Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.
For that reason, we have taken an extra step to help protect our beautiful volunteer and the integrity of this work to help keep the information from being modified. On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.

That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
All right, so today I worked with a beautiful volunteer. Her name is Wild, and there are so many things that I love about this episode. First and foremost, I love her heart. I love her. She’s just so thoughtful and sweet and caring, and I just. Really love her heart. So that’s one thing. Now another thing that I really love are the insights from this episode because so often, time and time again, you hear me say this, but so often when people get into mind body healing, the first thing they think is that there’s got to be some major trauma, but all different emotions can affect the physical body, and that’s sometimes why it’s a bit hard to identify what is really going on is because different emotions can impact the body different than most people think. And that’s one of the things that I love about today’s episode is just the profound insight of. What she was experiencing. And of course I don’t want her to experience the negative emotions, but the insight can be really helpful and it’s this, it’s that part of the hurt and part of the problem that was affecting our beautiful volunteer had to do with her feelings around the topic of receiving. Because there’s a part of her that is really, she’s feeling spoiled.
She’s feeling like she wants to receive, she deserves to receive and then there’s another part of her. Who feels undeserving to receive. She feels like she shouldn’t be receiving. She feels bad. She feels guilty. She feels like everybody’s going to be mad at her. And so there’s all this internal conflict. Now, the reason that Wild reached out. Is because she’s been experiencing ongoing migraines and they typically end up lasting for a few days and she’s also been struggling with a variety of different aches and pains that are moving around through her body as well as anxiety, fear towards her health, just worry and stress and so. That’s ultimately the reason that I ended up connecting with Wild. Now as we dove in to begin identifying what was affecting her, when we started talking about the topic of receiving, there were so many emotions that she has, and just that feeling of feeling like everybody’s going to be mad at her.
So there’s a part of her who’s wanting to hide the receiving. Things. And there’s a part of her who’s then also distancing herself from her sisters because she’s also expecting they’re going to be jealous, but then she’s also wanting to connect with them. And so there’s all of these mixed emotions going on, and this is the insight that I really wanted to share with you in today’s episode is exactly this. Is that, are you feeling like you can receive in your life? Have you been feeling a sense of feeling undeserving or that if you receive in life, that people are going to be upset with you or mad? And if so, I would encourage you to be willing to change it.
Now, if we go deeper into this awareness of feeling, guilt about receiving, when we stop and think about it for a moment, in some ways, it’s like saying we deserve to be punished for receiving. And if you think about it for a moment, it’s like if we feel guilty about something that we’re doing, if we’re receiving things and we feel guilt about it, it’s like we feel punished for receiving. And unfortunately what can happen is even if it doesn’t affect a person’s health, that it can affect a person’s life where they feel like, okay, good things happen but then if they receive things, they also unfortunately need to have negative things that happen as well, not because that’s true. But because a person feels that way, and so when you think about it for a moment, all of the time, we can get mixed emotions linked up to positive things or vice versa. The example, or the unfortunate example you hear me use all of the time is a situation with a cutter.
Somebody who cuts themselves, they could feel relief or euphoria or safety. Or control from cutting themselves. Now, it doesn’t make logical sense that they would cut themselves and feel positive feelings, but it’s well known that that can get linked up. And so my point is we can get information linked up in the subconscious mind that makes no sense and so often people may have a feeling where they feel guilty for receiving or bad or undeserving. In life. And then simultaneously what can happen is they can feel like they’re struggling to get by or stressed and, so, and it, or it’s affecting their health or life. And so it can show up in a variety of different ways and that’s the insight that I really want to share with you today is exactly that, is that if this is going on in your life, in your emotions deep inside, I would strongly encourage you. To be willing to change that, to be willing to allow yourself and program yourself to feel good about receiving, to be able to feel like you do deserve it, and then it’s good to be able to receive. It’s good to give and to receive both can be fantastic. And so that’s the insight that I really wanted to focus on from today’s session.
