Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.

On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.

That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
So today’s episode just touched my heart and really they all do in such a beautiful way, but I just love when people make a radical breakthrough and they don’t think they can, but they do and it surprises them and they can see the light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. They can see how things could get better, and that is one of the things that I love the most about today’s episode. So today I worked with a beautiful volunteer. Her name is Corinne, and I just love her and her genuine desire to change, to transform her heart, how much she loves her kids and people, and just her awareness and her willingness to look at herself.
I mean, she’s just beautiful and brilliant. I could go on and on and on. I just love this woman. Now to give you some backstory, it’s this, when her and I have connected the very first, or a few of the very first words she said to me. Is she said, I just want to warn you ahead of time that likely you’re not going to be able to help me.
And she said that from a place of just thoughtfulness, of being thoughtful and saying, I just want to let you know this is probably not going to work. And if not, just. Don’t be upset if it’s not. So she was trying to be thoughtful and the reason that she said that is because she’s literally been doing personal development and every single thing that she can find for decades, and yet she has been stuck with a feeling of heaviness, of hopelessness that just that inner feeling that she can’t feel joy. And not only that, but she’s felt like every time she starts to even feel a sense of happiness that something happens. And so she can’t maintain it and she just has felt hopeless and heavy. And again, what I love though is that she was able to make a radical shift. And really start feeling in a different way and she could also understand why she’s been stuck. And so I just it this episode and this beautiful woman just touched my heart so much. Now, to provide you a bit of backstory, first and foremost, our volunteer, she is from Australia. Now, if you’re not familiar with the quote unquote tall poppy in Australia, basically there’s a belief or a cultural feeling, if you will, a common cultural feeling.
That if you are the tall poppy, you get quote, unquote cut down. And what that means is basically that, let’s say you are the one that’s rising ahead, growing more than others, that the tall poppy gets cut down, so to speak. So another way to say this is imagine there’s 50 people and the one that’s growing the most, the quote unquote tall poppy is going to get.
Cut down. And so as you can likely imagine, for her to be happy and healthy and doing fantastic, didn’t necessarily feel safe. It could feel like it’s not going to be safe, that people are going to cut you down, that there’s a loss of love. If you’re happy and doing great and fantastic. So that was one thing that was keeping her stuck was that counterintuitive piece.
And so what was beautiful is this is one of the breakthroughs that she made that was pivotal is, just understanding that. Part of the key for me to get results has just been doing things in a different way to where we look at the mind in a different way. So if this feels very counterintuitive to you, I understand but again, what helped me to heal myself was looking at everything in a different way, working with the mind in a different way. And so some of these counterintuitive pieces are really key. Now, another thing that was key. It was also counterintuitive, and it’s this, it’s that sometimes when we’re raised in a certain way, we believe that that’s okay to do and be so going along with the same theme of the tall poppy, so to speak, there was also this feeling or pattern in. Corinne’s family growing up that they did cut each other down a lot, and it was a family theme. So you might say, oh, you look horrible. Oh, you oh, what are you doing so overweight or this or that? Now, that’s the very way that Corinne was talking to her children, and that was part of her aha moment.
And so she paused and she started to look at it and she goes, oh my gosh, I see this. Everywhere. And she started mentioning, maybe comments that she said to her children or her son that weren’t quote unquote nice, but she wasn’t meaning them to be mean. It was how she was raised. And so it was just very normal and habitual for her to do that and be that she never gave it a second thought because she wasn’t meaning it in a negative way or a mean way.
It was just her programmed way of connection. And because she wasn’t trying to be mean or angry behind it. Her mind didn’t identify it as being a problem, and so from this we can see it is really important to. Understand the mind in a different way, and maybe another way that I can really emphasize this or illustrate it, would also be to bring in the awareness that Corrine, our beautiful volunteer, was also in the service, and so she had been deployed.
Now, I’m not sure which exact branch, but she mentioned she was out on deployment. Now when you stop and think about it for a moment. How often, of course, the common response for somebody who’s been deployed is to say, what trauma did you have? That around that, what issues came up? And so that’s another reason that it really is counterintuitive, and that’s the reason you hear me say over and over and over again that so often when people think about a person being stuck in depression or they can’t be happy and they can’t move through things, the immediate thing they say is trauma, trauma, trauma. Let’s address the trauma. And I get it. Of course, we do not want trauma. We definitely want to heal trauma and get rid of it.
I’m just saying that the mind is. More specific than that. I mean, let’s be honest, there are people who have been through a variety of different traumas, unfortunately, who are healthy and happy and well adjusted and have recovered from them. So my point is that it’s not just the trauma. There’s always more to it, and it may seem completely counterintuitive, but the more that we just understand the mind and really get good at looking at it in a different way, the more it’s key for creating breakthrough results and the very reason that I have been able to demonstrate mind body healing under medical equipment and show results. And also the reason I’ve been able to heal myself as well is because I started really looking at things in a very, very, very different way. So even the results that I’ve been able to show under medical equipment for over a decade now, being able to show those and demonstrate them live is something that’s never been done before.
Back to back to back. Demonstrating that, showing that. And my point isn’t just that I’m so amazing. Yeah, I’m amazing. You are amazing. We are amazing. We’re all amazing. So my point is just that. To get those results, I had to work with the mind in a very different way. And so just really emphasizing that.

So there’s a lot of ways that you can really see that if you haven’t seen that yet. But what we are capable of is absolutely incredible. And so I love these breakthroughs for her. And again, I just love this woman’s heart. She just has really great self-awareness, just authentic and genuine.
And when she became aware. Of these patterns. She was just, just her self-awareness and self-honesty and desire to change and not defend them, but embrace the change. It just was so beautiful. And so just again, just though an absolute beautiful being, and of course by the way, it is going to take follow through for her to really change these. So the epiphany is great. And also now is the time for the real genuine follow through. So that of course, is key and that’s key for everybody. And that is my hope by the way, for you and for everybody, is to really feel that sense of empowerment, the awareness how to get results and how to create that change at a deeper level.
