Hello, and welcome to this. Week's quick IQ episode, where we talk about insights and questions. And today I wanna share with you a very powerful insight slash question slash epiphany for a lot of people. You know, if you listen to last week's IQ episode, There were so many people who messaged in just saying they had the biggest epiphany and, you know, just the awareness of how a person can get very, very sucked into spirituality, which is a great thing, but how they can start showing up less in their own life, in the roles in their life.

And it can put them out of integrity and that it then unfortunately starts. Reflecting energetically in their life. And that was part of what we talked about. There were just so many different epiphanies from last week. A lot of people messaged in with their own epiphanies and awarenesses and just how tricky sometimes patterns can be and how much they can impact your life when you don't even realize that's happening.

And that's what I want to expand on a bit today are just kind of patterns that people end up in that really end up creating like a catch 22 stuckness in their. And they don't realize it. It's like they see the benefit where they feel like there's a benefit, but on the other side, they don't realize that it's creating a problem in their life.

And of course also in their health. And you know, this is when I see all of the time as I'll see people who have a deep feeling of hurt. Inside. And it can be coupled with another feeling like a feeling of wanting to get people back. Like as soon as they succeed, they wanna get people back. Or as soon as this and this happens, they wanna get people back or just a general feeling of inner revenge, even though they may not ever really take action on it.

That feeling. Can be there because they've had so much hurt. Now, what I see happen is that because they're holding onto this feeling of wanting to get people back, there's like a feeling inside of them that it it's like their subconscious mind is programmed to feel like if they get others back, it'll feel good.

It'll feel amazing. Like they'll win. And I have that feeling deep inside. And then what'll happen is because they have this pattern. They never really attract love. And connection in their life at the level that they want because they have this other pattern. And, you know, I mean, if you think about it, if there was somebody who was holding onto a lot of wanting to get revenge towards those who would hurt them, would you wanna go up and hug that person and love that person know.

that there's a chance that at some point, if you end up hurting this person's feelings for any reason that they'll just want to attack you and you know, of course not. But what happens is obviously it's subconscious, but what happens is ultimately it's like the part of the brain that feels like, okay, well I'm gonna get revenge and I'm gonna feel good about it.

And it's gonna feel like I get 'em back. And, and that very feeling of feeling like there's gonna be a win. Actually keeps a person stuck, feeling lonely, feeling unloved, feeling disconnected from others. And I see that all of the time. And so somebody who's been through so much hurt, ends up continuing to attract more and more hurt and feel alone and not feel loved because of that.

Very reason.  and ultimately there's that feeling of feeling like they wanna, you know, get others back or there's some other examples. And ultimately what I would invite you to do from this episode is I would invite you to look and notice if there are any of these patterns, if these catch 22 type patterns going on in your life that you'd like to transform, and sometimes they can be very subtle.

For example, I've worked with many people. Who have had a pattern of being passive aggressive and in doing so, they end up creating a lot of hurt in their life and also loneliness. And also, I mean, everything from loneliness to not attracting people around them. And they're always wondering why nobody wants to hang out with them and it's not necessarily because they've actively done something to a person.

Just simply they're not aligned. And so one way to illustrate this is, you know, if I use the stereotype, if I say, you know, the woman with the abusive father who unfortunately attracts the abusive boyfriend or spouse or boss or whomever it is, you know, that unfortunately that pattern just continues on.

Now, of course we're attracted. To patterns. Now let's say instead, this woman had healthy patterns, like respect and love and really felt good about herself. And didn't have these trauma patterns, you know, and if she authentically didn't have those, then of course, she's not going to attract all of those negative relationships and she's gonna attract more positive relationships.

And so point being.  is that sometimes people will hold on to that negative, that passive aggressiveness. And because they're being passive aggressive, they're not going to attract people. Who are wanting healthy relationships and who are aligned with healthy relationships. And so point being what you'll wanna note from this is that all the time people can hold onto herd or, you know, or hold onto passive aggressiveness to even try to control a person.

But then the. Pulls back and then they feel more out of control and more insecurity. So that can show up. And by the way, even in the past week, there was this email exchange with a gentleman who mentioned that he was really, really insecure and the topic came up that he was out of, you know, integrity. And he goes, well, I have to stay out of integrity because of my insecurity.

And of course that's backwards. What happens is that. People will be out of integrity and it will create so much insecurity. And I see. All of the time where people will be out of integrity with money. And then as a result, they'll feel so much lack. And then, because they're in so much lack, they feel like they need to be out of integrity with money and it puts them in this whole cycle.

And I cannot tell you how often I see that very thing. And by the way, I have taken companies who were out of integrity, who were in that very cycle and said, okay, wait a second. Let's put you in integrity. So you're in great integrity. And just make some other changes and see what happens and literally their growth, their profit grows exponential.

If you. Are in integrity. And I see that all of the time. And so on today's quick IQ episode. I just wanted to bring that insight to the surface because all too often, I see people who are struggling with so many challenges and they don't necessarily, um, have the ability to just identify what the pattern is really quickly and, and change it.

And so what I'd invite you to do in your life is look at the area that you might be experiencing a lot of hurt or problems or negativity, or, you know, whatever that is and notice in your life. If there's an area that you are struggling with and having challenges with notice, if there's some type of pattern, That's fueling the problem that may seem opposite of it.

You know, like this catch 22 type of pattern situation where it gets stuck on both sides, you know, like going back to that feeling of feeling so hurt and kind of wanting to get others back for hurting you and then. Creating more hurt by creating feelings of isolation or never feeling connected or loved or any of those feelings.

And so that's what I want to invite you to take a look at today in your life. And part of the reason I bring this up is just because it's a blind spot for a lot of people and all of the time, I'll see people when they actually really address the pattern at the subconscious level and really transform it, that it makes a real difference.

In their life. And so for that reason, I wanted to share it with you. Just because again, um, back to back to back, these type of situations can be major blind spots for people. When they're shifted can also have major rewards in multiple areas of life.
