All the time, Brandy hears from people who have spent the majority of their lives struggling to overcome childhood patterns that have had a significant impact on their lives. These can be patterns of wounding or hurt or abandonment or alcoholism, or any other trauma or hurt that was strong in childhood. And many times, when people experience these types of traumas, it can impact them for a lifetime, but that doesn't have to be the case.

As you will see in today's episode, if you're willing to start looking at them in a different way, this simple action can be a powerful step in the right direction to break through the chains of our past and create a life full of happiness, hope & empowerment–a future filled with love instead of pain!

The more she releases, the more she starts to let go of the negative energy, and the more it uplifts her health and energizes her.
