Welcome to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. My name is Brandy Gillmore. Hello, and welcome to this week's quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today I want to talk about the topic of Peace and creating the energy of peace. You know, all too often, I'll see people who are in a place of internally combative, where they want to fight against something they feel righteous and they want to fight against.

All kinds of topics. And the energy of fight is inside of them. And when we stop and look at creating a shift in our world, in ourselves, and a shift towards peace, we want to remember that all change really does start inside of All of us, you know, sometimes people will say something like, I have a right to stand up for what's right.

Okay. But what's the energy of that? It's an attack energy towards somebody else. You know, all of the time, what happens is people will see things in two different ways and then they'll use the situation to justify attacking one another. And it is so common. And I'm going to use a horrible example for a moment, and it's this.

It's that if we stop and look at pesticides for a moment, or GMO, which I do not agree with, but if we stop and look at these things for a moment, pesticides and GMO, we can take a look at our world population. And if we look at over the last 100 years, our population has grown from about 2 billion people to 8 billion people.

So it is literally quadrupled in the past 100 years. Which, if you look at how fast it's growing, it's currently about a billion people every 10 years is the rate at which it's been growing. Now when you think about it for a moment, if any major crop were to get wiped out. That could create a huge increase in cost for food, which in turn could affect a lot of people who are living in food scarcity.

Now, again, I want to be clear. I am not a fan of GMOs. I am not a fan of pesticides for any reason. They are killing our planet at the same time. They are affecting bees. They are affecting our ecosystem. They are bad for us personally. So there are a million reasons. Technically not a million reasons, but a lot of reasons that I do not like pesticides or GMO products, and I do not regularly consume them.

And so I'm not making an argument for them. What I'm simply saying is that two people can look at opposite sides of the coin and argue their own stance. For example, somebody who is for GMO and is for pesticides can be righteous and they can say, hey, we need to make sure that Every single person eats.

We need to make sure that crops are protected because one major wipe out and we could go into starvation and all of the people who are living in poverty or food scarcity will starve and they won't be able to eat. So those people can feel like they're doing something right now on the other side.

People can say, GMOs and pesticides are bad for people. They're toxic. They're killing off our ecosystem. They're creating problems, blah, blah, blah, and go on and on and on. The thing of it is, is technically, if you look at this situation from each perspective, both people can be right. And really, ultimately, what we do need is a situation where we make sure there's enough food and crops are protected.

And of course, there are more and more solutions these days. So I'm not trying to get into that. Debate because of course natural ways are best and there are a lot of natural alternatives at this point and we need to Move on to those and we need to really make a shift in a major way So I am not at all fighting for the other side.

What i'm simply saying is perspective is interesting is that perspective perspective perspective that when we learn to understand and Respect that other people have perspectives and instead of attacking them for their perspective, that we look at evolving and changing and growing and proving and, you know, creating a shift, you know, even the whole reason that I started this podcast.

I know that most people don't believe in mind, body healing. I get that. So, instead of making everybody wrong and attacking allopathic medicine and attacking pharmaceuticals and all of these things, my goal is to show people, hey, we can get real results and to show it and to prove it and to move in that direction.

And so, that's been my goal to do that very thing in a loving, harmonious way. And so, my point being is just very simply that All the time I hear people saying, I want more peace in this world, I want more harmony, I want more love, I want more joy, I want to see a shift in the global consciousness. And then at the same time, I see people who are activists, who are outraged by something, who are upset, who are attacking others, who are, you know, they have that, and, and that feeling of, of chaos, of attack energy.

Towards others, instead of saying, okay, how can I create a solution? How can I become the transformation or support creating a solution or prove a solution or be a solution, create, you know, some type of loving kind of shift. Because again, when we look at it. All of the time, even in our world, if we look around, we can see where people have two different perspectives and then they use it to justify and attack one another, whether it's verbally or physically, whatever that is.

You know, even if you think about it, the last podcast episode, our beautiful volunteer, Nicole, she was talking about how, you know, she's upset with pharmaceuticals for using animals with testing. And I a hundred percent agree with her. And, of course, on the same sense, somebody else with a different perspective is going to say, well, the more we test on animals, the more human lives we save.

So they'll have their righteous point too of saying, well, this is important because of this. And in that way, they're also right in what they're saying and there's different, there's layers of it. So again, I'm not trying to get into. All of those topics, because I know that those are highly charged topics that are extremely complex, but my point is actually about the charge around it, and also about peace, and about healing, and about love, because when you're in that place of feeling highly charged about things, it does impact your health, even if you think about, for a moment, our She was in pain.

She was able to release her pain as she started shifting this topic. And so if you think about it, do you ever wonder how many people might be experiencing physical pain from this very way of thinking? You know, when you stop to consider that over 1. 5 billion people in the world are experiencing physical pain.

So when you, when you think about it, how many people are impacted by this? And not only that, but again, going back to the topic of creating peace, you know, peace starts inside of every single one of us. And so if you are expressing your point, if you are, quote unquote, standing up for yourself, definitely you want to make sure to do so.

in a peaceful way, from a peaceful energy. You know, let's all create the energy of peace and embody that in our world. And what would that look like? And so for your health, for your life, for your happiness, I want to invite you to look at this and see if there's a place that maybe you might be able to embody this more in your life.

And by the way, even when you stop and think about it, if you reflect on your life, and even during this next week, you ask yourself, How can I bring more peace into my life? How can I bring this energy in? How can I really exude this and embody this? Remember, it's good for your health. It's good for your life.

It's good for your happiness. And if you have children, it's good for your children or your spouse, your relationships, it's just good energy. Now, I do want to make a point to just be very clear and saying, I'm not saying just be peaceful and pretend like everything is great and do nothing. Notice, I said, I've made a point to literally do research studies, to start a podcast, to do all of these things, to help other people, to see results, to demonstrate results.

I have literally dedicated my life. To showing people that we can get real results. So I just want to be very clear. I'm not saying look around, pretend like everything's rainbows and butterflies and pretend like nothing is wrong. I'm instead saying, how do we peacefully move towards solution? How do we embody and blissfully embody the transformation?

Because let's be honest, could somebody sit here and attack pharmaceuticals and this and that and yadda yadda yadda? Sure, absolutely. Could I do that? And even if you think about the last episode when I was talking about being on a medication that was then taken off the market for killing people, et cetera, et cetera, could I be blasting that and be upset and angry and upset about my doctors and all of these things?

Sure. But that's not the energy that I want to operate from. That's not what's going to really create a change. That, instead, is just going to increase more negativity in people, and more upset, which is more pain, which is more problems, I mean, health issues, et cetera, et cetera. So, just emphasizing, I'm not saying spiritual bypassing, let's do nothing, let's pretend everything's great.

I'm saying What energy are you operating from when you go to make a change in your life or the things that are not working? Make sure that you're in an energy that's helpful for our planet, that's helpful for your life, your health, and everybody around you. So, that's the insight that I want to share today.
