Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.
For that reason, we have taken an extra step to help protect our beautiful volunteer and the integrity of this work to help keep the information from being modified. And we actually love how this turned out because it provides you with even more information. This is how it works. On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.

This enables us to help protect the information online from being modified. That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
All right, so stepping into today’s special highlight episode. This is an episode that I pulled back from the 2022 Archives, and there are so many reasons that I pulled this episode back. First and foremost, I love, every episode because it highlights something different about the mind and what it’s doing, or healing, and looking at things in a different way, and so I just love that.
Now, some of the other things that I really love about this episode is the awareness that so often people may not realize what their own mind is doing, and it is so common. We just get used to things. And so that’s one of the highlights that I love about this episode, is just that awareness is really clear.
Now, another thing that of course I absolutely love, I love our beautiful volunteer. She did a fantastic job with her energy, so she was able to shift and release her knee pain. And also she was able to increase her range of motion, which was huge considering that her doctor said that they didn’t know if she’d ever be able to get more range of motion.
And so that’s also what I love is that so often if the body isn’t healing for one reason or another, many times people want to give up or they feel like something is impossible. And that’s another thing that I really love about today’s beautiful volunteer is that of course she started looking outside of the box for answers.
And so I love that. And to give you a bit of backstory with her, why she had been struggling with knee pain is that she had a biking accident and during her accident, she fractured her kneecap and she had one surgery after another, after another, and yet her knee wasn’t healing and her doctors were stumped.
They said basically they didn’t know if she could ever get more range of motion, and they also didn’t know what was causing her ongoing pain. Now, of course, that’s not their fault, they did what they could, but her body was just not healing itself. And that’s ultimately when she started looking outside of the box for other answers, trying to figure out how to get her body to then heal itself.
Now, what was beautiful is that as I started working with her and identifying what was going on in her mind that was affecting her mind body connection, a lot of it had to do with patterns of self-criticism. Now the interesting thing is, you would never know that in just speaking with her or connecting with her, because as I worked with her, she is so sweet and funny and charismatic.
She just has this magnetic personality. She’s just beautiful inside and out. You can just feel that from her. She didn’t necessarily realize that she was even critical of herself, because she was putting it in her mind in such a way that she had normalized it. And so as I was working with her, she said things like, ‘I’m just hard on myself’, or ‘That’s just my personality’, ‘That’s who I am’. Now, of course, as I was talking to her, I reminded her that’s not necessarily her personality, it was her programming. So she had been programmed to really be hard on herself and critical, and even be self-deprecating, making jokes about herself because she felt embarrassed about things.
Like even with her biking accident, she had felt embarrassed about having an accident. So she had this ongoing feeling of criticism towards herself, even for the accident. And so during her session, that’s exactly what we did. We started addressing these very patterns that were impacting her and also started bringing in positive emotions so she could feel good about herself and start experiencinga kind voice, a caring, supportive voice towards herself.
And so that’s ultimately the quick insight that I want to leave with you. On this episode is exactly that is something that you could do is even just start taking a few moments a day to acknowledge yourself. And of course, you could do the same with others. So you could take a few moments to acknowledge a few things that you did really well during the day, or even if it’s not just during the day, during the week, or things that you appreciate about yourself. And also you could expand that into maybe your spouse or partner or family or whatnot, just mentally, emotionally acknowledging those around you as well to start creating that shift in your life now. Of course there were more insights from this episode.
