight. Now, what can happen with people? is they may vacillate between not feeling good enough. So feeling inferior and then feeling also superior, feeling a sense of righteousness or better than others. And so what happens is that if they're walking around going through life, feeling better than, better than this person, better than others, What happens is, of course, that's not going to be helpful for relationships.

It's not going to be helpful for connections, and it's not going to be helpful for relationships. It's not fully an integrity to be treating people in a condescending way. And so what will happen is this is a lot of times people will try to bring in feelings of feeling good enough, and then they feel the feelings of superiority, which aren't fully in integrity, aren't great for relationships.

And then what happens? is that they vacillate back to inferior and it goes back and forth. And so not only do you want to notice what your mind programming is from the past, you know, maybe feelings of feeling inferior, but also what happens when you step into feelings of feeling good enough. As you are feeling good enough, are you being a bit righteous or arrogant or superior or condescending towards others?

Or in some cases, I've seen people before where they have a sense of righteousness that they kind of just want to. take things from others. They feel like, well, I should be able to have the kids. I should be able to have this. I should be able to have that. And they, and they take. And so it becomes a feeling of being out of integrity.

And again, this person many times will vacillate between feelings of feeling not good enough and very inferior to feeling superior. And so that is another hangup spot that keeps people from truly transforming this pattern in something that I see all the time. Now, the third insight. is also another counterintuitive type of action that I see with people all of the time.

And it's this, you know, the third insight, it comes from a place of not fully understanding the mind a lot of times. So a lot of times when people try to bring in a feeling of feeling better about themselves, they may bring in false information that makes it harder to feel good about themselves or even reinforces feeling lesser than about themselves.

And let me give you an example, cause I know this one's a bit hard to explain, but something that I see that is very common is I'll see people who will want to feel better about themselves, want to step into their power, feeling good, feeling like they can heal themselves, change their lives, do all these things.

And I'll see people who maybe somewhere along the way, It brought in the awareness that they should bring in goddess energy to feel like a goddess. And in doing so, you know, they're wanting to feel maybe good enough or empowered, but a lot of times what happens is that they'll start bringing in the feeling, Oh, I'm a goddess, I'm a goddess and bringing in those feelings.

And then of course, then they spend their life being human and there's a part of their subconscious mind that then it reinforces the pattern. I'm not good enough. I'm only human. And I'll see people do this all the time. Now, of course, being human is amazing. I mean, when you stop and think about it for a moment, our thoughts help create our lives.

We can use our mind to heal our body. Being human is fricking amazing. So we don't need to bring in goddess. When we can bring in the fact that we're human and it's amazing and we just need a new awareness of what we as human beings are capable of and who we really are. Because when you stop and think about it for a moment, if you think about we're almost what, I don't know, 200 something episodes into this podcast and by now you've heard me take people of people's all kinds of different ailments to use their own mind, to heal their body, to release pain, to shift issues.

I mean, just so many things. And so what's beautiful is that we are amazing. And so that's the third insight is that I'll see people who will be doing something like that with their mind. And it can be a number of different things, but just a common one is bringing in the feeling of feeling like goddess energy.

And there's nothing wrong with it, you know, to each their own. And it's great, except for the fact that many times in most cases, it will end up reinforcing a subconscious pattern that says, I'm not good enough, I'm inferior, because a person's trying to bring in feelings of feeling maybe superior, or something that they're not, and instead of bringing in something like goddess energy, instead of that, you could bring in the awareness that you're human, and what, and who we really are, and what we are capable of, is truly incredible, and by the way, Even if you think about just for a moment, people, the volunteers, the beautiful volunteers on this podcast who have been able to create changes in their lives, I see that literally.

every day of my life. People who go through my workshops, my video course, all of the time, I see people healing themselves from truly incredible things, changing their lives, changing their relationships, their happiness, their joy, just everything. You know, again, just what we are capable of is truly incredible as we start to genuinely understand our minds.

And so that said, I wanted to share with you these insights to have you. Take a look inside of you. If you are experiencing this pattern, then understanding why you're feeling that and genuinely transforming your mindset, changing it, rewiring your subconscious mind so you radically feel differently, and maybe part of it has to do with really looking at human beings in a new way.

Because sometimes people have grown up with parents or people around them who may have had a saying of something like people are stupid or people are dumb or people don't know stuff or blah, blah, blah. And that is some type of programming that you may have had repeatedly in your life. And if so, then you'll genuinely want to transform it.

And of course, bringing in these awarenesses of how incredible we all really are can help you to do exactly that. Because if there's a part of you who does feel like people are stupid, people are not good enough, then subconsciously that will affect you also. It's like, if somebody says all people wearing blue shirts are stupid and they're wearing a blue shirt, then it creates a link in the subconscious mind.

You may not consciously be aware of it. But it occurs. So your feelings towards others and towards people in general can also impact you. And so I want to invite you to take a look at this in your life. And again, if this is a pattern for you, look at genuinely transforming it. And.
