This is exemplified in the story of our wonderful volunteer, Amy, who finds herself caught in a cycle with her partner where they unintentionally trigger each other's patterns. The turbulence of raised voices and intense emotions that arise in challenging relationships can have an impact on our health and also take an emotional toll on us. Amy has considered leaving many times over the years; however, she still loves her partner. She is stuck in a loop that is affecting her happiness and health.
