Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.
For that reason, we have taken an extra step to help protect our beautiful volunteer and the integrity of this work to help keep the information from being modified. On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.

That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
On today’s self-healing session, I worked with a beautiful volunteer. His name is Alfred, and he’s just so sweet. He just has this gentle, kind, loving energy. I just absolutely adore him and the reason he reached out is that he’s been struggling with a variety of different health issues and he wanted to be able to, of course, identify the mind body connection and understand what he needed to do to start healing himself. Now, as we began working, some of the patterns that we really identified had to do with patterns of feeling embarrassed and humiliated and nervous and anxiety, and they had been going on since childhood. In fact, that was how he felt with his mother. He always felt intimidated and like she was trying to humiliate him, and he just, he had those feelings and those patterns perpetuated throughout his life.
Now, in addition to those feelings, he had this deep feeling. Of feeling not good enough. And that was another pattern, and that’s what I really want to focus on, just because I know that so many people can have that feeling of feeling not good enough or inferior, and unfortunately. Feel stuck with it for their entire lives, just trying to suppress it instead of change it and so a lot of times people may have this inner insecurity or fear that goes along with it. And so of course, transforming these at a deeper level. Can be key for healing. And so just a quick but powerful insight on this topic is this, is that you want to remember, of course, if you’re here, you know your thoughts help create your life and a simple example or awareness of that is that if we look at the planet for a moment, I mean we’re literally rotating around the sun. But it doesn’t feel like it. So it doesn’t feel like we’re rotating around the sun. It doesn’t feel like we’re on the side of a planet. So when we stop and think about it for a moment, our minds are shaping our lives all of the time just to even drive a car because we don’t say, I’m going to drive up the planet now. My point is just our perception, our reality, our lives are shaped. By our mindset more than most people realize when you stop and really think about it. And so what happens though is this, is that the more we feel like certain things in life are true, the more we can experience them.
So for example, a person might think, well, all people are mean, and then they start attracting or experiencing that, or men are abusive and of course they’re not. There are plenty of amazing men, but. People can attract those types of patterns and beliefs and attract that. Now, my point is that when it comes to feelings of feeling not good enough, what can happen is that you’ll feel like it’s true in one way or another.
Meaning that the pattern can show up in different ways where a person may continue to grow and start to succeed in one area of life. But then feel not good enough in another. And so they start to get better at that. And then it goes to a different area, but always in some way feel not good enough inside and so that’s the insight that I really want to invite you to think about is exactly that, is that if there is a part of you that feels like you’re not good enough to really look at shifting that and look at what would that look like in your life? If you did feel good enough, because so often what people do is instead of really looking at what that does feel like, to feel good enough and starting to get that into their mind and programming and all of that instead, so often people chase the feeling of trying to feel good enough, or they’ll chase approval and they’ll spend their lifetime not feeling good enough and have that pattern perpetuate.
And so I just wanted to highlight that for that reason. And a simple thing you could do is even just start getting a vision of what it would look like if you were feeling like you are good enough. So that’s just a simple start of something that you could do to start creating that change and I know that sounds simple, but again. So often people just get caught up in the pattern that they’re trying so hard to just be good enough and be good enough that they end up just chasing it. So it’s a simple shift, but it can be pivotal if you really start getting it into your mind.
