We’ve all been there before at some point; stuck in frustration or struggle and even feeling alone at times. On today’s episode, I work with our volunteer Shalom who is in desperate need of a breakthrough! He has been struggling in multiple areas of his life, including with his weight, and feeling like he is no longer in control of his life.  He has been stuck in a negative loop. Listen in while I work with him to help guide Shalom to use his own mind in a more productive way to help him navigate to a more positive state of mind for his health, happiness and his weight.
