Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it. And I love so many things about today's episode. You know, first and foremost, our volunteer today is such a beautiful being.

So she's got pain that she's experiencing and a variety of different health issues. And one of the things that she says as we connected to do this session is basically she said, Hey, can we do this in 20 minutes? I said, Well, we can definitely try. If you want to do it in 20 minutes, let's do it in 20 minutes.

And she did it. So that's one of the fun things about today's episode. Some other fun things that you can see from this episode are multiple insights, insights about how we can keep ourselves stuck from creating a change. Also, you'll be able to see as we dive in that sometimes the things that feel like our biggest strengths can also be.

our biggest weakness or be affecting us in a negative way. And you'll see what I mean as we dive in. But just a lot of times people feel that, you know, all of our health issues always come from, you know, some type of major trauma, but they can actually come from a variety of different ways. You want to remember that it is key to focus on the feeling itself.

And sometimes. The issue can be a lot different than you may think it is. And so on that note, let's go ahead and dive in with our beautiful volunteer. Her name is Gloria and she's just an absolute sweetheart. You're going to love her. She is strong and she also has a big, beautiful heart. It's just, just a beautiful, beautiful being.

So you're absolutely going to love her. Let's go ahead and dive in. Here we go.

Hello, Gloria. Hi, can you hear me? I can. Hello, beautiful. How's it going? Good, good. Um, can you hear me without my headphones? I can hear you just fine, actually. Okay. I just couldn't get my, my headphones connected. Okay. Well, that works. I can hear you great, and I think, uh, we're good to go. Good. Okay. Would it be possible, would it be possible to finish Jessica a few, two or three minutes before eight o'clock?

We can definitely try to do that. Uh, what, what time, what, what time zone are you in? What time is it right now for you? It is now seven thirty five. Okay, let's, let's get on it. That gives us 20 minutes. Is that okay? Otherwise, it doesn't matter. Whatever. Uh, let's, let's do it. Let's do it. Let's, uh, here we go.

Okay, so what can I help you with today? Uh, okay. I think I did send you, um, uh Yes, so you probably sent in to my team. I have not reviewed it. Um, I like to just come in fresh and, uh, and check right in with, with you as we go. Okay, so here we go. So, uh, so what can I help you with beautiful? Okay. Um, I have, um, currently a lot of, um, seems health issues, one after the other, and I'm finding it very, very hard to cope with it all.

Um, because every day. Something else crops up. Um, I think I told you in my message that, uh, in 2019 I had to go over to Malta. That is where I am originally from and, um, thanks. So I wanna be careful real quick. Okay. So I wanna in interrupt you and you can keep speaking, but I'm gonna tell you the more you ingrain the story, the harder it's gonna be re to release.

And, and it's okay. But, but you said you wanted to wrap up by eight o'clock, which gives us 20 minutes. Uh, so if he, if it goes over, it doesn't matter, whatever it just says, okay, great. So if I ask you right now, what is the physical pain that you're experiencing right now in this very moment? It's my geographic tongue.

Um, and, uh, there is, uh, apparently the condition I have, it's usually not painful, but according to my specialist, I was told you're unlucky and, uh, it is painful. Most times when I speak, when I talk, when I eat, um, and there doesn't seem to be anything, whatever I've tried that relieves it. It's just, yeah.

And if I ask your level of pain right now as you're speaking, what would you say? Right now, it's not too bad. It's probably, uh, not so bad this morning, probably about a four or a five, but sometimes it's okay. I hear you. Okay. So I hear you. So here we go. Here we go. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

Give me one second.

And I'm going to ask you just for a moment, uh, to notice if I ask you zero to ten, how much there's a part of you that feels very critical or hard on yourself. What would you say? Uh, probably an eight or a nine. Okay. Eight, nine, a little bit higher even. So I, I feel you, I see you. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And I'm going to ask you just for a moment, if I ask you, is that serving you? Mm. Yeah. How is that serving you? Why do you need to be so hard on yourself? I don't know. Sometimes I really am. The older I get, I guess I've got to see now that everything seems to be going wrong with my health and I'm very, um, uh, fearing because I do have a huge mortgage and I don't want to go and leave it behind me.

So there's all that financial stuff behind me, worrying me, I guess. I hear you. I understand. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And

there is a feeling, um, are you familiar with this feeling? You know, the feeling of like imposter syndrome. Are you familiar with that feeling?

It's kind of like, um, when you feel like, um, let's bingo, let's put it this way. There's a feeling of feeling like you're, you're not good enough inside. Are you familiar with that feeling? Um, yes and no. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Certain things I feel very confident. Uh huh. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And I want you to notice the part of you that feels very confident. And then I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to notice the other part of you. That, uh, feels, uh, not good enough and critical and hard on self. Now, I want you to notice just for a moment, if I ask you how much you have a strong personality, what would you say?

Strong. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to think about that exact thing. The feeling of a strong personality, a strong personality. And I also want you to notice that when you feel like you're upset with self, you can be hard on self, but I also want you to notice that when you feel upset with others, it can come out very strong also.

Can you see that? Yeah. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice, now, thinking about it in this way, now, imagine if somebody's really physically strong, they lift a lot of weights and lift a lot of weights and lift a lot of weights, and so they're really physically strong, and so they have a tendency to maybe hurt others because they're so physically strong, they have to be more careful, right, with their physical strength so they're not hurting others, correct?

Okay. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take in the awareness that with your words that, that you're a strong personality and that with your words, you need to make sure to be, um, you need to make sure that you're not being too hard on others also. Does that make sense to you? Yes, it does.

Great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. I'm going to ask you to breathe. Okay. And I'm going to say that again. So you have great, great, great awareness, great awareness, and taking that feeling in great awareness. And so I want you to notice the part of you, you have a strong personality and if you're upset or you're upset with others, they can feel very hard verbally.

It can be very hard and that you're willing to let that go. Just like somebody with a lot of physical strength. If a person has physical strength, they have to have a certain level of care. If they're around people that they're not hurting others. And similarly, that emotional strength, making sure that That the emotional strength is a great thing that you have emotional strength and making sure to release triggers and wounds so if you're, so you're not taking it out on others is key, right?

Does that make sense? Yep. It does. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And if I ask you, could you commit to changing this a hundred percent? Could you commit to saying, okay, from now on, I realize that I do have a very strong personality. And from now on, I'm committed to communicating in a way that is kind, even if I get upset or frustrated or whatnot, I'm aware that I have a strong personality and I'm willing to communicate in a softer, better way.

Could you commit to that moving forward? Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. Okay. And even towards self, could you commit to being kinder to self as well? I would like to try as much as possible. Great. Could you commit to it? Yes. Great. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling of what it would feel like to feel kinder to self, kinder to self, kinder to self, and also be aware that you have a strong personality, and That if you're communicating something that you're using, uh, you're, you're being soft in a way that is productive and helpful in communication.

And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice the level of pain zero to 10. What's your level of pain in your tongue? A bit better. Mm hmm. What's your level? Two.

That's what I would have said about a two. Great, great, great job. Great job. And I would even say almost to the, I would say about a 1. 8, even right under a two, just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm also going to ask you to notice any feelings of guilt that you may have had.

And I'm going to ask you or invite you to let those go. Are you willing to let go of feelings of guilt and instead step into transformation? Are you willing to do that? Yes, I find my biggest, biggest problem is, um, I am Okay, so I want to interrupt real quick, just so you know. So, this is the thing. So, let's say I was trying to train my brain to speak French, right?

And so I started speaking a bunch of English and I talked about every time that I ever spoke English before. How much sooner would I be, how much closer would I be to speaking French? Not at all. Not at all. So keep in mind, you can absolutely go wherever you're going because what you started out with saying is my biggest problem.

And what I'm saying is, can you do this? So I'm trying to program in new ways of being and thinking and get you towards the goal. And you keep going backwards the other direction, just so you know. So if you're wanting to release pain, you got to come my way because your way is going to increase it just so.

And we could, I'm happy to follow you, but I just want to warn you. Your direction is going to be the wrong way to get results. Does that make sense? Great. So, so it's up to you. I can, I'm happy to follow your lead, or if you want to keep coming with me, because we'll, to, to start getting your brain in the direction to get rid of, to, to, to release the pain, to heal, to get the direction you want to go.

We have to get the brain to get in, go in a different direction. Okay, great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I'm gonna ask you, just for a moment, going back to where we were at, I'm gonna ask you, are you willing to let go of all guilt, completely? Yes. Really? Maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe.

Are you willing? Are you willing? I am willing. Great. Great. Stay with me. I want to know how.

Okay. So imagine, so, so bingo. Okay. So number one, have you ever tried to change somebody before in your life? Maybe a, uh, uh, kid, a spouse, somebody who didn't want to change. Have you ever done that before? Yes. How'd that go? Not much luck. Not much luck. Okay. So what I'm trying to do is actually help your brain to change.

And the first thing I need to do is get you to want to change. Does that make sense? Yeah. So in other words, you're interrupting and you're saying, but how? And I'm actually walking you through the steps of doing it, though you may not realize it's the steps. Does that make sense? Yeah. . Okay, so bingo. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe.

Okay? Now, this is what's important to note from this is that all of the time you'll hear me say when I'm working with people that there are a lot of different things that I am doing with the mind that people don't even realize I'm doing with the mind, that I make it look really easy where I'm just, oh, I talked to somebody and I help them to release their pain.

But there are specific things that I'm always doing that help somebody be able to release their pain. Does that make sense? Great. And so, uh, so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to bring in the feeling of acknowledging your self awareness, your self awareness right now, and your awareness is expanding, and it's really, really, really impressive.

It's really impressive. Not only that, but you've also brought your pain down. And that is really, really, really impressive. And you are doing that. You are doing that. So, I'm just wanting to coach you to use your own mind in a specific way. Does that make sense? Yeah. Great. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe.

And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to take in the feeling that you have a very strong personality. And that's great that you have a strong personality. It's great that And also that you're empowering your communication to be even more charismatic, even more flowy.

Um, that you're, you're doing that and you're paying attention to that. So your communication, even as you have this strong personality, that your communication in your life with your family, your friends, your loved ones, all of that, that your communication has is, is more flowy and it's not hard at all.

It's not too strong, that it's flowy, that you're doing that and you're shifting that. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And if I ask you, if you were doing that, what would that look like? Would it look good? It would look good. It would look good on you, wouldn't it? It would look kind of impressive, wouldn't it?

Definitely. Definitely. Definitely. Because you're kind of an impressive woman, aren't you? Definitely. Kind of. Kind of. You're, you're, you're wonderful and I'm going to ask you to breathe and taking that feeling in. Yes. Beautiful and inside and out and impressive and it's wonderful. And we're all amazing beings and, and owning your amazingness and feeling that.

Not from a place of superiority or arrogance, just from a place of taking in, you're amazing. We all are. And I'm going to ask you to breathe, and even thinking about showing up in your relationships in a different way, doing it, successful at it, you're transforming, you're transforming, you're changing, and it's really, really, really impressive.

And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to take that feeling in the kindness towards self, the kindness towards others, having this strength, but also the charisma. And you have that strength and you're just taking that feeling in, beautiful, and having the strength and having the charisma and being able to communicate beautifully.

And you still have your strength. And you're working with it in a new way that's really, really, really beautiful. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and that you're changing. You're willing to actually change. And that's impressive. And I'm going to ask you to breathe and I want you to notice your level of pain.

Zero to ten. What's your level? Probably the same as before. Um, wherever, I've only got one side at the tip of my tongue that's a little bit tender. Right. So, uh, bingo. All right. So, uh, so just on one side is where you're feeling it and the tip of your tongue, correct? And so, um, so give me one second.

So I want you to notice sometimes how there's a part of you who can get angry and it feels like you just want to say something and you're frustrated and you get angry. Can you see that part of you? Yes. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and I'm going to ask you to breathe and If I ask you how much your thoughts help create your life, what would you say?

If I ask you how much your thoughts help create your life, your mindset helps create your life, how much would you say that is? Um, what's like a number from one to ten? How much would you say? At the moment, a five. Okay. So, if you knew that your thoughts were creating your life even more than you realized, if you knew that, if you knew that your thoughts were creating your life even more than you realized.

Yeah, I know they do. They do, right? So imagine for a moment, if somebody said their thoughts are creating their lives, and then they have negative things, frustrating things that are showing up in their lives, and they're showing up in their lives, and so then, they're getting frustrated with it, and they're upset about what's showing up in life, and upset what's showing up in life.

How does that go? Like what I am experiencing, bad. Exactly. Exactly. Great self awareness and I love your self honesty. You're beautiful. You're beautiful. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And that's the message. So you've heard me say that anytime we have some type of health issue, it's giving us a message to change, right?

Okay. So even during my own injury, I could get mad or upset or frustrated towards everything that was going on and fearful and reactive and all of these things and blah, blah, blah. And then I had to say, wait a second, I need to change. I need to change. And I needed to radically change myself, my mindset, all of that.

And so I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you. Are you willing to let go of the anger? Are you really willing to let go of the anger 100%? Yes. Great. So would you be willing to trade anger in for empowerment? Instead of saying, I'm going to be angry at this situation saying, I am going to create a real change and start empowering myself and changing the situation, right?

So I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you to breathe. So you're willing to let go of anger and upset and blah, blah, blah, and anger and upset and victim as well. You're willing to let go of anger and upset and victim. You're not a victim. You're a mate. You're amazing. You're not a victim, you're amazing.

You're not a victim, you're amazing. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. You're not a victim, you're amazing, and you're empowered, and you're willing to change. Is that correct? Yes. Yep. So I'm going to say that again. You're not a victim, you're amazing and empowered, and you're willing to change to get real results.

Is that correct? Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. You're changing. You're doing it. You're owning your power. You're changing. You're doing it. You're owning your power. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice the level in your tongue. 0 to 10.

What's your level? In the tip of your tongue. Very slight now. Who did that? Me. You. How amazing are you? Fantastic. Fantastic. Fantastic. Right? So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to own that awareness that you are amazing and that you're not going to get keep getting caught in the negative and caught in the negative, but instead you're going to start changing and you're going to focus on this change and really start changing.

How does that feel to you? Are you willing to do that? Yes, I am. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And again, asking yourself to see yourself walking around, connecting with people charismatically, like not taking out anger on them, not even feeling the anger. You're letting that go. You're really changing a hundred percent.

You're changing and you're owning your power. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to notice what it would feel like to embody this change into your life. What would it feel like to embody this change in your life?

I feel great and give me, um, peace of mind and body. Yeah, so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and I'm going to ask you to notice right now your level of pain. Zero to ten, what's your level?

Hardly, just a very, very slight if I really push my tongue against my teeth. Right. Fantastic job. So you did it in under 20 minutes. Like that was the goal. And so, so this is the change that I want you to do. Now, what I would do is listen to this and really get it in. So you're embodying that change. Does that make sense?

Yes. Beautiful. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe Now. Who did this? You did. How powerful and amazing are you? Amazing and powerful. Amazing. Absolutely. Absolutely. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and take that in. Fantastic. Fantastic job with your energy, and again, get this in follow through.

So I want you to get this information in your mind exactly like we did. Get it in your mind and then embody it and getting it in your mind and embodying it. Okay. Um, fantastic, fantastic job. And, uh, it has been such a pleasure connecting with you now, um, Brandi? Yes. Uh, how do I get onto, you know, initially on your program?

How do I do that? Bingo. Okay. So, um, all right. So on, uh, uh, on my program, you mean in the video course? Yeah, I had, they offered me the podcast, so, um, but I'd like to follow through. Would you recommend that? Absolutely. Absolutely. Uh, basically what you would do. So when you go through the video course, what it does is it helps you to even understand your mind even more.

Um, it helps you to understand, to create the change and it'll walk you through step by step in a slower way. It helps you to understand it. And getting it in, you'll also understand more and more of what we did and the changes that are needed and that we changed more things than you would consciously realize.

And, uh, and so, uh, it'll, it'll help you understand it. And so you can repeat it and also make sure to program it in. So that's what I would do is just go through step by step and integrate it. And, and Make sure this vision of getting it in, um, and just, it'll, basically the course will help you to actually embody the change, understand it, and reprogram your mind and just understand it in depth.

Does that make sense? It does. It does. I was corresponding with Sherry. Yes. Um, would you mind asking her perhaps to send me the details again so I can, um, follow it through and, um, get the program? Absolutely. Absolutely. I will definitely. I will have her reach out. She's, she's lovely. She's lovely. So, yeah, she helped quite a bit, which was great.

Isn't she? Beautiful. Yeah. Beautiful. Fantastic, fantastic job. Just fantastic. And, uh, did you realize your mind was so powerful? Yeah. In some ways, yes. Um, but in other ways I was blocking it all the time. And, you know, it's just, uh, and I knew I was doing that, but I didn't know how to, to stop it. Can I tell you, you are such a wise woman.

You are so wise to say that. So I love your self awareness. I love it. And I just beautiful, beautiful job. And it has been such a pleasure connecting with you and I wish you a most wonderful rest of your day.

All right. So let's go ahead and unpack this even more. And first and foremost, I have to say just really fantastic job. She did so great with her energy. And also I just always want to reinforce, I make this look really simple in helping a person to get results. Now, the reason that I want to emphasize that is just because all of the time people feel like they should be able to get results in 10 minutes or 20 minutes or whatnot.

And It does take a level of understanding. And something that I love from this episode is that she wisely mentioned that she had also been blocking herself, which is so true. And most people are doing that exact thing, but they don't even realize it. In fact, actually, if we think about it, This is divine timing because we had actually just discussed that very thing on episode 228 last week where I worked with a beautiful volunteer there who had been unknowingly reinforcing the very pattern that was connected to her health issue.

And I see that all of the time in a variety of different ways. In fact, on the next IQ episode, I'll, I'll share a few more ways that I even see that happening all of the time. And just expound upon that a bit, because it is something that happens All of the time. So I love that she came to that awareness.

Just really, really beautiful. So I love that. And the two additional insights that I really want to highlight on this episode is that we can see that sometimes the very thing that is a strength for us, maybe a strong personality or, you know, there's a variety of different things that people can may consider a strength that can also then end up not helping them.

And, you know, using the example of physical strength. in this, where somebody may have a lot of physical strength and feel like it is an asset for them. And then of course, also something that they need to pay attention to. And even myself, you know, I have this ability to feel what other people feel and it is incredible.

And, I also need to make sure to balance in my own life where I'm connecting with people and, and just on a human level where I, you know, I connect with my friends and people around me, my family, just on a very human connection level where, you know, I just set that aside and just connect and create loving, wonderful relationships.

And if I didn't set that aside, it would be harder to create a beautiful, loving connection. So just point being is that we are. Biggest gifts can also be things that we need to work around in a, in a particular way to be able to live an incredible life. So that is. is another key that you may want to think about in your life.

And lastly, another insight that I really want to emphasize is this, is that sometimes people may hear this and they may feel like, you know, instead of saying something in a relationship, instead of getting upset or, or saying something, then, Some people might say to themselves, well, you know, I just give the silent treatment and they just go silent.

And in that case, that can also be something that is not an integrity. That is not nice. Depending upon, of course, how it's done. Meaning this, meaning that sometimes in a relationship. Somebody will give another person the quote unquote silent treatment, if you will, as a way of punishment, or a manipulation, or to get back at them, or as a form of, you know, punishment, if you will.

And so, from that energy, it's not kind, you know, it's not a kind communication. Now, if somebody said, To their partner or somebody, when there was a disagreement, they said, you know what, kindly, I just need a little bit of space for a moment to kind of process my thoughts and calm down and process my emotions and I'm happy to talk afterwards.

Or, you know, just even in a kind manner, just said, you know, I don't want to get upset, so I just need a little bit of space to just process and they really genuinely meant it, then it's great. But if it is a feeling of saying, Oh, well, they upset me. Well, fine. I'm just going to be silent and see how they like it or punish them in that way.

Then that could also affect your health and energy patterns as well. And so, you know, of course, the reason I bring that up is because I don't want anybody who might be in the same type of situation to say, well, fine, I'm just going to not say anything to punish that person, you know, and just give them silence or whatnot, in which case.

It can still backfire. And the biggest thing that you want to really focus on is how you feel and changing, of course, the emotions, as well as also changing the emotional patterns and genuinely transforming those to get lasting results. And by the way, something to note here, she asked about joining the video course, which I love because let's be honest, the more that we understand any skill.

The more we can use it, the more we succeed at it. And so the more that every person really understands how to use their own mind, especially because our thoughts and emotions, our mindset can heal our body, change our entire lives, our relationships, everything, um, you know, is so important. So I love that she asked about that and the question that my team and I have been getting a lot over the last week.

is what is the difference between the book and the video course? And it's quite simply this. If I were to simplify it, I would say the book has a lot more of the scientific information of understanding the mind body connection. And even though it's the scientific, everybody's coming back, just raving about how enjoyable or people saying they couldn't put it down.

And it's so it's, so it's really sweet. And even though it is the technical scientific, it's done in a fun, Storyline way of sharing my story so it feels easy to read and enjoyable to read That's what a lot of people are just messaging and saying it's so enjoyable to read. So I I love that and that's the here We go.

So I love that and then of course the book also has a step by step process to use your mind now the Here we go. To use your mind. And so I would say one of the benefits, the biggest, here we go, the step by step process to use your mind. And so I would say one of the things I really, really love about the book is I love understanding the science of it, like having that deeper understanding.

And I like to geek out on that stuff. And of course, in a fun, wonderful way. So that's the book. Now, what's really great about the video course is that There are recordings in there to help you shift your mindset, to make it easier, to help you shift your energy, to help you think and feel in a different way radically, which of course can be easier to do and deliver in a video course and on audio and recordings.

That can help you to shift your mindset. So they both have their different benefits. So I just wanted to be clear because right now everybody's been asking and they're both just really, really great. You know, I'm in love with both of them for different reasons and I get a ton of positive feedback on both of them.

So I really, really, really love that. Lastly, there is one more thing that I do want to say, and it is this, you know, Gloria mentioned how wonderful Sherry is. And I absolutely agree all of the time. Everybody is complimenting how much they love Sherry. And I just love Sherry. And I also want to do a quick shout out to everybody on my team behind the scenes.

There is Sherry and there's also Sarah and Ricole and Ali and Jeff and Brin and Barb and Rinks. And that's the core team. And of course I have other amazing, so many amazing people that are supporting us right now. So just Angela and Tricia and just Jackie and so, so many people. So I just want to give a shout out and say, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you guys. That I really couldn't do otherwise. Everything that I'm doing by myself and my team is so, so, so helpful. And I'm so grateful.
