Welcome to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. My name is Brandy Gillmore, and after recovering from my own life-changing injury, it's become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire. Our minds are truly incredible. The placebo is proof of this. Each week I will take this simple awareness to a whole new level.
I will even coach live callers to free themself of physical pain using only their mind, and then I'll provide you with a combination of practical and spiritual insights that you can use to master your mind, your emotions, and your. To help you heal your health yourself and your life. Let's begin.
Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it and I just love today's episode. The message is simple but profound in many ways, and so I just love that and I absolutely love our volunteer.
Her name is Linda. And the challenge that she's going through is something that I see with people all of the time. And that's also one of the things that I love about today's episode. And in fact, it's something that I even experienced that I had to clear in my own life. And you know, one of the things that is so incredible about understanding the mind and shifting your mindset and your emotions and your subconscious mind and all of that is this, is that the.
Can literally go from a place of feeling fearful and scary and frustrating, or painful and hurtful, and all of these things to feeling light and blue skies and paradise and incredible, and laughing and loving and connecting. And it all depends on what's going on inside of us. You know, what we're manifesting, what patterns we have, and how we really feel and our mindset.
And that might seem too good to be true for a lot of people, but I experienced that very thing and I've seen thousands of other people experience that very thing that when you really genuinely shift, not only does it shift what you're experiencing in life, How you perceive, how you feel about life, how you live life, and how you experience life.
And it's just the most beautiful transformation. And you know, that is actually what today's episode reminds me of personally, is just. That shift in my own life of making that transformation, healing myself and the awareness and clearing different stresses and negativity and whatnot. So anyways, just a moment to reflect on that because that is actually what.
This episode brought up for me was just remembering all of that. So that said, I wanna invite you to open your mind to be willing to think in a different way, to be willing to feel in a different way, to be willing to see the opportunity in life, and to really embody that as we step in with our beautiful volunteer.
Linda, here we go.
Hello. Hi. It's wonderful to connect with you. Yes, it's lovely. I'm, I'm very thankful for this opportunity. I love that. I love that you're beautiful. And what can I assist you with today? Oh, well, I've been suffering with headaches and migraines my whole life. I think they started when I was around five. And then, um, my body is just progressively deteriorated.
Um, I'm about to turn 60, but I look like I'm about 80. And I, you know, I used to be a very fit athlete, but like losing my muscle. I've had a few accidents. Um, I get dizzy, vertigo, um, back pain, you know, I just feel cellulite. I just feel like I'm hanging on to a lot and I just wanna let it go. All right. So gimme one second, and if I ask you currently right now what l your level of pain is, uh, what level is that?
Two or three. Okay. And, uh, and that's in your body or your head, or both? Mm. Gosh, I'm so used to it. My head's probably about a three. My body. Yeah, about a three. Okay. So, um, gimme one second. Go ahead. What were you gonna say? Uh, um, I think I'm used to the pain. I absolutely understand. So gimme one second and let's go ahead and see.
So first and foremost, if I ask you zero to 10, how. Critical of yourself, you are, what would you say? 10. Okay. Yeah. 10 50, somewhere in there, right? Yes.
Okay. And, uh, how's that going for you? Obviously not well, so I'm gonna ask you to, And, um, there's also a feeling of feeling like you're mad at yourself. Can you see that? Yes. Okay. And so if I ask you, I love your self-awareness. If I ask you why you're mad at yourself, why would you say that? Is? Because I, uh, feel like I should have accomplished more or, um, Mm-hmm.
That's what I see a feeling of, feeling like your life should be further ahead than it is at this stage. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Can you see that whole story? Yep. I can see the whole story. Okay. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe, and if you think about it for a moment, what comes to mind is this.
Did you ever hear the Colonel Sanders story? The, the person who started. K F C Chicken? No. So he started K F C at age 65 using his social security check.
All right, so, uh, let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I just absolutely love Linda's self-awareness and self honesty. Just really, really, really beautiful. And she's also got a sense of humor, just playful and beautiful. I love that. And also as far as Colonel Sanders and K F C and this story, I wanna take a moment to say a few things.
The gist of Colonel Sanders story is this, is that basically he had gone throughout his life and had successes and failures and successes and failures and a lot of failures, and ultimately ended up. Making his biggest success of his life in his sixties. And by the way, as the story goes, he had been trying for his entire life to achieve the success.
Even at a young age, his father had died and he was the one who started cooking and basically had been trying to own his own restaurant for many years. And he did. He had like a restaurant at a truck stop or gas station or something, and then it failed, et cetera, et cetera. So he had a lifetime full of quote unquote failure.
Before he achieved this success in his sixties. And so that's how the story goes. And by the way, I do wanna say that I always want to be impeccable with my wording and his story. There's a mix of information online, so if you look it up, some people would say his father died when he was five or six or three, or et cetera, et cetera.
So I just wanna say there's mixed details about what age this and that happened. But point being from this is that the gist is very simp. That it's never too late to really step into what it is that you wanna do, but the time to really start shifting your mindset and your energy towards that is today.
You know, because the only place that you can manifest and the only feeling place that you can manifest from is exactly that is the present. And by the way, part of the reason that I also highlight this and really love this episode is all of the time I'll. Women who have been mothers who have maybe had children when they're in their twenties and then their children grow up and then suddenly they have this feeling that they're too old to start anything new or too old to have this or that, like their dreams have somehow passed them by, and they might be in their forties or fifties or sixties, whatever age.
And they're feeling that way, which is not a great feeling. You always wanna have something to look forward to at any age. And I personally, I wanna have things to look forward to do and be in my nineties, you know, so at any age, I wanna invite you to make sure that you're taking in the feeling of living your life to its fullest.
All right, so, uh, that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with beautiful Linda here we.
If you think about it for a moment, what if you started living every day to its fullest now? So instead of feeling bad about the past or feeling like you should be further than otherwise, you blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, that whole story, what happens? If you just focus on living life to its fullest now, what does that look like?
Awesome. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and you know, when I got better for my injury, I literally remember standing at the end of my counter and in at the end, in my kitchen, at the end of the counter, and I remember just thinking, Wow. I feel like I just, like seven years of my life just passed me by.
Mm-hmm. And I feel like I'm waking up for the first time in seven years. You know what I mean? Yes. I know what you mean. And I had this feeling like I just had a huge chunk of my life passed me by. And the interesting thing is, is. I know I've been wet, I've been healthy now for what, over 13 years, and I know that my entire life is so much better than it otherwise would have been had I not learned what I learned.
Does that make sense? It makes sense. Yes. So every day is better than it would've otherwise. Like it's just, it's so much more like my life is just so much better. And even, and it was already great before, but it's just a different, it's a whole different ballgame. And so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and if you knew that moving forward.
You were going to live life at a, in a whole new level of joy, of happiness, of excitement, of health, of manifesting, of being in line, alignment with life, of love, of connection, of really, really being that and doing that. How would you feel about the past?
All right, so, uh, let's go ahead and pause the session right here. And I want you to think about exactly this question. How would you feel about your past if the very things that you are wanting are coming to fruition now, how would you really feel? There's a reason that this is profound, and it's this, if you think about it for a moment, there are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to manifesting.
So let's think about this for a moment. All of the time you'll see people who wanna manifest something and they say, okay, well I wanna get a picture of this, or a picture of that. So they try to get their vision of what it is that they're. And that's the way that they try to manifest. Now, if we stop and think about it for a moment and we think about in life what really manifests well, part of what really manifests is the way that we felt about our past.
As well. So for example, when you stop and think about, you know, an unfortunate manifestation, you think about patterns that repeat themselves, or if you've heard me use the example before of the woman with the abusive father who leaves him and finds the abusive boyfriend, boss, spouse, et cetera, et cetera.
Now of course, she wants a loving relationship to be loved, to feel connection and to feel. But what does she end up manifesting and attracting? You know, what repeats is that abusive relationship? Because that's what's really in her mind, that's how she really feels in her core. And of course, it's not her fault.
That's how energy works. It attracts more of the same. And by the way, I wanna be clear, it's not just about past energy nor what we're picturing, but it is even about future energy, how we feel genuinely. Not how we necessarily just want to feel, but how we genuinely deep down inside feel. And that's what, of course controls our health, our life.
That is the. That you have to change to create real change in your life. And so that's the very reason that I want to pause the session right here, and we'll continue the second half of the session next week. But I wanna invite you to take this simple and profound insight and ask yourself this very question if the things that you were wanting were manifesting in your life today.
How would you feel about the past? You know, could you let it go? And I mentioned that was something that I had to shift was because I felt this anxiousness. Like, oh my God, my life is passing me by and I just wanna get better and I just wanna heal. And I was stuck in that feeling. And it was something that I needed to change in my own life.
And so that said, I wanna invite you to look at this in your life. What would that change look like? How would that genuinely feel? And could you start to embody that emotional energy in your own life? All right, so that said again, Profound. All right, so that said, I wanna invite you to just feel it, to embody it.
And I also wanna ask you to please do make a point to hit the share button on this episode. You know, share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, somebody you don't even know because the more empowered and happy and healthy that every single person is in the world. The better this world is for all of us.
And so on that note, please do make a point to have a most wonderful, fantastic rest of your day, and I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode. We'll see you there.

As more and more people become empowered, it really will change our world for the better. That is the point and the power of these demonstrations is to create a radical shift in our world consciousness by showing everyone what we are all capable of. And of course, each volunteer will really need to follow through to reinforce their programming, to maintain their results.
But the point. For you to see that you really can create rapid results in your health and your life if you really understand how to use your mind. You are incredible. And I do wanna be clear though, that most people will not get results this fast on their own. I make it look very easy because of the discoveries that I made.
You'll wanna remember that there's so much more going on [00:35:00] in our minds at a deeper level than people. That said, if you wanna send me any questions or comments, come visit me on my [email protected] slash podcast. And if you're currently experiencing physical pain and would like to be a volunteer on the show, you can sign up there as well.
Lastly, Please remember, if you do have any health issues, you won't want to avoid your doctors. Instead, you'll wanna continue seeing them and make it your goal to blow their minds with what you are capable of with your mind. Thank you.
