My name is Brandy Gillmore, and after recovering from my own life-changing injury, it's become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire. Hello and welcome to this week's quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today I wanna share with you a quick insight about the subconscious mind and how layers can work in your mind to keep you stuck and that you want to observe different layers in your subconscious mind.

Make a transformation. Now, by the way, if you are somebody who has been working with your mind for a long period of time, then likely, you know by now there can be layers. It can feel like peeling onions, so to speak, where there's different layers. Now, the great thing is, is that if you are doing it right, Then every layer that you remove, you feel better.

You feel more alive. Incredible. If you are genuinely making that transformation. So that's the great thing. You don't have to wait till you get to the the center layer to feel great to create healing results. You know, actually, even if you think about last week's, Episode where I work with our beautiful volunteer, her nickname would that she goes by is a princess, but as I worked with her, if you recall, she had a level a hundred of pain in her face.

I mean her, she was just experiencing so much pain and she changed it, which was beautiful. I mean, she was making the change, really feeling differently. . And as she was, you could hear she was laughing. She was more alive, just sweet. And it was just, you could hear the transformation in her voice and in herself.

And of course her paint. She was able to get it down to a zero. Now, what I also wanna highlight though, is if you think about it, there was a place in that episode where she said something to the effect of, well, I shouldn't do that. I was raised better than that. And my point for bringing it up is that it.

A layer. And so even on the last episode at the time when she mentioned that, I've of course said, you know, you don't wanna shame yourself. Okay? So I, I stopped it right there and said, wait, wait. Don't, don't, don't shame yourself. Okay? But that's one thing. And I continued moving forward with helping her to release the pain.

But this is the point that I wanna bring to you today, is if you think about that very thing that was a layer in her subconscious mind, meaning this, you know, that voice that says you were raised better than. A lot of times comes from childhood. Maybe a parent saying, I taught you better than that, or I raised you better than that.

You're not supposed to do that, and that is that parent's voice in your subconscious mind. And so the insight that I want to bring to you today, Is exactly that is a few things is first and foremost, yes. When I work with people on the podcast, we are working towards how to get results, how to create and see a shift and a change and release pain and, and get the body in a healing state and, and get there, right?

And as you can see from this very example, There are always layers underneath. So that's the insight that I wanna share with you in today's quick IQ episode, is to think about those layers and to genuinely make that change. Now, another piece of the insight that I wanna share with you is this, is that. In that episode, we didn't have to address this childhood pattern to help her to get results.

So notice her pain went away and she can keep it away as long as she continues to reinforce that new way of thinking. Okay, so she can get results and also, She'll want to make sure to clear out the layers because as you clear out the layers, it clears up other areas of your life as well. You feel better, you feel even more alive, so it becomes even more life changing.

And so, That is another key point just because I'll see people all the time who think, okay, well, to heal or to be able to get any results with my health, I have to go through every single layer I could ever find. And they go that journey. They go to the childhood first, and they're digging up every little thing from childhood.

Meanwhile, their health is continuing to suffer. Their life is continuing to suffer. They're having a lot of aches, pains, frustrations. Instead, if you do it in a different way, If you instead address the now first, you can start feeling better, getting rid of pain, and you can also continue to grow and continue to get rid of layers and transform.

So that is key and. It is a powerful insight. I can tell you that all the time. I've seen people who have been on their healing journey 10, 20, 30, 40 years who have been stuck in layers, and then I pointed to them and said, Hey, go in the different direction first and get some results. Then also make sure to address the layers, and it was life changing instead of struggling with pain and with illness through layer after layer after layer.

Instead, they were feeling invigorated alive, getting rid of pain, feeling good. Their health is better, they're making progress, they're doing all these things. And of course then they're working on layers from a different place. And so it's just pivotal doing it in a different way. And you, between the last episode in this episode, you can see clearly why doing it in a different, Is key.

During my injury, I realized I had to start doing it in a different way on so many levels to be able to get results. So that is key. Making sure to do that in a different way and keeping in mind that this insight in some ways is simple. And it's also profound. I mean, it has saved so many people, years of struggle and going in the wrong direction to actually getting results.

And this has been one of the keys of just doing things in a different way. So with this information, I wanna invite you. To notice if there is a way that you are treating yourself, that might be like your mom or your dad, where maybe you're hard on yourself or critical of self, or mean to self, or maybe even dismissive of self, or not treating yourself with respect or feeling like you're important, whatever that is, and I want to lovingly invite you to embody that today, to start really creating that shift.

In the here and now, and feeling that, embodying that and bringing in that new way of being and feeling, and. Of course, making sure to address that layer as well from childhood.
