If you have found yourself asking any of these questions such as:
Welcome to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. My name is Brandy Gillmore. And after recovering from my own life-changing injury, it’s become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire life. Our minds are truly incredible. The placebo is proof of this.
Each week, I will take this simple awareness to a whole new level. I will even coach live callers to free themselves of physical pain using only their mind. And then I’ll provide you with a combination of practical and spiritual insights that you can use to master your mind, your emotions, and your energy—to help you heal your health, yourself, and your life.
Let’s begin.
Hello, and welcome to this week’s quick IQ episode, where we talk about insights and questions. Today, I want to share with you an important insight regarding the topic of money—because that’s been the theme from our recent podcast episodes with our wonderful volunteers, Scott and Sarah.
If you recall from the last episode, this beautiful couple has been working on bringing even more money into their lives. They’ve experienced a lot of stress around it, and they’re tired of struggling. What’s so beautiful is that they truly want each other to succeed—and that energy is just so powerful. It’s sweet, it’s loving, and it’s inspiring.
When you have a loving relationship and also experience financial abundance, life becomes easier and more enjoyable. You have more freedom, more time, and more opportunities to connect in meaningful ways. Money adds a sense of freedom and expansion—it can help us experience more joy, creativity, and connection in life.
There are many people who feel stuck in this area—living paycheck to paycheck, struggling, and fearful. And let’s be honest: stress from lack doesn’t just affect our emotions; it can also impact our health, wellbeing, and longevity.
In fact, research shows that people who are wealthier tend to live about a decade longer than those who are not. That difference isn’t just about access to healthcare—it’s about stress levels. The same is true with love: people in loving relationships tend to live longer and healthier lives than those who are lonely or disconnected. Love and abundance are powerful forms of nourishment for the body and mind.
Now, the insight I want to highlight today is about the energy of disliking or judging others for their money. I see this all the time—people feeling angry or resentful toward others’ financial success. You might hear things like, “That person doesn’t deserve that,” or “They shouldn’t charge that much.” And sometimes, people even project that energy toward me!
Every so often, someone will say something like, “I can’t believe you charge money for your classes—do you really want to make money from this?” And my honest response is, yes! My goal is always to provide a class that adds so much value to your life that you feel grateful for what you received—something that helps you transform, heal, and grow. And in return, that energy exchange allows me to support my team, my family, and the work we do to reach more people around the world.
So, yes—having a great relationship with money is something to celebrate, not to judge. Because when we value the energy of money, we allow it to flow freely through our lives.
When you think about it, money is simply a form of exchange. In the old days, people traded goods—corn for wheat, shoes for a wagon wheel, and so on. Money is just the middleman in that same process. It’s an energy that allows us to exchange value, ideas, and resources with one another.
Trading itself isn’t bad—it’s how human societies thrive. We all have different skills and gifts to offer. Some people build bridges or design technology. Others make clothing, grow food, or create art. Each of us contributes something unique, and money is simply the tool that allows that exchange to happen smoothly.
So there’s no reason to dislike money, or to feel guilty for earning it. When used with integrity and love, money becomes a way to support life, growth, and freedom. It allows us to create, to connect, and to give back in even greater ways.
If you’ve been in a negative place with money—maybe feeling resentment, guilt, or fear—it’s time to shift that energy. Begin appreciating what money allows you to experience: food, shelter, travel, education, joy, connection, and creativity. The more you appreciate it, the more it flows naturally.
And if you’ve ever felt guilty for making money, especially if you’re doing work that’s positive and uplifting for the world, release that guilt. You deserve to thrive. When you’re contributing in ways that help others, you’re part of the positive flow of life—and there’s no need for shame or self-judgment.
So I want to invite you to take an honest look at your relationship with money and ask yourself:
And then ask yourself, “Am I willing to change that?” Because when you shift those emotions, you open the door for abundance to flow in naturally and harmoniously.
I want to invite you to take this even further and write down a few ways that money could improve love, joy, and connection in your life. Maybe money would allow you to:
There are so many ways that money can support your happiness and connection when your relationship with it is healthy. And of course, when that relationship is negative—filled with stress, guilt, or fear—it can affect not just your finances but also your health and relationships.
So that’s today’s quick IQ episode. I want to invite you to really take these ideas to heart and reflect on your relationship with money — and with life. Because when you feel good about your connection with love, with people, with yourself, and with money, everything in your life begins to flow with more ease.
Please do make a point to hit the share button on this episode — share it with someone you love, someone you care about, or even someone you don’t personally know but who might benefit from hearing it. Because let’s be honest: if everyone in the world were abundant with love, with money, with happiness, and with health, this planet would be a truly beautiful place to live.
The more each of us feels happy, healthy, abundant, and fulfilled, the better this world becomes for all of us. So please do make it a point to share these insights — and even more importantly, make it a point to create a most wonderful, fantastic rest of your day.
Take time to love your relationship with life, your relationship with the universe, with yourself, with your spouse or loved ones, with your friends, and yes — your relationship with money as well. When you nurture all of these areas, you begin to thrive on every level.
So with that said, I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode. And by the way, our next episode is the final segment with Sarah and Scott — and it will include even more insights about money, relationships, and love. They’re such a sweet couple, and I’m excited to share that conversation with you in just a few days. I’ll see you there.
Thank you for listening to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. I hear from so many people who say these episodes have given them hope, touched their hearts, or helped them stay positive during hard times — and that means so much to me. It’s beautiful to see people waking up to a new level of awareness of how truly amazing we all are.
If today’s episode touched your heart or expanded your mind in any way, please do me a favor — share it with someone who needs a boost of hope or inspiration. Because as more and more people become empowered, we really can change our world for the better.
That’s the purpose and the power of these demonstrations — to create a radical shift in our collective consciousness by showing everyone what we are capable of when we truly understand the power of the mind.
And of course, each volunteer will need to follow through and reinforce their new patterns to maintain their results — but the point is to show that rapid transformation is possible when we align our mind and energy.
Now, most people won’t get results this quickly on their own — I make it look easy because of the discoveries I’ve made over time. But remember, there’s so much more happening in our minds at deeper levels than we often realize. That’s why it’s so important to keep learning and exploring this inner work.
If you’d like to send me any questions or comments, come visit me at brandygimore.com. And if you’re currently experiencing physical pain and would like to be a volunteer on the show, you can sign up there as well.
Lastly, if you do have any health issues, please continue seeing your doctors. Make it your goal to amaze them with what you’re capable of — with your mind, your heart, and your energy.
Thank you so much for listening, for sharing, and for being part of this journey of healing and awakening. Remember, you are powerful beyond measure — and the more you love, give, and receive in balance, the more life will mirror that abundance back to you.
Have a most beautiful, abundant, love-filled day. I look forward to connecting with you again very soon.
