Today, I want to share with you a powerful insight regarding transformation and healing, whether it’s healing your body, transforming your relationships, or manifesting a new life. This insight applies to all of these areas and is centered on the power of making distinctions.
If we take it back to basics for a moment, think about how we learn as human beings. We make distinctions and get better at something over time. Consider how a baby learns to walk:
The same process applies when we learn the alphabet, write our name, or master a new skill—we refine our understanding through distinctions.
Healing and life transformation work the same way. We need to make distinctions about:
But here’s where it gets tricky: Many of us believe healing should just suddenly happen.
During my own injury, I spent years trying to heal. I was:
Yet, I was waiting for my body to heal itself, and it wasn’t happening. Some days were better than others, but nothing truly changed until I made a shift in understanding.
One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was understanding:
I realized I needed specific clarity to truly heal.
Every time I work with people, I show them how to release pain in minutes using only their mind. The key is:
I’ve seen people go through my programs and have huge “aha” moments where they suddenly see what they were doing wrong. They correct it, and their healing accelerates.
