135: Stepping Out Of The “Hurt Parts” And Into Your Strength

Today's volunteer, Jeanette, has been experiencing chronic pain and a lot of common emotions such as feelings of hurt and concern for others, as well as, frustration and feeling pissed off and stubborn. So there's a variety of different emotions she's vacillating between preventing her from moving forward and releasing her pain. And what's so beautiful is while working through creating shifts in her mind with Brandy, she emerges into empowerment – feeling into her strength in a very beautiful way.
