Welcome to Heal Yourself. Change Your Life. I’m Brandy Gillmore and what I’m most known for is helping people to create radical transformations and even demonstrating the power of the mind and self-healing under medical equipment so you can see the results and my work has even been published in a medical journal because it’s truly incredible what we are all capable of when we understand our own minds at a deeper level.
So whether you’re new to this work or you’ve been studying the power of the mind for many years. I love that you are here. I love that we’re on this incredible journey together, and I look forward to sharing breakthrough information with you. That said, on this podcast, I’ll share two types of episodes.
First, self-healing episodes, where I share key insights from working with live volunteers. And the second type are where I answer questions from the audience. That said, if you’d like to volunteer or submit a question, come visit me at BrandyGillmore.com. On that note, let’s dive in.
Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.
For that reason, we have taken an extra step to help protect our beautiful volunteer and the integrity of this work to help keep the information from being modified. And we actually love how this turned out because it provides you with even more information. This is how it works. On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.
Then at the end of this short breakthrough episode, if you are ready for a deep dive, you can click in the show notes to gain access to the actual self-healing session where I worked directly with the live volunteer. This enables us to help protect the information online from being modified. While still continuing to provide you with powerful information to help bridge the gap between science and spirituality and personal empowerment, because it’s truly incredible what you are capable of when you learn to understand your mind at a deeper level.
That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
All right, so let’s go ahead and begin. And I do want to start by saying I just love today’s archive episode for so many reasons. Now on these special edition archive episodes, what I do is ultimately pull something back from the archives to really share with you. Because I feel like it is so valuable or heart touching, and that is so true with today’s episode.
Now this archive is back from 2019, and I want to say I loved all of our volunteers throughout 2019. We had the most incredible year and most incredible people. It was just beautiful. And the reason that I love this episode is because so often you’ll see me working with people to show them how to release pain, even under medical equipment.
If you’ve seen my studies in the medical journal, you can see the before and after scan. So sometimes people will think, it just has to do with pain. However, there were a lot of things in my own life that I healed that were not just pain related, but also immune related and bones and just all kinds of things and today’s volunteer also had a wide variety of different illnesses that she was able to heal from and it included a whole long list of ailments from, yes, she had chronic pain, but she also had allergies. She also had Mast Cell, she also had tachycardia, so pots tachycardia. So she had a long list of different ailments and there are so many things that I love about this episode.
Just this volunteer has just such a special place in my heart. She has now been healed and walking again. She went from being bedridden for over six years to running. And living a full life and traveling all over the world. But she has now been healed for approximately, I think it’s about eight years now and she’s just so full of life and so full of love. And what I love is that she periodically comes out to Southern California and I’ve had lunch with her and she’s just a lovely being. She came in town, she said, can I just buy you lunch? I’d just love to meet you. And it’s just so sweet. And I love watching her thrive and succeed and just be happy and healthy and one of the other things that I also really love is that as I was working with her, so I had been working with her, she went through my video course, but I was working with her and actually on the phone with her when we were creating shifts to help her to heal herself and. Basically, as we were on the phone, she started working on walking and I was, on the phone with her, we were talking about her mindset and, really, healing herself. And, the beautiful thing is, by the way, all of her medical tests all come back clean.
It’s, incredible what the mind is capable of. But one of the things that really touched my heart so much is that as her and I were wrapping up our call and she had been working on walking, her daughter was about to come home from school and so as we went to go hang up, I said to her, I said, you just have to get this on camera, watching your daughter. See you walking for the first time around the house in years. And because, Andrea, our volunteer, she had been trying to, working on strengthening and doing, strengthening exercises in bed and whatnot but this was really walking around the house and it was a. Step for her. And by the way, to be clear, part of the reason that Andrea was not able to walk wasn’t just physical limitations, but it was also because she had an extreme case of pots tachycardia. And so if she were to stand up, basically what happens is with low blood volume, there’s not enough blood in the body. And so what happens is basically with somebody with pots, they can stand up and it’s like their blood now, they don’t have enough blood circulation and so the heart starts racing really, really, really, really fast and there’s not enough blood to the brain and they can just black out. And so she couldn’t stand due to blood issues and pots. And so it wasn’t just a structural issue necessarily.
Instead, it’s a neurological issue with the autonomic nervous system and the cardiovascular functions. And so there were just a lot of things going on in addition to the mast cell, et cetera. So either way, point being is that her daughter hadn’t seen her walking around the house and just walking around in years. And so what was really beautiful is, I mentioned to her as her daughter comes home to get it on camera, to just see her face and, it, is, and if you’d like to see the video, it’s really, really heart touching. But her daughter basically comes in the house and looks at her mom and just throws her backpack down and just hugs her mom crying, and it just touches every part of your heart, your soul. It is just really, really sweet. That is one of the many reasons that this beautiful woman just touched my heart. And of course, working with her and, and helping her and, watching her go through the steps of healing herself, and it was just really beautiful. And so on that note, the insight that I want to share with this particular episode is the importance of belief but not really belief. It’s positive expectation instead. Now, let me unpack this because many times belief works a lot different than people realize. And this is what I mean is, going through my injury, I thought I just had to believe, believe, believe that I was going to heal and that it would work and so I was believing I was already healed and doing affirmations or even when I would take supplements and different diets and try different things, I believed. That they would work. I really, really did. I would do the research and I would do all the believing and, I really felt like these things that I would pay so much money for were going to work, and they didn’t and I know that so many people are in that same place where they have believed and they spent the money, and yet. It didn’t work. So I think a lot of people have tried belief in a lot of different ways, whether it’s intentionally trying affirmations or all of that, or just believing that some type of treatment or cure or something would work but it didn’t.
However, belief can be important in a different type of way. When we stop and think about it for a moment when it comes to working with the mind, if you believe that it works. Then you’ll be more apt to follow through because you hear me say as I work with every single person, it really does take follow through.
It takes really following through more than most people think to, create that real transformation. So you are really thinking and feeling in a whole new way, it’s crucial to success is following through all of the way much more than people would think. It’s just a real change. It doesn’t mean it has to take a long time.
It just means a real genuine change. So I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s really belief. It just needs to be a strong feeling of positive expectation. Now, another way that we can look at this with the mind body connection, where we can see evidence of it, and it’s this, it’s that if you think about somebody being embarrassed, their face can turn red, whether they believe it’s going to happen or not, or somebody can have a panic attack from anxiety, whether they believe it’s going to happen or not. And so it really has to do with the emotions, which are the key. It’s not just belief. In fact, if you think about my work for over 20 years now of showing people how to release pain, even under medical equipment. So in the lab where you can see it, most people did not believe it was possible.
Even in the study that I just had published in the Medical Journal in 2023, the last participant after he released his pain, stood up and said, I can’t believe that actually worked, because he had just come from a 10 day meditation retreat and prior to that, a positive thinking workshop. And so my point is, that he was surprised that it worked and didn’t believe that it could work and yet he did a fantastic job because when I coached him how to use his mind, he did it and he followed through, and you can see it on the images where his back pain and neck pain, you can see on the image where it was all red over the back and neck. And as he used his mindset. It shifted to green as his pain went away, and so you could see it on the image.
So even in that situation, it worked. You can see that it worked and he didn’t believe it was possible. He was surprised. And so my point is, that we don’t necessarily need. Belief something is going to work. For it to work, we really need to shift the emotions and the subconscious mind that is key for creating results.
So we don’t necessarily need belief, but what you really do need is positive expectation and optimism. And the reason is because if you don’t believe something is going to work, likely you’re not going to follow through or at least not follow through to its fullest. the reason that the person in the study followed through is because he was right there with me, so I showed him how to do it. But in a lot of cases, if a person doesn’t really believe that something is going to work, then they’re probably not going to follow through and not going to follow through consistently. And so that positive expectation and drive to really make the change consistently is key because as you really, really change. That is the key to lasting results. So that is the insight that I want to share today. And by the way, that was something that Andrea and I were talking about as I was speaking with her directly is. Exactly that is that. That was the one thing I asked her. I said, if she had advice for anybody, what would it be?
And she said, believe in yourself and just keep going. Because definitely it took her really following through to do it. So that’s the reason that I brought her on, is I wanted her to just speak to that because it does take real change. And that’s the reason that I like to show these real results. And so if you’d like to listen in on that conversation with her, the link is in the show notes where you can go into the member’s area. Keeping in mind I put it there because AI and so many digital tools are modifying information online, and so we’re just working on keeping it all protected and protecting the integrity and authenticity of this work. And so if you’d like to access that recording, the link is in the show notes, or if you’d like a deeper understanding of how mind body healing works, there’s also a free training that is available as well, and. As always, I want to ask you to please do take just a quick moment to hit the share button on this episode. Please share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, or somebody you don’t even know. Because the more that every single person in our world feels healthy and happy and loved and loving, the better this world is for all of us and so please do take just a quick moment to hit the share button, and please do make a point to have an incredible rest of your day. I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode. We’ll see you there.
