Welcome to Heal Yourself, change Your Life. My name is Brandy Gilmore, and after recovering from my own life changing injury, it's become my mission to share with others this on my mission, to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire life. Our minds are truly incredible.
The placebo is proof of this. Each week, I will take this simple awareness to a whole new level. I will even coach live callers to free themselves of physical pain using only their mind. And then I'll provide you with a combination of practical and spiritual insights that you can use to master your mind, your emotions, and your energy To help you heal your health, yourself, and your life.
Let's begin.
Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I love that you're here. I love that we're on this journey together, that you're working on expanding your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it. And I love today's episode for so many reasons. I love it because, of course, it is divine.
Timing as always, and it's just incredible the timing on this one. Uh, also I love the depth and the awareness for healing, for seeing how patterns work, for just a breakthrough in healing in general. And then also, you know, when we stop and think about it, most people know that the election can be stressful in one way or another, but what most people don't realize is that it actually connects to their own patterns.
in one way or another. And so it can be very helpful for highlighting what your patterns are for yourself and for healing. And so that's one of the things that I love is, you know, taking the problem, if you will, and clearing it to turn it into a life changing gift. And so that's where we're going on today's episode.
Now it's about the election, but don't worry because it is very neutral. It's not about the election. I mean, it is about stress about the election, but it's not about one way or another. Instead, it's about overcoming and it's about understanding that these triggers can have a bigger picture in our life and our health.
And it's not going to be, uh, bring up feelings of defending one way or another because it's not that. It's not like, Hey, vote this direction. It's not that at all. It's healing. It's changing. It's feeling safe. It's overcoming. It's healing. Getting to a place of feeling empowered, no matter what happens.
It's being in your power and being true to who you are. And also knowing that above the president or whomever, that God, universe, energy, divine is above all of that. And, and it's of course not magical thinking. There's practical things in it, but it's really about embracing a change and about healing. at a deeper level.
And so there are just so many things that I love about today's episode. And by the way, kind of to give an idea for a moment, you know, going through my own injury, if you know my story, then you know that the events from 9 11 actually impacted my health. That was very impactful. But the thing of it was, is it wasn't just 9 11.
You know, all the time you hear people say, well, I have to clear up a trauma. I had a patterned way of thinking. So it was all around me. And it started in childhood, but it was a patterned way of thinking and feeling that was in my life. And so what can happen, and that's where we're going today. Part of where we're going, there's some depth and there's some awareness to techniques and, and whatnot, but part of where we're going here is exactly that, is understanding that What is happening in the election could actually highlight a health issue that's been going on for a long time that you haven't maybe seen or understood, but can help with the awareness.
And so that's really powerful and it just the clarity on how patterns work and creating a change. And it's so, it's just, it's beautiful for so many reasons, not only that, but our volunteer I, she's, oh, you're just going to love her. She's so sweet. She's brilliant. She's fabulous. She has a beautiful smile.
She's just, she's got great energy. She's just so beautiful. And so that said, let's go ahead and dive in with our beautiful volunteer, Shelly. Here we go.
Hello, it's wonderful to connect with you. Yes, thank you. It's my pleasure. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Likewise. Likewise. Likewise. And how can I help you today? Beautiful. Okay, so I might need a little bit of direction because it comes and goes for me, the pain, but I have a history of myopathy. And so, um, just, I have been having quite a bit of pain in like my legs and my feet lately.
And, um, just difficulty with putting any type of weight on, you know, my feet or legs after I've been in bed or resting any, even just, you know, sitting, working my desk for a long period of time. And then, you know, when I get up, it's, um, just really difficult for a while before everything kind of warms up.
Okay. I haven't been able to, like, attach or, like, figure out, you know, if I have, like, some emotions or something attached to it, so I thought I would talk to you. Okay. And how long has this been going on for you? Um, this currently, about three weeks. And um, bingo. And if I ask you, you said it comes and it goes, so you would say, how long has it been coming and going for?
I mean, this iteration, like in my actual feet and stuff has, you know, it hasn't been that long. Um, I started having issues probably a few months ago, um, but it's been intense for the last three weeks. It's been intense. Okay. And current level of pain right now? Zero to 10. What's your level? I just feel some tightness.
So I'd say one. And, um, bingo. And give me one second. Bingo. All right. And if you were to stand up right now, by the way, what would your level be? If you stand? Can I, can I stand and tell you? Would that be okay? Yeah.
Two, maybe three.
All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. So I just want to highlight first and foremost, just beautiful, beautiful being and notice what she mentioned that her pain has been intense for the past few weeks. Yeah. But as you'll notice coming up, it's been going on for many, many, many years throughout her life.
She has these triggers and so think about this for a moment, you know, all of the time people may have a pain come up here or there where they wake up and there's the back pain or there's the neck pain and they have hidden triggers or patterned ways of thinking that are going on at a deeper level and they don't realize it.
And one way to kind of think about this is, you know, all of the time emotions are affecting. our bodies in our culture, but people don't think about it. So notice even what she's said is she's wondering if there's an emotional connection. And I get it. I was, I was there also like, you know, thinking, well, it couldn't possibly be because I had had an accident, you know, and two accidents, a car accident and then a fall accident.
But either way, it's like, you wonder, could it possibly be? And one way to kind of, Think about that as the analogy that I use all the time that people may go to the emergency room and they think they're having a heart attack. And it turns out that they're actually having a panic attack or an anxiety attack, and they don't even realize it.
And of course it's affecting them. But that's, that's my point is that these emotions. are affecting us all of the time and we don't even realize it. Now, by the way, on the note of even talking about the heart, when you stop and think about it, studies have actually shown that stress of course affects the heart as well.
In fact, there was a study out of Harvard that revealed that emotional vitality could reduce coronary heart disease by about 50 percent, which is significant when you think about the awareness that Heart disease is a leading cause of death. And so you realize how profound these emotions are that are going on all of the time inside of us that we don't even realize are there.
And so that's one of the things I want you to notice and pay attention to coming up. Because it's, the more we have this awareness, just the more eye opening it really is on how incredible we are and our minds and our emotions and our energy. It's just, it's profound. And so that's where we're going as we step back in with our beautiful volunteer Shelly.
Here we go.
Bingo. Okay. So if I ask you, How much you would say the stress regarding the election, et cetera, et cetera. If I ask you zero to 10, how much would you say it's affecting you? 10 or 50, somewhere in there. Right. Okay. As we saw in your face go. Okay. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Now, I want you to first take in this awareness. That if you think about it, during the best, best, best times in the world, there's been people who have gone through hardship. Would you say that's true? Yes. Okay. And during the worst, most stressful times in the world, there's been people who have gone through happiness or weddings or celebrations or success or happy health, all of the things, weddings and et cetera, right?
Great. So I want you to, ask you to go ahead and close your eyes and I want you to notice that the external world is in complete control of your future. Or it's exactly opposite that you have the ability to navigate this. That you are the power, that you don't have to do what everybody else is doing. You don't have to be in like, as long as you are focused on where you want to go, and you're focused on happiness, health, a better life, positive expectation, moving it forward in a great way.
As long as you're focused in that, bingo. What direction do you think your life is going to go? In the direction I want it to, in a positive direction, yeah. So I have a question. Have you ever seen an accident on the freeway before? Yeah. And because somebody else got in an accident, so did you, right? No. So you just didn't do the accident, paid attention to where you were going instead of that direction, right?
Right. Okay, great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe
and bingo. An analogy you hear me use all the time is this is, is that, have you heard before there were more millionaires created during the great depression than any other time in history, right? So that's not about money, though it could be, but my point is. Is it's the awareness that we don't have to do what everybody else is doing, right?
We don't have to do or be or even if everybody else is going through this that the other and by the way
All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment, you know, I just absolutely love her I love her awareness. I love her self honesty. It's just beautiful beautiful being and One of the things that I want to point out is just this Is that it might sound to some people like wishful thinking, like, we're just going to be okay.
Just think positive, but you'll see it's more than that coming up. But the other thing I want to highlight is this, is that it's the way the mind works is, is kind of like, if we expect to fail, then. The mind is going to head us towards that direction. It increases our chances of expecting to fail because we're going to follow through with the wrong action.
But if we expect to succeed at something, and of course, we follow through with action, then our brain can help us identify the specific success item. You know, the more we feel like we can do something, the more that Our minds are open to the answer. You know, we've all heard the famous quote before that's um, you know, whether you believe you can or you believe you can't, either way you're right.
Now, of course, it takes follow through and it takes understanding and awareness and distinctions and, and, and all of that. Yes, absolutely. But that's the point is it's not just like, oh, we'll just think positive and you're there. It's also, You know, an awareness that we can take the right action as well.
And that's coming up, but I just want to highlight that because sometimes let's be honest in positive thinking, sometimes people just want to sit around and think positive and, you know, and the more that we can think positive, of course, but feel positive. And get it in at a deeper level and also take positive action.
The more that can really take our lives in a most beautiful way. And so that's really the messaging here. And of course, it does go deeper into the mind and the awareness and also patterns. And so that's where we're going coming up. And let's jump back in with our beautiful volunteer, Shelly. Here we go.
If you think about it, even going through COVID, would you say it's true that some people went through a really hard time, but some people also flourished? Some people said, okay, there's this change. Let me flourish. Right. And they adapted to it. Right. Okay. So it's not about just putting on blinders and saying nothing's happening.
Obviously, like even for example, during COVID, people didn't say, Oh, well, nothing is happening. I mean, for a lot of people, the way things operated changed. And yet when they adapted to the change and said, okay, I'm going to focus on flourishing, then they did exactly that, right? So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling that you believe in yourself, and you're not going to get sucked into the stress and the chaos and the blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
But instead, you're going to focus on where you want to go, no matter what happens. The president isn't running our lives. Universe, God, divine, energy, source, energy, us, right? As long as we don't get stuck and sucked into all of that. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you or invite you if you'd be willing to let go of the stress and the negativity.
Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and I'm going to ask you to take in the feeling that you're willing to change. Bingo. You're willing to let go of the stress and instead stay laser focused on where you want to go. Happiness. Health. Stay laser focused on where you want to go. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Bingo. Great. Now I want you to notice your level in your feet. Zero to ten. What's your level? Zero. Zero. Great. You want to go ahead and stand up. Yeah, I feel a little bit of tightness, but nothing like painful. Great. And, uh, bingo, bingo. So a little bit of tightness, but not painful. And so we're just going to grab that for a moment.
Uh, there's a man that's close to you, uh, who feels. You know who I'm talking about? I don't know yet. Okay. Um, there's somebody else like in your peripheral area that's kind of talking a lot of politics. Do you know who that might be? Um, yes. I, so I have two grown sons and my husband who, you know, all live with me and Bingo.
Okay. It's a lot of talk. Okay. And how old are your sons? 24 and 22. 23. Now, the feeling of feeling like, you know what? No matter what happens in life, your future is up to you. How valuable of a message would that be for them? Um, yeah, hugely valuable. Hugely, right? So, even though it's a lot, what happens, like what happens if they feel victim to politics?
And they feel victim to blah blah or whatever. It's Yeah. Like what does that look like? Well, I feel like I take on some of their stress because I'm usually the one saying like, well, I'm pretty hopeful . I know we live in Missouri, but like, you know, I'm pretty hopeful. And it doesn't seem like that is the consensus in the home.
Okay. And so I feel take that notice. Different, yes. But notice the difference for a moment. Yeah. If I said I'm pretty hopeful. Or if I said, it doesn't matter what happens, I'm going to be okay. No matter what I say, hopeful in what hopeful we're going to win. Hopeful. We're going to lose. Hopeful. We're going to this hopeful, like hopeful compared to painting a picture moving forward that says, this is what I need to do with my mind, right?
I expect, I know, so hope is one thing, but expecting and knowing and seeing and believing and having that sense of, you know, what? That sense of it's going to be okay, moving forward type of feeling. You know what I mean? Yeah. Great. Doesn't matter, right? Yeah, doesn't matter. Great. So I'm going to ask you to stand up and notice a level of tightness, zero to 10.
What's your level of tightness? Oh my gosh. Like none. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Bingo. Now you can see that this message might be kind of helpful for maybe some other people in the world right now. So. Perfect divine timing. Perfect divine timing. I love that we connected today. Um, I love this and also thinking about how you can, of course, infuse this message into your children, grown men, but absolutely.
But, uh, just that awareness and, and notice, um, even when I said, look at more millionaires during the great depression than any other, it's basically saying, look at, you've got to stay true to who you are. Right. And I think that that's, um, That's a, a powerful message just, um, in itself. And when you do that and you're focused on where you want to go and whatnot, um, it's powerful.
So I have to say, I love your self awareness. I love your self honesty. And of course this has been going on. So even though it's gone right now to keep it gone, you're really going to need to reinforce it and get it in. Does that make sense? Yes. And can I ask you a question about like, I've, like I said, I've had kind of a history of myopathy.
And so we're like, we'll just manifest in different like places in my body at a different time. Um, is that like something I should focus on the technique that you're saying of like, no matter what I choose or I'll be okay. You know, all of that. Is that what I just need to focus on if it flares again?
All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, I just absolutely love her. I love her awareness. I love her self honesty. It's just beautiful, beautiful being. And one of the things that I want to point out is just this is that it might sound to some people like wishful thinking, like we're just going to be okay.
Just think positive, but you'll see. It's more than that coming up. But the other thing I want to highlight is this, is that it's the way the mind works is it's kind of like, if we expect to fail, then the mind is going to head us towards that direction. It increases our chances of expecting to fail because we're going to follow through with the wrong action.

You know, we've all heard the famous quote before that's, um, you know, whether you believe you can or you believe you can't, either way, you're right.
Now, of course it takes follow through and it takes understanding and awareness and distinctions and, and, and all of that. Yes, absolutely. But that's the point is it's not just like oh, we'll just think positive and you're there It's also, you know an awareness that we can take the right action as well and that's coming up But I just want to highlight that because sometimes let's be honest in positive thinking sometimes people just want to sit around and think positive and You know and the more that we can think positive, of course, but feel positive and get it in at a deeper level and also take positive action.
The more that can really take our lives in a most beautiful way. And so that's really the messaging here. And of course it does go deeper into the mind and the awareness and also patterns. And so that's where we're going coming up and let's jump back in with our beautiful volunteer, Shelly. Here we go.
Bingo. Okay. So I'm going to, uh, I'm gonna invite you to close your eyes for a moment. Bingo. So I want you to notice for a moment what it would feel like to feel, bingo. Let's put it this way. Um, okay. So bingo. Okay. So let's do this real quick to show you. Okay. So if I ask you, when you have your myopathy, uh, would you say that your biggest thing is usually weakness, is usually pain, is usually numbness?
What would you say is your biggest thing that you physically experience? Um, pain, tightness in the muscles. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe
and, and let me show you the, the different juxtaposition here real quick. And it's this. Um, okay. So imagine for a moment if you're feeling stressed about something, but you're trying to brace yourself and hope that it's going to be okay. Okay. Now, if I ask you zero to 10, how much you would say that that's what you've been doing is trying to brace yourself.
And hope that it's going to be okay. Zero to 10, right? So the muscles tense up and they tense. And it's like, but I'm going to hope I'm going to hope, okay. Now the difference is notice what I said was more of an assertive, be yourself, know where you want to go. Keep focusing, keep driving to the direction that you're going and being and doing and focus on that.
And stay the course, of course, pay attention to what's happening in the world, but stay the course and be you. And you can rise above. Does that make sense? Yes. 100%. So, the reason that, okay, so now I would say the bracing yourself and hoping it's going to be okay is a pattern that started at age, yes, uh, age seven.
Um, so it's been a patterned way of thinking and give me one second. Bingo. Okay. So, uh, can you see at times, can you give me your dad's first initial, please? Yes. Okay. Bingo. Okay. Can you see the part of you that felt like, uh, at times that you were afraid of getting in trouble or afraid of dad, um, and embracing yourself?
Can you see that? Yeah. Zero to ten, how much? All the time. No emotion here at all, right? . Yeah. Yeah. No, and, and I said that to make you laugh. That was it. Yeah. , that's, so sometimes just little hints. Sometimes I'll interrupt people and say something. Mm-Hmm. . Or sometimes I just know that it's a moment of emotions and I, when we laugh and then keep going through it, so that, that was the little inter Yeah.
So, so I'm gonna ask you to. And so, bingo. So what happens is that same pattern of bracing yourself because you feel like somebody's going to be mad or you're going to be in trouble or whatnot has been a pattern in your life. You can see that, right? Of course, yeah.
All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. I love her heart. I love her awareness and I love her willingness and ability to kind of shift out of that so we can laugh a little bit and bring her back out. Now I know a lot of people always think lean into the emotion, go into the emotion, but I wanted her to come out of it because again, she really needs to establish a new patterned way of thinking and feeling.
And not only that, but I mentioned. that the mind is miswired and that happens all of the time. So we really need to rewire the mind to work in the right way, which is again, that's the reason even going through my courses, my workshops, all that, rewiring the mind, finding miswired mind programming is a key key to, to creating the change key to give my body healing is exactly that is Working with the mind in a different way.
Now, this is what I mean. Is notice for a moment that she has this pattern of feeling like she has to stay on alert. So what happens? The body doesn't feel like it's safe to relax. Not only that, but it's like bracing herself for it. So it's a programmed, patterned way of feeling. And that's why you hear me talk about all the time.
You know, sometimes people will hold on to anger. Because they feel like it's keeping them safe. Or people will have a feeling of feeling like, um, it's not safe to feel happy. You, because what can happen? Then they feel like, you know, something dangerous can happen. Or that it's not safe to feel safe. You know, and so it can get linked up in the mind.
Now, imagine if it's not safe to feel safe or it's not safe to feel happy or, you know, any of these things, or it's safer to stay on alert. And that's what happens. People will get it linked up in the mind. Like, Oh, there's this trauma or that trauma. And they hold. And so what happens is all the time people say, well, let me let go of the trauma from the past.
And part of them is trying to let go of the trauma from the past. But the other part of them says, well, I have to hold on to the trauma because it's going to keep me safe and keep me on alert. And so they spend years and years and years and years of their lives trying to do all the release and release and release and not realizing that the mind is actually holding on to it.
And so that's another key. And going through my process is exactly that. Is that we really need to rewire the mind, not just fight against ourselves. Cause so often we'll have these patterns and we're struggling against them. And I did that on my journey. And that's what made me say, okay, I need to develop a whole new way of working with the mind.
And that, that was huge because I was, I was stuck. I was very stuck. And so that's what we want to think about is instead of taking her into the emotion, we'll bring her out of it and say, okay, so my point is, is it in your life, You don't want to get stuck diving into the negative. You want to embrace a real change, really reprogram your mind.
And so that's going to be key. And on that note, let's go ahead and dive back in with our beautiful volunteer, Shelly. Here we go.
Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to notice the part of you who has felt that repeatedly, the feeling of feeling like you're bracing yourself, um, not wanting somebody to be mad at you or get in trouble, et cetera. You can see that, right? Okay. And, uh, bingo. And then trying to be optimistic on top of it saying, but I hope everything's going to be okay.
So notice you're you've tried like your, I see you're optimist. Yes. Yeah. Okay, so I want you to notice for a moment, what if you're not in trouble and people aren't going to be mad at you? What would that feel like? Feel great. Feel great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. So what does that look like moving forward?
If you see your life moving forward, you see your life moving forward, that you're not in trouble. You actually feel really, really, really great and confident and good and wonderful and happy and positive and good. And you feel really good. What does that look like? Looks amazing, right? So I'm going to ask you to breathe and what would your nervous system do?
Chill out , chill out. Bingo. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and notice what that feels like.
Now notice when you say your nervous system would chill out,
how much you can feel your body relaxing a little bit, or relaxed. It almost feels kingly a lot. Yeah. Uhhuh. a lot. Right? So I'm gonna ask you to breathe
and I'm gonna ask you to notice what it looks like, that if you expect everything's gonna go great. You expect it's gonna go great. It's gonna go good. You expect that, of course, people aren't going to be mad at you. They're going to be happy with you. You expect, of course, you're not going to get in trouble.
You're going to celebrate. You're going to have fun. Of course you're safe. Of course you're safe. Of course you're safe. What does that look like? What does that feel like? Liberating. What's that? Liberating. Mm hmm. Liberating. And notice the shift in your body, right? So, What I want to invite you to do is really start getting in this vision and getting in this feeling and start retraining your brain that it is great and then inviting you to create a vision moving forward of what that looks like and really start getting that in.
Does that make sense, beautiful? Yes, beautiful. Beautiful. Absolutely. And instead of bracing yourself and hoping it's going to be okay, to feel like, hey, I can move forward in life in a great way and starting to get that in and make it strong. Does that make sense? Absolutely. Bingo. Great. And give me one second.
Bingo. Okay. So universe says, uh, don't overload you. It says, if you could do that very thing, if you could start getting that in. And as you do also feel the relief, get it and feel the relief. So you're really starting to retrain your expectations and also your nervous system. Does that make sense?
Beautiful. Yeah. Yeah. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. And, um, bingo, complete, complete, beautiful job with your energy. Beautiful, beautiful. It has been such a pleasure connecting with you.
All right, so let's go ahead and bring everything together. You know, first and foremost, I love her awareness. I love her self insight. Just beautiful. I love her face when it just lit up when she was, the pain was gone and it wasn't tight anymore. And she was just, just tickled, if you will, laughing, just the giddy feeling.
I just love it. Love that. I love her response to that, her feeling of that, her awareness. And obviously she did a fantastic job with her energy and she did it. And I just coached her how to do that. Now a couple insights is that you can just really see these patterns and how they can show up or how they can be intermittent because they're connected to patterns in the subconscious mind.
So it can be a bit tricky. And also with the miswired mind. Now another thing that I really love that this highlights is this, is that I make this look really easy, and I always try to emphasize that because I don't want to be misleading. You know that we should just be able to release pain in 10 seconds and it's done.
When you think about it for a moment, you can see that it takes having a new patterned way of thinking, of feeling and thinking, and this is one of the things to highlight is this, is that, you know, thinking about for a moment if her safety mechanism, safety mechanism, has been to hold on, embrace herself and to think positive and hold on, embrace herself.
Retraining that, getting it in, seeing in a different way and retraining her nervous system to be in that is important. And then also then releasing the old. Now imagine if I said that That basically they, Oh, we don't need to retrain the body. We'll just do it in one second. And yes, have I worked with people in one session and they do it and they've never had any pain come back?
Absolutely. Absolutely. Or all kinds of things. I have worked with people and seen incredible healing results and it does take real change. It does. And so ultimately my point is from this is is that ultimately what we want to do is of course get in the new pattern programming, but then follow through to also release that old pattern completely.
So she never goes back into it. So just really emphasizing that I make this look easy, that there are steps to it, but you can see there's also logic to it. You can see how the mind works and you can gain even more and more clarity. And so that's one of the things that I love. Another thing that I really, really love is this, is that it's just divine timing, that the universe.
God, divine energy, whatever you want to call it, would bring a podcast volunteer at this time, right now, to really send this message that says no matter what happens with this election, no matter what happens, just don't get stuck in the negativity. The only way to lose in this. is to get stuck in the negativity.
If you're stuck in the fear or the upset or the victim or the anger. And by the way, what's also really insightful is I can tell you this, is that she's not the only person. It's just that I've worked with who's feeling affected by the election. Of course, there's more and more people because there's a lot of stress regarding it.
It's divine timing on the podcast. So it's just kind of, it's, it's interesting unfoldment, but, and perfect unfoldment, divine timing. But my point is, is that some people are going through this election and they're feeling like a victim. Some people are feeling unfair, some people are feeling anger, or enraged, or so and so this, and so and so that.
And I don't want to name any names, I just want to leave it neutral, but also point out That everybody's in their pattern in one way or another. They just don't always realize it. And so I want to invite you to not be in your pattern and not be in your trigger. And instead of being in that, releasing that and seeing what we can collectively manifest in a better way for a better future, for a better world, for everybody.
And of course, collective manifestation is beautiful, but remembering also, no matter what, that even during hard times. People succeed, even during the best of times, there are some certain people who fail. And so my point is, is above all, though, you know, let's see what we can collectively do, which just means more and more and more people creating a great, wonderful, happy, healthy, healthy vision for the future.
And so the more that everybody does that, the more that everybody moves in that direction, that's ultimately what we need anyway. Regardless of who's in charge or who's the president or who's this or who's that, right? So that said, I want to invite you to think about this in your own life and stick to your values.
Vision of positivity, your being, you know, I use the example all the time that more millionaires created during the Great Depression than any other time in history. And while that is about money, it's not about money. It's about staying true to your vision. And I'm not saying it's, it's about, you know, to, that people can do despite what anybody else is doing, that people can do the opposite.
And, And anytime, you know, there can be people like, for example, I healed myself when during a time that more and more and more people are getting sick. And I see people all of the time going through my programs or classes or workshops healing themselves. And let's be honest, the bigger picture is illness has been increasing for at least the last 30 years now.
So during this time, when illness has been increasing and increasing and increasing, there's plenty of us. We're actually healing from these incurable things and so we're pains or problems or whatnot that you know They've been told aren't there's no solution for and so point being Universe God divine energy your vision your energy whatever you want to call it We're all truly amazing beings and my biggest hope is that you stay in your happiness and in your power and in your vision and create an incredible life.
