Welcome to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. My name is Brandy Gillmore, and after recovering from my own life-changing injury, it's become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire. Our minds are truly incredible. The placebo is proof of this. Each week I will take this simple awareness to a whole new level.

I will even coach live callers to free themselves of physical pain using only their mind, and then I'll provide you with a combination of practical and spiritual insights that you can use to master your mind, your emotions, and your. To help you heal your health yourself and your life. Let's begin.

Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here, continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it. And I just love today's episode. And I do want to warn you, you're absolutely going to fall in love with today's volunteer, or at least I did, you know, we get the best volunteers and.

Today's volunteer, you can just feel her heart. She is such a beautiful being in so many ways. And the amount of love and kindness that just exudes from her is just beautiful. And by the way, don't get me wrong, she's also It has some things going on with the hurt, blocked heart and a bit shut down in certain areas too, which is an interesting blend, if you will, where somebody just has such a big heart and also has a feeling of feeling shut down and noticing how the mixed feelings Can impact us and different things that come up in our lives can impact us.

And it's just, that's one of the many things that I love about this episode as well is that there are multiple insights from this, not just in the relationship space, but also in life, in safety, in work, in healing, in being able to get results, in meditation. I mean, there's just so many different insights from today's episode that I just, I love that.

And again, I love our beautiful volunteer. Her name is Jennifer. And as we dive in, you'll notice she is experiencing physical pain, has had ongoing health issues for multiple years and has been trying everything to get rid of the pain and to heal herself. And there's just, there's so many beautiful pieces to today's episode.

So I just, I love that. And I'll let her tell you the rest as we go ahead and dive into my session with beautiful Jennifer. Here we go.

Hello. Hello. Hi. It's wonderful to connect with you. It's nice to talk to you. And can you hear me okay? I can hear you okay. So, um, I, uh, started research on a whole food plant based diet and was listening to Nicolette Richer. And suddenly, uh, there was an interview with you on there and that's how I became aware of your existence.

I love that. She's a beautiful, beautiful being. I love that. That was, uh, fun. And, um, beautiful. So I went to your, I went to your podcasts and, uh, in your own words, woo woo, at first I, uh, I thought your stuff was woo. And I, I almost, I almost, you know, stopped listening. And then I said to myself to keep an open mind and I listened to a few more and now I'm hooked.

I've probably listened to over a hundred of your podcasts and I'm just honored to be speaking with you today and thank you so much for doing what you do. And, um, you're so sweet. Thank you. You're beautiful. That touches my heart and thank you. And I totally get it. I, I would have said the same thing. I would have been like, wow, this is woo woo.

And then you listen and you're like, wait, wait, it's actually really grounded. It makes sense. So it's, yeah, I love that. I love that. And. What can I help you with today, beautiful? Well, so I'm, I'm, I'm really curious, uh, to find out what you think is a good starting point for me. I have, um, undoubtedly many layers to work on, but what I want to talk about today is my, uh, my lower back, right side has been sore for about nine years and, um, Took a while to figure out, but apparently it has to do with my periformis muscles in the front.

And so if I keep up with my stretches and massage therapy and rolling on a ball and stuff like that, it does reduce the pain somewhat, but I'm never pain free. And as you know, with a busy life that we lead, I don't do my stretches regularly. And so. It gets, uh, pretty stiff . I get it. Yeah. I'm usually at a number.

I'm, I'm about at a seven, uh, for pain. Uh, if I aggravate, aggravate it with, uh, doing too much physical activity, then it, it can easily go up. Uh, I am a little bit nervous about, uh, being accurate with numbers 'cause all your previous guests are Sure. Good with, um, with giving you the. You know, a number to their pain.

And I don't know if I'm going to be able to be as accurate as them, but I would say. You know what? I was going to say, I love your self awareness. I love your self honesty already. You're, you're, you're impressing me. I was going to say, I love your self awareness. I love your self honesty already. You're impressing me.

It's really beautiful. Uh, So the other, other thing is my neck is always stiff. Uh, it doesn't really give me pain though. It's just always stiff. And if I turn a certain way, then I may get pain, but, uh, I've had a stick neck for a long time. And I've noticed in pictures of myself, if I'm at an event, my shoulders are always up a bit.

They're a bit shrugged and, um, and it hasn't. Been like that my entire life, but definitely I've noticed for sure for the last 20 years or so, maybe longer. So I don't know if that's all related. And I just wanted to mention, I don't want to go too long at the start here, but I am diagnosed with PTSD in 2021 and, um, uh, stemming likely from a career in law enforcement over 20 years.

And, uh, I was off work for two years, um, therapy and journaling, meaning writing out, uh, A lot of the main, main, uh, major calls I went to over 20 years policing, which, you know, are a lot, but, uh, that did help. And, uh, handwriting, it was, uh, paramount, they said. So I, you know, and, uh, meditation, and I know, uh, you've talked about meditation and that does help.

Uh, however, if I stop doing the meditation, then my irritability comes back, uh, and my other symptoms, um, I would say my main one though is irritability. And, uh, Angered easily and, uh, meditation does, uh, help and it's basically mindful meditation, I guess, and loving kindness and so on. But like I said before, with the stretches, sometimes I don't do my meditation and of course the irritability starts to show up, but I can recognize it and then I make sure to do my meditation, but, um, I'm, um, I listen to your meditation, uh.

Uh, IQ, I think it was and, uh, makes a lot of sense. It has been helpful, but you're right, I'm missing, it's helpful, but it's not everything that we need. Right. And so I'm so glad that you, um, you pointed that out and also that I hope you can help me, um, get started on, um, the layers. I love your awareness.

You're beautiful. I love your awareness. And also as far as law enforcement, thank you so much for what you do for our world. I really appreciate that. And I've also worked with a lot of people, um, who also in law enforcement have had PTSD and a lot of. Other things from the work and, and, uh, and so I, I hear you.

And, uh, and let's go ahead and dive in. Um,

all right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. You know, there are two really important insights. First and foremost, I just have to say I love self-awareness. I love herself, honesty, just beautiful. And again, just her heart. feel her heart and her care and even as we dive in even deeper, you'll notice just the way her heart and her authenticity is, it's just beautiful.

It's really beautiful. So I love that. And now, as far as the point that I want to really talk about for a moment really quickly is this, is that as far as meditation, you know, if you're here, you might know that I'm not I'm typically a fan of some type of meditations. Some type of meditations I feel like are really great, some not so great for you, and I don't like the way they work with the mind.

And so, she mentioned that she's been bringing in feelings of kindness, which is great. You know, so I love that, and that's a great thing that she's been doing. How wonderful. So bringing in feelings, uh, positive feelings anytime, that's a wonderful thing. And, of course, she also mentioned that she has not been pain free, that, you know, there are times that she can do the physical therapy and whatnot and get the pain a bit down, but she hasn't been pain free and been able to really get her pain all the way down, which Spoiler alert, she does on today's episode, she's able to get it down using her mind.

So I love that, but just wanting to point out right here that as far as meditation goes, if you're bringing in positive emotions, that's fantastic. The types of meditation that I don't care for are things like, you know, silent meditation, where you're quieting your mind, or even what I called mental vacation meditation, where you.

Put your mind in a mental vacation elsewhere, and I won't go into those topics too deep here because, as she mentioned, there is an IQ episode on those topics, so I'll go ahead and just have my team leave that in the notes if you'd like to check out that episode, but very simply, the reason that I don't care for things like mental vacation meditation is, the thing that you'll want to keep in mind when you're, working with your mind, is you always want to ask yourself, if my brain started doing this automatically, would that be a good thing, yes or no?

And the reason that you want to ask yourself that is because when you stop and think about it, anything that we do repeatedly with our minds, We get good at it, you know, for example, if you think about tying your gym shoes, you know, as a child, when you first learn how to tie your shoes, you have to think about it, however, after you've been doing it for many years, you don't even have to think about it, or even an example you'll hear me use all of the time, of course, is driving a car, is that after a while, we can do it.

Be driving a car to a destination and suddenly realize we've checked out for part of the drive, you know You get to your destination and suddenly you realize oh my gosh Did I stop at all the lights and thankfully my brain doesn't do that anymore I'm very good at being present, but I have done that in the past and so point being is that Anything that we do repeatedly, our brain starts to do automatically for us, whether it's tying your shoes or even it can do that with driving a car.

So if you're doing some type of meditation where you're checking out all the time, where you're not being present in your body, then what happens is your brain starts to do that more often and it can start to check out automatically on its own. And I've worked with plenty of people and I even had to get my own brain back from doing that, but I have worked with plenty of people who have been very checked out in life because they did a lot of meditating and the brain built neural pathways that says, Oh, you want to check out all the time?

Great. Let me help you. And that's exactly what it's done. I've seen people program their minds and end up with. You know, a lot of challenges and problems from different types of meditations. And of course, again, there are also great meditations. So I don't want to scare anybody from meditation. It just depends on what you're calling a meditation and what type of meditation.

So again, if you want to listen to that full episode, you can do so. I'll have my team leave a link in the show notes, but either way, point being is just that bringing in feelings of kindness, how wonderful. Like, I love that she's been doing that. How beautiful. And, of course, what we want to do is we want to now address also the pain that's going on and the healing, and we want to look specifically what's linked up in her mind that is connected to that.

And so, that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with our beautiful volunteer, Jennifer. Here we go.

As far as, uh, the pain in your back right now, the lower back, you said it's about a 7 right now in the piriformis? Yeah. Yeah. All right. So, let's go ahead and start there. And so, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and give me one second, and give me one second. So, I know what it is, but I want to just, I'm just looking at my approach for a second.

All right. Here we go. All right. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And. If I ask you, there's a feeling of like a growing fear of the job and all of that since starting in about 2012. Are you familiar with that feeling? Yes. Okay. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Now, I want you to notice, so okay, so I want to put this in a way, so again, I'm, I'm trying to go into this very, uh, we're going to, we're going to play with the direction a little bit.

Okay. Because what I want you to notice, can you see the part of your energy of, there's a feeling of feeling like I put the line, my life on the line for people. Can you see that feeling? Are you familiar with that feeling? Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay, and if I ask you how many times you've had that phrase or that feeling in, show up in your life, how many times would you say that is?

Often. Often. Okay. So, great, great self awareness. Now, what if, and respectfully said, what if you weren't putting your life on the line at all? So, even what if you were doing your job, but you knew you were safe, that you were safe, that your life was not even on the line? Because yes, you're doing an incredible job for our communities and keeping them safe and we appreciate it.

And what if we knew a thousand percent sure that you're safe, that you are safe, you're going to remain safe. We know that, that energy universe, divine energy, God, whatever you want to call it, mother nature has your back. We know you're supposed to be here and you're not putting your life on the line, but you're doing a freaking wonderful job keeping our community safe.

What if that was the positioning of it? Would be much more relaxing. Bingo. Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And so I'm gonna ask you to take that in, that you're supposed to be here in this world, so you're not putting your life on the line because you know, you know, you know, you know, and instead it's like you're, you're.

Frickin rockstar. You're amazing. You're wonderful. We appreciate you. You're fantastic. Are grateful for you and you're not putting your life on the line. You don't have to put on your life on the line for us to appreciate you and that you are appreciated and you thank God you don't have to put your life on the line at all.

But what you're doing and you're, you're, cause you're well trained and you're aware and you're incredible and you're knowledgeable that you're so well trained and you are so skilled that it's just, you're amazing. And so you're not putting your life on the line because your life is safe. Because God, universe, divine energy says, yep, you are here.

You're meant to be here. And you know you are, and you're not putting your life on the line, but you're doing a really incredible job, and we can all appreciate you. How does that feel to you? It feels good, and this will sound odd, but, um, I, um, I often feel that way, uh, already, or I, I have. Can I interrupt real quick?

Can I interrupt real quick? Yeah. If I ask you to notice right now what level your pain is, 0 what's your level? Uh, probably still a 6. Okay. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take into your nervous system. This is what I have about a, about a 5.

8. So it's dropped a little bit, but, uh, bingo. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe though, but I'm going to ask you just for a moment to feel what if you knew a hundred percent sure, a thousand percent sure through your nervous system, through your being, if you knew. You knew, you knew that you were safe, a hundred percent safe, what would that feel like if I, if I knew that everything would be easy.

Great. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Say that again. If I, if I knew that for sure, everything would be easy. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I'm gonna ask you to say that again. If I knew that a hundred percent that I was safe, then everything would be easy. Mm-Hmm, . So, I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to let your nervous system know that you're safe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take in that feeling that you're safe. Bingo. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I want you to notice your level of pain. What's your level of pain?

Zero to ten. Bingo. It went down. Eh. I went down. Mm hmm. And what's your level? Zero to ten. Oh my. Well, I would say, um, a three. That's what I have right in there. Exactly. Uh, yep. And I'm going to ask you to notice, just for a moment, the level in your neck. Uh, zero to ten, what's the level of stiffness in your neck?

Mm, seven or eight. Seven or eight. Okay. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you just for a moment. So, our thoughts help create our lives, right? Hundred percent. Hundred percent. So, I want you to notice the part of you that feels a sense of responsibility for our world.

Can you see that? Yes. And if I ask you to notice for a moment what it would feel like if you knew that life was supporting you, if you knew that the universe, and I know you know that, but if you felt it even more, if you feel like, yep, you are supporting our communities and we appreciate you for that and it's wonderful and life is supporting you also.

And so just taking in that feeling. And by the way, so if we said our outcome. Is that you're feeling even more supported and that your outcome, our outcome here is that you're feeling even more and more and more supported, that you're feeling even more and more supported, right? Yes, and I want you to just for a moment notice the part of you that yes, you feel like you have a sense of responsibility that you're taking care of our communities and we're appreciating that and you're doing that and you're doing that and you also simultaneously feel supported, feel supported, feel supported, feel supported, feel supported.

Now, by the way. Let's say this manifests in your life even more. So let's say six months from now, you're walking around and I say to you, how supported do you feel? You go, Oh my gosh, a level 10. And how do you feel about supporting the communities and taking care of the communities and doing what you do level 10?

And you just feel all of that. What does that feel like to you? What does that feel like? Well, a pun intended I get, but a major, major weight lifted from my shoulders. Ah, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Bingo. Because I often feel, uh, like I'm taking it on by myself. Uh huh. I know that. I know that.

That's a hundred percent. And I also think that I signed up for that, and that's just part of the package. That's okay. Totally. But. So. Notice for a moment, is that part of the package, or what if you also feel really supported by life? Like, really supported by life. And you feel those feelings, and you're feeling really, really, really supported by life.

And by the way, I'm going to ask you Uh, the level in your pain in your back, uh, 0 to 10, what's your level?

About a, a 1 or a 2. Great, 1 or a 2. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and who's doing that? I am, with your guidance. Absolutely. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you just for a moment, how powerful is your mind? Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you to take in a feeling of appreciation that I am appreciating you and what you do.

And you're feeling that. To take in the feeling of appreciation. To feel it. And I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling. That universe, God, divine energy is supporting you and you're so supported. It's just who you are. It's just how you are. You are so supported. You are so supported. You are so supported.

And that's just your life. So your life shows up even more and more and more. And by the way, if I told you that somebody feels like they've always got to do everything by themselves and everything by themselves, and they always have to do everything by themselves, if I ask you. What does their life end up looking like?

By themselves. By themselves. Right?

Alright, so, uh, let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment for two really quick insights. And, you know, first, again, I just absolutely love her heart. I love her authenticity. Just beautiful. And there are two really important insights that you can take from this and apply in your life. Now, the first one is that if we decide that we're going to do something, we want to make sure that as we do, our thoughts and our emotions are supporting the direction that we're going.

Meaning this, meaning obviously in her job, she does have a job that It has a lot going on in the environment, and so I don't want to downplay that at all, but I also want to make sure that her mindset is supporting the direction that she wants to go. And one simple analogy would be something like this, would be to say, okay, well, if somebody goes to take an exam, some type of test.

And if they go to take that test, and the entire time they're going to take it, they're saying to themselves, oh my god, I'm going to fail, oh my god, don't fail, don't fail. You know, that's not the energy, that's not the mindset that's going to help them feel great. So instead, if they've committed to taking this exam, or test, or whatnot, then, They'll want to think, okay, I've got this, let me focus on passing this, I'm going to do great, let me bring my A game, let me feel it, you know, so they're bringing themselves and their focus where they want to go.

Or even the analogy of driving a car, you know, if you're driving a vehicle and you're going forward on the freeway, you don't want to be looking to The center divider and saying, don't hit the center divider. Don't hit the center divider. I'm putting my life on the line. You know, you don't want to do that.

So point being is that obviously, again, you know, she does have a job that does require her to pay attention and to be alert and to be aware, but in anything in life that we do, whether it's taking an exam, driving a car, anything. We want to feel and think in the direction that we want to go. Otherwise, it will put our nervous system in fear, in stress, in angst, and, you know, all of that.

And it can affect our health and our lives. So that's one insight we can look at. Now, another Quick takeaway is this, is that all of the time I've worked with people who have felt alone in what they're doing, and this might be a mother who's taking care of her three kids who's feeling unsupported and alone, or I work with clients who are making millions and even hundreds of millions of dollars a year.

Who have also had areas in their businesses where they have felt like they're completely unsupported and alone and frustrated because of it. And so the part that you'll want to take away from this is no matter what your situation is, you'll want to start creating that change. Because even in these people's lives, you know, a lot of times what I've done in working with them is help them to make the change.

On the inside, and of course, there can be some actionable items as well. But all change really does start on the inside, and if you think about it for a moment, another way to really illustrate this is to think about the awareness that we live in a world with over 8 billion people, and loneliness is an epidemic.

When you think about it logically, none of us should ever be lonely. Because there are so many people and yet it is so common for people to have wounding or patterns or feelings of disconnect or loneliness on the inside that then are manifesting in their lives. And so, point being again from this, is that if you're feeling unsupported in an area of your life, I want to invite you to look at this and see about making a real transformation.

All right, so, uh, that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with our beautiful volunteer, Jennifer. Here we go.

I want you to think about what that looks like as you're feeling so, so, so, so, so supported in your life. It's just who you are, it's just how you are. You deserve it. It's really great. And you feel really, really, really supported. And yep, you still have your things with our communities and what you do. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And I'm going to ask you, or invite you, to take in the feeling of feeling supported. And what does that feel like? It feels great. Beautiful. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to take it in even stronger. You feel supported. It's just who you are. It's just how you are.

It's really great. Good. Good. Good. Good. Bingo. Alright. So, I want you to notice your level of pain in your back, and your, um, your level of pain. Zero to ten. What's your level? I don't feel it. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful job. Beautiful. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And again, taking that in. Fantastic job.

And, and, taking in that feeling. Fantastic job. Fantastic job.

All right, so let's go ahead and actually pause the session right here, just because there are several insights that I want to allow you to just take your time and digest before we continue on, and a few things that I want to really unpack even further. And first and foremost, again, Just how beautiful and authentic she is.

And by the way, I just want to say, you know, you'll hear me all of the time as I'm working with volunteers say how beautiful a person is. And it's not because I'm recording on video. So a lot of times, and even during this session, we only recorded. Audio, so I couldn't see her physically, but when I say she's so beautiful, it is because her heart, her soul, who she is, she's just a really beautiful being, so I love that, and I want to take the opportunity for a moment and Really actually build on that.

You know, in past episodes, we've talked about healing energy towards doctors and not being upset or angry at the medical community or whoever it is, but really coming to a place of healing. And I want to take that opportunity just because she has been in law enforcement for so long and really invite you that if you are somebody who has built up a Anger, or rebelliousness, or judgments, or upset towards officers, or law enforcement.

I want to invite you to heal that because, you know, even as you listen to our beautiful volunteer talking about her care about our communities and her feeling of responsibility of taking care of them, of, you know, just her heart, again, it's just, I mean, gushing over it because she's so beautiful. I want to invite you to take that in.

If you are somebody who has started to either, you know, from TV or social media or from a few bad seeds of maybe officers that did make mistakes, you know, if you notice that you have started to build some subconscious judgments towards officers, I want to invite you to be willing. To look at those, and to heal those, and to transform those, and I have to say, you know what also excites me is just seeing more and more officers or people who are in law enforcement who are healing themselves, who are becoming aware and conscious, and it's exciting to me because just more and more people in our world are waking up, and I love that she said in the very beginning that she mentioned that this all felt very woo woo at first.

And I agree with her. It absolutely did to me as well. And then you start to realize that it's logical. Then you start to realize that everything makes sense. And if you think about photons and you think about energy, or you think about wifi and internet, you know, when you stop and think about the awareness that there is.

Energy all around us. And you even stop and think about the mind body connection. You realize how logical it all really is. And, you know, the example or analogy that I use all the time is, you know, if somebody who unfortunately has a stroke, you know, if somebody has a stroke in their brain, it can paralyze.

So, essentially what we're doing as I'm working with her is identifying that specific brain body connection of understanding, you know, what emotions or emotional energy is affecting her body. You know, what is going on in that brain body connection and then helping her to create that shift, which I mean, she just did a beautiful job.

So I just love her even saying that, you know, it's just authentic and it's true. And that's how I felt. And not to say woo woo is bad either. I love woo woo. And also I love that. When we stop and really understand the woo, and we really look at it, we can start to see that there's actually logic. And that's the reason that I've been able to work with one person after another, after another, to help them to get results with their own mind.

Because it is logical. Now, of course, I want to emphasize That this is going to take follow through, that she is going to need to reinforce this and get this in her mind so it becomes her new way of feeling automatically. So that will be key for lasting results. So I just want to emphasize that and of course also mention that at this point we're about halfway through her session.

So there's still about half an hour of her session left. which we will be working with on next week's episode, where she's still working with the neck pain. So that's what we'll be addressing. And what I also love is that on next week's episode, we're going to go even deeper into some of the heart things, the things that are on her heart that are also impacting her and the neck pain.

And again, just some other pieces. And so that's where we're going next week. But for now, I want to invite you to just think about today's episode and invite you to take one piece and see if you can apply it in your own life. And, I also want to ask you, as always, please do make a point to hit the share button on this episode.

You know, share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, or somebody you don't even know. Because the more that every single person is happy and healthy and loving and feels incredible in life, the better this world is for all of us. And so, on that note, please do make a point to have a most wonderful day.

rest of your day. And I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode. We'll see you there.

Thank you for listening to Heal Yourself, change Your Life. All of the time people reach out and say how much these episodes have given them, hope or touched their heart, or help them stay positive in hard times, or even woken them up to a completely new level of awareness. Of how amazing we all really are.

If today's episode touched your heart or expanded your mind in any way, please do me a favor and be sure to share it with those you care about or those you know who really need it. As more and more people become empowered, it really will change our world for the better. That is the point and the power of these demonstrations is to create a radical shift in our world consciousness by showing every.

What we are all capable of. And of course each volunteer will really need to follow through to reinforce their programming, to maintain their results. But the point is for you to see that you really can create rapid results in your health and your life if you really understand how to use your mind. You are incredible.

And I do wanna be clear though, that most people will not get results this fast on their. I make it look very easy because of the discoveries that I made. You'll wanna remember that there's so much more going on in our minds at a deeper level than people realize. That said, if you wanna send me any questions or comments, come visit me on my [email protected] slash podcast.

And if you're currently experiencing physical pain and would like to be a volunteer on the show, you can sign up there as well. Last. Please remember, if you do have any health issues, you won't want to avoid your doctors. Instead, you'll wanna continue seeing them and make it your goal to blow their minds with what you are capable of with your mind.

Thank you.
