Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer, and as you probably know. There are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.
For that reason, we have taken an extra step to help protect our beautiful volunteer and the integrity of this work to help keep the information from being modified. On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.

That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
All right, so as we get started with today’s episode, the first thing that I want to say is that I just have so much respect for our beautiful volunteer, and I just love that you are here for our special edition archive episode. Now an archive episode is of course an episode that I pulled out from the archives, and this one is from the year 2020.
Now, I have to say all of the episodes were truly incredible in 2020, but the reason that I picked this one is because of the topic of feeling stuck, because I know so often people may feel this in their lives where they’re feeling stuck, either in work or relationships with health, with moving forward and it can be a hard place to be, and I know I was there in my own journey. But even working with our beautiful volunteer, you can just see how stuck she is and that’s the very reason that she reached out is she’s been struggling with Lyme disease and chronic pain. She’s had SI joint pain at about a level six, seven in her body and also shoulder pain is about a level five, six and just a variety of different diagnosis being floated around and doctors aren’t sure…and she’s just been really stuck. And I have to say it’s not because she’s not smart. She’s brilliant. She’s actually been an amazing attorney for over 20 years and has a brilliant mind and a beautiful son that she’s so in love with, every time I mentioned her son, she just lit up like a Christmas tree, it was the sweetest thing ever. And at the same time she’s been feeling really stuck. So she’s got some great areas of life, which really have to do with her son, but also a lot of stuckness and also health issues going on. And that is the insight that I really wanted to share is just that stuckness can affect health. In fact, as I started working with her mind to let go of stuckness, I started identifying specific emotions and helping her to start letting them go, she was able to release her pain. So her SI joint pain went from a level six, seven to gone, her shoulder pain, she got it down to a zero also, and she did that using her own mind.
The stuck feeling was crucial to start shifting that. And that’s the insight that I really want to share because when you stop and think about it for a moment, you might question how can somebody be stuck, especially somebody who’s so brilliant. But that’s how our minds can work. And let me give you an example.
Have you ever heard of somebody talk about writer’s block where a writer, even a very experienced writer, can suddenly start experiencing blocks in their mind where they really can’t think of what to write. They feel blocked. Or maybe you’ve even seen somebody just in day-to-day life where they’re trying to think of something and they go, oh my gosh. I just can’t remember what it was. And they feel blocked. Or on another note, you may have heard of somebody who had a stressful childhood or traumatic childhood, and their mind has blocked them that they can’t remember events from their childhood. My point is, if we just observe the way our minds work, it can block us, and it doesn’t have to be trauma related, going back to the example of writer’s block, where somebody’s mind can actually block them from the answers. And that is my point, is that so often people can experience feelings of stuckness where they feel like it’s impossible. And even somebody like our beautiful volunteer Alessandra, she’s smart, she’s brilliant, and yet feels blocked and stuck, and it’s not because we really are stuck because our minds can tell us we’re stuck, or they can block us from seeing the way out, from understanding what we need to do. And by the way, I was there in my own life where I just felt very stuck. And so that’s the reason that I wanted to highlight this episode, is because if you have felt that way, the biggest thing that I want you to know is that the more you start clearing the negative emotions from your mind, and the more you start really bringing in the positive emotions, the more it can help you to see clearly. And an analogy that you could think about is like this, imagine somebody who feels like they’re in a deep hole, they’re 10 feet deep in a hole.
How easy is it to see out? It’s not. But if you start lifting yourself and lifting yourself and lifting yourself out of the hole, how easy is it to see? It’s like you can get more clarity, you can see more the more that you lift. And the more you lift, the more you can see with clarity. And so that is the quick insight that I want to share with you today just because as you see so often, if somebody feels stuck a lot of times they can be in that spiral where they feel depressed or then they feel like, what’s the point in living? And then they want to give up, or they feel frustrated or they feel terrified, and it’s just a really hard place to be. And of course, as we start making changes, as we start really shifting thats when things can really open up. And that is exactly what I watched our beautiful volunteer do today was exactly that, as she started shifting, it was pivotal. And of course it helped her to release her pain. Now, by the way, on that note, if you are somebody who is new to my work, it may sound impossible that somebody is using their mind to suddenly release their pain in a very short period of time. I absolutely understand that and for that reason, there is a link in the show notes that shows you before and after images of people releasing their pain with their minds under medical equipment so you can actually see it and you can also see the publication in the medical journal, so you can read through my work and understand it at a deeper level, that it truly is incredible what we are capable of and just seeing the before and after images is really mind expanding because you can see we truly are incredible and the power of our minds and what we’re capable of is just so much more amazing than people realize. And so that is of course another reason that you’d want to get your mind unstuck, so then you have the freedom to live, to enjoy, to love, to expand, to create the incredible life for you. And so those are the insights from today’s episode.
