Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it and I just love how each episode has a unique twist or insight that can be really powerful when you stop and think about, and even I.

in your life, and that is so true for today's episode. You know, feelings of feeling not good enough, or insecure or not confident can impact every area of your life from your relationships and your happiness, but also your health. You know, it can keep your body from healing when you have that feeling of underlying fear towards relationships or connections.

You know, when you think about the very definition of the word [00:02:00] insecure. It's unsafe, you know, not feeling secure and safe in life. And so what happens is it can be linked up to health issues, pain ailments, and it can keep your body from healing. Now, what is tricky is this, is that a lot of people think, okay, well, to bring in more feelings of confidence, you just bring in the feeling and you just program.

You know, you hear that a lot, just program it and just feel it. But the brain is so counterintuitive and so you know a lot of people that go to try that and it fails and there's a reason why. And so that's where we're going today is we're gonna unpack that counterintuitive insight that keeps people stuck.

So that's where we're going. And we have a beautiful volunteer. Her name she goes by is Princess, and she's just that. She's just lovely and beautiful and sweet and you'll absolutely love her. And so that said, let's go ahead and dive in [00:03:00] with our beautiful volunteer Princess. Here we go.

There we are. You there? Yes. I'm. , it's wonderful to connect with you. Same here. Thank you. You're absolutely so welcome. And, uh, and so what is going on with you today? So I know you fill out information. I actually have not read it at all. So, um, so what, what can I help you with? Um, just a lot of pain that I'm having within the face area and a lot of breathing issues.

Okay. And if I ask you how long that's been going on, how long has that been going for? About six months now. Okay. . All right, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and I'm gonna ask you to close your eyes. I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and if I ask you, um, we'll go this way. If I ask you how much you feel like other people give you a hard time or pick on you a bit, how much would you say [00:04:00] that is?

One to probably a zero. Cause nobody bothers me. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and it's a zero. Yes. And by the way, if I ask you your level of pain in your face right now, what would you say? A hundred. Mm-hmm. . And where does it hurt the most At all? Over? Mm-hmm. . Okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment again, to take in the awareness zero to 10.

How much do you feel like people are picking on you or giving you a hard. Zero. Zero. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to notice, is there any reason that you would need to feel insecure or unsafe inside of yourself? Sometimes I feel very insecure and unsafe because of the pain.

Okay. But if I ask you to breathe, and if I ask you [00:05:00] the feeling of feeling insecure in. . If I ask you how long that's been going on, how long would you say that is? Since the situation happened with my pain in my face. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. Go. And if I ask you in childhood how much you felt a feeling of insecurity around others, what would you say?

Probably like a. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and if I ask you as a teenager, how much would you would say that there was an insecurity around others, what would you say? A four. Okay. And so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment, if nobody's picking on you and nobody's giving you a hard time, do you need to feel insecure?[00:06:00]

Okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Could you feel actually a hundred percent safe? Yes. Yeah. So if I ask you notice, you haven't really been picked on in life, right? Mm-hmm. , no, no, . So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and. , you think it's possible you're a hundred percent safe, and this whole feeling of feeling insecure doesn't even make any sense because you're wonderful and you're great.

And you're wonderful to be you. Yes. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you to notice what it would feel like to get rid of the feeling of feeling insecure altogether, that it was just. . It wasn't there. You weren't feeling any insecurity. How would you feel in life right now if you weren't feeling any insecurity at all, how would you feel?[00:07:00]

Amazing. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you to take that in for a moment, how that would feel. If you are walking around and you don't have any feelings of insecurity at all, why would you? That doesn't even make sense. You're wonderful. You're wonderful. Nobody's picking on you or giving you a hard time.

I mean, I can't see any reason for you to feel insecure, can you? No, no, no. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and just take in that feeling. What would it feel like to instead just feel a sense of confidence in you to just feel confident that you're safe, you're great, you're safe, you're, you're, of course, you're.

and I'm gonna ask you to breathe. What would that feel like? It would feel good. It would feel good. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe.[00:08:00]

All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I love her self-awareness. I love her self honesty. She's just beautiful. And you know, as far as bringing in feelings of confidence, you'll definitely want to do that and bringing those feelings and really program them in.

And as I mentioned in the very beginning, there is a counterintuitive piece as well. And so we're gonna go ahead and unpack that even more at the end. So I don't want you to think this is the full picture right here, just bringing in the feeling of confidence, but it is key for starting to make that shift.

All right, so that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with our beautiful volunteer. Here we go.

And I'm gonna ask you to see yourself even walking around like that, feeling confident, feeling good about you, feeling safe. Of course you're safe, of course, right? Yes, [00:09:00] of course. Right? Yes. Yeah. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and notice what it feels like. You can relax, you're good. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe finger, and I want you to notice your level of pain in your face.

What's your level zero to?

like a nine. Right. I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe that you've noticed is coming down a bit. Yes. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and who's doing that? You are. You are. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to bring in the feeling of feeling confident.

Feeling confident, humbly confident, not arrogant, not superior, or blah, blah, blah, but actually just feeling secure in you. Secure in this life, right? Yes. And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and feeling even secure in your looks, [00:10:00] and I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And what does it feel like to feel secure in your looks?

It feels good. Mm-hmm. . So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to. And I'm gonna ask you to take that in, what that feels like to feel secure in the way you look to own it, that you're beautiful inside and out. What does that feel like? What does that feel like? What does that feel like? And by the way, how often are people giving you a hard time about your looks?

Uh, never I can tell you that. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Do you agree? I agree. Okay, great. So I'm gonna ask you to, . And so how insecure do you need to feel in your looks? I don't need to feel insecure in my looks. What's that? Don't need to feel insecure in my looks. What's that? ? I agree.

I don't need to feel insecure. Yes. . So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take [00:11:00] that in. Beautiful. I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take that in and feel. Of course, you don't need to feel insecure in your looks. Instead, I'm gonna ask you to breathe and feeling a sense of confidence, feeling great about you, feeling great about you, feeling great about the way you look, feeling good owning it.

And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you to notice your level of pain, zero to 10. What's your level? Oh, say like a seven now. Mm-hmm. . So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and who's doing. me. You. Right. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and I'm gonna ask you to notice how sometimes you could feel a little bit over nervous about the way you look.

Can you see that? Definitely. Mm-hmm. ? Zero to 10. How much? I would say a nine or 10? Yeah. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.[00:12:00]

All right, so I wanna go ahead and actually pause the session right here. You know, first and foremost, she has great self-awareness, great insight, and she's starting to get her pain down, which is really great. And there are two really important topics that come up as you notice this feeling of feeling insecure and confidence, which is such an important topic.

And then we go into the topic of beauty, which takes the session. In a different direction, which is great, but I wanna make sure to stop and talk about confidence for a moment because it's so important. And so for that reason, I wanna go ahead and finish the second half of her session on next week's podcast.

And this part right here, I wanna unpack feelings of confidence just for a moment. You know, all of the time I'll see people who have been working on trying to bring in. Feelings of confidence, but they can be stuck for a variety of different [00:13:00] reasons. And so I wanna take a moment and just unpack that for a second.

You know, first and foremost what can happen is I'll see people who have felt not good enough about themselves. And then they criticize others who are confident. They say, oh, well so-and-so is just full of themselves or so-and-so is this, or so-and-so is that. And so what happens is they can criticize confidence, which makes their own brain not feel like it's safe.

To step into feelings of confidence. And so that is one thing that I'll see. Now. Another thing that I've seen before is that I'll see people who wanna step into their confidence to kind of get back at somebody else. I'll say, you know what? I'm gonna wanna hurt that other person back, so I'm gonna step into my confidence.

and they do so with an intended desire of some type of emotional revenge, if you will, whether they want to hurt somebody else. And so [00:14:00] that can become an issue too. And so my point is, is that if you are somebody who's working on bringing in even more confidence, you'll want to notice if there is a counterintuitive piece that is keeping you stuck.

You know? Another thing that I've seen is where people start to step into their confidence more and more. and they start treating others as being less than inferior. And so they're treating people poorly, in which case, . They also have a hard time stepping into confidence. And so notice for a moment, you know, part of the transformation or a change with your mind is of course getting new mind programming in, but it's also understanding what is the block, you know, what is keeping your mind from fully embodying that transformation.

and making sure to remove that and genuinely transform that at a deeper level in your subconscious mind. That of course is key for getting real [00:15:00] results. And so that's the insight that I wanna invite you to take a moment and reflect on. Because again, you know, a lot of times people think, oh, well, confidence is just about feeling good in life and yeah, absolutely.

Confidence will help you feel good and more secure in. And it's also important for your happiness, your health, your success, your enjoyment, your relationships, literally every area of your life. You know, if we looked around this world and every single person. Felt respect and a feeling of confidence and good about themselves, and we're healthy and happy.

I mean, our world would be even more incredible. I mean, that would be so good for everybody. And so I wanna invite you to take a look at that in your life. If this has been an underlying. Challenge for you, and look at how you can begin to really transform that. So that's my hope for you. And of course, as always, I wanna invite you to please do hit this share button on this episode.
