Most people don't realize that this time – right now – will be one of the most pivotal points in their life (energetically) which, of course, will manifest into their health and life in a variety of different ways.

That statement likely sounds odd to a lot of people. However, that was the case for today's volunteer, Mirka. And it's something I am seeing more and more.

Mirka was experiencing physical issues, and unbeknownst to her, it had to do with current events in our world (even though she had been  avoiding the news and stressful circumstances around her). But, as you will see in today's episode, sometimes the  things we are avoiding are the things that are affecting us deep within. 

If you stop and think about how much our mind affects our health and life, and then you think about the things that have been going on in our world around us, you can see that this will manifest in people's life in one way or another (unless it is cleared) BUT, unfortunately, many people will want to avoid even looking at it until it manifests in their life… which is what today's episode is about: identifying the negative energy that you have been avoiding and freeing yourself from it – before it manifests in your life.
