Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. Welcome back. Welcome to this week’s quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today I want to share with you a quick little hack regarding the topic of self love, because let’s be honest, so often people may feel that they’re struggling with the feelings of self-love.
Or they may try to bring in feelings of self-love, and yet it’s blocked. Or maybe the mind even says, but I’m not good enough. Or whatever it is. The mind can block feelings of self-love or even have feelings underneath of, of just feeling not good enough. And so to set yourself up for success. Moving forward in life with healing with transformation, the more you can love yourself genuinely, [00:02:00] not from arrogance or superiority, but a genuine feeling of love, the more you can lovingly support you to flourish in your life, relationships, and just happiness and healing.
And so one little hack that you could do is this. It’s very simple. And basically you could take in the feeling. Of just loving self and loving who you are and who you’re becoming, and feeling that over and over, just who you are and who you’re becoming, who you are, and who you’re becoming. Now, this I know sounds very, very simple, but this is what it does.
It can help you to get your mind focused in a different direction because a lot of times when people are trying to bring in feelings of self-love, their mind might automatically focus on. What they’re not. So they bring in a feeling of self-love and then the mind automatically says, but you’re not this, or You’re not that, or You’re not good enough, or [00:03:00] whatever it is.
And so the mind is programmed in that direction. And so instead, if you focus on. Who you are, loving, who you are and who you’re becoming. It can help you to bring in more feelings of self-love, and it can also help you to support your goals in the direction of who you are and who you’re wanting to become.
And so on that note, by the way, you’ll of course want to be working on. That personal development on who you are becoming, and you know, maybe it’s even more and more spiritual or more and more loving or more kind or like, but your next version of you, who you are to the next level. So you’re loving who you are and who, who you’re becoming.
Now I know this seems very simple, but it can be powerful. If it’s also combined with really following through to change, because if you do start bringing this feeling in of loving who you are and who you’re [00:04:00] becoming, but you’re really not focused or developing self, or really wanting to transform further, then of course what can happen is your mind will only believe it for so long.
It might, after a while, it might say, okay, well this is who you are and you’re not, and you’re not changing, so you’ll want to couple it with. Personal development, personal transformation, that is important as well. But it’s just this hack that can help you to support you and to love who you are and who you’re becoming.
And so I know it sounds very simple, but if you’ve seen my work all of the time, that’s what I love to do, is take simple hacks that help people to create radical shifts in healing and transformation in every area of life. And so here’s a simple hack that you can use to help support you. Your love and self-love and transformation.
