Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it and I just love each unique episode. You know, there's so different and. The insights that come from each one when you look at it from the big picture, just can create such a cumulative shift in your life and your awareness.

And so I love that. And today's episode is both simple and yet also profound and insightful. And so I love that and I love our volunteer. Her name is Sandy, and she's a beautiful, beautiful being. You'll absolutely love her, and some of the mistakes that she's making with her [00:02:00] energy, so to speak, as far as creating shifts in her life, in her health are things that I see.

All of the time. And so, this episode is just perfect and divine and she's just beautiful. And so you're absolutely gonna love this episode. And that said, let's go ahead and step in with beautiful Sandy. Here we go.

Hello. Hi there, Brandy. Hi. It's wonderful to connect with you. Yes, likewise. Yes, likewise, likewise. And how's your day going? Um, I had a lovely day. Thank you. Beautiful. Yeah, I've got some hay fever going on, so yeah, that kind of clashes with it. But, um, yeah, otherwise it's been a good day. I love that.

Otherwise, it's been a good day. Um, that's a. What can I help you with today? The hay fever is what? What's it? What are you experiencing with the hay fever, by [00:03:00] the way? Yeah, so I never, um, I used to get really bad hay fever some years ago and um, and then it came back just a couple of weeks ago. Again, just some sneezing, a bit of sinus and then it got a lot worse after I got this weird, uh, fever.

Um, And the fever affected like the lu spine and um, the legs, um, and the symptoms for the hay fever went away then. And then, uh, what remained The legs were okay, but what remained was a bit of pain just under the. Right. Um, kneecap, but the actual reason I wrote to you guys is because of my left shoulder blade and it, um, yeah, and it's kind of like on the medial side of the left shoulder blade and goes up the neck and it would go into the, um, left arm, sometimes like into that [00:04:00] elbow and the wrist.

Um, Okay. All right. So, uh, so gimme one second. Let me just, um, process, okay. So if I ask you as far as your shoulder blade to neck, to left, arm pain, all of that, if I ask you zero to 10, what's your current level right now? Uh, Um, I would say it's like a four, yeah. Four, five. It's like that with the, um, shoulder, blade and neck.

Mm-hmm. Okay. All right. So, um, gimme one second and, um, let me just look real quick and, um, I'm like, which direction to go? Gimme one second. Alright. so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Mm-hmm. And if I ask you if there is [00:05:00] somebody close to you, who you've been a bit, pissed off with, do you know who that might be?

And I can narrow it down if you need to, but do you know who that might be? Um, he been pissed off. All that's so strong. Um, yes. Okay. can you gimme their first initial please? Uh, it would be d. Does that match? Um, uh, there is a different person. Oh, okay. Um, gimme one second. Mm-hmm.

Bingo. Okay, so it says ish. Okay. So D relates to the hay fever symptoms, just fyi. Mm-hmm. Okay. So, uh, so that's one piece. Uh, now there's a feeling, uh, somebody kind of close, kind of like a sister type of energy. Can you give me that person's initial? Oh, goodness. [00:06:00] Um, I would have no idea. Okay. So, uh, gimme one second.

Uh, do you have children? No. Bingo. Okay. So, Can you say D's or D's? Can you just say D again? D Okay. And, uh, bingo. and if I ask you, you have siblings? Yes, I do. Okay. Can you gimme their initials please? Um, d t, s and another T. There's a male T and a female T. Okay. And, um, Uh, and then can you give me your mum's initial please?

I, bingo. Okay. That's who the sister energy is. Okay. Okay. All right. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and if I ask you if you can find a feeling of, uh, an underlying feeling of, um, [00:07:00] say a bit of resistance towards, I, what would you say towards your mom? Um, resistance in. In what? Um, let me put it in another way.

If I ask you sometimes if she feels like a lot to you, what would you say? Uh, yep, she does feel like a lot. Zero to 10. How much would you say that? Ooh. Um, I would say like 10. Mm-hmm. Okay. So I love your awareness. And can you see how there's a part of you that sometimes feels like it's too much, but too much?

Can you see that? Yep. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment also to notice the part of you who feels guilty for feeling that way. Yep. Yep. Mm-hmm. Yep. It's there. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and if I ask you zero to 10, how close would you say you are with your mom?[00:08:00]

I would say very close. Mm-hmm. Um, zero to 10, like I would say eight. Mm-hmm. So, I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you to take in the feeling of how much you love your mom. Mm-hmm. And I want you to think about your relationship and your connection, how it would be if it changed a bit to where it felt even more optimal.

And I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And if it changed a bit to where it felt even more optimal, even easier, that if it made some just changes. Because by the way, that's part of the reason that there's, when I said there's sister energy type of feeling to it mm-hmm. Is because there's a sweetness there also.

Mm-hmm. And so I'm gonna ask you just, there's a, there's a, like a beautiful bond and connection. Mm-hmm. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.[00:09:00]

All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I love her self-awareness and I love her sweet love for her mom. It's just, it's so sweet. Her heart is really beautiful and I love that. And what's also interesting is this is, you know, a lot of times we. End up in relationships that we're not consciously thinking about.

How do we want the relationship to go? You know, how do we want it to feel? And what can happen is we can find ourselves in places where maybe we're feeling stressed by a relationship and we don't consciously realize it. And what'll tend to happen is people say, okay, well I'm just stressed. And then they wanna maybe resist or they just feel a bit stressed instead of.

Moving it forward in a beautiful way, moving it forward [00:10:00] and deciding how they want it to be and finding a new sense of harmony. And what I mean is this, is that, imagine for a moment if somebody's constantly feeling a sense of pressure about something and constantly feeling that. And a lot of times what would happen with people is they might try to avoid it or they might try to push it away.

Instead of deciding how they want to move forward in it. Now, I'm not saying that's the exact situation right here for Sandy, but what I am saying is a lot of times we can unconsciously get sucked into a situation. We're into relationships, into ways of being, instead of deciding what it is that we want and.

Looking at how to shape it in that direction. And so that is one of the pieces that I wanna invite you to look at as we go through today's episode is shaping your relationships, thinking about how you can both feel [00:11:00] in your power, and also not feel like you're controlling the other person, but instead feeling in your power.

In a beautiful way, and we are gonna unpack this even more coming up. But let's go ahead for now and dive back in with beautiful Sandy. Here we go.

And I also want you to notice that it can also feel a little bit, uh, stressful and like too much at times, right? Mm-hmm. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe now. I want you to just for a moment, picture that you were in control of the way that the relationship showed up in your life. Mm-hmm. And that it's super loving and sweet and connecting, and you also have a bit more control about how it shows up in your life.

And I'm gonna ask you to picture what that looks like. Okay. And what would that feel like to you? [00:12:00] Uh, ease comes in and, um, just more like I've got like a picture of weights more balanced. Mm-hmm. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe And I want you to notice the level of pain. Zero to 10.

What's your level? Um, the neck's gone down. The arm still feels a bit the same. Mm-hmm. So the next what level? Yeah, like a three. Okay. That's what I would've said about a 2, 2, 3, somewhere in there. Mm-hmm. Um, okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Mm-hmm. Okay. And, uh, and you also have a significant other.

Yes. Mm-hmm. Can you give me, his initial please? Yeah, that's D bingo. Okay. That's what, yeah. Now if I ask you, uh, how much, sometimes there feels a bit of a pressure. Between D and between I, between mom and how much you feel a bit of stress between the two.

I'm not saying between the two of them just, [00:13:00] uh, yeah. So. So from person to person, my, my stress with them. Sorry, can you, yeah, uh, I can you want me to rephrase? Yeah. So it actually makes sense. Okay. So, um, bingo, uh, let's say pulled in multiple directions at times.

All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, the feeling of being pulled in different directions. Now, I gotta be honest, and you'll hear this coming up on the episode, but in Sandy's situation, pulled in different directions is actually a very physical thing. There's her mom lives in one country.

And her and her husband live in another country and there's a pole between the two. So in hers, pulled in [00:14:00] two different directions is very literal. But all of the time people can also feel a pressure to feel pulled between work and between their kids, or between husband and kids. And so we can feel pulled in a lot of different directions and again, Today's episode really has to do with a lot of looking at these things, and instead of getting caught up in the stress of it all, the theme is, you know, getting clear on how you do want to feel.

That's part of a theme from today, and it's also about. Feeling in your power without controlling others. So how do you feel in your power? And part of that, of course, is deciding what it is that you want, but in a harmonious way. And so again, we're gonna go ahead and continue to unpack this, but food for a thought as we dive back in with beautiful [00:15:00] Sandy.

Here we go.

If I ask you zero to 10, how much you can find that feeling, what would you say? Uh, by both of them? Yeah. Yes. Yep. Yep. Zero to zero to 10. What's your level? Yeah, that's like, well, one's a bit more than the other, so if you want to even it out, it would be like seven. Mm-hmm. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and again, what would it look like for you to be in your power?

What would that feel like? If you had control in this situation and you could set it up to where you didn't feel like you were being pulled in different directions, but you felt like you had a, a more power in it mm-hmm. And that you had more flow in it, what would that look like? Yeah, I'd feel heaps more grounded, that's for sure.

[00:16:00] Okay. And, uh, there'd be a lot more space, um, just flow. I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and if I ask you how much you feel at times, uh, that whole thing stresses you out, where you feel like you're being pulled in different directions, uh, how much would you say that is just generally speaking, or is this still in relation with the, in relation to the two.

Okay. Um, so again, uh, With mum, not so much, but with the other side it's a, it's, it's a lot more. Um, and so the question was zero to 10 in all directions. Yeah. This would be like a nine. It's pretty high. And so, uh, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice your underlying feeling of frustration under that.

And if I ask your level of frustration or, pissed off feelings. Yeah. Yeah. [00:17:00] That's, that's not even underlying, that's totally there. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you for your awareness. It's, it's, uh, pretty intense. Would you agree? Uh, yes. Okay. So I love your awareness. All right. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And what I want you to notice is that your mind hasn't stopped to then decide what it is that you do want instead. Can you see that? Oh, no, because it's like, um, we have a, um, direction that we want to go, but it's not going okay. And so the frustration is from. This like having to push or I don't know, universe kind of brings in.

A big, um, challenge, let's say to, to kind of get us moving. Mm-hmm. If that makes sense. So, makes absolute [00:18:00] sense. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Mm-hmm. And I'll repeat what I said, but in a different way. Yeah. Mm-hmm. So, notice that the vision that you're wanting isn't really in your mind, in your energy.

More than this other frustration, upset, stress, et cetera, can you see that the intensity of your energy is headed another direction, which has to do with the pissed off and the stress? Does that make sense? Yes, it, it does. And it doesn't. It's like I can feel that it does uhhuh. Okay? Yep. Mm-hmm. So, I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.

Yep. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to notice the feeling of feeling pissed off, frustrated. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and I wanna invite you to let that go. To let that go. And I wanna invite you to take in your vision. I wanna invite you to take in your actual vision

Mm-hmm. To take in [00:19:00] your vision and what it would look like to actually have that come to fruition, to step into that, to have that come to fruition. And to be willing to let go of the blah, blah, blah, blah, upset, yada, yada, yada, yada, to have it come to fruition. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to completely let go of any of the blah, blah, blah.

The upset, the yada yada. it's boring. You're not letting it go. You don't want it anymore. You're willing to change, right? Mm-hmm. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and I want you to notice the level of pain, zero to 10. What's your level? Uh, the neck is two and the arm is three.

All right, so I wanna go ahead and pause the session right here. You know, first and foremost, she's starting to get her pain down, which is [00:20:00] impressive and she's doing it. So just beautiful. And the reason that I wanna pause the session here is because it is so common for people to want a particular thing.

You know, mentally they might know what they want and yet their energy can be very intensely. In the opposite direction. You know, and I see this a lot of times, even if people are in financial fear where they know that they wanna increase their income and they also are feeling so off about money or stressed or whatnot, that they're really feeling intensely.

In the wrong direction. Or of course, relationships where people really want loving, connecting wonderful, beautiful relationships, and yet there's a feeling of pissed off or upset or hurt or whatever that is, and they're feeling that. And so that's the reason that I wanna take a moment and pause this episode, is because I [00:21:00] wanna invite you into these two things because coming up as we continue with Sandy, we're gonna go a lot deeper.

Into more of the issues and transforming them and being willing to look at them in a different way and being willing to change. And we're gonna go to, you know, really unpacking this, but. Before we do, we wanna look at this key piece just because this very thing can keep people really stuck. And so I wanna invite you to look at this in your life, and maybe it's towards your relationship, maybe it's a vision that you're working towards, that you're wanting, whatever that is for you.

I wanna invite you to decide what it would look like and how it would feel to start really. Putting your energy towards that, towards what it is that you want and letting go of the upset, the anger, the pissed offness, that sort of feeling. To head in the direction that you wanna go. All right, so again, I mentioned in the very beginning, today's [00:22:00] insight from today's episode was simple and also profound.

And it is both in your vision moving forward or even making a decision in your relationships, how it is that you would like them to move forward in a more harmonious way. And it's not about controlling the other person. And by the way, On the next upcoming parts of the session, we are gonna talk a bit about making sure that you're not feeling like you've gotta control them, cuz that's another common.

Place to get stuck. And so again, that's the reason that I wanted to keep today short, to give you an insight to pull from this before we deep dive it in the next part of the session that we'll dive into next week. All right, so that said, I wanna invite you to just take one insight from this and see if you can apply it.
