Hello and welcome to this week's quick IQ episode where we talk about insights and questions. And today I have a bit of a different type of episode for you. It's one that's. A bit unexpected, but can also be very insightful. You know, all too often unconscious emotions or mindset patterns are hidden in the subconscious mind, and so part of the challenge in healing is understanding what is in your subconscious mind and then also under.

how it's impacting you. And so today I wanna approach this in a bit of a different way. And it's like this. I wanna do a bit of a test, if you will, where I'm going to say something specific, a statement, and I wanna invite you to notice what emotions come up for you genuinely. So that's what I wanna do.

And by the way, as far as what I'm going to. It can help you to make a shift in your life. It can help you to notice and observe your own subconscious emotions and mind programming, and it can help you gain clarity to move towards a healthier mindset. One that helps you to manifest healing and positive life circumstances.

So that's where we're going, and it is just a simple thing that I'm going to say. And so that said, here we go. All right, so I'm going to say a statement and I wanna invite you to take it in and just observe how it makes you feel. So that said, here we go. So the statement is this. I wanna tell you that I don't feel sorry for you at all regarding any injury or any hardship.

I don't feel sorry for you, but I feel extremely impressed that you are somebody who's looking outside the box for answers and empowering yourself. . All right, so that's the statement. And now I know it may sound very, very simple, but it can also be very profound. So let me unpack this a bit. You know, first and foremost, when some people hear this specific statement immediately, they'll feel maybe annoyed or frustrated, or not getting sympathy.

Won't feel very good. It will feel off. It will feel maybe hurtful or loss of love, or it just won't feel great. But if you think about this statement of saying, you know, I don't feel sorry for you at all. I feel impressed with you. A lot of other people will feel a sense of. Thank God. Amazing. That feels good.

They'll genuinely take it as a compliment. It feels good. You know, for example, I don't want anybody to ever feel sorry for me. That's not a great feeling. Instead, I want them to feel love and connection and happy for me and you know, amazed at what we can all do. And I love that feeling. Now, the part that is so insightful is this, is that a lot of times people have a subconscious feeling of wanting sympathy or of feeling a sense of love from sympathy or a feeling of deserving sympathy, but some type of feeling and connection to it.

And many times it can even start in childhood. But what happens is this is. In life. Of course, as you know, if you are here, your subconscious thoughts, your emotions, your mindset, Helps create your life. So even if a person doesn't consciously want sympathy or problems or anything like that, it can attract him.

Now a simple example of this, of another type of pattern is even a pattern of having a pride in hardship. And even though a person doesn't want to have any type of problems, they can have this program. Into their subconscious mind, in which case with a pride and hardship, their subconscious mind wants to then create even more hardship because that's what their brain wants.

And remember that your subconscious mind controls. The majority of your brain and your energy, and so it can attract things that your conscious mind doesn't want at all. Now, another way to illustrate this is, you'll hear me all the time, use the well-known awareness in psychology where a woman can have an abusive father and then leave him and find the abusive boyfriend, boss, spouse, et cetera, et cetera.

You know, that pattern can unfortunately continue and consciously. That woman would say, I just want a man who's nice, who's not beating me, who's not abusive, et cetera, et cetera. , and yet it can be very linked up in her subconscious mind to continue to find or attract the wrong type of man. And so we can see that all of the time where what we consciously want.

Can be a lot different from our subconscious programming. And so that's the reason that I wanted to bring this to you because obviously if you're somebody who is here, you're wanting a better life, you are wanting to feel great, to be happy, to be healthy, to create an incredible life, and yet, Underneath at a subconscious level, there's a part of them that wants sympathy.

And so then what happens is they continue to attract circumstances and situations in life that will bring in that pattern of sympathy. You know? So if you think about it right now, if you picture yourself 20 years from now, and there's a subconscious part of you that feels a sense of love or connection, or deserving of sympathy, it means one.

It means there's got to be some type of problem or issue or negativity in your life for people to feel sorry for you. And so I wanna invite you to this awareness to really look and notice how that statement. Makes you feel and make sure that it genuinely makes you feel good. And by the way, I have to say all of the time during my injury, I didn't want people to feel sorry for me.

And I said that like, don't feel sorry for me. I just need to get better and heal. And that was my focus. And of course, Healing is impressive. It's wonderful when people heal. I see the most incredible things that people heal from all of the time, and it's impressive and I don't feel sorry for them. I am so amazed and impressed and adoring of them.

It's just beautiful. And of course that's how I want you to feel that same. In your life. And so that is the point of today's quick IQ episode is just a quick insight because so often people will have this subconscious patterning and one of two things is typically true is either first. They don't even realize that it's there, or second, they don't realize that it's a problem.

And of course, a lot of people both are true. They don't realize it's there and they don't realize it's a problem. And so I wanted to bring that up just because again, you know, all of the time what we're working with is subconscious patterning and emotions. And so if this pattern is present for you, I wanna invite you to genuinely look at this and genuinely work on transforming the way you feel so you genuinely feel that that's a compliment, that somebody doesn't feel sorry for you.

Instead, they think and feel that you are so wonderful and amazing and they love you for you, and they can have compassion and understanding for the things that you've been through. But not sympathy. They don't feel any of that for you. They just feel like you are genuinely amazing. What it is about, just kind of let them go through and experience the emotional reaction and notice what comes up. Because the more that every single person can see what's in their subconscious mind and become aware of it, and really genuinely transform it.

All of the way in the subconscious mind, you know, the more everybody can step into their amazingness and manifest that and healing and happiness, and the better this world will be for all of us.
