Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. And I just love that you are somebody who is here. I know that there are so many things going on in our world right now. And the fact that you are somebody who is here, who's continuing to lift and expand your mind and your energy and your life and your healing.
It's just fricking fantastic. It's so impressive. And I just, I love it. And you're going to love today's episode. And really for some people, today's episode and the volunteer that I'm working with is going to ultimately end up being one of the most shocking or surprising or different, or I don't know the exact word for it, but it'll be eye opening.
We'll put it that way. It'll be eye opening for a lot of people in a variety of different ways. And of course. Every episode is eye opening or mind expanding in a different way. You know, when I take people and coach them to use their own mind to release their pain in minutes, I mean, that is already mind expanding.
And also, you know, a lot of people write in with different favorite episodes, or ones that were just mind blowing to them. Of course, there's the classics where there's, you know, episode number five, the woman who was beaten. bedridden, now running marathons, or the woman in episode number 10 with the healing tumor, or even just, I mean, a lot of different episodes, you know, even the ones that who had been to the hospital or even the one who had felt like cheating on his wife, or, I mean, there's just so many different ones.
And a lot of times people are reaching out saying, Oh my God, from this one, I got this key insight, or I had this. level of awareness of what was going on inside of me or, you know, different things like that. So I love it. And every episode has so many different layers, I guess, for being eye opening because there's always what's happening.
And then also there is that spark of consciousness that it wakes you up with some type of maybe self awareness that you might have going on or different things like that. And so, um, Let's just say that this episode will definitely be different and really, you're going to want to have an open mind for this because that's where we're going.
It's really looking at things in a different way and being willing to change. So, you know, it's probably easiest if we just go ahead and dive in and get started with our volunteer. Her name is Lorraine and you're going to love her. She's very insightful. She has been studying spirituality for a long time, over 20 years, and we're going to start working with her.
On some ongoing health issues that she's been having. Here we go.
Hello, Lorraine. Yes, Brandy. Oh, here we go. All right. I got you now. Hello. How are you? Good. Thank you. As best as I can. As best as you can. That's, uh, that's a good thing. Always, always as best as we can and, uh, and let's, uh, let's see if we can take that to the next level. So, um, here we go. So on your form here, so I pulled your form up.
Which I don't normally do, but uh, here we go. So I pulled your form up and you said, awaiting cataract surgery, long and short sightedness, a conjunctivitis, discharge for over nine months, which will not respond to eye drops. Okay, so that's what you've had going on with you with, that's the issue right now that you're experiencing is with your eyes?
At the moment, yeah. I mean, I've got about 11 things listed, but this is the most, um, uh, immediate because it's, um, I can't drive. I can't see. I've got my phone right up on my PC. Okay, so that's where, okay, so then also lots of chronic illness, diabetes, high blood pressure, breast cancer survivor. So, okay, anything else I should know?
I've got a long list here. Go ahead. They're all listed in an email which I sent Sarah. 11 things. Okay, I don't have the 11 things in the email. All I have is this. So, um, bingo. Let's, uh, bingo. Um, in addition to this, is there any physical pain you're currently experiencing right now? Yeah, it's on my, uh, left upper arm.
which I've had for years. Um, I, I believe it's in a DVD, but I think there's some, maybe the, I feel maybe it's some further, deeper spiritual, um, stuff going on. Okay. And so I missed that a little bit. So it's your upper left arm? Yes. And you feel like what? There's pain every morning. Worse when I'm tired, like, you know, and then I use one arm to help lift the other arm.
Um, I've got pains and aches that come and go. Um, at the most recent, it feels like a right hip, uh, sciatica, kind of a pain which has come up in the last week or so. Um, my, uh, pain wise, my, uh, foot has been playing up. Um, I mean, as far as you have a lot of things going on, huh? Lots of things. Yes. Yeah. So, um, if I ask you, you said you use one arm to lift the other right now, as far as you said, the pain was normally in your left arm or your right arm?
In my left arm. The left arm. And is there any pain right now in your left arm? Yeah, there is, but it's very slight because I've been up a few hours trying to, um, like I set my alarm two hours ago so I can get ready for the school. Okay. Okay. And, um, um, all right. So we're going to look at your eyes. And then, um, in addition to that, if I ask you what the level of pain right now is in your shoulder, what level would you say that is right now?
It's, it's there, but it's not that severe at the moment. Absolutely. Zero to ten, what level would you give it? I would give it a one or a two at this stage. Okay. Just give me one second. But I am on, you know, medication as well. Okay, so that's what I feel about a level three, but we'll go with your one two, but yeah, so okay So I just wanted to look at that and all right, so let me give me just one moment Bingo, I don't know why universe is asking me about the just taking information in so give me one second Bingo, give me one sec that That.
Bingo. Okay. And if I ask right now, as far as the level of, of your eyes being blurry, what level would you give that? Zero to 10? Oh, easy. Um, seven upwards. I can, uh, I, I, I mean, I've stopped driving. Um, sometimes I can't read. I put up the font, but it's still blurry. I can see, see things in the background, but it's still blurry.
Okay. And so if I ask you, do you have anything near you that you can look at right now? And, um, And maybe give me your level of it looking blurry. Yes, I've got, I've got the email that I sent Sarah with my, with my ailments on my screen. And I've got you going as well. Blurry, um, bad. Really bad, you know. I mean, I can read it, but I've got to screw my eyes up.
Okay, let's just give it a level. What level would you give it as blurriness? Eight. Eight. Okay. All right. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Bingo. Okay. So, and you've been, uh, bingo. You've been studying spirituality for quite a while, correct? Correct. Did I write that down or you're reading me? I'm reading you. I'm reading you. Um, no, I, I don't have that. Um, uh, bingo. If I ask you how many years has that been? Uh, years. Give me a, give me an amount.
What would you say? 20 plus. That's what I would, I got about, about 23, 24, somewhere in there. Yeah. Bingo. So I want to see in your energy. Okay. So ask you to breathe for a moment and I want you to realize now, I want you to realize first and foremost, if you want to get the results with your health, you've got to do things different, right?
Because you can see you've been studying and notice if I ask you how much time every week and every day you spend thinking about and processing and studying spirituality, how often would you say that is? Quite a bit. Every day. Every day, right? Okay. Okay. So I'm going to ask you. If I did something every day for over 20 years, and yet my health wasn't there and it was not good and it was declining and all of that, would you say keep doing it the same way or would you say you've got to do it a different way?
I've got to do it a different way, but I don't know how. Exactly. Exactly. I get you. So that's the thing. And that's where I was. Like, when I was going through my injury, I was like, hey, I've been doing the same thing and I'm not getting the results. So I had to do it a different way too. Okay. So, but what I want to do is I was just want to bring that into your consciousness that you've got to be willing to do it a different way.
Right. All right.
So let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment because I want to bring everything together. You know, as she mentioned, she has a lot of different ailments going on, like 11 different ailments and also pain in her right foot or sciatic and her arm. I mean, just a lot of different things going on.
And by the way, on that note. I love that she is somebody who is here, who's showing up, who's determined to follow through and make a change in her life. It's just, I have so much respect for that. And the fact that she literally for 20 years now has been following through with daily, spiritual practice. I mean, just really, really impressive.
And of course I want to help her to be able to use her energy to get real results. So that's where we're going, but I wanted to take a moment and just kind of add some clarity because there are so many things that what we are going to be working on is, she mentioned she had upper arm pain that right now is about a one, two, but In her day, she has to use her other arm to actually lift it.
And so we're going to be working on that specifically because as coming up, she's going to move it and lift it and we'll see the pain go way up, yada, yada. So that's where we're going. And we're also going to be working with her eyes because that's what she really wants to focus on the most. And I get it because to be, not be able to see at a level, she said upward of a level seven, everything is blurry and she can't drive anymore.
And then also when she tried to look at the computer screen, she said it's a blurry at a level eight and that would be really frustrating not to be able to see. And so that's the things that we're going to be working on moving forward. You know, her eyes, because she requested it and the universe said to go ahead and bring this shoulder issue and work on that.
as well as we go because the two are pretty intertwined or connected to each other. And so that's where we're going as we dive back in with Lorraine.
Okay. So, and this is all leading to spirituality, by the way, this, that's where we're going. Okay. So I want you to notice if I ask you how much fear you have about looking at the negative, Like if something negative happens, how much do you want to just not look at it? How much would you say that is? Uh, hi, uh, 708.
Mm hmm. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to close your eyes for a moment, and I want you to picture that you're driving a car, and there's something in the road. Now, if there's something in the road, do you want to look at it and then swerve around it so you drive around it so you can avoid it and change direction?
Mm hmm. Or, if you're driving the car and there's something in the middle of the road, would you want to close your eyes and keep driving so you don't have to see that problem in the road? No, I would go around it. You go around it. So it's helpful to be able to see things to be able to make changes, right?
Yes. Yeah. So I'm going to say that again. So it's helpful to be able to see things and then to be able to make changes. So you can drive around it and you can make a change to your route and you can get where you want to go. Right? Correct. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe for a moment and I want you to remind your eyes That it's helpful to see, it's safe to see, it's helpful to see, it's safe to see, it's good to see.
And that when there are things that come up that you don't want to avoid them, but instead you want to look at them and address them. And then if you need to change direction or go a different way, that, that that's what you'll do. But so your eyes are valuable in giving you information to help you. Does that make sense?
Great. Great. So just for a moment, I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to be really, really grateful for your eyes to be able to see things and then make changes. Right? Correct. Okay. And by the way, if I ask you, you've been, so you've been studying spirituality for over 20 years, all of that. And if I ask you, have your finances changed?
made a radical shift in your finances or a radical shift in your relationships in a positive way in your life since you've been studying spirituality. Recently, I would say I've just lost a very, um, I lost my partner, my husband, but he was very toxic. He was very much, um, a cause of a lot of, uh, emotional pain.
Yes, so I'm moving forward because he just passed away two months ago, and that's a horrible thing to say, that you lose your partner, but you're very grateful that he went, you know, peacefully. I, uh, I looked at it as a spiritual debt that I've paid, and I survived, and I didn't drown. He was very demanding.
I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to tell you. You've got to, you, you heard the part where you said, I looked at it like a spiritual debt that I've paid. Right? Yeah. Okay. Now I want you to hear me. You have to look at it in a different way and say that again. You have to look at it, look, you have to look at it in a different way.
Does that make sense? Correct. Okay. So are you willing to look at it in a different way? Yes. Okay. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe,
and if I ask you, did you grow up with a brother? No, I've got two sisters, and a niece who's like my younger sister, and I was in an unwanted pregnancy. My mother gave me a very hard time. Okay, so give me one second, give me one sec, that, that, uh, can you give me your dad's first initial? A, pronounced as an O.
Okay. Not him. Um, can you give me your two sisters? A and an N. Bingo. Uh, can you say the one with the N again? Nina. Nina. Bingo. Okay. So give me one sec. Yes. Okay. Do you want the birth? No, no, no. No, no. It's okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
And if I ask you, how well you and Nina get along? Well, she has recently made a contact since, uh, uh, since the funeral. I did, uh, I, I, I stopped talking to my, to my siblings because, um, I couldn't handle the, excuse the word, SHIT. That I was Okay, wait a second. So wait a sec. Wait a sec. I'm gonna ask you to pause.
Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to pause. I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Okay. And so, I want you to notice that the way that you're looking at things. Are not in the way that you want to, okay, they're not in a way that's going to help you. So again, I'm going to ask you, are you willing to do things differently than you have been for over 20 years?
Yes. Okay, great. I love that. Okay. Now what I want you to look at for a moment, so you've heard me say, so you've been listening to these episodes, right? Yes. Okay. And you've heard me say before, like, or even in psychology, you've heard before that people will have a tendency to have patterns in relationships where they have patterns of abuse.
Like maybe a woman has an abusive father, leaves him, finds the abusive boyfriend, boss, spouse, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, right? Correct. Great. Correct. Right. Now, if she looked at that abusive situation and said, this is just spiritual debt that I'm paying. Okay. Okay. That wouldn't be accurate. Instead, she would want to look at it and say, there's a pattern in my life that I need to be able to change to create.
Change. Correct. Yes. You see the difference? Good. Good. Good. And I saw that button. It was too late. Okay. But yes. So when you said you look at your relationship with your husband, yes. spiritual debt. Okay. When really what's happening is there's patterns. So notice for a moment, there's a lot of hurtful patterns and like you would call it S H I T.
Uh, but a lot of hurt with your family. Can you see that? Absolutely. But not with my friends, not with my friends, only my immediate family and husband and not my father. Uh huh. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Okay. Bingo. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And that's where I see the, the, the relationship goes off.
Okay. So now there's a few things. Okay. So now you mentioned like you have diabetes, there's a lot of other things, blah, blah. So these are also impacting several other areas of your health. Just so you know, like we're like a lot of, a lot of, we're hitting on a lot of things. Okay. But I want to keep this really, really clear because this is what's happening.
Is it? You'll want to look at things in a different way and be willing to look at them. Yes. Okay? So, instead of saying, that was spiritual debt with your husband. Yes. Instead, I want you to look at it and say, I am an empowered being and as I heal these wounds, I can create an even better. Life. Yes. As I heal these wounds.
As I heal these wounds. I can create, I can create a better life. Yeah, absolutely. So I'm gonna ask you to take in that feeling.
I want you to take in that feeling. As I heal these wounds. I can create an even better loving life without the S H I T, right? Yes. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe.
So remember we talked about if there's something in the road, it's not that you don't want to be like, Oh, I don't want to look at that. Instead, you want to look at it and go, Oh my God, what is this? Let me change. Let me see what I can change. Let me do something different so I can create something, um, better, right?
Correct. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Now,
I want you to notice the feeling of hurt towards life, like a feeling like life feels a bit abusive to you. If you look at it, it's like the spiritual debt, the this, the that, the blah blah blah. Notice how hard life is felt. Can you see that? Yes. Yeah. I'm going to ask you to breathe. I'm going to ask you to breathe.
And what if, what if, what if, what if, what if. You have the power inside of you to change it all
and ask you to breathe.
All right, so let's go ahead and pause it because there are some really powerful key insights that I'd love to share with you. You know, I just said to her What if, what if, what if, and I said it three times in a row. Now, the reason I'm pointing this out is what I did is I was opening her mind because her mind was too closed to receive the information.
So I was, the way I was doing it was kind of making her want to listen more and open her mind. Now, The reason that I'm pointing this out is because you'll hear me on all these episodes when I'm working with people getting these radical results. I always say I make this look really easy and I do and a lot of people would think oh my god she's just simply having a conversation with somebody and their pain goes away or they're doing this and it's miraculous and And I'm really working at a very clear level with the mind.
So even when I'm saying, what if, and I said it three times in a row, it's not because I was just stuttering. It's because her mind wasn't open enough to receive the information that I was sharing with her. And so I needed her mind to be more open to receiving it. Now, the reason I point that out is because in working with your mind, that's the level of clarity you want to have to create the shift.
You want to be just really super tuned in. Now, another thing you want to notice. is I interrupted her a few times. And the reason being is obviously not because I don't respect her. Obviously I have so much respect for this woman. I think I just, I love her strong personality. She's just, she's beautiful.
But the reason I interrupt her is because. Ultimately, what will happen is if I let her mind continue down the same path, then we're never going to get the results because she's going to keep ingraining the same problem. So it would actually be adding energy to the problem to keep it there rather than really creating that shift.
So point being again. It's just that everything that I'm doing with the mind, there's a reason for it. Every little thing, even if I take a pause, if I ask her to take a breath. So there's a reason for it. And the more you work with your mind to really understand how your mind works. works at a more fine tuned level, the easier it is to just get results.
So I love that. Also another really powerful insight, which was kind of just touched on briefly and then skipped over was when we were talking about patterns. You know, I mentioned that her husband was part of that pattern. And what she said is she just kind of mentioned it briefly. She said, I saw the pattern, but it was too late.
Okay. And so if you're in a relationship or connection with anybody and you feel like, oh my God, I'm in this relationship and it's too late, that's not the way you want to think. Instead, what you really want to do. is address those patterns. Because what I see happen all of the time, and I know this might sound impossible, but all of the time, I see people shift their own patterns in a relationship and it shifts the dynamic of it.
And of course, if you're somebody who is in a physically abusive relationship, you know, you'll want to get out of the relationship and then work on your patterns. But either way, point being. is that you don't ever want to think that it's too late. I see the most amazing transformations take place. And yes, sometimes people release the patterns and simultaneously they then become ready to also release that relationship itself.
Or a lot of times people will make that change on the inside in their energy. And the relationship shifts in the most beautiful way. So just food for thought on that. If you are somebody who is stuck in a relationship. Now, the other key insight is this, is that people are always trying to ignore the negative and focus on the positive.
And so, as you notice, I was talking to her about the feeling of not wanting to even look at the negative. But if you think about it on every one of these episodes, what we do specifically, is we look at the negative and we identify what it is so we can shift it, not to stay in it. But when we look at a lot of people, how they're doing it is they're trying to just ignore the negative things and just pretend like they're not there and just focus on the positive.
And I have to say, I see so many different health issues connected to spiritual practices and you'll see as we continue forward, you'll see there are other things that come up as well, but common things that people do in spirituality are actually connected to different health issues or reinforcing negative patterns that are actually keeping their health issues under control.
stuck. And so that's a bit where we're going today is just really looking at those, making sure that you've been able to shift those and make sure that you're not doing those in your own life. And so that's where we're going. But just on this specific point, you'll want to make sure that if you have something going on in your life, your health, that you're not avoiding looking at it and just focusing on the positive.
You'll want to make sure to really address things and make that shift. All right. So speaking of shift, that's where we're headed. Let's go ahead and dive back in with Lorraine.
If you changed at all, if you just, if you just, um, embodied this power and started changing things, looking at them, changing them, looking at things, changing them, looking at things and really, really changing them. And you had more love and more happiness and more joy and more wonderfulness in your life.
What would that look like? Oh, truly magnificent, truly magnificent, right? Okay. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
And if I ask you, could you do things differently now? So all of those things, like, you know, it's possible and you've seen this and you've been hearing people that have made changes and changes in their life. And even it was sweet. If you remember a few episodes back, there was the woman that we worked on a relationship with.
Patterns. And then she met the man that she's always wanted to meet and you hear different things and it's fun, right? Yeah. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. There we go. And, uh, give me one second. That. There you go. Alright, so I want you to notice the level of pain in your shoulder. And what's your level?
It's not so much shoulder, it's upper arm. It's still the dull pain. What's that? It, it has still got the dull, D U L L, dull pain. Dull, dull pain. Okay, so it's still got the dull pain. Okay, yeah. So, what's your level? Let's see. Oh, uh, worse when I try to lift it up and I'm not even lifting it up, just, you know, lifting the elbow off the desk.
Mm hmm. If you lift the elbow, what's the level? Uh, about easy a four. Five. Okay. So there we go. So if you lift it, it's about a four five, right? Yeah. Okay. So give me just a second. One
second. That, that. Bingo. Okay. Bingo. I'm going to ask you to breathe.
All right. Now I want you to picture for a moment. That somebody doesn't like you. Somebody doesn't like you. How do you feel about them? I close up and I, and I walk out of that in a relationship. All right. Now I want you to picture somebody really, really, really likes you. How do you feel towards them?
Truly, very beautiful and positive. Great. So now I'm going to ask you, how do you want to feel towards life? Positive. You want life? Positive. Okay. Positive. Now, if you're positive towards life, life is going to love you back. Right? Yeah. Okay. So great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe for a moment and ask you to breathe.
And I want you to think and just feel a feeling of loving life, thinking, oh, life, you're so wonderful. Life, you're beautiful. Life, you're incredible. And just try to feel the feelings of loving life. Feel the feelings of just go, life is amazing. Great. Life is great. incredible. When you stop and think about it for a moment, we're literally like suspended in space, you know?
And I mean, our lives are when energy is just driving. I mean, it's just so amazing, right? Rotating around this hot ball of plasma we call the sun. Life is truly incredible, right? Yes. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
If I ask you zero to ten, how much you're willing to love life? Absolutely ten on ten. Ten to ten? Yes. Great. I'm going to ask you again, zero to ten, how much you're willing to love life? Ten on ten. Ten on ten. Okay, I'm going to ask you to lift your arm again. What's your level? Far less. Far, far less. Far, far less.
Good, good, good. What's your level?
And a niggly bit. Mm hmm. Give me your level. I'm getting a lot of sensation at the crown of my head. Shifting. A lot of shifting going on. Shifting is good. Shifting is good. I love that. And what's your level of pain? I want you to see this. What's your level of pain? Maybe a one or a two. Great. Okay. So notice for a moment, by the way, this is what I'm wanting you to do, right?
We're working with your eyes, right? Yeah. Okay. Part of what I'm wanting you to do So, what I want you to do is see this. So when I'm asking you about the pain, I'm not expecting it to be all the way gone. I want you to notice that there's a shift in it. Does that make sense? Yes. So just notice how before it was like a four or five, and now it's about a one or two, right?
Yes. Okay. And so I'm going to ask you to breathe. Okay. So if your body, when you moved it, I mean, it was still, when you had it completely still, it was like a one, two, but then when you moved it, it went up to a four or five. And now when you move it, it's like a one, two, right? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Does that tell you that you're doing something right?
Yes. Oh, okay. Right. You want to see what you're doing and see that you're getting results that are right, right? Yes. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe, and now I'm going to ask you to do it even more. Like, life is so amazing. Life is wonderful. Life is so great. Life, I love life. Life is beautiful. Life is wonderful.
Life is fabulous. Life is amazing. Life is incredible. And by the way, again, if there's somebody who just loves you and adores you and thinks, Hey, you're wonderful. How do you feel about them? Truly wonderful. Truly wonderful. Right. Okay. So, do you want to send negative energy towards life and have life send that back to you or do you want to send positive energy and love life and have life reciprocate that back to you?
Love. Positive. Love. Great. Great. So, I'm going to ask you to take that in. How you want to feel about life. Oh, life is so amazing and wonderful and great and fabulous. I'm going to ask you to take that in.
I'm going to ask you to breathe. Take that in. Life is what? Wonderful. Full of love. Wonderful. Beautiful. And I want you to just feel that in your energy. Feel those feelings. Life is wonderful and great. And watch it love you back. You love it. It loves you back. You love it. It loves you back. You love it. It loves you back.
I'm going to ask you, what's the level in your shoulder? Go ahead and lift it. What's your level? Uh, the arm is still that, um, two. Okay. Give me one second. That, that, that. Give me one sec. Bingo. Okay. If I ask you, bingo, if I ask you how much you have felt like you've had a lot of quote unquote karmic debt in your life, like, uh, like you've had to pay a lot of karmic debt in life, how much would you say that is?
I would say about a five. Okay. And what if I told you that none of that is true. It's never been karmic debt. It's been patterns that have been created. So none of that. Like, I'm going to ask you to look at things in a different way. Can you do that? Okay. Okay. So can you say, I'm willing to look at things in a different way?
I'm willing to look at things in a different way. Okay. So I want you to notice how. Now, with your family, you had a lot of hurt and then you got, you moved away from them, but then you still had your husband and you had a lot of hurt and you've had a lot of hurt going on in your life and relationships, right?
Only with family, not outside. Bingo. When we have painful relationships or painful hurts and patterns, it doesn't mean it's everywhere. Okay. Kind of like this. If somebody has a pattern of abuse, right? Let's say they have a pattern of abuse. That doesn't mean that. Everybody in their life is punching them.
That could just mean that their spouse is or their parent or a person. It doesn't mean every single person in their life is abusing them. Does that make sense? Okay. Have you ever seen somebody who says, Oh, they have an abusive relationship and every person in their life is punching them. That doesn't make any sense, right?
You don't usually see that. Correct. So just because it hasn't been everybody and it's only been family, Doesn't mean it's not your pattern. Does that make sense? It is a pattern.
All right. So, let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment for a couple quick insights. I mean, first and foremost, I just, I love her. She's just very insightful. You know, she said, this is definitely a pattern. So I love that. I love her awareness and she's just lovely and she's also strong minded, which is both can be a great thing.
It can keep you stuck. And I know that personally, cause I've had a very strong mind about things. And that helped with my level of determination to get where I went. And so just like she's very strong minded, the fact that she's here and she's showing up and she's been studying spirituality for 20 years.
I mean, just her perseverance is just beautiful. And sometimes it's. It can also, when you have a strong mind, you'll want to notice where it's being strong at and make sure that it's helping you because there's a bit of resistance going on with the karmic debt piece. And what you'll want to notice as we continue in working with her is that the pain right now has gone down so she can see that, which is great in her arm.
And as you'll see, there's going to be some ups and downs with it. And you'll want to notice what we're talking about and when that is, because there's, there's a bit of stuckness. We're going to talk about that, but it's just, this spiritual belief is really deep set in her mind, but you'll see kind of where we're going as we step back in.
One other thing that I did want to mention. Has to do with loving life and really changing the way she feels about life and notice I had been talking to her about really making that change and that is gonna be a part of the puzzle You know one of the ingredients if you will that will need to be shifted And by the way when it comes to multiple ingredients, you know If you've heard me before talk about when I'm creating these shifts, that's what I'm looking for is shifting multiple Specific things in somebody's mindset.
And the easiest way to really illustrate that, you know, if, as if you think about somebody who wants to make a cake and if they just have flour, They can't make a cake, but if they have flour and he makes it with like eggs and butter and yada, yada, yada, then they can make a cake. Now, obviously health issue is much different, but the same type of concept where there are multiple ingredients that are combined, creating that.
And so this is that other piece for her. And so that's something that we're going to talk about as well. Now, part of the reason I wanted to point it out is just to say that if you are somebody who is going through a challenging time, you may want to do this in your life right now, whether or not it's one of your specific things for healing, it's still something that's really good.
to help lift your energy. And this is actually something that I did in going through my injury. And I'll share a bit more coming up as we go along. I'll, I'll share more about what I did and really shifting that. But point being right here is that those are the specific ingredients that we are working on is working on with, you know, shifting your energy towards life and also this karmic debt piece.
And so that's where we're going. And again, you'll want to notice. as her pain comes and goes, what triggers it. And you'll see that coming up where we're going. So let's go ahead and dive back in with Lorraine.
It is a pattern. Totally. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and I want you to realize that somebody made up the term karmic debt and it's not even, it's not even a real thing. So I'm going to ask you to breathe and realize you can change anything whenever it is that you want to change it.
I'm going to ask you to breathe
And what if you knew that you never had to pay any more karmic debt in life ever because it was not a real thing and all you had to do was start changing patterns? Oh, my arm. I tried to lift it. What's that? I tried to lift my arm and I can't. Okay. Bingo. Bingo. Can you say I'm willing to change? I'm willing to change.
I'm willing to change. I'm willing to change. Okay. So I want you to notice the part of you that in your mind is saying, yes, there is karmic debt. Yes. Oh, the pain is gone up.
All right. That was really powerful and also very clear. You know, notice I had said to her something like, can you see the part of you that wants to believe that there's karmic debt? And she said, yes, there is. Ah! You know, her pain shot up immediately. Now what I love about that is that she could see it so she could get that sense of confirmation to be able to see it with her own eyes because all too often there's so much conflicting information in spirituality and it's honestly because, unfortunately, a So many people have great intentions and they want to do great things, but they don't have a lot of clarity as to what that is.
And so a lot of people are reading a bunch of books and then thinking they should teach things and they're teaching things, even though they have great intentions, are really actually creating problems. And they don't realize it. You know, they have the best intentions, but there are a lot of problems.
And Lorraine is not the only person that I've seen like this. I actually see a lot of people with a variety of different spiritual wiring that is on one level or another. Reinforcing some type of illness or, you know, just a problem in somebody's life. And so that said, you know, I mentioned in the beginning that this one might be eye opening for you.
And that's because, you know, I want you to see where this trail goes and ultimately that's the part where a lot of people will be And so either way, that's where we're going is just continuing down the rabbit hole. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Lorraine.
Okay. So notice, all right, so I want you to notice something for a moment. And again, we're working with your eyes also, right? Yeah. So I want you to see. In a different way, okay? So watch this. Notice when you were loving life and following what I was saying, your pain was going down. Yeah. And notice the more that you hold on to what your beliefs and what you're saying, the pain is shooting up.
Yeah. Can you see that? Yeah. Okay, so which way do you want to go? Your way or my way? great! So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Okay, and I'm going to ask you if you're willing to let go of karmic debt BS. That's not even true. Yes. Yes? Yes! Yes? Yes! Beautiful. I'm going to ask you to breathe.
I'm going to ask you to breathe in the feeling. All you had to do was start looking at certain patterns, looking at patterns, and changing them, and looking at patterns, and changing them, and you could actually really manifest the life that you're wanting. Okay, how much do you believe our thoughts help create our life?
A hundred percent. Okay, so watch this. Beautiful, and I love that. You're, totally. Now watch this. Now imagine I said, I know that our thoughts help create our life a hundred percent. And by the way, I have 11 different health issues. I'm feeling a lot of abuse, a lot of hurt. My family's hurt my feelings. This person has.
I've been sick. I'm not financially where I want to be. I've been struggling mostly financially, and I'm stressed out in life, and um, and I feel a lot of hurt, and life feels like a struggle. How am I doing with creating my life? A very negative picture. Okay, but how, but my thoughts help create my life, right?
So I gotta change something, right? Yes, yes. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe.
I'm gonna ask you. Are you willing to change? Yes, great So I'm gonna ask you to breathe. Okay, so watch this. I'm gonna ask you to lift your arm I want you to notice your level of pain. It was far less than when you shut up But as I'm putting it down the middle of the upper arm Upwards towards the shoulder, I would say it's easier, four.
Okay, so it's about a four, right? Yeah. Okay, so watch, so notice we're going my way and it's coming back down, right? Yeah. Okay, so we're going to keep going my way a little bit more, okay? So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I want you to say, I'm not a victim, karmic debt is BS, I'm empowered. You've said too much, I can't take it all in.
I can't. I got it. I got it. I hear you. I hear you. Ready? I'm not a victim. I'm not a victim. Karmic debt is BS. Karmic debt is BS. I am empowered. I'm empowered. I'm going to start changing and loving my life. I want you to feel it. I'm going to start changing and loving my life. Great. I'm going to ask you to lift your arm.
What's your level? Um, far better, but still a bit of needliness over there. Far better. So what's your level? About a one, one and a half. Okay. So one, one and a half, right? Yeah. So it's far better, one, one and a half. So are we doing something right? Correct. Correct. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and now we're going to reflect on what I just said.
I just said that you're not a victim. I'm not a victim. Karmic debt is BS. Karmic debt is BS. And that you're going to start loving life and changing and creating an even better life. I'm going to start loving and changing. There you go. And having an even more amazing life. I'm having an amazing life.
Totally. So I'm going to ask you to breathe.
Okay. So I want you to notice. You don't have to just trust what I'm saying. You can see that as you go back into the old way of thinking, the pain comes back. And as you go into this new way of thinking, the pain's going away, right? Correct. Okay. So do you want to go back into talking about karmic debt and see how that goes?
No. No, thank you. Oh, we can do that if you want. No way. Right? Correct. Yes. No way. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to say that again. I'm just going to be playful. I'm going to say that again. I'm going to say, you want to go back in and, and talk about karmic debt and all of that? You want to do that?
No way. No way. Right? No way. Or do you want to go back to talking about you being empowered and changing and creating an even better life? I'm empowered and I'm changing for an even better life. Beautiful. Beautiful. Notice the level in your shoulder. What's your level? Much better. Much, much better. But still, when I put my arm up and try and stretch it up, there's still about half to one.
Half to one. Okay. Half to one. Okay. Which is a lot better than the eight, nine it was at. Okay. Here we go. Okay. So, a few things. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe. Okay. Okay. Now, I want to show you for a moment, can you see how you're looking at things in a different way? Yes. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe.
And what does your body and your energy think about you looking at things in a different way?
Notice the pain is going, right? Yes. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. So are you willing to look at things in a different way? Yes. All right, so say, I am willing to look at things in a different way. I am willing to look at things in a different way. And by the way, if you start looking at things in a different way Could you start to get the real results that you're wanting?
Yes. Yes. So, I'm going to ask you to take that in.
Thank you. All right. So, I want you to notice the level in your shoulder. What's your level? Um, even less than it was before, but I can, I, when I stretch my arm out and try and bring it down again at a different angle. You know, I just did what, you know, for my shoulder, 90 degrees, not 90, I suppose it's 180.
When I put my arm horizontally and raise it up and down. I can still tell that there is pain there, but it's slight. It's slight. Okay. Bingo. So you can still tell there's a little bit of pain there when you lift it up and down in different degrees, but it's very slight. Okay. Yes. This is what I want you to notice.
Big difference from before? Yes. Who did that? I. Yep. Great. I'm going to ask you to take that feeling in. Bingo. That. Bingo. And if I ask you, Okay. Bingo. You want to go back to believing in karmic dead and blah, blah, blah. And all of that go on to go doc. Talk about that. No. Okay. It's not even true. It's not even true.
Notice the universe is even saying when you were starting to talk about that, it's like painful. That's not even true. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to let it go completely. That's not even true. Let me ask you, is Santa Claus real? No. Okay. And I love, by the way, you guys out in Australia have Santa Claus and Bermuda shorts.
Yes. Absolutely. Absolutely. At least you have him in style. We just have him in like this red. Red suit. I like the Bermuda shorts. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And uh, the reality of it is, Santa Claus isn't real, right? And you're familiar with that? Yes. Okay. So can you realize that you need to put karmic debt in that same bucket?
Yes. Karmic debt's not real. It's something that somebody made up. People make up so much stuff when it comes to spirituality, it's not even funny. People are making up stuff all of the time, and I'm going to ask you to breathe and realize you have to filter your mind from the information that comes in.
You have to. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. Bingo. And I'm going to ask you, are you willing to start looking at life? In a different way. Yes. Yes? Yes. Great. I'm going to ask you to breathe. And by the way, how great would it be for you to start really looking at these patterns in life and really shifting them and changing them and having more love and more happiness and more joy and feeling better and having better energy and just feeling that and feeling the universe, you know, just universal energy throughout your body in a healthy way.
How would that feel for you? Absolutely. Absolutely. Magnificent. Christmas everyday. Right? Christmas everyday. Absolutely. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe, and how would you feel about life? Amazing. Amazing. Great. So, I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to look back at your computer screen.
Yes. And I want you to notice your level of blurry. What's the level? The blurry, um, there's not much of a difference in the blurriness. Yes. Mm hmm. Okay. So there's not much of a difference, right? No. Give me one second. Um, that, that, give me one second because it's cataracts, um, give me one second. Oh, um, bingo.
Let me see if we can bingo.
All right. So let's go ahead and pause it right here for a moment. You know, first and foremost, she's doing amazing. With her energy, she's really beginning to create that shift, which is so impressive, you know, she's taking the pain in her shoulder or upper arm, whatever you want to call it, it's pretty much gone.
And for the first time, she's able to lift it fully. And, you know, she mentions as she twists it around, there's a bit of a twinge still left as she rotates, but. huge difference from where it was and needing to lift her arm with the other arm. So that's really awesome. And I love that she could see the pain going up and down with her different thoughts.
So of course, what's going to need to happen is for her to really embody this change. And for that reason, I want to actually give everybody a moment to kind of take in this information because there are so many really powerful insights. It's just so far in this episode, you know, Lorraine actually brings up a lot of things that are common for people.
She just has a lot of them going on, but I mean, just a beautiful being, and I love her determination to really change it. So it's beautiful, but you know, things that we've talked about so far are patterns. You know, patterns coming up, karmic debt, of course, that was a big one. Um, also feeling good about life and really willing to create that shift towards life.
And so there are a lot of things that have come up along the way. Now I mentioned that that was something that I started doing as I was going through my injury was really starting to shift the way I feel. felt about life, because I mean, I didn't feel great about life. I was a mess. My life was really in a bad place.
My health was, I mean, just everything. It was a mess. And as you could probably imagine, I wasn't like, yay, I love life. I just wasn't feeling that. And so. I really had to start working on it. And even at the time, like I was so skeptical. I didn't know if energy was going to work or not work, but the more I was, you know, researching and thinking about the awareness of energy and kind of even looking at the Bible, even had a quote, you know, those who love life will eat its fruit, you know, meaning that the more you love life, the more life is going to give you the fruit of, and, you know, it'll just be fruitful.
And so. you know, just a lot of different things. You know, you hear about energy, feeling how you feel about something, it will feel towards you. And that's what I was really studying is just how energy worked and figuring that out and then playing with different things. And I was like, okay, I'm willing to try it.
You know, if how I feel about life, life is going to feel about me, then I thought I really need to bump it up, you know, because it wasn't good. And so that was what I started working with just in the beginning basics of creating that shift. That was something that was key for me. And so if you're somebody who is been feeling, you know, stuck either in your health or life, or, you know, even if it's not your key ingredient that we talked about earlier, where there's specific ingredients, even if it's not that, feeling really good about life is powerful and that's what you want to do is, is really start bringing that in.
So as we continue on, you know, I left off with her cataracts. And so far her cataracts are still stuck at a level eight of blurry. We have not made any progress with those, but. We're about to go further down the rabbit hole even more. And so what I want to go ahead and do is I want to give you a bit of time to just digest what we have talked about so far and look at what key piece would be helpful to you.
in your life. Maybe that is starting to lift your energy towards life itself, or maybe that is looking at a specific pattern, or maybe it is getting rid of the idea of karmic debt, or maybe even earlier, we had talked about not wanting to look at the problems at all, and maybe it is going, okay, well, I need to start looking at that to really get rid of it.
And maybe that is it. Whatever it is for you. My biggest suggestion is for you to take one piece from this episode so far, and really just kind of work on digesting that. On the next part of this episode, as I continued working with Lorraine, we went down the rabbit hole. Even more and started talking about things even like past lives and things like that and of course Continuing to talk about her eyes even more because again, they're still stuck blurry at a level eight You know and unable to drive and do the things that she wants to do And so we're gonna continue to look at that and work on that on the next part of this episode.
And with that, I'm going to go ahead and wait until next week to release this second part so you can digest the information because on next week's episode, Lorraine does amazing with her energy. And as we're working with the energy on her eyes, she's able to shift it. to be able to see clearly again. And so that's what I want to go ahead and share with you on next week's episode.
