Hello and welcome to today's quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today we have a really great question from a listener on getting stuck and getting unstuck. And also what. The hardest part of healing can be to create a change. And so I love that because as you may know, during my own injury, I was stuck for so many years and one of the biggest reasons had to do with misinformation had to do with falling into the wrong information, getting stuck there.

And the more I could see what I was doing wrong, the more it enabled me and empowered me to gain clarity on what I needed to do right to be able to heal myself. And it was absolutely pivotal. And so that's what I want to share with you in today's IQ episode is what are the reasons that people get stuck.

And I know by the way, me personally. I was there for many, many years. So I know what it feels like to just want to heal yourself. I know what it feels like to be stuck in pain, in illness, and just doing, willing to do whatever it takes to get results. And that's, that's where I was. And one of the issues that is actually growing in our world today is, as you probably know, misinformation.

And the more I became aware of what things could be, There were the wrong things and what to do. It was pivotal. I mean, it changed everything and enabled me to heal myself a hundred percent. And so I want to share a few of those things that are coming up because I see a growing amount, like it is growing exponentially.

And to give you one example. Is this, you know, if you've been working on healing yourself, you may have heard the phrase before, you know, raise your frequency. But I have a question for you. Did you know that cancer cells actually have a higher frequency than healthy cells? So they actually emit more bio photons, more energy, so the energy emissions can be higher from cancerous.

The non cancerous. And so my point is just that it's not just about raising your frequency, because, so that's not the answer. It's kind of like, would you want to just raise your heart rate? Well, no, too fast of heart rate can be a problem. So it's not about just raise your frequency or not. We really want to look at different emotions.

You know, if you think about it, a person could blush. feel a sense of embarrassment because maybe they get a compliment and they feel embarrassed and they blush. Or a person can blush because they feel humiliated and feel embarrassed. So it could be in a positive situation, if you will, or a negative situation, but either way they can blush.

They can, and so we can see the mind body connection, but it's even more specific than that. Like if we think about it for a moment, if you've heard of the placebo, you know, one person can take a fake pill and they're told that it's going to help with their IBS, irritable bowel syndrome. And it can. And another person can take the same exact pill, and they're told that it's going to cause a problem.

It could create a rash. Or, they're told that it's going to help with Parkinson's. And it can. My point is, communication between the mind and the body is very specific. It's not just about, Raise your frequency. We don't want to just raise our heart rate. We don't want to just rate like there's specifics.

And so what happens is I'll see people who have been consumed in the feeling of, you know, just raise your frequency, raise your frequency. And, and again, and by the way, I'll share this data here. So for anybody who is on video, here's an image right here where you can see research showing that bio photons, so energy of the body is actually higher for cancer cells.

than it is for non cancer cells. So my point is, I have seen people on the healing journey for a long period of time, just raise their, trying to focus on raising their frequency, raising their frequency, but it's not that, it's specific. So again, going back to different emotions can affect us in a different way.

You know, if somebody is embarrassed, it can be blushing. Whereas if somebody has a panic attack, racing heart, shortness of breath. So the mind is very specific. Or I even worked with a wonderful man who, Had this feeling, he felt like when his father died, he had the biggest hole in his heart. And he would say that he felt like he had a big hole in his heart.

And you know what he ended up with? He also had, physically, holes in his heart. That he worked on healing, and was able to resolve his issue from basically getting rid of the feeling of feeling like he had a major hole. So it's very specific, just like, you know, sexual thought, sexual physical response, or embarrassment.

Face turns red. I mean, we can see different ways that specific emotions affect the body. We're going back to placebo. We're nocebo. The mind body connection is very specific. So that's one thing. Now another thing that I see growing exponentially is this. Is people actually giving love to each other. To illness, like they go, Oh, we'll just send the illness love, but you don't want to do that.

It's like feeding a stray cat. If you feed a stray cat, what's going to happen? It's going to keep coming back. And of course I love cats and I would feed a stray cat. So that's a good analogy and also not a good analogy, you know, I'd feed any animal. But anyways, my point is, is that you don't want to give the illness love.

And this is what I've seen happen. Okay. Is it? For starters, you want to love you for you. You want to love you for being wonderful. You want to love you for being human. You, you don't need to be perfect. You want to learn to love yourself just for being you. Now, I've seen people who thought they, oh, you're supposed to give love to the illness.

What happens? They get stuck. Imagine if somebody loves themselves for illness. And another way to think about it is like this, is we could think about it in this term. The subconscious mind seeks positive rewards. To set, to put it in a very simple way. So maybe we've heard before that if a child doesn't get positive attention, they'll do what?

They'll get Negative attention. And it's not like children everywhere decide this. The subconscious mind says, Oh, well, if there's no positive attention, then they'll act out or get sympathy or whatever it is. Negative attention. And that's the subconscious mind. So if a person starts getting love for illness, and maybe you've seen that before in life where somebody will, you know, they, they are ill and they want to get love and attention for sickness.

Now, what's happening is that some people are giving themselves love and attention for illness. But you don't want to link that up. Love and attention just for being happy, wonderful, amazing, you. You don't have to be perfect, but you want to train your brain that you don't need illness. By the way, I've seen some people also who are very hard on themselves, very critical of themselves, mean to themselves.

If they have illness, they'll be nice to themselves and loving to themselves because they've trained themselves. Do you think their body wants to get rid of illness? So imagine if you picture somebody critical of themselves, feels bad about themselves, mean to themselves, judgmental towards themselves when they're healthy.

But if they're sick, they're kind to themselves, nice to themselves, loving to themselves, send love to the illness, all of that. What happens? Do you think their subconscious mind wants to get rid of illness? It doesn't. And so part of what I'm seeing in misinformation is people saying, Oh, we'll just give love to the illness.

Send love to the illness, which I've seen keeps people from healing themselves because then the body doesn't want to get rid of illness. After all, it'd be getting rid of love. And so the body wants to hold on the love. Cause we need love, you know, we've heard that before, you know, we need love and connection.

And so that's another thing. And so my point being is just when we stop and think about it for a moment, we want to be very practical and think about how the mind works to Before we get caught in misinformation, and that is one of the things that really helped me to heal myself, is by starting to realize that there were, there was so much misinformation.

And one of the things that was pivotal for me was this, was the placebo. You know, initially I thought the placebo worked. Because of belief. I thought, okay, well, we just have to believe. We have to believe. We have to believe. So I spent literally years of my injury forcing myself to believe I was already healed, believing I was already healed, telling people I'm healing, I'm healing, like committing to my family.

I'm going to be healed and healthy. And, and just, I just had to believe it and be grateful for it and visualize it. And I did that and forced and forced and forced and did that for years because I thought it was all about the belief. And when it wasn't working, I said, okay, well, wait a second. I have to understand this.

And so, as I started researching neuroscience and deeper into the medical journals, I found something called an open label placebo, which is exactly like it sounds. Open label. So, both the doctor and the patient both know that it's fake. So, it is open label. They both know it is a fake treatment and it still works.

And I was like, what? Wait a second here. What? It still works? Well then clearly it doesn't have to do with belief. And in fact, the first study on the open label placebo was done in like the 1960s. I think it was like 1965 and it was from researchers from Johns Hopkins. And so when I started reading through their research, it even turned out, some people didn't like people did not believe that it was a treatment and it still worked.

And so that's, that's my point is, is I want to share with you is this. I was able to heal myself because I stopped getting sucked into the misinformation. I stopped getting sucked into, like, basically after things didn't work and didn't work and didn't work and didn't work, I started saying, wait a second, I need to understand this.

And so I started, Logically putting the pieces together. And so that's what I want to invite you to look at in your life. And the reason being is because as you've probably heard, even in politics and life in general, misinformation is expanding in a huge way. And that is so true with healing and more and more and more.

I mean, going back to the same examples that I gave, you've probably heard increasing your frequency. And again, if you look at medical journals on energy of the body, Cancer can have higher frequency levels. And so you start to realize, well, wait a second here. And you just start to realize, hey, wait, information is different than you think it is.

And, or even belief. I mean, I've personally, had people who really were shocked to hear about the open label placebo. They thought the healing was all about belief and then they heard about the open label placebo and they were shocked. So, I mean, just that's what I want to invite you to do is make sure that everything you're doing makes logical sense because so often there's more to it.

And, um, I mean, I could go on and on and about. Ways that, uh, ways that misinformation is perpetuating the problem. And another example is that patterns can show up that we don't realize. And, and let me give you an example. Let's say, maybe you've heard this before. Maybe, let's say there's a young child who experiences a feeling of rejection.

And then a loving adult comes by and says this, That's okay. They're jealous. You're just better than they are. What happens in that moment? Well, what happens is they got rejected, you know, they got rejected and then they got superiority linked up to it. So, what can happen with this pattern is it can affect somebody's health.

If they feel like, oh, they got rejected and then, oh, I'm just better than them, that feeling can go away. creates a hurt inside, but the pattern can perpetuate. And you'll even see maybe on social media or different areas where people say, Oh, if he didn't deserve you, or if he, if he left you, don't worry, there's something out there better.

You're just better than that. And so what happens is it's the same pattern showing up in a different way. Now that might sound confusing for some people, so let me unpack this a little further. If we think about how the brain works, our patterns repeat. So the example you hear me use all the time is this, is, uh, repetition, compulsion, reenactments, or, you know, a simple example, unfortunately, a woman may have an abusive father who leaves him and finds the abusive.

Boyfriend, boss, spouse, etc, etc. So the pattern can continue. And so with that pattern continuing, now notice what I said, she leaves the abusive father, ends up with the abusive boyfriend, boss, spouse, dog, kid, like I have literally seen it show up in so many different ways and that's part of what makes it confusing.

And so the pattern though perpetuates in different ways. And so if we take this same pattern. where somebody maybe has a feeling of, you know, rejected as a kid and an adult, loving adult comes by and says, don't worry, they're jealous. You're just better than they are. What can happen is that people can then have that pattern going on through their life.

Maybe in work, they feel like, well, I'm just better than people. I get rejected because they just don't understand me. Or, um, or going back to again, Facebook, social media posts or whatnot that says, well, if he left you, he just wasn't good enough for you. It means there's something better. So the pattern continues.

Now of course, there can absolutely be something better, but we want to look at and we want to realize there's a pattern that's perpetuating. We want to really shift the pattern. And that's the beautiful thing is when you really shift the pattern, it becomes pivotal. It's life changing. And so my point is, is notice there's a depth to the information.

And so that's what I'm hoping that you get from this. I know what it feels like. I was six and a half, almost seven years looking for the answer to healing. And when you're in, like I was in extreme pain, injured, my entire life was falling apart. If you know my story, it was, it was hard. And of course I've seen others who've had much worse.

So I don't want to say mine was the worst in the world. It wasn't, but it was bad. And the more. You know, when I was doing all the things, the meditation, the positive thinking, the, the binaural beats, the frequencies, the belief, the affirmation, all of the things, raising the vibration, white light, you know, all of the things, I was trying everything.

But when I really started to understand my own mind and how it worked, and also understand and put logic to the things that I was falling into, I started, you know, Then gaining clarity and empowerment and saying, Oh, now I understand it. And just like anything, you know, the more we understand it, the more we empower ourselves.

If it's like a computer, if you don't know what you're doing on a computer, it can feel so annoying. Okay. But if you know how to use something, you go through and it can be your best friend. It can be easy. It can help you get your job done, your day done. It can be so productive. And the same is true with your mind.

Is it the more you understand how and why it works? It's amazing. I have seen people, of course, heal themselves all of the time, heal themselves, change their lives, create amazing relationships, amazing businesses, money, success, happiness, joy, love. I mean, so many things. And so that's the point is. Don't just go through the motions.

Don't fall into the misinformation, but instead make a point to understand your mind, because the more that you do, the more you empower yourself, your health, your life, your happiness, your relationships, everything. And so that's the insight that I want to give you is look for the depth. Now, by the way, this may in some ways seem logical and.

I can tell you that I have worked with so many people where they start, when they start seeing the consciousness, where they start seeing things in a new way, they have that aha that's just like, Oh my gosh, like now I get it. Now I can do this. That pivotal moment where they see with even more clarity.

And again, That was mine also. The more I got how the brain worked, the more it changed everything. And that's the whole reason. I mean, literally been able to take people back to back to back to back and show them how to release pain and heal themselves and get results under medical equipment. The only reason that I'm able to do that and show and demonstrate back to back to back results is because.

It makes logical sense. Like I understand it and my hope is that everybody learns to understand their own mind. So that's my emphasis. That's the insight for today. Not to get sucked into the misinformation. Or if you notice yourself being nicer to yourself or being kind to yourself. And by the way, sometimes the way that'll show up is this, is somebody might feel guilty.

Forgetting a massage if they weren't sick or doing things for themselves. They feel like they should be spending the money on the kids or whatever else. And so it's like, if somebody's sick, they feel like they have an excuse to be nice to themselves, to be caring or giving to themselves or even nice or not beat themselves up.

If they're sick, but if they're not, then they feel guilty for getting a massage, or guilty for taking time for themselves, or whatnot. And so, point being, is that if you notice any of these patterns in your own life, I want to invite you to see if you can also change this. So you are giving yourself love just for being you.

That you're not being nice to yourself just because you're sick, but you're being nice to yourself Because it's wise, because it is the right thing to do. Because the more you're nice to yourself and kind to yourself, the more you can flourish. And so that energy is what you really want. So just food for thought on how you can really take this information and implement it into your life and expand your awareness.
