040: Overwhelm & people-pleasing can be linked to your physical pain

Today's volunteer, Hannah, has been experiencing chronic, debilitating pain for over 15 years. She's tired of missing out on life and not being able to do the things she loves! In this episode, I coach Hannah to use her mind to shift her pain. As we begin working, she is able to see just how much her mind is affecting her body. She is also able to see how stuck the patterns are and, most importantly, what she needs to do to shift them to free herself and release her pain! If you have a physical pain or ailment that has been holding you back from living your life fully, then you’ll definitely want to listen in on this episode.
