Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I love that you are here. Today's episode is really powerful and also mind expanding. You know, there are some powerful things that you really want to remember and learn, but As we wrap up with 2020, you know, you've probably heard before that we can all learn from our challenges or grow from them.
And for a lot of people, the year 2020 was quite challenging and there are certain things that we can really learn and like a message from 2020 that we can take away. And that's part of what I want to talk about. today is that message and what that looks like. You know, the reality of it is, is that some of it really has to do with being able to protect your mind and your own energy for several reasons, really.
I mean, the reality of it is, is that while I know that the year 2020 has been really challenging for a lot of people, I can tell you that the people that I'm coaching with, I can tell you they've had a better year financially than they And they did last year. And not only that, they've continued to heal themselves, take their lives, their happiness to the next level, despite what's been going on in the world.
And, as we talked about in the last episode, it's not about not seeing or avoiding pain. Things and just pretending like things don't exist and so we're gonna also dive back into that as well You know, if you remember from the last episode, I was working with our volunteer Lorraine who has several different health issues I mean 11 health issues and her health has continued to decline Even though she's been studying metaphysics for well over 20 years So she knows That our thoughts help create our lives and that they help heal our body and her health has continued to decline.
She has her relationships have been painful and abusive and you know, she's been through a lot even though She's known of the power of the mind for well over two decades. And, unfortunately, that's where a lot of people are, is that even though they know of the power of the mind, their life still isn't working for them on one area or another, or just in general.
It's not going the way they want it to go. And so we were talking about, you know, some of the things, if you recall from the last episode, um, we were talking about things that people do with the mind that is not only not helpful, but it actually creates or reinforces the problems, even with their health.
And also a reminder from the last episode, when I was working with Lorraine, of those 11 different ailments, we chose just two things to start working on, because those were kind of most important to her. And one being her eyes, because everything was blurry, at a level eight. And you know, she's frustrated with that.
She can't see, she can't drive and do the things she wants to do. And so that was one of her biggest concerns. And today we're going to continue working with her eyes because those needed a bit more work. And so we're going to just continue the session here. Uh, the other thing we had been working on was her shoulder and there had been a lot of pain in her shoulder.
in her shoulder where she had to use her other arm to be able to even lift her arm. Um, and so if you recall that we worked with her shoulder as well. And now she's lifting it just fine. She's doing great with it, which is awesome. And of course she's the one who did it. I just coached her and it was really beautiful.
So if you You missed the last episode. I would highly recommend starting that part first and then coming into this part, which is just the remainder of the session where we actually work with her eyes to help her to be able to see clearly again. And so that's where we're going today. The other thing to remember is that with her shoulder, the key thing we had been working with to create that shift was her strong belief.
in karmic debt. And that was the issue that was really stuck with her shoulder. And so even if you recall from the last episode, she was getting rid of the belief of karmic debt. So she was working on shifting it out. And then there was this moment where she brought the idea back in. And as soon as she did the pain shot back up and she was like, ow, okay, which isn't good.
But it was great that her body was giving her that feedback. So she could see that, in fact. That her belief and her mindset about karmic debt was actually what was linked to the very pain and problems that are going on in her physical body. And so, that's where we're going today, is we're going to be jumping back in to that second half.
of the session, right in the middle of it, where we're working with her eyes. Something else you'll want to keep in mind is you'll want to remember that there was a strong feeling of stubborn. So we had talked about that on the last episode. And I have to say, I get it. I, when I was going through my injury, was very stubborn.
And so she's got some of that edge as well, and she's pushing through it, so we're doing a bit of a push right here, but she's just amazing with her energy. as we step into it. So that's where we're going. And of course, along the way, we'll touch on key insights for you to be able to really implement. in your life as well.
So that said, here we go with Lorraine.
Okay. So along with the phrase of spiritual debt, there's also a feeling of almost a feeling like life is punishing you. Can you see that? Yes. Yeah. And if I ask you how much you can find the feeling of feeling like life is punishing you, how much would you say that is? How much you can find that feeling?
I wouldn't, uh, I mean, you've used the word punish.
Well, I have a question. If I told you that I'm going through karmic debt, how much do I feel like I'm experiencing punishment? Yes. Yes. Yes. Correct. Then I, you know, then when, if it's karmic debt, I've been, I've done something in my previous lives or my ancestors line that I'm carrying down and I'm being, uh, by being a good person and putting up with all the S H I T of these people.
I've been, uh, uh, again, I mean, I use the word, uh, I, I won't come across that same person again in a reincarnation because I have, I mean, I can't think of any other words. I'm giving you back in, in good deeds. So why, what more do you want from me?
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment, because this is a really powerful insight. Even if you're somebody who isn't so much linked to karmic debt, exactly. You know, a few things, you know, what she just said is she said that, you know, at least it was a good deed and then you would, she would be left alone in the future, like, what else could you want from me?
She's done a good deed by taking on this karmic debt. Okay, so when you stop and kind of pull this apart for a moment It's basically like saying that it's a good deed to take on bad things And that it's also going to keep her safe and protect her in the future And so when you stop and think about it, you don't want to link that things like that up in your mind.
And even if you're not somebody who has that strong belief in quote unquote karmic debt and all of that, this can show up in different ways. For example, in my own life, I had a link. to punishing, um, it growing up from my childhood and, you know, I, of course, deleted that, but it was something to the effect of, like, my, my mother had, she would look at kids that were, you know, out of control and she would say, somebody needs to punish them.
They are not getting punished. Somebody needs to punish them. So in my head, I linked up somehow that if I got punished, that it was making me a good person. And that it would keep me safe from being out of control. Like, eek! Okay, so I had to delete that because the problem was, is that I wanted to be a good person.
And so, I felt like, then, to maintain being a good person, I had to always be punishing myself for nothing and anything. You know, really, literally. And, of course, I realized that I wasn't. I could just be a good person without the punishment and that was a lot easier. So, but either way, point being is that this can get linked up in a variety of different ways that actually can wreak havoc on your life.
Anything from karma to just linking up things that are negative as being a positive. All right. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Lorraine.
If I didn't give you what you needed in previous lives, and in a way I've come back in this life and you choose your partner, you choose your parents, you choose your siblings. before you even give birth. Um, Yes. Yes. But it happens different than that. So yes, you use your parent. Yes. You choose your parents.
Like your, your parents are a vibrational match, but it doesn't work that way. It's not a dead. It's, um, it's a pattern. Like when you exit with a certain pattern, you enter with those patterns. Oh, okay. So the best way to describe it is this. If we use. Um, if we use like an old radio station, right? Radio stations, like if you think of a country radio station, okay, a country song is going to play on a country radio station, right?
A rap song is going to play on a rap station, right? That make sense? Oh, yeah, but you can have rap in a country playing on a normal station. Yeah, but, okay, let's use a different example, okay? So, if you have A, I'm going to use, okay, so if you put on channel 10 on your TV, then you're going to get what's coming through on channel 10, right?
Correct. You're tapped into that channel. Yeah. Okay. If you turn on channel three, you're going to get what's coming through on channel three, right? Because you're tapped into that channel. Right? Yes. Okay. So they're different frequencies. Yes. So, okay. Or even like a cell phone. If you're on a cell phone.
Signal with one thing. So we're on different frequencies or, um, Wi Fi. You can get into your network or a different network. So there's different things that we can tap into. Yes. Now what happens is this, is let's say that you ended your last lifetime feeling like everybody was hurting you. Yeah. and they were mean to you, right?
Okay. By the way, if I ask you how much you felt like your family was mean to you in this lifetime, how much have you felt that way in this life? I would feel as a Unfair. Unfair. Unfair. They're trying to throw shit on me and I, and they can't find it so they make it up. Okay. But the things they've done to me is not very nice.
Okay. So not very nice. Right. So we'll call it a not very nice. Um, give me one second. Bingo. We'll call it unfair. I'd say it's the, it's, it's the word, I feel, I feel. Wait, wait, I'm going to ask you to not go more into that feeling because I don't want to bring stuff back, okay? So we don't want to feed negative energy, so I'm going to ask you to breathe.
So we'll look at it, but we don't want to feed it, okay? So notice the difference between looking at it and feeding it, okay? So we want to look at a problem, but we don't want to fuel the problem. Does that make sense? Yes. Okay. Yes. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe, right?
So let's go ahead and pause it just for a very quick moment because this is really key. Notice what I just said to her is you want to be able to look at the problem, but not feed the problem. So that's the goal is you want to be able to transform your life and to do that you have to take the negative and transform it.
Into the positive and so you'll need to look at it But you want to make sure of course not to fuel the problem and you'll notice by the way Even as we continue on there are certain places where I'll interrupt her where she's actually starting to talk about the problem She'll say my husband did this or my double did this and she'll start to fuel it and you'll notice I interrupt her really quickly You know, I'm like, hey, maybe stop and the reason is because if Of course, she continues to fuel the problem, will never get the results.
And so, that's where I have to stop her and say, Wait a second, don't go there, and, and interrupt. Okay, but that's the point in your life that you'll want to take away. A lot of the times, the things that people do with the mind, not just this karmic debt piece, which we've seen even was linked to her shoulder pain and all of that, you know, with karmic debt, but a lot of things that people do in working with the mind, whether it's spirituality or a lot of different things, they're actually reinforcing a problem or creating other issues in the mind because they're not working with it.
in the right way. And so I'll explain more about that as we come up. And I got to tell you, we're also going to go into past lives, which is not something that I would normally do just because of course I can go really, really woo woo. Um, but I try to keep everything grounded and I'll explain kind of why that is.
Coming up but that's where we're going a bit about past lives And then we're gonna unpack things even more as we continue on. So let's dive back in with Lorraine
Okay. Now if I look at how many lifetimes you have felt like you were treated unfair I get that You're a bit of an old soul. Yes. Bingo. Give me one second. Yep. Give me one sec. Give me one sec. I'm still counting. Give me one second. Hold on. Bingo. This is lifetime number 29 with that same pattern. Okay. 29.
Okay. So this is the thing, is if you keep this whole pattern again where everybody's unfair to you. You're not paying some type of karmic debt. Instead, you're feeling the whole feeling of everybody being unfair to you. Then at the end of this lifetime, if you don't get rid of it, it's going to then come with you into the next lifetime, which means that you have to be able to pick a situation where you again, come in and feel like it's not fair.
Does that make sense? Yes. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I want you to realize just like patterns in life continue throughout our lifetime, the pattern also continues throughout our lifetimes. And so it just keeps going, right? So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
And the problem is, is that we're going to go into another place, okay? So the problem is this. I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to look at things in a different way. Okay. Can you do that? Yes. Okay. So I want you to notice, so you know that patterns happen in people's lives, right?
Correct. Okay. Okay. Now, if you expand that awareness. Patterns happen across lifetimes. So this pattern has been going on and on and on and on through one lifetime, two lifetimes, blah, blah, blah, blah, 29 lifetimes, right? Yeah. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you if you're willing to change it.
Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. I'm going to ask you if you're willing to change it. Now this is the problem. Okay. So this is the problem with your, how you're seeing things. You're seeing them as karmic debt that if you just pay your dues, it won't happen in the next lifetime. But that's exactly opposite.
of the truth. And you could see that your shoulder pain even went away when we were changing that. What's true is that if you keep feeling this way and feeling this way and feeling this way, not only is it going to create health issues, but it also continues the pattern. So the pattern happens more and more and more and more and more.
Does that make sense? Yes. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. Great job with your energy. And I'm going to mirror this to you, okay, if I said I'm in karmic debt, how much do I feel like life is punishing me? That's a hard one for me to, um, in my mind say that it's a punishment. It's, it's, um, an opportunity.
not for it to reoccur in, in, in a future life. That's Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you if you're willing to look at things different. It's not an opportunity. Yes. Great. Ask you to breathe. Great job with your energy.
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick insight. Notice that she just said that it's an opportunity. for this to not happen in a future life. Now, ultimately what she's saying is it's also going to be protecting her. So there's so many different emotions that are linked to this, like a feeling like she mentioned, you know, we pick our parents and stuff like that.
So there's a punishment from past lives. There's also an opportunity. There's a feeling of it being a good deed, as she mentioned previously. Also keeping your safe from it's not going to happen in past lives. So notice for a moment, there are many emotions linked to this. And the reason I say that, and I point this out is because a lot of times when there's a shift taking place, if the more things that there are attached to it and connected to it, the more things you really need to change towards that specific link.
Issue and so that's where we'll notice She's a bit stuck right here, even where she's still holding on to it And so of course as I dive in I'm gonna push a little bit harder to really get her to shift this because I want Her to be able to see that she can shift her eyes And so that's where we're going is we're gonna talk even more about the specifics And by the way, really quickly as we dive back in if you do have younger kids who, um, are still very connected to Santa Claus.
Um, this next segment is a little revealing. And so you would not want to have them overhear this next segment, just FYI. But otherwise it's a very powerful segment. We just use an example in there of Santa Claus. So just didn't want to ruin anything for anybody who might be in that type of belief system.
So. Anyway, that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Lorraine.
And I want you to realize as you look around, so I want you to just feel around and realize there is no such thing as Santa Claus. No, there's no such thing as Santa Claus. And there is no such thing. As cosmic bitch. Bingo. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And so if I ask you in your house, zero to ten, how much karmic debt is there in your house?
After he's gone, none. With him, absolutely none. Wait, wait, wait. With him. Okay, so notice for a moment. You're holding onto it. That's, that's like, watch this. If I said, how much do you expect Santa Claus to come down your chimney? He's not gonna come because he's not real. Bingo. So if I ask you, how much karmic debt is in your house, what would you say?
None. None, because it's not real. Yeah. Okay, so just for a moment, I'm gonna ask you that again. So, how much karmic debt is in your house? None. None. Why? Because it doesn't exist. Because it doesn't exist. Great job with your energy. So I'm going to ask you to breathe for a moment and realize that your husband wasn't karmic debt.
What was he? He was part of the wounding that you've had. Bingo. Bingo. If I ask you how much you feel like he loved you, how much would you say that is? Zero. I think it's jealousy. Zero, right? And if I ask you in your life, how much you have felt like Unloved. How much have you felt unloved? Plenty. Plenty for me.
Exactly. So, so the thing of it is, he was the pattern. Okay. Okay? He was the pattern. So watch this. As if I said, I feel unloved, I feel unloved, I feel unloved. By the way, I got into a relationship where I felt unloved. See we wasn't karmic debt. He was part of the pattern. Yep. Can you see it? Someone said to me, someone said to me.
That I had married my mother, I must have been about 50, 55 years old. She was a social worker, psychologist. Give me a second. Give me a second. Give me one second. I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Thank you. I would say if I look at age six. Yes. There's a feeling of feeling like nobody in your family loves you. Can you see that? I know it was very early in life, but I couldn't put an age to it. Maybe, you know, I don't remember, but, um Okay, but if I asked you to notice Yes. Do you remember feeling like Nobody loves me as a kid, I felt unfairly treated okay to my siblings by my mother.
Okay. At that young age. But wait a sec, so that's unfair. Yes. Okay. And if I ask you how much you felt loved as a kid, did you feel loved or unloved? Unloved. Okay. Now that's a different pattern. Okay. Unfair is different than unloved. Okay, and so the pattern with your husband is there's more of a feeling of feeling unloved and towards your family there's more of a feeling of feeling unfair.
Can you see that? Yes. How clearly can you see it? Very clearly.
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. I love that she's starting to get even more clarity. You know, she can see the patterns clearly, and that is powerful. That's what you want because that distinction really does matter. And even notice as we were talking, it wasn't that, Herb family was mean to her.
It was a specific feeling of feeling unfair. And to some people, that may seem like a very small distinction. Oh, people being mean to you or people being unfair to you. Oh, it's all the same. Not when you're working with the mind or energy or healing or manifesting. No, it's not. That's completely different and a hugely different result in the body for health, a major difference in life for manifesting.
I mean, it's light years apart. And so that's what you want to keep in mind is you really want to get specific to create changes in your mind. You know, even if I'm just working with somebody with a general sense, a lot of people will think that fear and afraid. Or the same type of thing. Fear and Afraid are so different.
It's like Channel 3 and Channel 50. They're so different. You know, even how they link up in the mind is radically different. And how to unlink them from the mind is radically different. And the way they show up. I mean. There's a lot of differences or distinction between the patterns. It's, it's important and it's key as you're working with your mind and healing.
And the easiest way to really illustrate this is really if you imagine a musician, you know, this is the analogy that I love to use is that if you have a musician who's playing a guitar, maybe. And you say, Oh, well, the D note is the exact same thing as an F sharp. They would be like, no, that's radically different.
And so the same is true in working with. Your mind is, you want to get really acutely aware of what it is that's going on, not so you can fuel it, but so you can transform it and shift it. And, as a reminder, Lorraine and I had already talked in depth about wanting to make sure to look at the patterns. And so we did that at the first part of the session, which was on the last episode, we've talked about, you know, you really do want to look at your patterns to be able to transform them.
And so that of course is where we're going to continue to go as I dive back in. With Lorraine.
Very clear. Okay. So to me, you to, to me, those are major distinctions. To feel unloved is much different than to feel unfair. Okay. So, but, and so we can go down that whole rabbit hole and that's a whole nother thing. But the point that I want to make is this, is that your husband wasn't karmic debt. Yes, I get your point, but he was unfair and Unloved.
I felt a very unfair person as well as unloved by him. He, um, selfish to the bone. Okay. So, uh, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe for a moment.
And I'm going to ask you, here we go. So, why did you attract that? Because it was a pattern from a young child, which I did not realize until much later. Great, so I'm going to ask you to breathe.
And I'm going to ask you, if you've known for over 20 years that your thoughts help create your life, when are you going to implement it? As of now. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you, are you willing to follow me? Yes. In a different direction. Yes, okay. I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
So, how much karmic debt do you have with your husband in your house? Zero. Zero. I'm gonna ask you to breathe and ask you again. How much karmic debt do you have in your house? Zero. Great. How much karmic debt do you have around you? Zero. Zero. I'm gonna ask you breathe?
And if you look at patterns, could you face patterns and change patterns? I don't know how to do that now, in the sense with the, with the, you know, relationships. Okay, but, but, but, I don't, I know that you don't know how to do it yet, but then it's possible, right? Yes. Okay, great. So I'm going to ask you to take that in.
It's possible. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you, are you willing to do things differently? Yes. Great. I'm going to ask you to take that in. And how much is life punishing you with karmic debt? Zero. Zero. Zero. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. All right. So I'm going to ask you to look and notice your eyes, and notice the level of blurry.
What's the level? I would say there has been a shift. I can see a little bit more clearly, but, um, Great. Great. Yeah. Great. Great. So a little bit better. Not a lot, but a little, right? It's a bit better. Yes. It's a bit better. Great job with your energy. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. So it's a bit better, right?
Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you to notice, are your old beliefs what you want to hold on to? Or are you willing to hold on to new beliefs and see even your husband, your late husband in a different way, and your family, your patterns, and realize karmic dad's BS. Yes. Yes, I'm willing to see things differently and willing to see things differently.
Bring it in.
Great job with your energy. I'm going to push a little bit more. Okay. So you're willing to see things differently? Yes. Great. And by the way, can you take in these new spiritual beliefs? This new awareness, now out of curiosity, so I'm going to ask you to breathe and I want you to notice. Like, even when you look at your husband and you realize that was a pattern and patterns from your childhood and, and then you can clear those up and then patterns.
You can clear those up, which is really freaking exciting, right? It is. But I need to know how. But wait a second, but this is how. First and foremost, right now, we're clearing up a pattern right now. So how. It means we have an epiphany. It means we marinate on it. It means we have to feel differently. Does that make sense?
Okay, so the first step of how is Taking in this awareness at a deeper level. So can you realize just for a moment? Your husband was not karmic dad That's all BS and that he was the pattern and you can change patterns moving forward, which is awesome I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Take that feeling in.
I'm gonna say that again. Your husband was not You karmic debt. It was those patterns from childhood that showed up. And now you can change them. And we'll talk about how, like, you can do that and all that, but right now what you need to know is that you can change it. You can have an even better life.
You're not stuck with all this karmic debt. You're not stuck with any of that. You can change it. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. I'm gonna say that again. You're not stuck with any of this karmic debt, blah, blah, bs. It's not even true. Delete, delete, delete, delete, delete. Not even true. you can change it. You can change it.
I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. Great. I'm gonna ask you to look at your level through your eyes. What's your level? Blurry? It's blurry but it is improving, I would say. Yes. What's your level? I would say a seven, six, not an eight anymore. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. I have about a, about a five, but we'll, bingo, five, um, bingo, I have a five, about a five in there, so give me one second.
So we'll go with six. Great job with your energy. So you see it's improving, right? Yes, it is improving. Okay. So I want you to think about this for a moment. That means you're shifting your energy in a positive way, right? Would you agree? Yes. So if somebody shifts their energy. And their eyesight starts improving, or they're shifting their energy and their pain goes away.
Would you say that's the direction they need to go? Yes. Yes, right? Okay, so we're just going to push for a couple more minutes. We're going to see how you can get it, okay? And then I'm going to ask you to work on it and continue to bring it in, okay? But I want you to do your absolute best. That's shifting your energy, okay?
So here we go. Alright, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Zero to ten, how much was your husband, your late husband, karmic debt? He wasn't karmic debt, he was a patent. It's a pattern. Beautiful. And I love that. Your little accent. It was a pattern. I love your accent. I gotta be honest. All right. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
Good. Say that again. How much was your husband karmic debt? He wasn't. What was he? He was a patent that I picked up when I was a child, you say, starting age of six. I loved it. Unfair. Okay, so, and I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you, knowing that your thoughts help create your life, how exciting is it for you to say, you know what, I'm going to make a point to change this so I really feel loved, so I really feel life is amazing, so I really actually start implementing this stuff, right?
Yes. I'm learning, so there are shifts going on. There you go. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Okay. Bingo. All right. So I want you to notice your level of blurry. What's your level?
Getting better. Awesome. What's your level? You said five, but I would, when I, when I said six, I would say five now, four and a half. There you go. Okay. So I am improving. Yep, you are improving. Okay, who's doing that? Hi, you are and uh, thank you because I don't know how to do it Yep. Okay, so we're gonna push as hard as we can.
Okay now by the way Do you want to go back into believing in karmic debt and talking about like that? It's true. No, right? The universe is telling you. Hey, that's the wrong direction Right? Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
So beyond what Brandy is saying, can you see how your body is responding? You can see that, right? Yes. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. And I want you to notice something. If I ask you how much you've had a tendency to be a little hard headed or stubborn, how much would you say that is? Yes. Uh huh.
Yes. Okay. So I'm going to ask you right now. Not to be okay, so I'm gonna ask in your best and highest good you want your eyes to improve you want to do this Right, that's what you want, right? Yes. Okay, so so I'm pushing And I feel your stubbornness and I'm gonna ask you to breathe and relax the stubbornness and realize I'm on your team I'm on your team.
Okay, I'm on your team. And here we go Okay, I want you to notice,
notice the feeling of stubbornness, notice you don't need it right now. It's not helping you. And that I want to help you, and you can see that it's helping you by your own body. Beyond what I'm saying, you can see by your own body, so you know, you have proof. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
I'm going to ask you to realize that you've had some patterns going on in your life, and the great thing is, is as you know. Our thoughts help create our lives. Our thoughts create our lives. So you can change it. You can change the patterns. You can change them. You can change them. You can change them. And you're not stuck under karmic debt.
Cause that's BS. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And by the way, what does life look like moving forward if there's no such thing as Karmic Day? And you can have the life that you want, and you can enjoy, and you can lift yourself, and feel loved, and actually get rid of this shitty pattern, and feel loved, and feel embraced, and feel like it is fair, and feel good, and enjoy, and have people who are loving you, and you're loving them back, and you're loving life, and it's loving you back.
How great's that gonna feel? Ah, truly magnificent. Truly magnificent. So are you willing to change? Absolutely. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to take that in. Great job with your energy. Great, great, great, great, great. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Thank you. And I want you to notice that your own body is improving as you're letting go of the BS of karmic debt.
That's not even true. It's not even true. So if I ask you, how much was your husband karmic debt? He wasn't. He wasn't. What was he? He's a baton. Pattern. And can people change patterns? Yes, they can. Yeah. Can you change pattern? I can, by saying the right affirmations. Would you use affirmations to change patterns?
No, not typically. Typically, it's going to take more than that. But, I'm going to ask you to breathe, and what it's going to take, it's going to take really feeling different. And right now, I want you to notice something. Watch this. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to take this in. All right, so let's do this. I want you to notice the level of blurriness in your eyes right now.
What's your level right now? Oh, it's come down to four, I would say. Oh, look, I can see better, far better. Nice. I'm going to ask you to take that in, right? You can see far better, right? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. What level would you give it? Three to four. Okay. Three to four. Who's amazing?
Who's doing that? I am. You are. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. What I want you to notice is notice the difference here. Notice that I'm working on instilling the same thing. So we've been talking about the same thing, right? Yeah. And notice you're wanting to jump ahead and I'm like, Nope, we need to get this in even more.
And you're like, but I want to go ahead and I'm like, but we need to get this in even more. Right. Yes. And notice as we're getting it in even more and having it land even more in different areas of your life, it's making those changes, your eyesight's improving and improving. So let me ask you, you want to just skip on to the next topic or do you think we should finish and really embed in, in really ingrain this one?
So your eyes continue to improve. I should, we should stick to this one. Yeah, I agree. There we go. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a few quick insights. I mean, first and foremost, she's doing amazing with your energy. She's really starting to get it. So impressive. And she's gone from a level eight. of blurriness where everything is blurry at a level eight to now level three or four of blurriness.
So she's starting to be able to see even better, which is awesome. And I want you to notice so far is that she's wanting to go and work on those patterns. She's like, how do I work on the patterns? How do I shift those? And you want to remember that What we've been working on is just the karmic debt piece.
And that's the piece that really needs to be able to shift. Now there's multiple reasons for this. First and foremost, that she's not even going to be able to shift those other patterns completely. because this karmic debt pattern is now layered on top of it. And so, she wouldn't be able to shift them anyway.
And so, that's something you want to keep in mind, because all of the time in spirituality, if you stop and think about it for a moment, you look around in our community. Are people who know that your thoughts help create your life? And, If you look at the stereotype and what's common for people, a lot of people are sick and broke and don't have the relationship they want and their lives are not working and yet they know that their thoughts help create their life.
And part of what's happening is there are so many different false beliefs in spirituality that it actually ends up ingraining patterns or even putting an additional layer on top of patterns. So even if you try to shift them, you can't shift them because that is there. You know, this additional layer is on top of it.
And so that's the part that she really needs to work on. And part of the reason I'm pointing this out is you're going to notice she keeps saying, but I want to change these other patterns, like, which is great. I love her ambition. I like, I love this woman. I love her determination. She's like, now that she sees it, she's like, oh my God, I want to go change that pattern.
I want to feel loved. I want to feel like life is fair. And I get it. I mean, she has experienced a lot of hurt. I'm in her energy and I feel it. And so I love that she's ambitious and excited to want to go change those patterns. And I love that. And right now notice what's bringing back her eyesight. It's actually releasing these feelings.
around karmic debt. And that's key. And you'll want to notice that. And so I want to point out how this all comes together. So we're going to bring in one more segment, and then I'm going to wrap everything together on what you'll want to do and really notice with your mind. And so that's where we're going as we dive back in with Lorraine.
So, if I ask you, tomorrow, next week, next year, how much karmic debt you're going to pay? Zero. Why zero? Because it doesn't exist. Because it doesn't exist. I'm going to ask you to breathe, because it doesn't exist. I'm going to ask you in the past, how much karmic debt you've been paying?
Zero. Zero. It doesn't exist. I'm going to ask you to breathe. Great job with your energy.
Bingo. And knowing that you can change patterns, you can change patterns, you can change patterns, Okay, you can change patterns. Your thoughts help create your life. Now that you know this and you can actually start creating patterns and now you're learning. Right now you're learning. Yes. Part of what it takes to take a, to change.
Right? So I'm going to ask you to take this in
and if you continue to change and continue to change and continue to change, what's your life going to look like? I can't wait for the day to say, write the, write an email to you, my, my life is truly wonderful. Truly wonderful. Yep. My life is truly wonderful. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe. I'm gonna ask you to take those feelings in.
I'm gonna ask you to notice the level in your eyes. What's your level? Three ish. Okay. I can see that it's blurred, but it's not as blurred as when I started. Totally. So, a lot better, right? A lot better. Great. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. Great job with your energy. That. Give me one second. Give me one second.
Ah. Alright. So, I'm going to try one other angle. Just a little bit more. Okay. So, uh. So, here we go. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Okay. And I'm going to ask you to come with me. Okay. Let me ask you. You can see it's helping, right? Yes. Okay. So, are you willing to let me help you even more? Yes. And are you willing to come with me? Yes. Great. So I want you to remind you, I'm on your team. Okay. Okay. I'm going to ask you to breathe and let that go.
Okay. And remind yourself, I'm on your team.
Great. I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Okay. And I want you to notice the part of you that felt like you were a good person for taking on, for, for taking on hardship and quote unquote, spiritual debt, how it felt like, oh, this is good. And then it will never happen again and all of these things and how your mind actually told yourself that it was good.
To have to take on this spiritual debt. Can you see that? How your mind told you it was a good. Yes. I see it. Yes. Now watch this for a moment, by the way, I'm going to mirror this to you. If I told you that there's somebody who has a bad pattern of negativity of hurt, and then they tell themselves that it's good to have it, is there any chance that they'll attract more and more and more of it?
Yes, it would. Yes, it would. Okay. So now you see why you've also had so much of it. Does that make sense? Yes. And I'm going to ask you to realize, delete, delete, delete, it is not good to take on this hurt and blah, blah, blah. Let that go. It's not good to have all this hurt and blah, blah, blah, and blah, blah, all this chaos and stuff like that.
It's not good at all. It's fueling the pattern. Eek! So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and would you tell somebody else, if they're having a hard pattern, and a hard pattern, and a hard pattern, that it's good for them to have that? No, I wouldn't tell them that. No, and if they thought that it was good, and they said, oh, I'm going to send energy like this is good, and good, and good, what would you tell them?
Don't be a fool. Okay, well, don't be a fool. So we'll just say, hey, stop. It's going to, like, we don't want to call them names, but, um, we'll just say delete, delete. Right? Let's just, let's not do that. Right? Okay, yes. I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you just to take that in for a moment.
And realize don't send it like you're a good person for taking on hardship and negativity and blah blah blah. That's not even true Opposite opposite opposite opposite way. You need to delete the pattern get it out of your life That's what's going to help more of spirit flow through you. That make sense.
Yes, like Spiritual energy, that's what you need to help heal your eyes. That's what you need to help, um, heal your body. Multiple things, like 11 different things. Like you said, you have so many different health issues. And so the spiritual energy coming through, that's what you need. And what's going to allow that in is not when you're feeding the negative patterns, but when you're feeding the positivity.
You're getting rid of the negative patterns. That make sense? Yes. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Good. Good. Good. Good. I'm gonna ask you to breathe and notice the level of blurry. Zero to ten. What's your level? It's down. Absolutely. After that approach, it has certainly become probably a two. Yeah.
Nice. Nice job with your energy. Nice job. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Take that in. Okay. Now, let me ask you. If somebody was having a hard time seeing it like a level eight blurriness and they were able to get it down to like a level two. Yeah. Does that mean that they're having more of a spiritual experience and allowing more of spirit to come and energy to flow through them?
Absolutely. Absolutely. So I'm asking you to close your eyes. I'm asking you to take that in you're doing what's right for your energy and your more energy is coming through you. This is spiritual connection. This is allowing more spirit in. So this new way of thinking. Is adding an even more spirit. Does that make sense?
Yes. Even more beautiful energy. And how important to you is lifting your energy? Absolutely. Important. Yes. Absolutely important. So I want you to notice that saying that you're good for taking on negative patterns, it's draining your energy. It's creating problems in your energy. Does that make sense? Yes.
So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And take that in.
And if I ask you, as a spiritual person, how much do you want to go back into those BS beliefs that somebody made up that aren't even true, that are ruining your energy instead of lifting it? You don't go there. You don't go there. So how much are you a good person for holding on to negative situations?
Waste of time. Waste of time, ruining your energy. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Good. Good. How's your eyesight? Improving. What's your level? One. Yeah, that's what I have. Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome job. Bingo. Bingo. Okay. And by the way, who's doing that? I am. You are. How freaking amazing are you?
Absolutely amazing, which I always thought I didn't know how to do it. I mean, like I have, uh, people say you write a list of audio assets as a person. Not your Eden Materialist. Uh oh, uh oh, I didn't understand you. I'm sorry, say that again? People in the past, as an exercise, say, write a list of all the things you think, or the good things you see in yourself.
And I know that I'm a good person. I know I'm a loyal person. I know I'm a sincere person. I know I'm compassionate. I, um, biggest empath, empathic person was, I think, an issue. Um, I'm frank, I'm blunt, but I don't know if that's good. But being authentic is a good thing. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Great. And, uh, bingo. Give me one second. Um, bingo. Uh, when I'm checking for blurriness right now, I'm getting like a point two. Just, I'm not really seeing, what's your level? As, as I said, yeah, it's, it's very low. I'm, I'm, may I ask you something? Can I go to my optometrist after, your beautiful patience and understanding and trying to get me down and see what he records.
Absolutely do that. And what I want you to do is do exactly this. Listen to this recording over and over and over and over and over and over again. And get it in and absolutely and keep your eyes like this and absolutely go in So that's what I have people do all of the time is i'll create a shift and then They have whatever problem and I say go in go see your doctor and then the doctor's like hey They cancel surgery cancel all kinds of things.
So Notice though you're going to have to really ingrain this it took us a while to really get this in So lorraine, I have to say just awesome awesome job with your energy really great job with your energy You Really impressive. It's just wonderful. And, um, yeah, beautiful, beautiful. And it has been such a pleasure connecting with you.
Thank you. You've been wonderful. Oh, you're so welcome. Thank you so much. My heart receives that. Um, I make sure to listen to this over and over, get it in. It's really important to ingrain it. All right. Yes. And yes. And something I want you to notice, by the way, remember when we were working on your shoulder that when you went back into the old, that pain went way back up, right?
Yes. Okay. So if you try to go back into the old. Chances are, that's what will happen with your shoulder and also with your eyesight and all of that. So I want you to just program in the new over and over and over and over again. Okay. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. All right. It has been such a pleasure connecting with you.

All right. So there are some things that I really want to unpack even more about the message from this specific episode and also the message for 2020. But first and foremost, I want to stop and acknowledge Lorraine because what she did is pretty amazing. And I'll tell you why that is, you know, to get real results, You have to really change the way you feel.
And she is going to need to, of course, reinforce it. But not only is Lorraine strong minded, but spiritual beliefs themselves can be harder to shift because a lot of people, especially, you know, for 20 years and she has a daily practice, so she's been reinforcing this thought. every day and also because a lot of people will build their entire identity off of spirituality and it's built into her identity.
And so, you know, changing a childhood pattern is one thing where you've had some type of pattern going on for a period of time throughout your life and you really want to get rid of it. That's one thing. But to change a pattern from something that you've been reinforcing, that you don't really want to change because you believe it's good, is harder to do.
And so I just want to stop and acknowledge her for a moment because That's impressive. And I love that she really stepped in to do that. I know I pushed a bit because she's, she's a strong woman. And so I did push to get her to really shift like that, but she just did awesome. And I just want to acknowledge her incredible job.
And of course, part of the reason I really, really pushed her is because I would hate to not be able to see. And so. That shift to her, I know it meant a lot to her as well. And so helping her to be able to shift so she could see. Multiple levels, you know, so she could see physically, but also see what she needed to do to really shift to be able to open up her vision and see clearly.
And of course, again, she's going to really need to reinforce it just because she has spent over 20 years reinforcing the opposite. And so that's going to be key for her maintaining the results. And by the way, I love that. She said, can I go to my optometrist? Yes, yes. And yes, I love that. And I love when people do exactly that, create the change and go and blow their doctor's mind.
And so keep in mind, it's never about avoiding your doctor. You want to create that change and you want to see it medically documented. I mean, you want to see tangible results instead of just, you know, hoping that there's results. You want to see the physical results. So I love that also. And moving into the message part of this, you know, the message from this episode in general is that you have to be careful what you believe.
And the truth of it is, is that there's this trend in spirituality where people are wanting to teach about the mind and spirituality and all this stuff. who have no idea what they're doing, unfortunately, and I see this all of the time. I mean, I can't tell you how often I have people, I've literally had people who are in classes of mine who come in and say, I have this whole book to teach people how to heal themselves and I know exactly how to do it.
I've already written the book, but by the way, I'm bedridden and I've been there for years and as soon as I get better, I want this book to get published. And so what happens is they're actually. ingraining those or trying to ingrain those beliefs. into others. And that's what unfortunately happens. And some of them aren't so obvious.
I mean, some of them, you would never know it's actually causing a problem or reinforcing a problem in somebody else's mind. And of course, others are more obvious. I mean, for example, um, if I think of, there's a, there's a whole documentary. called Crazy Sexy Cancer. Honestly, when I saw this, I had to work on my own energy in the way that I'm so protective of people and I saw the energy from it that I wanted to like, crazy sexy smack the person who wrote it.
And so, I had to like, chill out my energy and shift that. And of course I'm joking, I would never actually physically hurt somebody. And I had to shift my energy and really look at it from a different awareness. And the reality of it is, is that The person who did that is just really naive with the mind, as are a lot of people, you know, I don't know anybody who really gets radical results healing with the mind Like I've been able to demonstrate back to back and so, you know, they just a lot of people don't understand the mind And you know, even though that one seems obvious, I mean if you think about it for a moment If somebody said they're going to go run a program into a high school called crazy, sexy suicide, you would say, stop it.
You'd say, don't do that. That's not smart. So, I mean, that one's obviously more obvious. You can see the lack of, you can, you can see that that was an issue. Let's put it that way. You can see that that one's. That's an issue. Other things that people are doing also constantly are reinforcing problems and patterns.
And I see that literally all of the time, every day. I would say the majority of things. that people are learning, doing, meditations, different things like that, aren't really optimal for their mind. And what you want to do is really guard your mind, protect your mind. Make sure that you have an overall belief and feeling of getting rid of negativity, bringing in.
positivity, not running and avoiding problems, but instead transforming them. And of course, also not fueling them either. And of course the mind is complex, but if you can just keep things as simple as possible, it makes it easier to get results. You know, um, even in this episode, I talked about past lives and I can go, you know, way outside the box with everything except for.
The goal is to just help people to see, to be able to get results and correct the negative way of thinking. So what I try to do is just keep things as simple as possible. And of course, the universe always brings up every episode in divine timing for some bigger message. And so sometimes it's of love.
Sometimes it's about relationships or money or different things like that. And today it's about. Protecting your brain. And not only is that a message in spirituality, it's really a message from 2020. You know, when we look back on life in the year 2020 itself, it's for many people, it's been a year of conspiracy theories or not knowing what to believe and all kinds of things.
And thankfully some people, not everybody, but some people are starting to wake up. But even if you look at. Um, conspiracy theories regarding COVID, you know, I think some people are starting to wake up a bit because there was a lot of people that were thinking, okay, well, China started COVID and it was a bio warfare thing they did to start it on purpose.
And when you stop and look at it for a moment, I mean, right now, a country that doesn't have any type of yet. They're working on it right now, uh, for COVID is China. So China's lagging behind. Also, the efficacy rate of what they're bringing forth is behind everybody else. And, you know, of course, vaccines is a whole nother rabbit hole that we're not going to go down today.
Uh, but the point of mentioning that is just that obviously if China was going to start the pandemic, logically, they would also want to monetize from it after. killing their entire economy, they would want to be like, Hey, and we have the vaccine. Let's monetize from it to rebuild our economy, blah, blah, blah.
So point being is it, I think some people are starting to see that, you know, Oh, maybe it wasn't China or else they would have the first vaccine to hit the market to make money to blah, blah, blah, or whatever. You know, yada, yada, yada. So, either way, um, I think also some people are starting to wake up and see through Trump, even.
I mean, at least with his Attorney General confirming that there was no major voter fraud, like Trump is saying, and even his Supreme Court, where he actually nominated and brought in the judges himself, is also saying, Um, there was no major voter fraud. And so, now people are starting to actually wake up a bit here in the U.
S., which I love, and hopefully, of course, more and more people start to realize. I mean, he's one of the most convincing salesmen I've ever seen. So, for people to be fooled by him, I, you know, You know, there's just so many things. And by the way, speaking of Trump and conspiracies towards pandemic and all of that, I know he started a bunch of them, which is crazy, but either way, when you stop and really look at pandemics in the past and you look at even, you know, everybody's heard of the Spanish flu by now, or you look at different pandemics, what you'll realize.
is that a lot of them, if you look at the calendar, they're during times of major social unrest, if you will. For example, you know, the Spanish flu, that was near the end of World War One, obviously a time of major unrest. Or even if you look at, there were two during the Vietnam War. And there was a lot going on there.
Or even if you think more recently, and you think about swine flu, which wasn't huge, of course, but it was nonetheless a pandemic. And if you think about when it happened, 2009, and you think about the Great Recession that happened during 2008 into 2009, obviously there were a lot of people who were stressed, major time of unrest, a lot of things going on.
And of course, if you look at during this current time, we just had a lot of political chaos and negativity and all of that. So that said, going into 2021, what we can take from that is a Protect your mind, you know, protecting your mind, taking things that really make sense to you is so key, so doing that.
Don't just believe any conspiracy theory, different things like that. Make sure to protect your mind, whether it's due to spirituality or politics or whatever it is. Make sure to really take care of it. Protect your mind and keep it in the positive. You know, as I mentioned in the very beginning, I see all kinds of people that are doing really well, even during this time financially.
And if you listen to my past episodes where I've talked about money, you know, there were more millionaires. created during the Great Depression than any other time in history. And so again, just speaking to the fact that keeping your mind lifted is not only important for your health and your finances, your happiness, your life, it's everything.
And so making sure to do that and also As we go into 2021, if we can really have some love for our neighbors, be more harmonious, be more loving, be more kind, even to people who have different belief systems and really come from that place, it would be amazing to really bring in some more harmony. as we go into this amazing new year.
